Takayanagi looked through his scope one last time to make sure nothing was on its way. After about a minute of this, his chip broke the silence. "Yo, Taka. There is nothing out there. Are you even listening to me? Man, I want to move a little." Reiji said, letting out a sigh as he did so. "I know Rej. I just don't trust computers all the time." Taka said after he stood his mech up. He turned to the side as Ayuka came up beside him. "Hey, Taka. Jason is at the border. He said that he needs to talk to you." "Lory, hey there. Long time no see. You never come to see me anymore." Reiji said bursting inot the conversation. "Well Rej. I really don't have much of a choice on where we go. And even if I did, why woul-" Lory was suddenly cut off as Ayuku came back on. "Lory, quiet. This is serious." She said nearly yelling at her chip. "Ayuka, hold down the fort till I get back." Taka said as he ignighted all of his thrusters and boosted to the border. " 'Bout time you got here 'lil bro." Jason said comming from behind a building. "Thnks for the warm welcome. Whats your problem?" Taka said looking around for anything moving. "I wanted to know how your area is standing. Mine is doing ok, but it could always be better." Jason said as he did the same as Taka. "I'm bored agian. Lets go do something." Sia said yawning. "Hey, so am I. They always just sit here and talk don't they? I don't think I have ever seen them fight together." REiji added making both him and Sia laugh. "Wait, there was this one...never mind. Your right they havent." Sia added laughing harder. "Rej, quiet. I'm puicking up a heat source." Taka said looking in the direction of it. "Yeah, I know. Saw it a while ago. Didn't tell you because you said something bad about me before we left." He said with an attitude in his voice. "Taka, you should get going. If he sows up, you won't be a match. You will be to close." Jason said as he put a hand on his brother's shoulder. Suddenly an explosion was seen, then Ayuka came around the corner holding the enamie head. "Well, you sure do you job good Lory." Reiji said happily. "You should keep her. She looks good, and she is watching your back, even when you don't know it."Jason wispered in his ear as he flew off back twards his territory.

Auska smiled and shook her head,"Thank you for the offer, but I do not drink. Agianst my judgement." She tried to sound ha[[y about it, and hoped thats what she sounded like. "Well, if thats how you feel. I can understand a lady not wanting to drink." He said taking a sip of his drink. "You can? WEll, I will have you know, one of my best friends can drink Sake until it is morning agin. I do not how she does it." Auska sighed as she finished her bowl of food. "Excuse me, but wouldyou ming getting me some tea please." Auska said as the waitress walked by. "You are very polite. A trait not many people have in this day in age." Anno said with a smile. "Well, yes. To be kind to someone will brighten their day,and it shall spread when they are kind to someone else, and so on." She said as the waitressa set her pot of tea down and gave a small bow. "Thank you." Auska said with her own bow. "TEll me, Anno. You do not seem like the type to carry a sword around. Are you good with it?" Auske said pouring herself a cup.

Auska lookeed back at theshrine that she had just made a prayer, and walked to the nearest resturaunt. When she entered, she was pased by a guy that seemed to be in a real hurry for food. "Get me some food cause I'm starving!" He yelled at the waitress. "I think we all know that you are now." She said with a smile. Tapping him on the shoulder,"I hate to sound cruel, but would you mind letting me have my place back? I was here first." She tried to look as nice as possible, but she felt as though she wasn't. "Huh? Oh, I am sorry. Didn't see you when I ran in here. Of course you can have your spot back, if you sit with me." He had a smile that tried to make him seem harmless. "Very well. Don't see any other spots anyway." She fallowed him to a table that the waitress cleaned off and sat down. "Hia. My name is Anno Nekori. What is your name?" He said as the waitress to their orders. "It is Auska. it is very nice to meet you Anno." She made as small bow as the waitress braught their food out. She watched him grab his chopsticks ang start eating. She soon fallowed. "Well, what are you doing in this city Auska?" "Nothing of much importance. I am only here it study, well to help the preistess learn some new healing techs." She said with a mile.

