There is a "boot" disc that you put in and then it goes through the boot up process, then you put in your import and it'll play well. If you're gonna get your hands dirty...maybe you might want to let that warranty expire first. The PS2 was well made so you can't access the screws without a good nail and even more guts. Though I wish that there were no regoinal lockouts in the first place...

[COLOR=darkblue]Of course...no one can make up for lackluster titles that some developers dish out, that's their own choice if they want to improve their games or not. And it doesn't neccecarily taint the system in anyway. People tend to forget about the bad games... It's always a given that there is going to be "crap" but does it really matter? Plus, its difficult for developers to develop games with such the complex structure of the PS2 as opposed to the X-box or Gamecube. It's only been 2 years...I don't think anyone has "milked" the next-generation consoles to their full potential yet.[/COLOR]

FYI: The orange wire controls the laser...the blue/white one connects the memory cards, controllers to the motherboard....most of the PSx's have the blue/white one shielded...both are removable.

[COLOR=darkblue][i]As the day drew to a close, the group was back in the dark skies...Liam joined up with Siren, Pi, and the kids. Chole and Iris stayed a short distance behind, not speaking. Something strange was happening between the two. They kept close to each other and looked forward, leaving their once precious land, now destroyed, behind...[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]Liam: Well, we could either trash the car, along with the bodies and torch it...or we set torch to the bodies and take the car... [i]Siren and Liam thought for a while before finally deciding...[/i] Siren: I think it'll be better if we throw the car over with them inside...even though I like the color and make...the last thing that we want is for someone to be looking for us because of this. Liam: Alright...I was thinking the same thing. [i]Liam and Siren picked up the bodies and buckled them up. Liam took a fairly heavy rock from nearby while Siren turned on the engine and put it on Drive...she manuverured the car on a straightaway along highway one and Liam joined her side. Siren put her hand on the e-brake while Liam held up the rock.[/i] Siren: Ready? Liam: On three... Siren: One... Liam: Two... Siren/Liam: Three! [i]Siren released the e-brake and jumped out of the way while threw the rock with precision and accuracy...ramming the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor. The car peeled out, creating a huge amount of burnt rubber. It crashed on the guard railing and toppled over the cliff. Siren and Liam turned around and got into the SUV while the car crashed down the cliff and hit rock bottom, causing it to erupt in bluish-green flames, then explode several times, the after-effect of a fuel additive...[/i] Liam: Hah...racer... [i]Liam drove this time since it was midnight and the darkness settled in. As they passed the crash scene, Siren looked over the cliff and saw the wreckage...barely a scrap of metal was still intact with the body of the car.[/i] Siren: What kinda stuff did that guy put in his car? Liam: Well, if you're a chemist, Nitrous Oxide... Siren: Ah... [i]They headed home...[/i] [/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Rico sat on the floor with his hands behind his back as he watched the Lightbearers began to fill up the room. Valeigh and Spyder crouched down, Harlequin, Eps, and Athen stand by, ready with their weapons.[/i] Rico: I thought I'd never have to use these again... [i]Rico felt for his two guns in his pack. Once he touched the cold metal. There was no stopping him from removing it and firing two shots when one of the lightbearer's staves began to emit a bluish light.[/i] Spyder: Now!!! [i]The aged bullets exploded out of the shaft with great force, causing the air around it to spiral and ripple from the heat. The two sharp golden objects met in midair, surrounding each other in their heat. They coiled around and honed in on a common target, the heart of the lightbearer Rico was aiming at. They penetrated the lightbearer's clothing, setting his robes on fire. Both dug into it's chest and embezzled themselves in its heart before self-destructing and relasing their poison within...[/i] [i]Rico stood and waited for the lightbearer to fall face down...[/i][/COLOR]

This was my first RPG for the PSX...one that was good anyway... and I love it!....I'll be a Gunman...do we stick to the old forces or can we make up new ones?

The new OS X is very stable...using UNIX as it's base coding, covered up with the aqua desktop...even though it doesn't have many games for it...it's more of a "professional's" tool for use with graphic design, biotech, and movie/music apps...powerful, but costly.

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Near highway one, the soil sloped down to where the actual winding highway was...they saw a few people, mostly lovers looking for a private place, were driving around...[/i] Liam: Heh...kids... They saw the next car pass by slowly, one with bright blue headlights with the interior light lit. Siren and Liam foucused in on them...a young man was at the wheel and a girl beside him, removing her clothing...[/i] Liam: She's mine... Siren: And he's mine...[/COLOR]

[i]Rico took Valeigh's hand and they started to catch up with Spyder, Eps, and Harle.[/i] Rico: Before they start firing upwards...[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Chole sat up, right next to Iris laying down...he looked over the water and saw the blowhole of the whale...[/i] Chole: Cool! Iris: Chole... Kool: Uh oh... Liam: I'm gonna take a swim with the fishies... Rex: Eat? Liam: Well... Iris: I hate seafood... Kool: OH...well... Chole: :D[/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]Lupos made his way downstairs to the private chambers. When he got to the door, he heard the sounds of Rena and Espa laughing and playing around. Lupos smiled and melted into the shadows...he would make his presence known before he would enter the room and join them.[/i][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][i]The sparks of light came alive all around the building below...one by one, they lit up, surrounding the group and trapping them inside the building. Eps, Harlequin, Spyder, and Rico all huddled together with their backs touching. They all had their weapons and they were ready to fight, to keep Spyder's prized posession.[/i] Spyder: We gotta find a way outta here... Rico: I take it that you can stand distance jumping? Spyder: Yes... The Harlequin: We should head upstairs then. [i]Eps, Spyder, and The Harlequin made a dash for it while Rico crouched down. A blue bolt crashed through the wall and skimmed Rico's back as it collided with the other wall, discharging a huge amount of electric current through.[/i] Rico: Whoa! Eps: Rico...C'mon!!! [i]Another bolt flew by...Rico had to dive to dodge it the second time.[/i] Rico: *Gets up* Not without Valeigh...![/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue]Liam: I'm thinking...where's Sion? And whatever happened to the Tristaes... Siren: Well, I think Espa took care of the latter somehow with the aid of her uncle. Liam: And Sion? Siren: You two knock him pretty good...they're all probably recovering back in their holes. Oh yeah...where to? Liam: Wherever there's food...I'd say along highway one...better chance of covering up the bodies... Siren: Alright... [/COLOR]

Sounds like a good game...but I don't think my comp could support it without lagging like crazy, or even playing it at all...I love TSR games for the computer, especially the Forgotten Realms stuff.

I'd say the depreciation decreases after a couple months so I'm thinking the high $100 is that they'll pay for your X-box...but personally, I don't trust GameStop for some reason...I mean, the store near me opens their new games first before selling it...breaking the seal, touching the disc and whatnot...

I've always had this strange feeling that Square and Nintendo would make the perfect couple if they would have just compromised with each other. But no Square titles coming out to GameCube yet...
