As a critic, I say that you can get better results in paint, but I don't know how patient you are.... Lol. It took me a couple hours to do mine... The text is pixelly, but MS paint... grrs. Well done, though, since the pics aren't too pixelly. Couldn't you get a better pic of Vicious? I always use Google but I'm pretty sure there are more pictures of him on the 'net than those three. All in all, I'm being harsh. Good job on that banner, especially with your resources. Nicely done indeed.

Ah! Double post. ^-^ Anyways, I can tell that the most recent banners are from paint. Pixelly darn program.... The last DBZ one... is that the spray paint tool thing? Anyways, very well done in paint. I know how annoying that thing is, especially to get the resizing in proportion.

The only reason I can think of that would allow you not to win is if they don't allow cg, which would be abysmally stupid. but... well, we'll see. There are some proportional problems, but nothing blatantly obvious. I really have no idea what the judges are going by. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. Dude, is that screentones? I wish I could figure it out. Or is that CG? I wonder if they except that.... :: ponders:: I tried cg last year, but it seems as if the standard is screentones, which is a helluva lot more difficult. Good luck. It looks like you put a lot of effort into it.

Yeah. It took a LONG time. The violin and the posture of the guy is cruddy. My mouse kept sticking, too. Well, it's done now anyways. MS Paint, as usual. Five hours tops. Fragmented sentences... I'm tired.

Great job in paint! I really like the banner, except for the font, but I know that MSpaint's fonts always come out pretty pixelly.