Alchemy, the basis of this is "equivilent exchange." To get something, you must first give something of equal or lesser vlaue. This law hass been known, and fallowed by all alchemists. Along with this, there are other laws thay a person must fallow in the worls of alchemy. These laws area as fallows: 1. Equivelent exchange 2. No cration of money, gold, silver, or any other for of money 3. Never perform human transmutaions. But who is to say these laws should be fallowed? What is to say you will loose anything, or be punnished? Who was it that said that these laws should be fallowed? The last rule that states, "Never perform human transmutaions," what are the conciquences? Do you loose money, family, loved ones, or your own body? There was only one person that knew the answer to those questions. Most people called him a lunatic, but few people knew him by his name. He was named York Shoma. During his life time, York Shoma was able to figure out all of the questions that surround human transmutaions. For example, what are all of the elements in a human body, what lies after death, how to create alchemy without a circle, and more. During his studies, he was actually able to create a sucsessful human transmutaion, and not be injured in the process. After he recoreded his studies, and demonstrated it to the military, he was arested and put in prison. For performing a forbidden alchemy, he was sentenced to death. Minutes before his death, he let out one last statement. This statement was so powerful, it was heard all around the world. [COLOR=Red]"Alchemy is a tool, just like a knife. It has the power to take life away, as well as to give life back to someone that has lost it. In my lifetime, I wrote a book known as the Book of Lodian. What this book holds is the instructions on how to perform human transmutations, as well as alchemy that has the ability to destroy the would."[/COLOR] Years after his death, there has never been another sucessful transmutaion. Many have tried, yes, but even more have sufferd by trying to perform this alchemy. To this day, a hundred later, no one has yet to find the book that York Shoma wrote. There have been multiple copies made, but anyone that has tried to perform alchemy from these books, normally lost their lives. There are four main reasons on finding this book. The first is the fact that it is the only one that describes how to perform a successful human transmutaion. The second reason is that it shows how to bing a human to a non-living object, then bring him back to his normal state. The third reason is that this book gives the notes on the ability to create an alchemic power that has the ability to kill hundreds in one swing. The last reason is that it gives a good description on a new race that uses the parts off of dead poeple. This race is known as Gemeni. They steal the legs, arms, feet, head, body, practiacally any parth that they wantwhen someone persorms an unseccessful human transmutation. Gemeni have the ability to create life, transmutate objects onto their body, and change their appearance. They do not have the power to kill all humans, but that is the reason that they search for the book. They wish to kill all humans, so they have an unlimited number of body parts to use. This book has so much power, it is said that York Shoma knew he would be killed, so he sold it to a book seller, and in turn sold it, and so on. ---------This story is based off of Alchemy, but it is not based off of FMA, as you can see. The book of Lodian is said to be the wish of anyone that wants power. If found, it could mean the end of the world. Ok, I know that this is not the best background, but I am willing to work on it. Ayumu heard the comotion in the small shop and walked inside. He sighed as he saw Kang and another demon fight a crow looking lady. "Kang, what have you done now? You arent even healed from the poison from that spider lady." He said as he looked from the wobbling demon to the crow lady. "You got that right. Wanna give me a hand? Could use it." Kang said as he dodged a strike from the crowdemon. "Sure, no problem. Now which one should I become?" He taught for a second then smiled. "Oh, you are going to love this." He had a devilish smile on his face as he walked next to Kang. "What are you becoming now?" He asked, trying to not loose concentration from the crow demon. Ayumu looked over at the demon that seemed to have been injected with alot of poison then frowned. "You, demon. What are you doing here? You could barly hurt a fly in your condition." He said as he saw the anger build in her. "What? If I were healed, you would be scrap meat." "Wrong. I would not mess whith Ayumu when he gets angry. You may just loose your soul if you do." Kang said as he attacked the crowdemon. "Lets go with a little breeze." Ayumu said as he began to change into a were-wolf looking demon. "Girl, you stay out of the way, and I may heal you with a little majic later. Get rid of the poison." Ayumu said as he got ready to attack the crowdemon.

