OOC: I lost my entire post because I accidentally hit CTRL + R while writing it. I was about three sentences away from finishing it, too! Three sentences! "I just thought of a great idea." "Yeah? And what's that?" "Well, you know how Knighty doesn't have a girlfriend or anything?" "Yeah, and...?" "I was thinking, that maybe we could find a girlfriend for him!" "You really think he would appreciate that?" "Most likely not. But when the hell have we ever cared whether or not Knighty appreciates what we do for him/to him?" "Good point, Kayla." Later, at the Internet Cafe... Kayla grinned as she finished typing up a profile of the Silver Knight that was going to be submitted to a single's website. Katsuki was standing over her shoulder, stifling her laughter as Kayla typed up hilarious, not true things about him. Little 'personality tweaks' as she had called them. "There." She announced after submitting the profile and reading over it as it appeared on the screen in front of her. Name: Knighty Age: 26 Gender: Male, or so we think... Seeking: 80 year old cat woman or genderly challenged male Description: Uh, tall. Works at a video store. Tacky brown hair. Terrorized by two evil 13 year girls of whom he fears. Wants to work at a pizza restaurant. Very desperate for a love life. Five minutes later... "Wow! Look at all of the replies!" Kayla exclaimed, scrolling through hundreds of replies from other desperate singles. Katsuki grinned slightly and grabbed the mouse. She clicked on a particularly interesting one of a man, er, woman, er, it. He/she/it had the face of a woman, but had some distinctive manly features as well. Kayla laughed and quickly printed out a snapshot of the 'it'. She grinned at her and Katsuki's perfect plan. A little while later at the video store... "Hey, Knighty! Did you get our email?" the two questioned as they trounced cheerily into the video store and ran in front of the counter. The Silver Knight picked up his magazine before answering. "Yes. And I"m not going." "Well, then, guess what!" they shouted out, highly excited about their plan. The Silver Knight glanced at them from behind his magazine. "What is it..." he mumbled with grievance towards the two who were ruining his perfect day."Well, Knighty, we found you a date!" Katsuki explained while Kayla pulled out the snapshot of his date. She shoved it into his face and he stared at it for a moment before snatching it from Kayla's hand and ducked down behind the counter. He appeared a moment later, his clothes a bit ruffled and still staring at the picture. Kayla and Katsuki decided not to ask what he had been doing, for fear that it might scar them for life. "She's...so...GORGEOUS! I can't believe this. I thought for sure that you two would be plotting something devious, but, I mean, you're actually doing something nice for once!" he exclaimed before shoving the picture in his pocket and grabbing the collar of Kayla's shirt, shaking her violently. "When and where are the date! Tell me!" "Its tomorrow at that fancy Italian restaurant down the street." "You mean Olive Garden?" "Yeah, that's it." the Silver Knight let go of Kayla's shirt and she stumbled backwards and she touched back down onto the ground. Katsuki was covering her mouth with her hand to stifle the laughter, while Kayla was doing her best not to grin as the Silver Knight hummed merrily and stared at the picture once again. The next day, around 9 PM at the Olive Garden... Kayla glanced around quickly before ducking down behind some bushes. "Katsuki, you got the camera?" she questioned as she peered through a small hole she had made in the bush in front of her. Katsuki nodded and pulled out a Digital Camera that would allow her to snap digital photos and record a few videos of Knighty's highly embarrassing date. "Good. Oh, there he is!" Kayla said, watching as the Silver Knight climbed out of his car and walked across the parking lot and into the restaurant. He glanced around the restaurant, using his picture to try and spot his beauty of a date. Kayla motioned to Katsuki to follow her and they dashed across the parking lot, hiding behind a different set of bushes in front of the restaurant. Katsuki stuck her head up slightly in front of the window, her camera in front of her eyes and took a quick snapshot of the Silver Knight as he made his way over to his date. Kayla pulled out her spy kit that she had received as a birthday gift last year. She removed the secret listener tool, a tool that would enable her to hear through the walls of the restaurant and listen in on Knighty's date. As Katsuki continued snapping photos, Kayla caught the first few sentences as the two introduced themselves. "Hello! You must be my blind date! I'm
******
." the Silver Knight started out, smiling slightly as he sat down at the table, across from his date. His date smiled back and replied. "Well, its nice to meet you Mr.
