3.   So my advice is to not do that. You start to get some pretty sever diminishing returns after about an hour of strength training. If you want to work out for 4 hours that's fine I guess, but you're better off with doing an hour of weightlifting and then three hours of some kind of cardio. As long as you're careful not to overdue it and don't think you'll get burnt out.   And maybe look into compound exercises. There's no reason just starting out that you should be doing an entire workout that just focuses on one part of the body, when there are so many that work a bunch of muscle groups at once. Here's the beginner stuff I do that I got from Nerd Fitness, which is all bodyweight stuff. Good to start out that way, and when you move up to weights just start with the bar only because it's more important that master proper form.   10 Pushups 15 Bodyweight Squats 10 Inverted rows  (this one you might need to work up to with a weighted exercise, one arm dumbell rows). 20 Bodyweight Lunges 15 seconds of planking.   Go from top to bottom, then do that 2 more times. Add an ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY warm up that is not based on static stretching and then a cool down that should be based on static stretching or yoga.   That takes between 45 minutes and an hour depending on if you break between sets or just kinda curl up into a whimpering fat ball like I do.  And you're basically working out nearly every muscle in your body with this routine. Arms, back, legs, abs, butt. Way more efficient.

 5. I'm having some trouble coloring my posts.   It seems when I use a paragraph break it reverts forum default, even if the text is still in the BBC tags.

Buckets are back.
*gasp* It is you! MY LIEGE! *bows in reverence* Of course I remember the silly buckets. It definitely makes me happy that they're back.
Came for the title; stayed because Nerdsy posted. 10.
Mass Effect 2 (maybe the first, too, but I heard it plays similarly to Knights of the Old Republic, which honestly bored the hell out of me),
This depends on what you mean. It's completely different from KOTOR, gameplay-wise. It's not based on d20 tabletop rules and the combat isn't automatic. It's a third-person shooter with some rpg elements, and it's far more focused on action than the passive KOTOR system. It is, however, extremely similar to KOTOR in terms of how the game progresses. You start on this one planet, then you have to travel to 4 other planets, then the final planet. It's also superficially similar in terms of story, and there's still a healthy amount of conversation (although now it's highly skippable in most cases). I definitely recommend Bioshock. Not really for the gameplay (it's a mediocre to good game based on that), but the presentation is wonderful. THe Left 4 Dead games are also fun (if you have enough people who want to play), Batman: Arkham Asylum is divine, Orange Box is a damn must-have, Resident Evil 5 is enjoyable (again, only with somebody else). If you're into Sims-type stuff, Viva Pinata is awesome. That's all I got for now.
