And the dude who made Dragonball Z did the same thing. He worked on making characters almost every day and then one day he got it on TV ad named it Dragonball. Then the episodes were a hit. Everybody loved them. He started running out of episodes to make and so he thought that changing the name and adding more characters would be good. so he changed it to Dragonball Z and added characters. That is the meaning.

dbz mysticgohan Posted November 2, 2001 Posted November 2, 2001 they just took toryiamas manga and turned it into a t.v. show. then when the manga stopped they wanted some more money so they made up dragonball gt as it went along.
