here is one i just did.

i dont really like that. . . the picture is good and all its just the text. .. . a bit plain really. plus it is really small and only covers the top 1/16 of the banner. make the text bigger and the text somethin pretty (such as monotype corsiva or some type of flowing script. . . maybe even a little cursive) and it will spiff it up a whole lot. the picture is nice though. is "vincent reader" that guys name? cuz if not you might wanna take that out. as is i give it about a 6/10. but make the changes and itll be hott!

hmmmm . . . .someone needs to re-read the rules. . .mainly you. because you have already asked this question in your thread that got closed by syk. *sigh* but o well. . . The size requirement is 500 pixels wide by 100 pixels high for banners. now REMEMBER THAT!!! cuz if you ask again im afraid someone else wont be quite as nice. :D but i just found a site that i believe is free called 1001fonts.com its got some very pretty calligraphy fonts and they would look great in your banner. but go there. just download and use if im not mistaken.

I like the pic,but it could use more work and it's way to big,also use a different text it would look alot better with a different text.The pic looks good but a little rough,also do more to it.Rate 7.5/10.Add more things to your banner and change the text,and it would look alot better.Your second I can't view it because it gives a warning if I were to open it,it may harm my computer ^^.Overall you could do more things to your banner and it will look alot better!!

its nice. . . cept you cant really clearly read what it says. change the font color and im likin it. also i think it might be wise of you to stick to one of your "showing-off threads" (yes that is what i call them) syk is most likely gonna close one of em since they are pretty much the same. k? ;)

For the first one, the picture looks disproportinate- his arms are psycho. The text is simple and bad, and I just don't like it.

You second banner.... too plain, and the guys forehead makes him look like the elephant man.

uuh...try a different font?? Add a boarder? it is better than your previous efforts.

These may be unsavoury comments, but give it time, and you will improve. Don't be disheartened, practise makes perfect.

actually that is fairly good. its not amazing but its still kinda nice. better than i can do *grins* i cannot and will not make avi's. if you would like to see my failure. . . you can pm me. i hate it so. . . .lol. but thats nice.

I suppose it' ok./ But the picture LOOKs placed in and not made with it. Try fading the right edge of the picture so the cape n' stuff don't get sut off like that.

i might look a little better if you do a fading background kinda thing. I'm not an expert or anything but it would just be a little softer on the eyes
