[SIZE=1][COLOR=DimGray]Darkness Falls: Darkness Begins Again It has been twenty years after the last incident. The times of vampire?s and werewolves roaming the earth. Once it was true. But after these twenty years it has died down. The signs now point to another awakening of the Darkness. One that will come back twice as strong. Here is where we join the in the year of 2224. The first incident ended twenty years ago. Now the unfreezing begins of the preserved Taikaru. ?Cryogenic chamber number 7a45b now beginning unfreezing process.? A computer called out. It took a few minutes but the ice finally thawed out a woman with black hair. ?Now beginning reanimation.? As she stumbled to her feet she spoke quietly to herself. After getting through the processes she stumbled to meet the scientists that unfroze her. ?Taikaru?? A scientist questions seeing if brain functions have returned to normal. ?Yes.? She said quietly. ?You will be debriefed as soon as we get you into some clothes please follow me.? The scientist walked her out. ?We?d like to begin you with the basics as soon as you are done dressing.? Taikaru nodded and walked into the dressing room. There she put on her undergarments and zipped up in a tight fitting leather jacket. She combed down her hair and came out looking exactly the way she used to look. ?If you are all set I would like to begin you with the basic rundown.? ?I?m ready doctor.? They also assured her that the wars were over and peace resonated through the land. Yet the memory of her father?s blood clinging to her face wouldn?t vanish from her head. She was also told that she had to pay off the debt she was in for her treatment. So she has been with the underground agents ever since. Her training progressed through the years; she even found her ability that saved her. They said the man that attacked her was gone. All but the head of the victim was found. There was a wound left but it wasn?t blood or a scar. It was just black and the eyes looked frightened. This power came from her to have a gift. She was taught that some humans receive gifts from evolution. It was basic common knowledge. Anyway, after getting out of the coma she was able to remember how to do things. They were amazed at this for if a coma is not treated with in the first five hours they wouldn?t have been able to fully revive her memory. But now she is awake and very dangerous. Her nickname was given to her by the ones who saved her. They found her gift works best in the dark. There for they named the gift? (Look at gift.) Name: Reina Tanizaki Age: 18 Gender: Female Class: Black Mage Hero or Villian: Villian Background: As a young girl she never had friends. Always being called names from carrying the virus. Yet, they only knew her as a carrier of a disease. She never even has used her power in public. At home in an abadoned building that used to be a hospital she would practice her powers. Creating things out of what she thought was nothing. Some wondered why she was able to go to school and get food but not have a house. She never was old enough to own a house but she was left a fortune only rich enough to pay for schooling, food, and a place in the old hospital. Later as she grew up she found that she still had money left over after school and went to the hospital she was born in. Some doctors backed away in fear but one came to her in her need. She found that she was able to create things basically out of nothing or out of another source. She was able to control some of the elements by effecting a planets face. They decided it was better to keep her at the hospital. But at age ten she was changed. After reading a few books and studying to become a medium leveled black mage she came to an understanding. A few things that she wondered after reading was *Why am I feared? Where have my parents gone? Why was I infected?* Two statues in the corner comforted her. Their faces settled any rage she felt towards the rest of the world. In July eigth at six in the evening the doctor came in. Reina asked the doctor about the two statues. She eventually found out the truth why she didn't have a family to rely on. Her powers were out of control when she was born and her parents were petrified in the act. Naturally we think it is a seizure but actually from our cameras there was a dark brewing in the chest of the man. You could describe what came out as a plasmatic creature but it ran through all the scientists as if it were a ghost. Their innards were either melted or gone.? ?So is that it? We are dealing with spirits that eat the insides of humans.? ?Yes that was what we thought ourselves. Instead we find that this one creature can cause enough trouble that now there are only about ten areas in the world left secure. After killing the scientists there was a world wide black out in 2050. Turns out this creature was involved. The moment we turned back on our power several gates to hell opened.? ?A real hell? What happened?? ?Yes it was real. After 2052 we finally discovered them. We?ve only found seven of them but we know there are more. What emerged after we found the first one was a ghastly sight. Only one man survived long enough to tell us and collapsed and died after sharing us his story. It seems that there was a mass of different creatures like werewolves, zombies, vampires, more spirits, etc?? ?I would have never believed that my research would have been proven true.? ?That isn?t the worst Mr. Adzuki. The creatures kept on pouring out and they have taken over almost the entire world. As I said there are only ten secure areas. These areas will be revealed to you at a later time. This is where we will pick up our story. The setting is in the future where things have gone wrong. Most technology doesn?t work on these creatures that are pouring out but it seems old magic will work. The government is still trying to come up with more technology to defeat these creatures so you can upgrade your weapons. Other equipment with him is a small dagger. The dagger is enchanted with old magic. Some of this magic will allow him speed and accuracy. His handguns are a dark silver metal that are also enchanted. They fire at a medium speed but when he wants to hit a target he will hit a target. Abilities: Transport-An extremely fast motion used primarily with dagger. Unfortunately he can?t use a fast enough transport like