Ayumu dropped Koske off at his house, then headded twards his. Halfway there, he reached a levvy that seemed to have a view of the whole town. "Its still not that late." He walked over to the nearest bech and saw a young couple run off as he walked up. He figgured that this spot was a good make-out spot, and those kids were doing something they didn't want anyone else to see. "Man, its crazy that only four of us are protecting a place like this. I don't even think any of these people know what is going on bahind the seems." He smiled to himself as his phone went off. He pulled it out of his pocket and answered it,"Hello? This is Ayumu." "Hey, Ayumu. This is Shoma. We have a problem. We need your team to leave tonight, well as soon as possible really. Somehow, we got word that the Hallows are planning a big raid, and we need you four to meet them before they can leave." The urgency in his voice told Ayumu that he was telling the truth. "You serious? There is no way. Both Koske, and Casey are in no condition to fight a fly, let alone a hallow. They would get killed in no time at all. And Dusk is working. I still think we should wait till morning." His tone got a little more serious as he went on. "I understand all that but unless we send you, there could be even bigger problems. You know that I would not ask you to do this if I did not think you could handle it." He said, trying to pry into Ayumu's mind. "Fine, I'll go. I'll find a spot to hide, and wait for the others until they arrive." He sighed as he realized what he had said. "You sure? That would be great. We could always get Dusk to go with you, and then you two can wait on the drunks." He tried to get a little laugh out of Ayumu. "No. If you want someone to go, them I will go alone. Just give me an hour. I'll be ready." "CAn do. See you then." Shoma hung up, not caring if he goodbye or not. "This is cerat. Suicide mission number two is about to start." He said ashe began walking back to his house.

OCC: I wasn't posting off of the flame. I was posting off of the majic coil you braugh up in your last post. Bleach looked around as way the coil, and felt the strange vibe that was comming off of it. "Wll, whatcha think we should do?" He asked Striker, who only stood and watched like he did. "Your guess is as good as mine. Never been around anything like this before." He looked around and then began to laugh. "And whats so funny about this situation?" Bleach asked hitting him on the head. "There is nothing about to die here. Everything is alive and living with nearly perfect health." He said with a big smile. Bleach hit him agian on the headand crossed his arms over his chest, "And i dont see any moon comming toDAY. It isn't even close to nightfall. Its only one in the afternoon." He grunted as he began to walk up to Tommy, Kiya, and Flint. "Hey, you need to stop. Thats kinda hurt pansie." Striker said as he fallowed Bleach. "Shut up will ya. Lets let the little ones think. They may be able to create a better plan than you, concidering how much smarter thaey are than you." He smiled as they both gave their attention back to the situation at hand.

Ayumu grunted as he changed back into his normal state."Not good." He looked down as his hand and saw wehre a spider had bitten it. "Whats wrong? Get hurt or something?" Gale said, turning to him. "Huh? Nothing. Listen, I have to go back and help him." Ayumu said as he looked around. "Why is that? I thaught you said that you couldn't get her soul gem. Why would you go back anyway, she creeped me out." Emillie said as she gave a small shiver. "I didn't say that. The demon in me did. He was trying to intimidate her, and he did a good job." "How did he do a good job? Didn't she capture all of us, except for Kang." Rikku said with a frown. "Not quite." He held up a piece of the vine that seemed likeit was ripped in two." She couldnt hold me. Me and Kang will meet up with you at the castle. Take your time though." He waved as he turned into a giant eagle. He slowly beat his wings and took off back twards the forrest.

Bleach grabbed Steve in midair as he felt a weird vibe. He suddenly dropped Steve and turned to Striker. "Yeah, I felt it to. Wanna check it out?" Striker said as they both nodded, geabbed Steve and left for the Shrine.

