Due to a tie in Week 012's voting between jigglyness and Sherr, I called in an anonymous jury, existing of three individual individuals! The jury ended up choosing the banner by [b]Sherr[/b], explaining that whereas in the "coolness" sector jigglyness scored most points, in the feelings department Sherr hauled in even more points. The dreamy and pretty feel of the banner eventually cut it. So, here are the new additions to the Hall of Fame!