******
. My name's Jamie." the Silver Knight went wide eyed with fear as his date spoke in a voice that sounded as if it was a man attempting to disguise himself as a female. The next day... "Hey, Knighty! How was your date?" Katsuki questioned the next day when Kayla and her had entered the video store and saw the Silver Knight with his head on the counter. He began banging it loudly as the two stood in front of the counter, grinning slightly. "What's wrong Knighty? Problems in bed?" "You two knew, all along. You knew that she, was a he. It was all part of one of your sick little schemes, wasn't it? Wasn't it? Because of you, I was forced to go to a strip club. A gay strip club. I'm not gay. I have nothing against homosexuals, but I'm not gay! You two have ruined my social life forever..." he complained, sending looks of pure hatred directly towards the two. "Yeah, we know you went to a strip club...we saw you go in and left immediately afterwards. We're lucky it didn't scar us for life..." Katsuki blurted out. "Why? Why???" he demanded, standing up and slamming his fist on the counter. "Well, Knighty, we had a perfectly good reason for sending you on that date." Kayla explained, brandishing a manilla folder, full to the bursting of photos and a few floppy discs with videos on them. "And that reason was...?" "We needed blackmail. And lots of it." "Why?" "Because we need a responsible adult chaperone for our road trip." "Oh, that damn road trip again...I'm not going. I already told you that." "Yeah, we know. But we think you'll change your mind once we show this pictures and videos of you on your date with that man/woman to Subaru." "La-lady Subaru-sama?!" "Yes, Lady Subaru-sama." "No! Anything but that!" "All you have to do is willingly accept to accompany us on our road trip as our responsible adult chaperone." "Why can't your parents do it?" "Because they'll just get in the way." "Fine. I'll go on your stupid road trip." he growled before picking up his magazine and beginning to ignore the two girls. OOC: This post was not written to be offensive to anyone in anyway. I have no prejudice towards others and their preference of sexuality. You are who you are and I accept that. If I did offend you in anyway, I apologize and hope that you understand that I had no intentions of offending you. This post was meant to be humorous, but I do not wish to give you the impression that homosexuality is an extremely humorous affair. As I said before, you are who you are and I accept and completely respect that.

Is it saying the dimensions are too or that the file size is too large? If its the dimensions, my work usually isn't submitted unless the width of my picture is around 700 pixels. If its the file size, then see if you have an art program that when saving a piece of work will allow you to decrease the file size. If you don't have any art programs that'll do that, then the only other way I know how to decrease the file size is to decrease the dimensions of the image. Hope that helped. ^_^; -Ouka

Hey, that reminds me... I only used to lose posts when I used the WYSIWYG editor. Now I've switched to the standard textbox and I don't think I've lost a single post. So, maybe that's the problem. Of course, that's not the main reason I switched from the WYSIWYG editor to the standard one, but I did just notice that WYSIWYG editor did cause a lot of problems for me when I was typing up posts. (spacing issues, losing posts when I accidentally hit a link and then hit back and they had disappeared, etc). Maybe you should switch back to one of the other editors then, Azure. 'Cause I really haven't had any problems since I switched and I know I used to have a bunch. -Ouka

I definitely think that's a good idea. I don't know how many times I've lost an awesome post because I've accidentally went to another site or something. Its really horrible to lose a post that you've spent about an hour typing and put so much detail into only to have it lost because your browser went to another website. I'm sure there's got to be some way to prevent that from happening. -Ouka
Hey um there all good games the ones that i played actuallyI am playing the last one i have a Noble Grunty.I want to know how to get a different Gruntie.I also have played the first one but thats it.Its really fun.
