I've been using this code to show all of my websites banners but it only shows 4 of them. Can someone figure out what's wrong? I'm not very good with Java.

Yes, to each their own I suppose. Maybe its just not my cup of tea? Yes, live action has been done for years, but their are vast amounts of different films concerning live action, a lot more then that of animation. They just placed them all so close together, in the past year or so how many computer animated movies have you seen? The Incredibles, Monsters Inc, Shark Tales, Madagascar, Finding Nemo, Shrek, Shrek 2, etc. It just seems like they all came out at around the same time and a lot of the themes are similar. Just a generalization I made on my own. However, thats all it is, I don't have the time nor strength to search vigorously for information to prove my point, so you win lol.
In the last year there has been the Incredibles, Shrek 2, Shark Tale, and Madagascar. That's four. There were hundreds of live action movies, all so close together. Some even came out on the same day. lol I've seen the 3 former, and they were all excelent. Have you even watched them? The reason there is more diversity is because animation is what can't be done by live action. Animation is also very expensive and time consuming.
I wasn't only comparing them concerning animation. Yes, that is a similarity, but not the only one. Each is made solely for children, and each has similar morals at the end and lessons to be learned throughout the film. Each uses big time movie actors originally known for films geared towards older people and puts them in roles as children friendly creatures. Now I'm sure you can mention actors and their roles in other children's movies, but I can pretty much guarantee you that I can list more movies of another orientation. It seems after the first successful animation film everyone decided to start doing it, and its just getting old if you ask me. Not only are they all animated movies, but the animation is incredibly similar. Look at them, and although some shapes are switched around, some color is shaved off, its basically the same. Hate to crush your childhood dreams however, sorry lol.
Look at every live action film made. Ever. They've been doing it for 110 years. That's getting a little old. Why don't we just stop enjoying movies altogether? Also, they all look the same. That makes Animal House just like Dracula, and Spiderman just like Gone with the Wind. Right? Do you know how many companies do the animation that you are talking about? 2. Pixar and Dreamworks. That sure is everyone. Animation is similar? So a fish is a person, with "some color is shaved off"? The first successful animated film was the first animated film, Snow White. In the Fifties.
As for "The Incredibles," its completely overrated if you ask me. How many have we seen just like this one? "Finding Nemo," "Monsters Inc," "Madagascar." Theres so many, yet people always call them "breakthroughs" in movie making *confused*
Comparing those movies is like apples and oranges. Sure, they're all animation, but how does that make them 'just like' one another? "Ray" and "Mean Girls" are both live-action. Does that make them the same?
I live in Iowa. Des Moines, Iowa. The land of corn. We have crops growing within city borders. A horse lives near my school.
I live within a few hundred feet of a horse farm and a corn field. People like to eat corn, and people like to watch horse races(especially in KY). Both have to go somewhere.

The yellowcard bit was horrid. The whole time I was thinking, "Why didn't MTV book them to play one of their songs?" The paradies were funny at times, but nowhere near Reloaded or Spiderman. The Star wars one is the best this year. Elisha Cuthbert deserved Breakthrough Female. A teenage girl playing a ***** is really not that hard.

It's very interesting to find out where your friends live: http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=44477&highlight=live http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=40829&highlight=live http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=35974&highlight=live http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=10324&highlight=live http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=7183&highlight=live http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=4569&highlight=live http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=3250&highlight=live

I've been wondering where everyone that comes here lives. I live in the middle of Kentucky, USA, About 30 miles from Fort Knox. It's kinda funny. If anyone not used to being near a base came here they would think we are being bombed.

No, eating has little to no effect on thist. I'd say a licensed dermatologist would know more than any of us. This is exactly what she told me.
-
I know, but being an adolescent has a lot to do with this. D is right, wash your face 1 or 2 times a day, but no more than 2 or 3. It will dry out your face and make things worse. What you eat means absolutely nothing.
-
Definately acne, lol. You should see a dermatologist(i did a week ago) and have them put you on a pill. It'll take a while, but one of the medicines should clear you up.
At least since the N64, Nintendo has basically slammed Sony for demonstrating that quantity is apparently better than quality, while they're more on the quality side of the fence. The reason I didn't include the N64 in my saying that is because I have just one game, Star Wars Podracer (not bad, getting the system, four controllers, expansion pack, and a game for $20), and I've only played maybe ten others
There's your problem: Play more of the games. Mario 64, Starfox 64, Bomberman, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Pilotwings 64, LOZ: OOT, LOZ: MM, Mario Kart 64, and Battletanx 1 & 2 are all worth playing. You are right on the quantity/quality: Sony had a lot of good games and Nitendo had a dozen great ones.
I miss the old days of gaming where games were made for the audience's fun, not for an experience. Nintendo reminds me of this the most, of course. At the same time, I could easily write another "rant" about Sony saying similar things. I couldn't write about Microsoft, because I don't own an XBOX, and I'm fairly satisfied with my computer.
Games are made to be a fun experience. If you don't experience a game, how is it supposed to be fun?

