Bio: Was trained up by the military since he was 5 years old and ranks as an elite soldier. The reason why he isn't a commander is because he hardly ever uses his codec to tell everyone his progress, so they never know what he's doing. Appearence: Think Adult Gohans head on Raidens suit. Personality: Even though he is an elite, he doesn't brag about it. He's also very quiet, and only speaks when spoken to. He won't hesitate to kill someone though.