To get different Grunties, you have to make sure that you're feeding the Grunty the food that it asks for. Also, the Grunty that you get depends on its stats. There is a certain way and foods to feed the Grunty to get the adult form that you want, but you'll have to look in an FAQ for that. -
Hey everyone, I want to know what people think of the .hack games...please tell me what you think about them, who do you use in your party the most, if you have the games, which games you have played, which ones have you beat, what is your favorite monster, and what level are you now. I know thats a lot of info to know but I really want to know what other people think of the games besides myself. :) Also, tell the truth about what you think, I dont want to hear a bunch of bull crap so just tell me the truth, ok? :smirk:
What I think about the .hack games: I think that the .hack games are wonderful games. They're fun to play, even though constant dungeon clearing gets really boring and annoying after awhile. Yeah, buying all four games is very expensive, but true .hack fans should be able to look past that and not care about it. Most used party members: Elk and Mia Least favorite party members: Rachel and Orca Games I have played: I've played all four games, but I only own three(MUTATION, OUTBREAK and QUARANTINE). I've also beaten all four of them, but I'm still working on the Item Challenge in QUARANTINE(I'm more than halfway done).
I didn't want to create a thread so I posted here. Just have one concern. I went to see my profile today after a long while and looked at my post count, it says 80 something. Then I go to read all posts I created and it says there are a about 190 something posts. I know post counts don't matter but could that be a bug in the system? I joined somewhere in May or June I think so version problems should not apply right? And I've never posted in the Battle Arena... Anyway, was just concerned...or...something ^_^x
Some forums(such as the Art Forum) when posted in don't increase your post count, which may be why when you do a search it says you have 190 posts when your post count says you only have 80. Kayla turned to Katsuki as they strolled through the halls, not even bothering to come anywhere near the Principal's Office. "Really, I say we screw going to the Principal's Office and head off to the internet cafe so we can play 'the World'." Katsuki frowned. "I didn't bring my controller and Neuro Goggles to school, though." Kayla grinned. "Why don't we head to the video store...?" she suggested with a slight gleam in her eye. Katsuki stifled a laugh. "You really think he'd let me borrow his goggles? How do we even know he has them with him?" "I'm sure he wont be willing to 'let' you borrow them and I'm sure that he has them with him, I mean, he's always playing 'the World' during his break. We saw that. And even if he doesn't have them with him, I'm sure the video store will have some on stock that Knighty'll let you borrow-with-no-intention-of-returning-so-the-cost-of-the-goggles-gets-taken-out-of-his-paycheck." Katsuki laughed. "Good point, er, points." Suddenly, a voice rang out through the hall. "Hey! What're you two doing down there? Where's your Hall Pass?" Kayla and Katsuki took a quick glance behind them before running off towards the direction of their lockers. The Hall Moniter was close behind them, but luckily, the two had their bags and gear(rollerblades for Kayla and skateboard for Katsuki) out of their lockers in a matter of seconds then were out the nearest exit. A few minutes later... "Hi Knighty!" Kayla and Katsuki greeted cheerfully as they skated into the store. The Silver Knight glanced over at them from behind the counter with disgust. "What are you two doing here? Shouldn't you be in school?" he spat out at them. Kayla placed her elbows on the counter and leaned over slightly, trying to see if Knighty had his Neuro Goggles hidden behind the counter. She then answered him after spotting them, sitting near his feet. "Yeah, but we got in a fight with our stupid teacher and he told us to go to the Principal's Office. Yeah right, like we'd ever do that..." Katsuki laughed slightly. "We totally showed that teacher who was right and who was wrong." the Silver Knight shook his head in his own self-pity before noticing that Kayla was half-way around the counter. "Hey! What do you -- my Neuro Goggles! Give those back!" he demanded, attempting to snatch the Goggles from Kayla's hands but Kayla quickly eluded him and tossed the Goggles over to Katsuki, who caught them before slipping them into her bag. "Alright, Knighty, hand over the controller and no one gets hurt." Kayla demanded, having not seen the controller when she was searching for the Goggles earlier. The Silver Knight glared at her and reluctantly pulled out his controller from under the counter. He shoved it into Kayla's hands before crossing his arms and narrowing his eyes. "Thanks, Knighty. And since you've been so helpful, here's a complimentary piece of gum that I found underneath my desk at school." Kayla said before pulling a piece of gum wrapped in a piece of notebook paper out of her pocket and sticking it onto the Silver Knights cheek. "Bye Knighty..." the two mumbled as they left the store. "No good rotten girls..." the Silver Knight mumbled before he removed the gum from his cheek and tossed it into the garbage.

