I would have to agree with Dark. The first pic is rather pixelly looking, especially the sonic character, the second on the other hand is very clean. (For the second pic I would try your name in the water in the left hand corner, looks a bit misplaced in the center there.) Great job on #2. ^_^;

I like her a lot too... the only thing that I can see, which no one has mentioned already, is that the hair for the bangs seems to start suddenly from her forehead, I would try drawing the bangs to meet the hairline that you have already have established. Great job! ^_^

I like it too - Its a bit on the light side - hard to make out what everything is, all in all, nice job ^_^

Very nice Sara, I luv her! One suggestion, try putting a lighter border (maybe the highlight gray colour in her hair?) around the face where she is broken, I think that may help the missing piece of her face stand out a bit more. Once again, very nice. ^_^

laf - I want to know who voted yes to death being bad. There is wrongful death - which yes, sometimes is sad, but shizz happens sometimes, it's part of life. There is natural death - which also I guess can be sad sometimes, but also, a part of life. Bad and sad though are two differant things. As there is life and birth, there is also life and death - two sides of a coin that cannot be changed. And honestly, I really wouldnt want to live in an overpopulated world where no one ever died.

Ermmm, it looks pretty good. I love the colour of the sunset. It looks a tad pixelly tho - maybe shrink it down a tad? It's currently 550x150, maybe try a 450x50 - or even 500x100, it might make it look a bit less rushed. ^_^

I like it, its a bit bigger then the allowed size of 80x80, but very nice. It kinda, at first glance, reminded me of an..erm, nice way to put this? A...er, uterus. Weird eh? O_o

Very nice DA, I don't think it sucks at all silly. O_o I like how you positioned him off to the right and the black border you used around it. Also I like that you didn't use the standard 500x100 format, that size fits the pic perfectly. Good job. ^_^

My hair used to be tons of different colours... many of them funny enough all thanks to Mr. Kool-Aid. laf. I ended up shaving my hair, just to be bada**, (bad choice btw, some girls look cool, my flat head looked rather, well, to say the least, odd. O_o). Since then, I've been letting it grow out without dying it or blow drying it and honestly - I do notice that it's much healthier then it ever used to be. I've known girls that have seriously damaged their hair by burning it as well as their scalp, (platinum was very popular around the clubbies for a bit), but those were very few and far between. Mostly, people do have good experiences... Do you like the way you look with your hair dyed? Does it make you happy? I guess that's all that matters... ^_^

Very nice for your first time, if anything, it's a bit on the dark side... you cant really make out any of the shading on the body. Also, the blue on the left knee looks a tad odd as it is blending itself into his hair... the hair btw, looks fresh (a bit sloppy on the chest though) All in all, great job! ^_^
