1. I don't think it was pronounced right, but no one at my highschool could compose themselves after we heard "Shagnasty" on the intercom.
2. Do you have enough ram to start explorer? It takes 3-4 MB on XP. Check Performance--> Physical Memory (K)--> Available. If it reads less than about 3700, you need to end some processes. If this is the case, post a list of processes and we'll try to figure this out.
3. Here are some of my predictions: -The last line will be something to the tune of "it's gone" "what?" "my scar." -
James and Harry are descendents of Griffindor. Voldemort dididn't want to kill Lilly because she was not in the bloodline. He wanted to eliminate it. He only killed her after she defended Harry. -I think(this is kind of out there) that it is possible that Hagrid gave Harry the scar as a sort of alert system. Whenever Dumbledore senses Voldemort is near, he makes Harry's scar hurt. Just a thought.
4. Well, considering the fact that not all cartoons are made in japan, he is wrong. Anime is also a style, and outside of japan the style isn't really used.
5. Yes, you must pay a certain amount of Child Support (based on income) monthly. Don't hold on to him for any reason. Staying with someone for years trying to make them love you is impossible. The guy being an impulsive idiot doesn't help. "he was starting to like someone" is exactly right. He saw someone he feels more appealing than you and pounced(pardon the expression) on the opportunity. He knows things about you he doesn't know about her, which is why he likes her. He's seen nothing but good from her but has seen your ups and your downs. He has convinced himself that she has no problems or issues and feels he loves her. This is the point where he should talk to you and tell you about her, that he had dinner or something. But, instead, thinks ending the relationship immediately and pursue her. Here we enter "lust". He lusts for her the same way a pubescent boy lusts for girls. He comepletely avoids the girls definate downsides and acts like she is the Holy Grail. In a while, he will come back down to Earth and realize she has flaws.
6.
_PS1_ Spyro. Hands down. All of the game titles were horrible. The story was non-existant and the enemies were pushovers. When I was little, I used to be in love with those Spyro games, but one day I woke up and saw the light. I got my GCN! Not more than a week later I traded in my PS1 for $18, and was on the road to salvation. :D
Surely you're kidding. Ripto's Rage was easily one of the best games for PS1. Sure, the story wasn't all that great, but since when did a crummy story really have any effect on the gameplay of an action game?
7. I'm sure the title says it all. I was amazed slightly that ESRB rerated it, but I was even more amazed to find that 24 hours after a complete recall of the game, most of the stores in my area still had the game on it's shelves: Still sell as of midday yesterday Wal-Mart Target K-Mart Movie Gallery (rental) Game Crazy #2 KB Toys Recalled Gamestop Game Crazy #1 Blockbuster (rental) I'll check again later today.
8. As far a syndication goes, I like Futurama and Family Guy pretty equally. Each has it's own distinct style, so there really isn't much overlap. On the original side, I really enjoy Aqua Teen Hunger Force, but Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law is the best. All of the references to old Hanna-Barbera cartoons are wonderful.
9.
For one thing, I wouldn't be surprised if they scratched the game several times; basically every Resident Evil has seen significant changes during their developmental cycles. For another, if you think that Resident Evil 4's fun factor is solely based on generating scares--then you simply don't have a Gamecube. I'll expect you to revoke your statement when the PS2 version comes out.
I'm not saying that it is solely based on scares. I am saying that there are scares involved, and since I don't like scares, I don't like scary games. I'll no doubt at least play this by the end of the year(my Gamecube is slowly fading into obscurity after 4 solid years), but the scares will most likely turn me away.
10. Fusion would be amazing. A few pounds of hydrogen could fuel the world for a year. But let's think from a present standpoint. The ability to even make fusion could be a century away. We may never be able to control it. Instead of dwelling on that, here is a feasable way for us to get energy: Solar panels. Expensive as they are, they harness a power we use very seldomly. The sun will give us limitless energy until it engulfs earth.
11. My cousin and I heard someone on our frequency while we were at Lake Cumberland, so we shouted things like "Boobies!" into the walkie-talkie. We really got a kick out of it. I just came up with a "Please leave a message after the..." joke: Hello. You have reached Donnie and Beck's XXX. Please leave a message after the sex: Ahhhh. Ahhhhhh. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
12. Since I haven't read this last page in it's entirety, it might seem that I'm jumping in, but bear with me: I find it odd that, in a book series that has a wonderful, twisted plot, that most assume that Harry will just kill Voldemort and that will be the end of it. Seriously, these books go a lot deeper than comic book endings. A final showdown would be pointless, as we've seen that Harry just lacks the abilities to just kill a man that has masses of henchmen trained to spot and kill. Remember
Cedric
in GoF? He was killed off in an instant.