blink. Gunman-Extreme accuracy when needed. Only a few bullets can hold in this fast motion. Personality: He is a pretty smooth guy. He rolls with his situations as though they were a mathematical problem. Although he spent his life studying the abnormal he still fears them in some ways. Most of the time he will act like he doesn?t care but he is a real team player. He spent most of his life before developing research for the government but was called nothing but an insane fool. Maiko believes in the abnormal and believes they can be a real threat. Even with a fear of the abnormal he is still determined to get rid of this outbreak. He used to specialize in the military before he became obsessed with his research. History: When Maiko was little he didn?t really pay attention to much else but the sounds made when he is alone. Later in life he discovered the ways of science until he found a fatal flaw. By the year 2015 he was already out of the military and heavily involved in the research still provided by the government. His research included cases of disgusting horror scenes that were never solved. Some of these included missing bodies with blood spewed all over. Missing innards was a common case. There was though only one major attack though. The victim was literally splattered all over the walls. It said very detailed that there was not a single part of the body recognized except for the eye. Thus Maiko looked into other reasons. Eventually the government thought of preserving him through suspended animation. There was only one reason why they did so in the year 2020. It is because a lot of his research made since. The government took his research and stole it for themselves. Thus began the government?s investigation in more technology. Maiko?s research made it possible to scan the human body for the soul. And this is what led to eventual chaos. Now it is up to your sign ups to rid the world of these portals. You can choose either side just name your race. He can pass through physical objects and transform into them. Doing this he gains all their abilities but also their weaknesses. Thus he has to know about his enemies before he can fully use his power. Weaknesses: Most weaknesses in Ashnard?s original form is when he encounters non-physical creatures. This includes ghosts, specters, etc? These creatures he is unable to pass through and take their shape, form, and ability. As explained in the strengths he can take on physical objects or beings but also gain their weaknesses. Unfortunately he can only do this for about 12 hours if he needs to but he will suffer 12 hours of not being able to pass through objects. Quite the drawback to being a morphology spirit. Powers: Has the ability to take on other physical creatures strength and weaknesses. Also has the ability to take on their form and pretty much everything. Suffering after this is a delayed time he cannot go through objects or creatures for the same amount of time he transformed. Personality: Usually quiet but outgoing for what he wants. If he feels like doing evil he will do evil. If he feels like doing good he?ll do good. Usually he stays pretty neutral. Usually he takes on the form of a early twenty year old man that he took the life of needlessly. Description: Nobody except the man he killed saw his regular form. Usually after that he would take on the shape of the man he killed. In his regular form he is a black orb of flowing energy that could bend into any shape wanted. well if it is going to be time and space why not have a japanese settlement on the moon or somethign like that. I mean it may be extreme fiction but hey it kinda works for what we need it for. As I said pokemon is not supposed to be in there but I am very surprised by one simple fact. WHERE IS FLCL? It is not in their? If it isn?t then I will have to nuke your list and make a new one. I say we take a vote on changing the list. Instead of pokemon we will make a new addition in there. The reason so far is there have been far too many animes that rank much higher than pokemon. It looks to be that this town was deserted a lo-? Tai stopped as he stared at the horror in the middle of the park. His eyes widened and he turned pale a bit. He stared at a huge pile of mangled bodies. And it looked like there was something moving on the other side of the pile. Tai snuck around the back. ?How poor of these people to know what we are.? It then turned into Celia. ?Please don?t hit me I will only kill you.? It said mockingly. ?Damn you.? He said getting up with his right arm in pain. The small one that liked to eat things took advantage of his downed state. He ran after him to eat him but Tai pulled out his coal sword with his left hand and sliced off both his arms again. ?Who the hell keeps putting you guys together?? Then a diagonal one and so on. As he swung with the swords he found some ivory sediment in the sand. He made a small transmutation circle and made an ivory sword of pure white color. He then judged on his swords. He made a small chuckle and then thought of what the swords meant to him. ?Hmm. An ivory color for when I?m actually fighting for a right cause but a coal sword for the one who commands me. I?m basically a fallen angel or a risen demon. Nothing actually judges me. I have never been able to find my true self. I did know that she made me see myself for what I was. I was not but a dog back then. After her guidance I fight for what is right. At the same time I do not get in trouble. Well concealed evidence and a knack for pulling these things has done me good for awhile. It uses one filled in circle in the middle along with a triangle surrounding it. Next draw another circle just fitting around the triangle with one half inch line sticking out of the points of the triangle.? Celia started to draw as fast as she could. Obviously blocked Tai was struggling to get his sword near Isis?s face. ?This?ends now?dog.? Isis said struggling to keep Tai?s sword away. Once tired they both gave up and bounced backward. ?Your good dog but not good enough.? The orbs flew up in the sky again and shot lasers at him like a machine gun on the fritz. Eventually at Isis?s back side Tai got a glimpse of something on the orbs. ?Funny I thought this was all done by skill. Instead it is nothing but the cheap magic shows you go to.? Tai said charging at Isis again. ?You