The other one I'm speaking of is a furry little creature that wobbles around saying nothing but, "Yub yub!" Anyone read Wraith Squadron? "Yub yub, Commander!" :blulaugh:
Originally posted by Wormmon's Tamer I have four: R2-D2, Wicket, Salacious Crumb, and Jar Jar Binks!
Well, at least you don't like all of the most hated Star Wars characters of all time. Just two.
Originally posted by James We'll all die someday...and hopefully, the majority of us will live to a very old age...and die peacefully, after a long and happy life. But we never know what will be around the next corner. We never know whether there will be an accident...or we'll be in the wrong place at the wrong time... That's why we should make the most of the present. :)
Whew, first post by James in here that I haven't been stumbling over words trying to understand it...and I agree very much with his words of wisdom :) It's the whole "live each moment like it's your last" prophecy. I find that to be much more important than worrying about the end of the world...

I hate being so anal about spelling, but it's Mandalorian...and I bet you'll look awesome. You should take pictures and show us ;)
Originally posted by BulmaVegeta1 Abercrombie and Fitch and American Eagle and all that other crap, and if you don't wear that, you're out. That's the only way to fit in!
:drunk: At your school? I'm assuming you're still in middle school. All of that changes in high school, and by your junior year you'll find that basically no one really cares about what you wear. Senior year will be full of wearing sweatpants (like team ones that say "[name of school] Football" on them, for example) and hooded sweatshirts. That's basically all I wear to school...and quite frankly, I don't give a damn :p

Did you buy yours, Son Goten? How can it be both an Anakin and Luke replica? Do I just not comprehend correctly? Today I was running around with the monk robe on, giggling, "I'm a Jedi! I'm a Jedi!" ...and someone had the nerve to tell me I looked more like a Jawa! V_V

I thought this movie was excellent! At the end, when you find out the actual reason he decided to rob in the casino...pure genius! Loved it :D

The coolest thing happened today. For the spring musical that I'm in, Pippin, the dancers (which I am one of) get to wear these monk outfits for a chapel scene. The monk robes look exactly like Jedi robes. Another dancer and myself happen to be going to see Episode II in the same group on Thursday morning (12:15 AM) and decided that we're taking the monk robes with us. We're dressing up as Jedi ;) (NERD ALERT! :excited: )

I would like to thank this forum because...

The original Absolute Zelda section of TheOtaku.com was down one day when I revisited it a few months after I found it. It told me to visit the boards...and here I am ;) That was back in June of 2001...I figured the date to be around the 9th or 10th I believe...unlike most of you, I don't remember the exact date I joined Version 2 :p -

Roganda Ismaren was that lady that appeared in the HORRIBLE book Children of the Jedi. Her and her son, Irek, the rumored son of Palpatine, did bad stuff to Luke and Leia. I don't really remember, but that's that gist of it.

I am reminded of how much I seem to be missing out on what TN (and the rest of you) say to be great music. Hopefully once I move out to California my computer will work and I'll be able to download some music. Until then...it's hopeless V_V Ahh, and that picture is indeed sexy, I must say ;)
Originally posted by Rick Hunter On top of that I have received Two Presidential awards! One from Clinton when he was president, and one from Bush when I graduated from High School! Also received the silver medal award from the computer science department! (Second best!)
Smart boy ;) I did forget to mention that I've recently recieved some really wacky "academic recognition" awards lately. How the heck I'm still 39th in a class of 205 without hardly trying is beyond me. It also baffles me how I recieved both the Who's Who Among American High School Students award, how I was on the National Honor Roll, and how I manage to keep a GPA that is a 3.7 or above. I HATE SCHOOL! SCHOOL NEEDS TO END! Hehe...9 more days until I leave...I just have to keep telling myself that :alcohol:
Originally posted by zidane11 You were 13 while you were in the 9th grade!? :excited: Are you sure about that?
It's not THAT uncommon...I was 13 when I started 9th grade and I didn't skip any. I agree with goddess! I was thinking about that before I even read her post. When I'm "grounded" or "banned from being online" I just roll my eyes and do it anyway. My parents usually forget about the "punishment" within 4 days or so anyway. Parents :nope: I don't get along with mine. And it's not even the normal "17-year-old girl pitted against her mother" scenario, either. I just really don't get along with them...they're silly, silly people :cross:
Originally posted by PiroMunkie I have a 4 ( or a D as some may call it) because last semestar we read A Tale of Two Cities
That book has been the death of me! I think I read maybe half of it, used cliff notes on the other half (just finished reading them, actually...) Ugh... :drunk: As for school, I have always gotten As and Bs on my report card. I hate science, so those grades have always hovered around a B or B- (I give up because I don't understand it and I hate it), but English and foreign language have always been As. I got my first C on a report card this year, (senior year...who gives a shiot!) in anatomy. Ergh! That class was horrible...I got an A the first nine weeks (semesters chopped in two), and a C the second nine weeks. I'm stupid because I just stopped trying. This is what I figured...the teacher was really lazy, and while he WAS very smart, he chose to waste our time with stupid stuff and I hated it..."busy work" if you may. If he wasn't going to do his work for the class, then why should I do mine for him? No offense to anyone in here, but I don't like teachers. They're just disagreable people...even though I know I have no REAL reason to dislike them...I just don't >_

Which book? I, Jedi (and the rest of Stackpole's stuff). The books I hated were all the ones by Hambly...barf.

No offense hot head, but this is a rather pointless topic...

Einstein's comment was extremely profound. He didn't say "if" we have WWIII because he was speaking hypothetically. Situations like that are implied. About the Pearl Harbor thing, that reminds me of a topic I posted long ago. I asked whether people thought it was a conspiracy in which FDR knew about the Japanese plan of attack, but failed to do anything about it so that the US could give the citizens an excuse to enter the war. What do you think?
Originally posted by Son Goten I, personally, don't think that Obi-Wan escapes. I have never thought of it that way! I've always thought that they had their little, well eh...ya know, their little "episode" in the lava pit and that was the last they saw of each other until much later... ...but I like your idea better :p
