Originally posted by Lady Macaiodh the most major change i've been through is when i started getting high. i loved it so much that i did it every day from the time i started. it changed my life, it was all i cared about. i quit my job & became homeless. i flunked out of college a few times. i stole $ from my parents. i ODed a couple of times. i basically should be dead now. i've been in tucker's detox ward like 8 or 9 times. plus my stomach is all tore up from pills. i used to have a really strong stomach, but now i puke like once a week. drugs were my lover & my master. but i kicked 'em to the curb, now i'm free.
That's a scary change there, but you're free now.
Originally posted by Sephiroth see, thats whats so great about living on your own, getting to watch whatever you want, unless your roommate wants to watch something else, then we have a fight for the remote control on our hands....
:laugh:, fighting over remote, that's funny. I never fight over the remote, because there's no one for me to fight. I lived with my parent, and they don't watch TV, I can have the TV all by myself.
Originally posted by Darkness I have to admit, it did suck; I don't like the empty feeling in my heart. But to tell the truth, I saw it coming. I'm a junior in college now and this semester is very intense. I made time for her every chance I had, but she couldn't get over the times that I couldn't. Our relationship was semi long- distance(my school is about a half-hour away), so that was already a stike against us. We lasted for the first three years of college so I can't say that I didn't try.:cross:
Three years, that's long. One of my friend have a long distance relationship. He's in CT, and she's in CA. They've been dating for couple years already, and they're still tight right now. His girlfriend just move here this summer, so they can be together.
Originally posted by Lady Macaiodh how my parents wouldn't let me watch scooby doo, pee-wee's playhouse, the count on sesamee street, masters of the universe, & a slew of other things b/c they were "evil"... also, after this one show i always watched, three's company came on. my mom always jumped up & hysterically turned off the tv, saying three's company was the most evil of them all. only i thought it was "threece company", some evil corporation hell-bent on corrupting people's minds...it was down right ominous... imagine my surprise & relief years later when i found out it was just a show about a guy living w/ two girls.
You're mom is strict. My parent don't care what I watch on TV.
Originally posted by Justin You should take legal action against your dad, since you seem to have already attempted physical. Your dad is weak, it shows through him having to hit your mother instead of finding another way to resolve the problem. If I was in your situation I would take a bat, and beat your father to within an inch of his life every time he touched your mother. Then you would see how quickly a human can be trained NOT to do something. -Justin
my mom won't let me do that. She warned me not to tell other or trying help.

My parents are fighting all the time, and it can get violent. I tried to stop, but it doesn't help, and my mom just let my dad abuse her.
Originally posted by Forte Well it depends on what the person told someone. Well first i would break their face into a million pieces from rage. Then I would hulimate that person in some way. Then i would forgive them.
Forte, that's very cruel, especially to the you really care
Originally posted by RicoTranzrig Deep insight... .I'm trying hard to regain my trust for a specific person...but as I've known, some people don't change and history repeats...but this time, I'm uncertain...and I loose it sometimes because my feelings for that person are incredibly strong ...I don't want to loose that person.
May be you should give that person another chance. If he/she do it again, then that's the he/she is. (sorry, if it's harsh). It hurt very much when the person you really really care break a trust. Though, you don't want to lose that person, but if that person keep doing it, I think you should let go. It hurt to let go, but if it's keep going, you'll hurt more. Some just never change the way they are, and sometime, you have to learn to let go, even you don't want to.