The story sounds really well thought out, Mai. I really can't see anything wrong with it, but I do have the feeling, like you do, that there is something missing. What erinzyger said was a pretty good idea: adding a twist to the story once it had already begun. What that twist could be is up to you really. I'm sure that people will sign up for the RPG. Its really good. ^_^ Plus its not like there have really been a mass quantity of skateboard RPG's lately, so it'll be something new for people to sign-up for. The best of luck to you with it, if you do decide to go through with it, and I'll post in this thread some other time if I come up with what might be 'missing'. -Ouka
Yeah, I was also very happy when I heard the news (no victory lap however), I dont think this could ever disappear though, its too popular. Is it on the same time everyday, because I remember turning on the TV one time and not seeing it... freaky stuff
No, .hack//Legend of the Twilight (a.k.a. .hack//DUSK) is only on Cartoon Network on Friday nights. The .hack Project will never cease in its popularity. Its series', games, Manga and even trading card game are just way too awesome. ^_^

Kayla sat on the railing of the bridge in Mac Anu, staring at the new wand that Sakura had given her. "Its a nice wand...but, its not the same as my old one." she sighed. "Maybe I can see if Kite will get me another ultra-rare one. I mean, his Bracelet does get rare items from monsters when he Data Drains them every once in awhile." she suggested to herself before dropping off the railing and back onto the bridge. ---Net-Slum--- Kayla wandered around Net Slum for a moment before hearing an argument. She hid behind a wall as she saw Lios and Helba yelling at each other. She peeked around the corner of the wall and watched the two. "If you weren't so Pig-Headed---" "I am not Pig-Headed, woman!" "The more you deny it, the truer it becomes!" Kayla chuckled slightly before emerging from behind the wall and interupting their argument. "Hey, Helba, I hate to interupt such a heated argument and a funny one as well, but, have you seen Kite anywhere?" she questioned. Helba smiled. "I believe Kite was in Sigma Server." she answered and Kayla quickly thanked her before running off. ---Sigma-Aerial-City-Fort-Ouph--- "Kite! There you are!" Kayla yelled out after fifteen minutes of walking around Fort Ouph. Kite turned around. "Oh, hey Kayla. What's up?" he asked. Kayla grinned slightly. "You think you could do me a favor?" "Yeah, sure. What is it?" "Well, you see, my old staff, the one that I won in that contest, well, it got deleted. And--" "You'd like a new one? Another one that's one of a kind? I can do that, it'll have to wait until after school, though." "Oh, right, school...Well, thanks Kite! Thanks a lot!" Kayla exclaimed and quickly ran off to save.

Kayla yawned sleepily. "Its too early...but, I must play..." she mumbled as she turned on her computer and grabbed her controller. Once the computer had booted up, she clicked 'the World' icon and slipped on her Neuro Goggles. ---ALTIMIT-Browser--- "New mail, huh?" TO: everyone FROM: Kia SUBJECT: just an update... Just in case anyone wants to know, I'm at Delta-Hidden-Forbidden-Holy Ground. If anyone needs me, you know where to find me. ---Net Slum--- "Welcome, to Paradise." Helba routinely said as Kayla warped in. "Hey, Helba! You seen the Pig-Head around?" Kayla questioned, wanting to go make fun of him for not being able to find substantial evidence against Helba. Helba smiled. "He's where he always is, in Carmina Gadelica." she answered. Kayla grinned and thanked her, before warping out. ---Lambda-Cultural-City-Carmina-Gadelica--- "Hey, Pig-Head!" Kayla shouted as Lios walked past the Magic Shop. He immediately turned around. "What?!" he demanded. Kayla snickered. "So, how'd your court case against Helba go, huh?" Kayla questioned. Lios glared at her. "That's none of your business." "Oh, but I think it is. I hear that you didn't have substantial evidence against her." "Well, even if I didn't, that doesn't matter. I have men working right now to get evidence against her." "You know it'll never work. Helba's smart, she'll keep finding ways to beat you." "Shut up, child! What do you know? I don't need to stand here and listen to you, because your only a child and these matters don't concern you!" Lios yelled in an outrage before warping out. "Stupid Pig-Head..." ---Delta-Hidden-Forbidden-Holy-Ground--- Kayla gasped as she warped into the area. White noise was going across the area and their were patches of data missing everywhere in the landscape. "What's happened? Does...does this have something to do with that new writing I found?" she wondered to herself before running up to the chapel and entering it. Once inside, she found Kia, staring at an item she was holding. "Hey! Kia! Whatcha got there?" OOC: Mai, what do you mean, going to the hospital for your dad? He's dead, remember?

