And the Icers are Britain, they are too confident in their powers. And the Androids, well, we dun know yet.

But later on if TOEI wanted they could have changed the appearence of Gokou and Vejita to have the red hair. And lus they still have a golden type arua around them.

That is one of the stupidist and scarist theroys I have ever heard! If you want the correct reason ask Akira Toriyama and he'll ever say "I just made it like that".
