Super Mario Advance 3 will be a remake of Super Mario Bros. 3, not Yoshi's Island. However, there is going to be Super Mario Advance 4: Yoshi's Island coming out after Super Mario Advance 3.
And I've heard that there might be a remake of Yoshi's Story, also, but it hasn't been announced officially, I don't think.

Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2 is awsome! The control is just like in the original! I love this game![/color]