To: Helba From: Kayla Subject: Pig-Head Helba, the Pig-Head has been saying that you're in jail, is this true? Well, if its not, email me back ASAP. After sending the message to Helba, Kayla quickly checked the boards and found Sakura's message. Subject: Queen of Darkness... Author: -----DELETED----- -----------------------MESSAGE DELETED-------------------- Kayla smiled slightly. "Stupid Pig-Head." she mumbled and Logged back in. ---Net-Slum--- Kayla glanced around. No one was there, except a few AI's. Kayla decided to interrogate them; it might be a useful to get information. "Alright, Sconk, what's the Pig-Head been doing lately, huh?" "I don't know. I really really don't know." " -.- Alright, Dorin, Pig-Head, what's he been up to?" "Pig Headed talks of Helba much...says she is gone away forever. Dorin not believe. Helba is here, still here." "Helba's still here? Where---" "I'm right here, Kayla." Helba's voice rang out from behind her. Kayla turned around to come face to face with Helba. "Helba! I knew it! I knew that you hadn't been arrested!" Kayla exclaimed. Helba smiled. "Actually, I had been. But I was released for lack of sufficient evidence. That stupid Pig-Head couldn't even find substantial evidence to use against me in court. His lack of intelligence rears is ugly head more and more, every day..." Kayla laughed. "Well, did you get Sakura's message?" Helba nodded. "I did, just before the Pig-Head deleted it. Even if he had deleted before I had read it, there is more than one way to read a deleted message...I also got your email, Kayla but instead of replying to it, I decided to wait for you here. I knew that Net Slum was where you were probably going to be." "Well, Helba, I really wish we could talk more, but, I have to get off to bed. Its getting late." "Completely understandable. I expect I'll see you in the morning?" Kayla nodded. "Yeah, I'll get on as soon as I wake up. OOC: Not getting high, huh? Sure... I do agree that its fishy, though. I betcha if it was real, someone could get high off of it. Kayla wandered around Mac Anu for a little while and bartered with other players for their items in exchange for some of Kayla's rarer items. All of the players had little trust in Kayla that they were real items because they were so foreign to the players; none of them even recognized the names of any of the items that she had. After an hour or so, Kayla gave up and warped to an area to think. ---Delta-Hidden-Forbidden-Holy-Ground--- "What the...? New text?" Kayla observed as she read over the stone tablet in front of the strange statue of Aura in the church-like structure. "T he p as sag e of t i me i s irr e ve rsib le. And there's still more?" she commented as she squatted down to read the rest of the text. "Shu nnin g t he fiel d b r oke n b y Wav e, T he sha dowed g i rl w hi sper s, "S u r ely I w i ll r e turn." I know that Emma is the one who wrote the Epitaph of Twilight, but who wrote those words? Why were they written?" Kayla muttered to herself before something came to mind. "Harald, Harald loved Emma and when she died, he attempted to make an AI child. His child. His and Emma's child...But, Harald couldn't have written that, he's dead. But...what about...AI. AI Harald, maybe...it could have written it." Kayla didn't know much about Harald and Emma, most of what she had learned was from Helba, Kite and the Wavemaster Wiseman. Kayla wasn't real sure about the message; all she knew was that Kite, Helba or Wiseman were the three people who could probably tell her more about it. ---Net-Slum--- As Kayla warped in, she was greeted...by no one. "Helba's not here? That's a first." she noted and began looking around for the AI's. As she rounded a corner, she came upon Lios, about to delete AI Jinn. Just as Lios shot a deletion beam at Jinn, Kayla ran in and knocked Jinn away with her staff. Jinn stumbled off to the side and warped out. Kayla glanced at her staff which was now only half of a staff; the deletion had, instead of hitting Jinn, hit her staff and deleted half of it. Lios chuckled. "Oh, how heroic you arrogant little child. Risking deletion of your limited edition staff, just to save trash