that's mostly probably because it was change of type of boiard, and maybe because the hackers knew their passes.

The thing is, this is a vB, uses php..
The old otakuboards was a UBB, used cgi..
Two totally different scripts. The reason that they can't restore the profiles is because of the different scripts, they'd have to do it manually...

Whatever is the case, you are both right. It's hard to change from php to UBB scripts... probably impossible... so thus that is why....

The boards do look way better but I lost all my posts :( (well no duh, everyone else did too! ^^) I changed my username anyway. I had to sign-up again. And the reason of that, is most definetly the difference of the scripts. (ubb, vB)