fool.? Isis said readying for another attack. The orbs dropped and Tai had an abnormal strike pattern. It looked like he was going to slice off an arm of Isis?s. Before Isis new it Tai had struck. His arm wasn?t bleeding at all and there were no cuts or scars. ?You missed.? ?Not exactly.? Tai said as Isis let go of his spheres to shoot lasers at him again. In other words you are using alchemy to make small but apparent particles in the air to make a wind tunnel of which the orbs can travel on. The second is the heating and shaping of the orbs. You make them into swords and they shoot lasers of highly heated air. You put the two circles on top of each other so it would only need one transmutation to make it fire and float instead of two transmutations to make one fire and one float.? ?You deduced that quite finely but I have succeeded. The sun gleemed upon the earth and the grass and he remembered the time he spent and waited to feel the blood of the Ishbalans. ?Ah the smell of blood is as sweet as a rosemary.? He murmured to himself. Just after he had his moment of solitude his commander walked in. ?Welcome commander.? He said with a solitary salute. ?Good day Tai.? ?I heard you requested me in your office sir. Is there a matter that must be notified?? ?Calm down Tai. I wish for you to do a simple assignment.? There was a bit of eagerness in Tai?s eye but that left shortly after. He gazed as his commands were about to be told. ?Your assignment is to find these personnel in the desert. Then help them get to the northwestern station. After you do that you will be free to continue the second portion of your assignment. Here are the papers and read them well. I hope you won?t let me down.? ?No sir.? He gave another salute as he tucked the folder in his left arm and left chest. After that he left to the train station. He had some time to think for himself after he boarded the train. *Me on a life saving type of assignment. Why this is most outrageous. I have to save a couple of soldiers from a desert tragedy.? He said getting off the train. He went to the cargo car and pulled out a few canteens of water and a big bag of supplies. He headed straight to the desert where there was not but sand dunes as far as the eye could see. *I better get a raise for this.* He thought hopefully. ?Three steps in the desert plus one thousand equals one thousand three steps in and I can?t find anyone!? he said with his voice maddening at the end of the sentence. A small sound was heard over one of the dunes. ?What? Finally.? He ran over to find a small group of people walking along the bottom of the dune for shade. He stood over them for about ten seconds not one of them noticing him like they were some kind of desert zombies. ?Welcome to your way out of this desert.? Tai heard something about menus. He was correct he was given a menu from her. ?Well?Celia I would like a full glass of your scotch and have some of that smoked ham. Orders?? She headed for the railing and looked over. There her reflection was visible. It showed her beastly like state. ?Is this what I am? Not but a fallen soul that craves for answers. Who am I? What am I really? Am I human or demon. If I?m demon that means I can take control over my state when I?m transformed. But I can?t which makes me a human after a ritual of some sort. The police swarmed him after that. Tetra was unable to get away. The media was all over here with questions like ?How did you land behind him?? or ?Did you feel scared at all?? or in some cases ?How did you surprise him like that?? ?No no I was just-? Her voice was cut from the media swarming over her. Flashes from cameras blinded her and she could barley talk with all the microphones stuck in her face. ?Look look all I did was knock him out. He was a criminal. I couldn?t-? She stopped in mid sentence. The media was silent and waiting for an answer. ?Well couldn?t what?? ?That presence.? She said muttering to herself looking around. She then looked back at the media. ?I?m sorry I have to leave.? She took off and escaped the media by going around an alley corner and jumped up to the roofs again. She looked around. *That presence was an angel. I hope they don?t get the idea we are doing this. I want to investigate this further.* The wind blew her hair to her left as she looked out north. *There are also some demons here. Really all you ridiculers must stay in your house or you will be beaten. Another thing is that who says that it has to obey Shakespeare?s work. I find the original interesting but now I give it a modern kick with maybe new events. You have to remember these are the descendants of the old families. Not everyone knows what happens in the events leading up to the tragedy in Romeo and Juliet and some people in the world don?t even know what happens at the end of Romeo and Juliet. Don?t be so quick to judge on stories that just so happen have a name on a story already written. As I said I?m intrigued with the work and would like to see what the outcome would be if other people played the part of different personalities of the characters. The festival went on with great prestige and honor. The time was not but great to have fun and just relax. But that was until the peace was broken. A voice broke out over the crowd. ?No I do not disgrace you sir. But I do disgrace someone sir.? A man said standing at a food stand biting his nail. ?None of you Capulet will have the pleasure of despising me in this town.? ?Oh but I will.? ?You jest. There is no worse of scum in this town than you.? ?But what is theirs is there in the fact that they?re not what they say they are.? The one said against the food stand. They pulled out their swords and began to start a quarrel. ?Please stop this non-sense I will not let it go on.? ?Benvolio!?? An angered voice shot out over the crowd. ?How are you here before me?? ?Please Tybalt I don?t want this to be a brawl.? ?A brawl you say. Well I will show you a brawl.? Tybalt let out a yell and a huge army of Capulets came out of nowhere. ?Please don?t fight Tybalt.? Benvolio pleaded. One of the Montague whistled and a whole battalion of Montague appeared behind them also almost out of nowhere. ?So be it then.? Tybalt raised his sword and started the fight between the Montague and Capulet that festival morning. The twang of swords came out of the brawl and to the towers of Italy.
