Ok I think what I meant to say was that the only difference between anime and cartoons is style and story. The style fluctuates so the only difference is the story. Now that there giving some american cartooons a story does that make them anime or what?Even though anime style originated from japan it is not nessecary that the creator of the has to be anime be japanese. I mean thats just dumb to even say that.

Ok to tell you the truth ive only seen the first 3 episodes and I thought they were bad but now that I have seen some more I know think it is OK not great not good OK but its still no R.O.D.

Sure there are lots anime out there who use women as objects but most of the time women are the dominant character. Like in princess mononoke she may not be the strongest character but she sure as hell aint helpless. The only argument you would have that would be considered sexism would be how lerge ther breast thighs are which is also not an argument because that is used for purposes of making them more beautifull mostly. And most of the anime that depicts girls in this crude manner are usally MADE FOR GUYS! There called shonen for a reason. So fif the audeience is guys anime creators dont give a rats *** about "how women are portrayed" If you dont like it dont friggin watch it. Go watch pokemon.

Ok here are my reasons then. 1. The stroy to me seemed very poor. 2. The action was stylized poorly. 3. They talk far to much for t to be action. Maybe its not the worst but its not anywhere near the best either. So if your going to critisize my blanket statement you should also take a look at what the other guy said. He said it was the best period and no anime has that honor beacause people have different tastes.

Well my definition of anime is cool cartoons. Like the boondocks is made in america but its stll considered anime in my opinion beacause of the style of its animation and the way the story flows.

This is a fairly new anime that I have finished watching. This anime is great. I mean its awesome its better than chobits,kurumi,and saber marionette all of them. Theyve outdone themselves this time, it is awesome.

Mohoros christmas is the best christmas episode of any anime ever if you watched the others.

Um usually men are portrayed as the weak and helpless ones and weomen are the dominant ones like in mohoromatic maiden mohoro is always protecting her master volentarilly i might add and the guys is portayed as a helpless pervert utill the end where his life is saved by mohoro soo booyah.

I picked demon and i would have 1 beautifull feathered wing and one that is made of bone and then i would hve an elegant male body with a black halo. I would hold a large brass staff that can control others minds and I would be able to turn water into acid so i could destroy villages.

Ninja scroll beacause that rape scene gives me a boner and it was my first real anime.
