I believe that there [B]is[/B] one situation in which Death Sentence is good: A killer is given Life Sentence. He escapes and kills more people. He is caught again and given even more years (which I consider stupid). Once again, he escapes and kills more people. The cycle goes on... Just kill him and get it over with! I can't see how is it bad to execute someone to avoid him killing more people. BTW that story is true...