Ayumu smiled as he took a step forward,"Shall I? I've been waiting for a time to test my new sould gem." He let out a devilish smile as he turned into a demon that looked like it was a mix between a bull, and gorrilla, but only made of stone and steel. "Well, that must be the demon soul you got a little while ago." Gale said as he watched the spiders movements. "Sure you can take her alone?" Kang said as he looked from the Queen to the spiders. "Shut up Kang. Her aura may be strong, but htere is always a weakness in it." He let out a blood churling howl as he hit the ground, causing waves of earth tho pour from him, killing a few spiders in the process. "What the hell? didn't know you could do that." Emillie said as the beat a couple spiders with her tail. "So, you can steal the souls of demons. This must mean you are after mine as well." The demon Queen said with a smirk. "Not quite. Yes, you are strong, but your aura is not one that can be used by me. Your aura is not balanced enough." Ayumu said as he grabbed a spider and squezzed it until it was crushed.

Ayumu watched the old demon die, then heard something off into the woods. "Hey, you there, in the woods. Come on out, I'm sure that all of us know you are there." Loki said as Kenzai walked out leading Gale's horse. "Who are you? what are you doing going through the woods like that?" Ayumu asked, turning to him. "thank goodness. you found Maxwell. He ran off wehn the demons tried to escape." Gale said as he walked over to his horse. "You, knight. What do you mean by, demons trying to escape?" The new knight asked. "Well, the demons were being killed for no reason. Most of them tried to escape, but it seemed like they wanted to kill us. We killed all that didn't get by us. Its all because of those damn king knights." Emillie said as her temper grew a little. "Even if you may be a king knight, please, don't try to arrest any of us. It would be stupid." Loki said as he took a step closer. "I understand. You have nothing to worry. I personally thinkthat they deserved what they got after killing demons that had no intention of fighting." Kenzai said as he looked around the battlefeild. "Its harsh, I know. I even feel bad for taking that demons soul." Ayumu said, pullin the gem back out. "You stole a demons soul? I have never heard of that before." Kenzai said, turning to him. "Its an old family trait, do not worry about it." Ayumu said, placing the jem back in his pocket.

Taka sighed as helooked through his monitor,"Wow, we have taken so many out, yet they still decide to come. Thats crazy." He laughed a little as Jules came onto his com link. "Taka, where are you? I have a little problem that could use your help. I'm in the lower secter of the city." "Ok, got your visual. Whats the problem?" There is a bowman somewhere on the outskirts. He has me pinned down here. Think you could take him out?" She had a little hint of embarresment on her voice. "No problem. Just todd a car in front of the street. If his nerves are wired then he won't hesitate to pull the trigger." He watched her slowly pick a small car up then toss it. A second later a loud shot was heard and the car exploded before it hit the ground. "Did you see where it came from? I really need to get out of this spot." "Yes and no. Yes I got him, but no, I wont let you leave." He giggled then told her to be still as he moved his gun a little to the direction the bullet came from. when he got himself positioned, he had a lightweight Bowman looking right at him. "C'mon, wave you unlucky bastard. I'm right here.: He made his suit wave as the bowman turned twards him. A second later the same loud shot was heard, but this time the enamy Bowman exploded as it fell from its perch. "That was pretty cool. He got to see who killed him before he died." Taka laughed as he saw Jules move. "You are welcome Ms. Jules." He said before the com-link was terminated.

Hey, you finally got his up. You had been talking about it for a while. Now, for me to get to teh insight part. it is a good concept, but what are the restrictions? What types of mechs are there, and what are the limitations are there for them? I think thats about it, oh yeah, what are the weapon limitations? How many can a mech ahve? Alright, thats it. Bleach caugh Steve by the back of his shirt and looked at him,"What the hell am I supposed to do with him?" He had watched Tommy, Flint, and Kiya leave, and decided to stay with Striker. "I don't know. But we really should find something to do with him." Striker said as he grabbed Steve from Bleach. "Hey, look. A dead plant. I think I should scare him by being a bear, you think?" Bleach said, turning to striker. "Dude, do it. It would be so cool. We may get something outa him." Striker said with a big smile. Slowly, BNleach began togrow fur as he changed into a bear. He let out a roar then walked next to Striker and Steve.