data; garbage. Oh, look, it seems as if your staff has been deleted, partially anyway. Now, I'm sure you have no more use for this, now do you?" Lios snorted and swiped Kayla's staff from her hands before fully deleting it. Kayla glared at him. "Where's Helba?" she demanded. Lios smiled. "Helba has been sent away, for a long, long time." he answered. Kayla was furious. "You, you Pig-Head! You know all too well that Helba's not the cause of all of this! Nor are any of the other Hackers! Why, why don't you believe it? I mean, you experienced all of this before, the first time it happened. What's changed since then?" "Back then was the first time that it happened. The Wave was killed back then; I know it. Now, now its a different story. There's just no way that the Wave could be back. I don't believe it; this time, it has to be the Hackers; having fun, sitting back and watching as everyone suffers from all of this devastation that the 'Wave' is causing. I'm sure that they created it this time. They created a replica of it." "Its not true, Lios. The Wave is back; you may have killed it back then, but its come back. Its the real thing; there's no way a Hacker could create something like the 'Wave!' And now look what you've gone and done, Lios, you've gotten Helba arrested. I'm sure this wont mean the end of our operations, but it'll defintely make it more difficult to advance with our operations. Its your fault Lios; its your fault if more players fall comatose because of the Wave because our operations have been slowed; its your fault." Kayla spat at him, furious. She then quickly warped out. ---Flat-Stage--- "Stupid Lios, he doesn't know anything. Stupid Pig-Head. Stupid bastard. Baka, baka, baka!" Kayla shouted out angrily while she messed around with the blank area that surrounded her, changing her surroundings periodically as her mood elevated, by hacking into the system. "I wonder if Kite and Wiseman know...I wonder if...anyone else knows yet...I haven't gotten any new News, so, they must not have released the information yet. Or, maybe Lios was lying. Oh, I don't know anymore! I guess I wont tell anyone until I've heard about it from someone else. I really don't trust the Pig-Head; especially not with information like 'Helba's in jail'." Kayla thought out loud. She sighed and changed the scenery back to its normal white before warping out back to Theta Server. OOC: Just thought I'd add some more odd twists to the story. I've got a few others in store, too. ;) Oh, and Flat Stage is that one blank area that you visit in Mutation after receiving an email that says 'If you want to know how to save the comatose patients blah, blah, blah' and the Lios is there and stuff.

"Tetra Armor, huh? You don't look so tough to me!" Kayla taunted, darting around below the monster as it swung at her. She dodged a blow by inches and dashed behind the monster. "Take this! Mumyn Lei!" she shouted, waving her staff and casting a sleeping spell on the monster. The monster's eyes(if it has any, I can't remember) drooped and closed before it was sitting motionless in mid-air. Kayla grinned. "I know how to finish you, OrGan Don!" she shouted and five large rocks appeared above the Tetra Armor. The stood in mid-air for a moment before crashing down on the monster. The Tetra Armor's HP fell considerably, but it wasn't dead yet. "Tougher than I thought...Alright, PhaVak---" Just before she could finish shouting the spell, the Tetra Armor awoke from its sleep; swinging its arms furiously at her. Surprised by its awakening, Kayla had no time to dodge the attack; it sent her rolling halfway across the room where she came to a stop as she collided with the wall. As Kayla was regaining her wits, the Tetra Armor had closed in on Kia in the corner. Not wanting Kia to die, for if she did, it would be the very end for her, she wouldn't be able to be resurrected with Rip Maen or a Resurrect item, Kayla quickly jumped up and charged over to the Tetra Armor. "Hey! Mr. Tough Armor! Over here melon head! Yeah, I'm talking to you!" Kayla yelled out, in hopes that the Tetra Armor would turn around and come after Kayla instead. Just as Kayla had hoped, the Tetra Armor turned