Sincerest apologies to the crew, I know I said that I would post but uni's been a bit hectic lately so I haven't had much time to be on OB. But honestly, I prefer direction/objectives to work on, especially at times like this when I'm not feeling very creative. If you keep Cameron in when we get into the objective type stuff then I'll try my hardest to get some sort of post in. (Hope I can keep that....) My initial post had [i]a lot[/i] more tension between Kendra and Nakeisha, but I toned it down to something a little less aggressive. I have no doubt that there will more confrontations between the two in the future, so I don't want to push things to the next level until we 'earn it.' The reason Dr. Rhodes was expecting them to force their way in is because other than the military, regular ships do not have transport technology just yet since it's a relatively new technology. Being the expedition leader, naturally Brianna was briefed on this, however she has mistakenly assumed that everyone knows about it, or rather that all of them were briefed on it as well. The moment I saw your post Shy I got that idea and ran it past Beth since I couldn't resist poking Nakeisha, she's a fun character. Heh. XP Anyway, I decided to sort of back track a tiny bit or rather fill in what Teresa was doing from the moment she left sickbay until Bishop contacted the group to inform them of the lock on the cargo bay. I hope Sakura and The Boss don't mind my using their characters a bit. I got the idea to have Teresa sort of stick her foot in her mouth a bit in regards to the Cameron bit. I can always change it if I got your characters wrong. Though I'd like to keep the part with the Colonel in there. I'd say it's fair to assume I am still interested. Especially since Beth was telling me that not only is the Gate mission planned out but the next one after that, so I'd definitely like to see how those go as well as finishing up the current one. I've got several ideas as to why they are experiencing the difficulties that they are and I'm curious to know if any of them are correct or not. Also, Nakeisha is too amusing for this to die.