He's talking about the HDD. I don't hate microsoft either, but I don't really respect the company anymore. This is on the OS side, so I'll leave that out. PSP is horrible as a multimedia device. A 256mb MSPD costs $50, and that equals about 65 songs or an hour of video. $50+250=300 for 256 mb psp. You could buy a portable dvd player for 80-100 and burn 700mb disks to it for a quarter. Also, UMD movies are useless. Why buy a UMD Kill Bill vol 1 for $20 when you can get the dvd for 10?
-
Microsoft was never in this to make money. They wanted to get market share, which they have accomplished. They must now start making money, which they have absolutely no clue how to do in videogames. They also do make games internally, but only from studios that they have purchased. Bungie is the only good one, though. Rare made Grabbed by the Ghoulies for pete's sake.

I'd say there is little chance of another crash. 3 games per genre X 8 genres = 24 + 8 rpg+ 5 Fighting= 37x$60=$2,220. That's way more than I can spend every 4-5 years. Seriously, look at the games that you have. You have more than 37. That's because there are more than 3 good racers, 3 good fps's or 3 good sports games. Let's take FPS's for example. UT04 has good deathmatch and CTF, Half-life has a good storyline and physics engine, Doom 3 is scary, Ghost Recon is strategic. Each fills there own niche, and each has several iterations so that we can make that experience longer. Before gaming crashes, people will have to stop buying games, and '04 was the second peak of the industry.

I prefer franz ferdinand. I have their CD and really like This Fire and Take Me Out. FF stuck out less than MM, but that's because float on's lyrics seem out of place. They don't keep up with the music quite like FF's do, and flowing is important to me.

Could you provide a link? I would buy it. I'd say many people would be watching her and if even a penny was sent to bin laden she would be shut down.

When has Nintendo ever had a shortage of Properties? I'm not sure that PS3 will be the top console for 3 reasons: 1.It will be expensive. 2.Sony has given specs on it, but they have a history of overinflating things like PSP's battery life(x2) and the power of the ps2(x10) 3.There is a good chance sony will have a shortage. If sony can only make 500,000 1-chip PS2's I wonder how many 9-cell PS3's they can make.

What would you choose Love or your Dreams?
Morpheus replied to WhiteAoiFox's topic in General Discussion
wait.... so you'd be willing to go with the flow, be a follower, and starve, die, or whatever... what if the "everyone" u care so much for, were back-stabbers, betrayers, and leeches?? sometimes being independent has its benefits! :p and i am totally taking what u said outta contex! :D
But they're not. Everyone in this world is not out to get you. There are good people. Yet again, not independent. ALONE. -
There's a stupid attitude. You'd rather kill everything that you've worked for (starve) than walk alone and on your own. That's weak.
Not on your own. ALONE. Where no one cares about you at all. I couldn't live like that. I'd rather die with everyone and nothing than live with everything and no one. It's simply an opinion. -

Love. I have created my first well worded thought on life for this: I would rather starve with everyone than eat with no one. -
Lincoln(that's her husband's name for those of you that don't know) obviously has no clue just how much of his life he'll get back. He'll pay enough child support to thwart anything he wants to do. Counseling is definately the way to go. Doesn't he understand that he can still do the things he used to do? Though having a baby makes things hard you have shown that if needed you could do things all by yourself. He is acting on pure impulse, in much the same way a rabid shopper buys clothes. Within a few days, the clothes are returned because that's not what the shopper wanted. If he won't go to counseling, then lightly let up on your limits on him and let him get closer to the lifestyle he wants. Once he realizes that he can have what he wants and have responsibilities at the same time he might understand.

Gaming Your opinion on the next year of gaming.
Morpheus replied to 2010DigitalBoy's topic in Noosphere
My opinions: XBOX-Things are not looking good considering Microsoft will halt production by early '06. More people(such as myself) will probably buy one when the impending drop to $99 occurs in november. That will probably boost sales. 360-So far I have seen good graphics, which really means nothing. We saw good graphics with NeoGeo Pocket and it flopped. Until some more gameplay comes up, the fate of this one is up in the air. DS-Probably the brightest looking of any console. Just the thought of playing Animal Crossing and Katamari Damacy on the road... GBA-Looking good, especially with gunstar heroes, one of the best games to come to the genesis. Gamecube-So far only Zelda and Advance Wars excite me, but we'll see what nintendo has in store. Revolution-Backwards compatability, all NES, SNES, and N64 games, and the fact that the games don't have to look like expensive offerings by EA and Epic on 360 and PS3 will help this console a lot. I see this one coming out on top this console race. PS2-Burnout Revenge has me drooling, and I can't wait for We Love Katamari. PS3-UT07 and Knockout Kings look good, but the cost and difficulty of the visuals will probably keep many developers from utilizing the power. PSP- Games look good, but I don't want to think about how little battery life a game that accesses the UMD constantly(such as GTA or Burnout) will get. NGage- With only 1.3 million units shipped and only 1 or 2 good games currently available, I see Nokia dropping support for this entirely by the end of Fiscal Year 2006.