around and came charging after Kayla, who continued taunting it while she chose a good final attack to kill it with. As the Tetra Armor came within striking distance of her, she shouted a spell. "RaVak Kruz!" she shouted. Large fireballs appeared above the Tetra Armor and came crashing into it, completing diminishing its HP. The monster fell to the ground and its body slowly disappeared. Kayla sighed in relief as she glanced at her own HP. "Damn, that thing was stronger than it seemed. My HP's more than halfway gone." she stated, before using Phal Repth to heal herself and Kia. "You ok, Kia?" she questioned, as Kia slowly made her way over to Kayla. She nodded slowly. "Yes, but, lets just hope that we don't run into another one of those..." Kayla grinned slightly. "Yeah, lets not. Especially one as strong as that one...that was really strange, especially considering we're in a Delta area..." OOC: Looks like a strange happening has ocurred...the monsters in normal area's are getting stronger as the group continues defeating Phases...I just thought that might be something interesting to add. ^_^;

"Kia, I hope you don't hate me for thinking that you might be a Phase." "Oh, its fine, Kayla. I mean, you have good reason and...hell, it might even be true. I can't be for sure anymore...I mean, my data has been reprogrammed a few times, anything could be possible now." Kayla sighed. "Well, you, uh, want to go to a dungeon or something?" she tentatively asked. Kia shook her head. "No, not really. Maybe...some other time." she answered; seemingly in deep thought. "Well, I guess I'll just go find someone else then..." Kayla mumbled before walking away. ---Sigma-Greedy-My-Far-Thunder--- "LaRue Zot!" Kayla shouted, sending large skulls hurling down upon an Arucard; dwindling its health down to zero. "Its finally dead." Elk muttered, very relieved that it was finally dead. "That monster wasn't so hard, was it Elk?" Mia commented, looking around for the next Magic Portal. Upon spotting it, she began running towards it, but Kayla stopped her. "Wait, Mia. We have to open the Treasure Chest!" she yelled out. Mia halted and turned around. Kayla approached the Chest and opened it to find some Aromatic Grass. "Look, Mia. Some Aromatic Grass." she announced and removed it from the chest and immediately handed it to Mia who graciously accepted it. ---Delta-Aqua-Capital-Mac-Anu--- "Damn, its so boring around her. Where's the Silver Knight when you need him?" Kayla said, while sitting on the edge of a dock, gazing out over the water. "Are you calling me useless?" the Silver Knight's voice rang out from behind her. Kayla snickered slightly. "Well, speak of the devil..." she muttered. "No, you're not entirely useless, I mean, you're useless when it comes to fighting, but when it comes to being tortured, you're the perfect person!" she stated before quickly standing up and turning around, so as not to be pushed into the water if the Silver Knight was angered by her statement. "Why you..." he growled and drew his sword. Kayla waggled her tongue at him before shouting Ap Do and running off into Kia's Alley. OOC: You know, I could do a lot more color coding...but, I don't think I should.

Yes, .hack//Legend of the Twilight has been showing on Cartoon Network every Friday night for the past few weeks now so, yes, I knew, heh. I found this kind of odd...after I had watched this past Friday's episode of .hack//Legend of the Twilight, I discovered that its plot line and the Manga's plot line were different. I found it really odd because with the different plot lines it made me realize that people that were shown in Volume 2 of the Manga like
Wiseman and Zefie
were either not going to be shown in the show or weren't going to be shown until a later time. Seems kind of strange to me, but, I guess that they probably did it just to make the show a bit different from the Manga so people who have read the Manga and are now watching the show don't think its the exactly the same story because its not. They both started out the same, but now the Manga and the show's storylines have kind of, split off from each other, giving both stories different plot lines/storylines.