13. I'd say this will take a significantly shorter amount of time than RE4, considering that they won't have to restart several times to get the gameplay right. I couldn't really care less about this game right now. I don't get the least bit excited from being scared, so I have never enjoyed these games. We'll see how this turns out, though.
14. You could have each rip do something unique and particularly crippling for each world. So far, from the series I've watched, I've compiled this(Bold series I have added): G Gundam(applicable for all gundam and robotech series)-Mobile suits randomly fail . Cowboy Bebop- Things start failing and Ed disappears. Ruroni Kenshin-Kenshin becomes the batosia(sp?) again. Dragonball Z: Transforming is impossible(best set in Cell Saga). Ronin Warriors-Armor disappears Naruto!-Multiple Zabuzas. Yu-Gi-OH!-Cards become real monsters. Excel Saga- Revivng angel is gone.

17.
Yes, I suppose it could have and it's unfortunate that Chrysler didn't seek an alternative location near the town when it became apparent that that person was not going to sell their land. However it still wouldn't be right or fair to ask that person to give up their home for the sake of the community, regardless of how many unemployed people would have found jobs. Yes it would have been good for the community, but if you got a job on another person losing their home when they didn't want to lose it is something a lot of people would find unsettling.
The man was not asked to sell his home. Only 50 of his acres. His house sat off of the plot that was sought.
18.
Again this issue is about the misuse of the law, rather than whether or not people have the right to refuse to sell the home to help the community.
Using the law to get tax revenue is a misuse, but the plant could have employed every single unemployed person in the town, not to mention drawing work from the rest of the county. We only have 90,000 people, and a very large plant could have solved area unemployment for many, many years.
19.
The main question you can ask yourself is would you like to be served with one ?
That's like asking if I would want to get the death penalty, just because I can see why it is important. Of course it would suck to get chosen for either of these things, but, in the end, you have to get over it. Even if the house is sentimental, you shouldn't hold back a community. That Chrysler plant could have produced thousands of jobs. They weren't even trying to buy the house. Just the land.
20. We have a section for all things dealing with art: The Art Studio. If you want to submit specific art to a broader audience, head on over to Theotaku.com.
21. This is pointless. I really don't care what my consoles look like, as long as they function.
22. Now that I think about it, this could be the result of my community crying out. A Chrysler plant was to be built about 10 miles from here and was all set to proceed, but one landowner would not sell. He was offered 1 million for his 50 acres(a high premium in rural Kentucky). According to him, the land had sentimental value (his family lived there for 60 years). His actions led to Chrysler to locate the 1 billion dollar factory in Alabama. Everyone wanted to wring his neck.
23. The thing is, people won't have to worry about their homes being seized if they aren't zoned properly(The zoning laws are finally useful). A mall can't just open up in the middle of a subdivision.
24. This is really a pain in paint. I'd suggest Irfanview, but I'll explain paint anyway. 1. Click the select button on the toolbar(upper right corner). 2. Go to the upper left hand corner of the image to resize(the two numbers in the bottom right corner should say 0,0). 3. Left click(hold) and drag the dashed box to cover the entire image. Let go of the left button. 4. Grab the bottom rightcorner of the dashed box. Now move to desired size(indicated by numbers in bottom right hand corner). Now move bottom right hand corner of the canvas to the same specification. Wasn't that fun? If you want an easier job, download Irfanview. All you have to do is: 1. Open up the image in irfanview. 2. Click on Image--->Resize/ Resample. Enter in desired size(Uncheck Preserved aspect ratio if it is an uneven resize). Much, much easier. you can also add effects, such as blur, from that Image menu.
25. $50 wasn't the cheapest, but was the average on Shopzilla. And that is just for a 23.3 GB Blue Ray. Sony has touted 60 GB. http://www.shopzilla.com/12--Sony_PDDW023_23.3_GB_Write_once_Media_-_cat_id--438__prod_id--11697763__sort--6__start--10