Ayumu walked through the doors of a hotel as people began to scream and run past him. Surley, a couple people wondered why he carried a sword that was about as big as he was, he thaught, but they probably didn't care at the moment. "Now, where the hell did they go?" He began to walk up the stairs when he heard a scream, then a loud crash. He went up another set of stairs and saw koske sitting in the middle of the hallway. "Sup? Told you that you should watch what you drink." He laughed as Koske turned to him. "Dude, that is- that is not even funny. Casey is here-" He was cut off when Casey was thrown into the hallway next to him. "Oh, there he is. Hey, Casey, tell Ayumu to take care of all six of them." "Six? I thaught there was seven." Casey said as he looked up at Ayumu. "Why don't you two just sit there and let me take care of this." ayumu smirked as the Hallow walked out of the hole in the wall and turned to Ayumu. "So, your the asshole thats causing all of the rucus?" Ayumu pulled his sword in front of him and charges the hallow. He blocked a couple swings, then braught his sword up, cutting it in the arm. The hallow reared back in pain then braught his arm down and hit Ayumu in the sword knocking him back. "So, you can put up a fight." Ayumu smiled then vannished. He reappeared behind the hallow and stabbed it in the back, killing it. "Casey, Koske, I siggest that you go home and get some sleep.

Takayanagi went around another building, just acting like he normally does, very bored. "Wow, this secter is anything but lively." He sighed agian as he opened a com link to the base. "This is Takayanagi Shoma reporting in. Secter two is clear. Nothing out of the ordinary here." He waited a second for the comunicater to report back. "Good job Taka. We have something we need you to look into. seems that Nabiko Kaizu has found a couple of Tyrant mechs that wish him dead. Why don't you go and give him a little support?" He began to smile" About time someone there had found something interesting. Be right there" He shut the link off and ignighted his thrusters. He made one big jump that put him on a ridge about a mile outside the city on a big ridge. "Alrighty. Where are those big guys." He set up his sniper rifle and began scanning the city interior. He finally spotted a mech hiding behind a building. When the report came up he found it to be Caboose. "Oh, so they have already sent others out here. Time for me to make an entrence." He smiled as he say one of the Tyrant mechs try to sneak around the building next to her. He gave it a second, then fired a round, hitting the mech in the neck, destroying its cameras. "One. These guys are a pretty low grade Tyrant." He sighed as he saw it fall in front of Caboose. He opened a link to try and get a response."Hello? This is Taka Shoma. I'm giving you five a little high round cover. Do you copy?" He gave it a second as someone came on the other side. "This is Sergeant Jullian Ray. Pilot of Caboose. Thanks for the backup." Taka began to laugh,"Hey, don't menchion it. Just let me know if you need me to take another shot."

Ayumu let out a long beth as Loki walked back up. When he breathed back in, he changed back into his normal self. "That elf. What was she doing fallowing us?" Ayumu said turning to Loki. "Your guess is as good as mine." Loki turned back to gale, who just stared at him. "You, flame knight, what is your name? What did you do with the leader of the group that attacked us?" Gale slowly turned to Ayumu. "Don't call me flame knight. I, personally, hate knights. My name is Ayumu. The dragon here is Emillie. That demon had a very special power. One that I have not found in some time. It had the power of earth, something I really needed." He pulled out the gem and showed it to Gale and Loki. "What is it? I have never seen anything like it before." Gale said as he looked at the greenish gem a little harder. "To put it simply, my power lets me steal the souls of demons to use their powers later." Ayumu as he put the gem up. "A harmonizer. I don't think I have ever met one before. So, that red knight was a demon?" Gale said as Loki took a step closer to them both. "Yes, and if one perticular demon does not watch his step, i could steal his soul." Ayumu said turning to loki with a smile on his face.

