It could be used to showcase/sell/buy cards of the members. I've been looking for a few cards and may have a few for sell, not to metion I'd love to show off a few of my cards. I've been to boards like that and everyone just double pots so theirs would stick out from all the other topics. But if we have a sub-forum and if you have a cathcy title for your deck (or something) it will be more organized and we won't have a ton of spam.
