Don't make the freshmen cry!Lol,I'm so frustrated w/ my piccolo I sware I'm gonna melt it down and make it a keychain -_-'

very cool,our band in 7th and 8th grade told us we weren't split by musical ability,yet they made us play an AUDITION each year,i was so sick of it!Of course i'm not in honor's band this year,but the marching band is just everybody and I'm excited! Anyways,the conducter is really nice and stuff,the whole feeling of the room was just fun!He wears a whistle around his neck and smiles when he gives us directions.It's cool...I just gotta get Piccolo down,because it's a higher pitch then flute and very difficult compared to it.I've been struggling with my tuner with an hour,but it's fun to take it around and watch the pitch change in people's voices,lol.The girls next to me and the section leader were nice and trying to help,but it was very fast paced,which I'm not used to.

AH man,I went to this band meeting today and expected to just pick up music.If you didn't know,I'm a flute player,and as soon as I got to the high school,they handed me a piccolo (which I've never touched,lol) and threw me in a chair.I was so lost!I still am lost!I'm the only freshman in my section,I'm scared now!:nervous: Thought I'd share my experience.Lol. Anyways,anybody else in a marching band or anything?Just curious.

I'm not going anywhere on the 4th,but on the 5th,my family and a friend of mine are going to a fair to see fireworks.

The parents may just as well have taught their kid to point a toy gun at people,think about it,the parent could've been joking around and pointed at somebody....you never know.They do try and ban everything,and everything is "bad" nowadays.I really hate that,my mother doesn't even let my brother watch Tom and Jerry cartoons because they're violent,but I think that's silly.What's teh kid gonna do?Get a giant hammer and go hit somebody?

I used to.When I was little,I got my ears pierced.My sis and I got into a fight,and she attacked me and ripped at my ear ring.Anyways,we were sitting around wrapping gifts, and all of a sudden, the ring fell out!It had split through my ear lobe. I had to go see a plastic surgeon to get it stitched up.But I was little, so I don't remember much of that.

Yes.First hand. A friend of mine,or ex friend, I don't even know.....anyways,he thinks he's right about EVERYTHING,even after he's been PROVEN WRONG! For example,he's in my dance group,and there's an annual award.There's a big fancy ball and then they have this thing (sorta like prom queen/king) and he was telling me all week prior "I'm so gonna win!Me!I'm winning!They don't have a chance!" I got so sick of his bragging and crap,he wouldn't believe there was any chance he wouldn't win! Well,night came and he got RUNNER UP.You should've seen his face,he was like,"WHAT!?" you know,I couldn't stand it.Then he's like,in that arrogant tone,"Well,I'm pleased,but I would've liked to be the king" oh screw you. I'm sorry to ramble on,but I seriously believe he had no real competition,considering 4 guys ran, and 2 of them but for the question "WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE MR.DONAUSCHWABEN?" "I want to be Ms, Donauschwaben!" which is obviously why they lost. My god, some people,can't stand em.....

Actually,I would've saved the bird from the road. Why? Because there are places you can call to come egt the bird and take care of it. There was a duck here once,almost full grown,and it had a broken leg from these rotten kids throwing rocks at it. We called an animal place and they came ond got the duck.It's fine now! Someone around here also found a group of baby ducks.They took em in and raised them till they were old enough to be on etheir own.True story.My front yard is a lake, so we have lots of duckys.

Personally,I never saw why you should hold off (i'm only 14,and no,I didn't do it with anyone,some people think I did -_-') because if you're ready to have the responsibility that comes with sex,then you're ready to have it. I find it sorta contridicting how the bible says no sex until marrage,but God supposedly made our bodies able to reproduce at young ages,I find that a little strange.

I've been scared a lot of times,I'll share my most recent. I was up in my room playing animal crossing,all of a sudden I hear a hiss.... ...I look to the door,and my cat who hates me was standing there glaring at me!FREAKYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

DKC is more challenging in my opinionbut seriously,I couldn't care about the graphics. Heck,I would play atari still if my dad had it hooked up~! DK Jr. was like,a great game! Really,DKC did get boring, I really like dixie kong tho,she's my fave~!

i didn't say it was,but that's all a lot of people care about anymore