He has a belief that if he has a short temper, it will make him loose concentration in a fight. He likes to outwhit people before having to hurt them. But in a battle, he doesnt hessitate. If you are in his crosshares, your pretty much concudered dead. He rarly misses, but come the second timearound, he doesnt. Normally, him and his brother like to see who can get the most while in a battle. Although him and his brother have diffrent last names, they are very close. Which, in turn, is why they are always sent out as ateam, and never alone. Mech: XXX-0012A Glacier Bowman class. It is a very special suit. It is olny three fourths the size of a normal bowman, and is a little stouter than they normally come. Mech Weapon(s): 1 XMP Sniper Rifle Mod. It has a modded clip that holds twelve rounds instead of normal four. And a Scyth that is strapped to its back for close range if need be. Speciality: A very dead aim. The sight is nearly perfect, only about a hundreth of a milimeter.

Ayumu looked around then frowned,"Hey, Emallie, wehave a problem, but it could come out to be a good thing." He smiled as he turned back to normal. What do you mean its a problem but could be good?" She looked as him with confusion written on her face. "I am a harmonizer. There are alot of demons around here. A whole lot, and a human trying to take them on." He bagan to walk in the way of the demonic aura. Emillie started to walk behind him," What does being a harmonizer have anything to do whith alot of demons?" "Well, if the demons are strong, I am going to steal its soul." He sighed as he came to a clearing with about a hundred demons, and one knight in the middle. "Thats alot. What are we going to do? That knight looks like he needs help." She began to walk out into the clearing as Ayumu stopped her. "Your ice right? Well, I really dont think it would be a good idea to go out there. Its about to warm up." He took a few steps away from her then clenched his fist. Siddenly the rainbow of colors surrounded him then fadded leaving a giant knight in red armor. "It isn't that hot ya know." She said with a hint of sarcasim. "No, not yet, but its about to be." He began walking twards the demons as a couple turned around and headed twards him. Ayumu raised his sowrd as it caught on fire and swung it sideways, killing about six demons, burning them to a crisp. "Knight, put up your sheild. You don't want to get burned." Ayumu didn't even wait for a response, but raised his hand and shot a giant fireball that incinerated about twenty demon. From the sky he saw ice spears fly down and strike demons, killing them,"Nice shot." "I told you it wasn't hot." She let out a laugh. "You, fire knight. Thanks for the help. It is well needed." Gale said as he sliced through a couple of demons. "No problem." He smiled as he spotted the leader of the demon hord. He began to walk twards him, killing anything in his way. Slowly the leader demon turned twards him and began to run at him. "Guess what demon." He blocked the demons strike and knocked him back,"Your soul is mine!" He braught his sword down, slicing the demon in half. As quickly as Ayumu swung, he cast a spell that turned the demon into a gem. "I warned him." Ayumu picked the gem up and put it in his pocked as more demons rushed him.

Ayumu kept his look as Koske walked away after Casey, leaving Dusk and him alone. "So, you three went with the plan?" Ayumu said looking up at her. "Yes, but we all feel that it is not the best. But, if we must go to save people, then all we can do is try." She smiled and sat down next to him. "I understand that part, its just. I'm not really up to go into a suicide mission after my father died by involving himself in one." Ayumu put his head back on his arms. "I heard about that a while ago. Ambushed by eight Hallows. He took out three and died soon after. Do realize something, your father died while doing something he loved, no? Not to menchion, he was a single Reaper. Us four, we fight as a tea." She smiled and stood up. "He did love doing it. He would tell me about it everyday, when he got home. It just made me want to do it more. And my father did not go alone. He had someone he was training with him. I don't know who it was, but they ran as my father was killed. I just don't want that to happen to me." He sighed and stood up next to her. "Well, maybe it was for the best. As bad as that sounds, it could be that you are supposed to go, to find out everything." She patted him on the cheek and began to leave. "Right. Hey, Dusk. We leave tomarrow, so you wanna have dinner? Before we leave?" He smiled as she looked back at him.

Bleach stretched his arms and yawned,"Man, its about timething more interesting happens. We have been walking and doing nothing for a while." I feel ya. We could always go ahead. Cut a path."