OOC: *cries* I lost my entire post because I accidentally restarted my computer...*mutters threatening things towards her computer* "Well, you all know what it says about Macha in the Epitaph of Twilight, right?" Kayla questioned the group. All but a few shook their heads. "Oh great. Well, lets start there then." "Macha's name in the Epitaph is the Temptress, so that gives me the conclusion that whomever Macha may be, it must be a girl that we all know and trust." "Macha seduces with the sweet trap. Wave reaches the Pinnacle, and escape none can." "She seduces with the sweet trap. Whomever this Phase may be, she's trying to get us to love her; to truly love her so she can lure us into a false sense of security and then trap us." "The sweet snare of conciliation is Macha The Waves, an exceeding maelstrom Nothing can escape" "The sweet snare of conciliation, that means that she wants us to trust her to be friends with her. It all helps her." "Do you understand? She can't log out like a normal player, something she blames on being trapped. It's common knowledge that a computer program wouldn't be able to log out. She also knows a lot about the Wave, and I don't seriously believe the Wave could 'perpetuate' itself like she said...Everyone else we know can log out...and just now, she really tried to make me believe that we should all trust one another..." Kayla finished explaining. Sakura spoke up. "But, what about the comatose victims? They can't log out." Kayla nodded. "I know, I thought of that. But comatose victims actually exist on the outside world. Kia doesn't. She only exists in 'the World.' Its her only home which makes me believe that she might just be a computer program." "Oh, I see." "I get it." "I guess it could be possible." "Yeah, sure." Their feelings were mutual; they all thought that it could be possible that Kia was Phase 6. Kayla's findings and thoughts on the subject were reasonable and believable, there was almost no reason for them not to believe that it could be true. "But, everyone, just because it does sounds like Kia might be Phase 6, we all have to remember that its just a theory; a possibilty. She might not be the Phase and we'll only know the truth when the Phase comes. So, until then, we have to continue treating Kia as we all normally do. We don't want her thinking that we suspect her of anything, now, get lost all of you. I'm done explaining." Kayla demanded and everyone, except Sakura, logged out. Sakura approached Kayla. "So, whatcha wanna do?" she queried. Kayla shrugged. "Might as well head to Mac Anu." she said and turned around to face the Chaos Gate. OOC: Leaving me to explain everything...typical. =P Just kidding.

OOC: Yep, I'm going to get that out of the way right now. As the group logged into Aerial City Fort Ouph, Kayla noticed that Kia hadn't come. She wasn't worried, as she knew that it was Kia's own choice not to come so she focused her attention on the group that was before her. "Ok, everyone---" she was blatantly interupted by some in the back of the group shouting, "Hey! Look! Its Mia!" Kayla turned around to see Mia, awkwardly walking around behind the Chaos Gate. "So there she is...I was wondering where she was when I tried to call her to help up fight." Kayla began walking up to her, just as Elk zoomed past her with an armful of Aromatic Grass. "Mia! I got some Aromatic Grass for you." he said, handing it to Mia. Mia looked at him strangely before speaking. "Wow, its...so much. Thank you, Elk." As Kayla was within a few feet of Mia, so was Kite. "Mia, is something wrong?" he questioned. Mia shook her head. "I don't know...my memory is...bad these days." Elk's and Kayla's expression turned to worry. "Mia, maybe you should Log Out and take a nap. Maybe that's why you're memory is bad; you're probably tired." Elk suggested. Mia smiled slightly. "Maybe I will..." then, she Logged Out. Kayla began smiling as she heard the familiar sounds of the Silver Knight being tortured in the background. A faint scream was heard and then laughter erupted throughout the server. Kayla turned around and walked back towards the group, just as she received an email. TO: Kayla FROM: Kia SUBJECT: A very important question... Ummm...Kayla? I have something I feel I have to ask you. If you can find the time, could you come to Mac Anu? I'll be back in the alley behind the Magic Shop... "Huh. Well, I guess I have something else I must attend to. I'll just email you all later, ok?" With that, Kayla walked over to the Chaos Gate. Delta-Aqua-Capital-Mac-Anu Kayla made her way towards the Alley behind the Magic Shop; a sort of routine thing it seemed like to her. She did visit the Alley almost daily; it was a perfect spot to think so she did visit it often. As she walked down the alley, she wondered what Kia wanted to talk about.

Eh, I'm having a technical issue with my signature right now. I've been trying to edit it but it keeps telling me that my signature cannot be over 500 characters in length. The thing is, no matter how much I remove from my signature, it keeps telling me the same thing. Its really getting on my nerves because all I was trying to do was change a few words in my signature. @_@ And while I'm while I'm on the subject of signatures, you think there'd be anyway that you could implement something that could tell us how many characters we have remaining to use in our signatures or have a 'length check' button of some sort? Thanks! -Ouka Its working now. ^_^

Well, if I'm not the one and only official middle-woman, then I'm the one and only original outsane middle-woman. =P So there. I'm the One and Only Original Outsane Middle-Woman who's playing both sides to my own advantage so I may one day...fulfill my...eh, evil dreams. What those dreams are is yet to be determined. If I can't be the Official Middle-Woman or the One and Only, then I'll live with the One and Only Original Outsane Middle-Woman.
