[COLOR=chocolate]Lemme try to add on to what everyone else is saying: In English, for our final paper, we were asked write whether comedy existed for its own means (provided humor), or if it had a deeper meaning, in other words, attempting to inform the audience of something. Time for me to go out on a limb here: what's tragic (and IMO, this ties into the good ol' Bard's stuff) is that comedy exposes us to stuff we, in any other situation, would not dare think about. I know that I learn about half the stuff I do from comedy, and it sends me on a "why is that joke done the way it is, where is it coming from" type of aspect. And it is tragic, in a sense, that we do not know the workings of our world through other ways (sans 9-11 for us/the USAers). And of course, the tragedy of finding our amusement in other people's folly. Sheesh, I should be in English right now, this stuff is gold we are all typing! [/COLOR]

At the current moment, we have a gorgeous little black gerbil named Thunderstorm, Stormy for short. When Mom was a kid, her g.pigs' had a lot of babies, and we tried to breed the gerbils, without much success. The one almost successful attempt resulted in three babies: one gotten eaten by the mom, one disappeared mysteriously (also probably eaten), and we tried to save the last one, but it died in our hands. :bawl: Hamsterpaulting, throwing down stairs, etc...*shakes head*...that's terrible... Yes. Depending on what you say to what chara, who you keep with you longest, who you heal the most etc. depends on who you date in Gold Saucer. Aeris always starts off in the lead, but you can change it to Tifa, Yuffie or even Barrett! There was a link to that somewhere..... BTW, it's hilarious if you get Tifa and then mess up the play. She punches Cloud's lights out! :laugh:

"Am I [i]ever[/i] going to figure her out?" A large movement caught his eye and he looked down. There stood Siren with a large golem. Behind Ryu, Kam and Riven began to slip away, when his arm shot out and grabbed Riven's wrist. "Hey!" "Answer time--first let's start with that black cloaked--OW!" Kam had launched himself at Ryu and bit hard. "Don't you DARE fling him against a tree again!" Ragear joined the group and snarled at Kam. The smaller dragon let Ryu go and clicked. Ragear began to show signs of flaming breath, but just as he spat, Kam turned invisible. "Call your lizard off!" "You call yours off!" "He's not doing anything!" "Turning invisible is a good way to chicken out!" Ryu felt a tail hit his right cheek as Riven slapped his left. Siren looked on from below, startled, then, followed by the golem, she and her dragon flew to the top to investigate. "ENOUGH!" Ryu bellowed as he drew his sword. Kam clicked and slid to Riven's shoulder. "You want a fight, bring it on!" Riven regarded the immature boy, then turned her back. "Come Kam, we aren't welcome here." "Hey!" Ryu hollered, "You come back here, you have some explaining to do! HEY!" Siren's Golem stomped up, its foot landing a foot from Ryu's own. He was promptly quiet as he peered into the faceless giant.

I choose...GRYFMON! We all know what Gryf looks like, right? If not, pop on over to and look for the one that has Bito, Tia, Gryf, and Tyger on it. (I already have every single form of hers planned out, plus Armors, and a DNA with Cera's Digimon.)

*laughs* Chill, man, I've been struggling with a lot of stuff lately--my relative's wedding, my own Internet service collapsing, and me spraining my ankle really bad. I bet because of the couple day Internet collapse (40% of all users were hit), some of us are still trying to get our online services running again. Can you believe I busted my butt to get all the other masks, then I'm down to the last kid to talk to, and I talk to the [i]friggin' Majora!?![/i] Sheesh, after I beat Majora, I had to do that part all over again, so I could get it. >_<

[COLOR=chocolate]I remember one time in CT, I named Ayla Azala by accident--I didn't realize why the name sounded so familiar until Ayla faced against Azala and the Black Tyranno. Much funny. As far as normally naming charas the first time I play something, I usually named the guy chara after whoever I like at the time (usually changes by the end, heh), the main girl is me (>_< imagine my shock when Aeris died the first time), and whatever comes to mind the rest of the time. It's kinda funny how the charas named after peeps I know act totally different. Usually when I get to know the charas of an RPG well, I name them their REAL names (Ie: Glenn-Frog, or Nanaki-Red XIII) or after peeps in my life they resemble: IE-Barrett in FF7: heh, I got a boss at Chili's who looks and acts EXACTLY like that man! Only diff is that Ron (my boss) is of Hispanic descent (even though he doesn't even know a word of Spanish, but he'll cuss you out if you try to point that out to him. :rolleyes: ). One time, Ron busted his right arm pretty bad, then I overheard him joking something along the likes of amputating it. I had to bite my tongue to keep from telling him to graft a large gun into it--he'd probably try it! Silva takes out her bow and twirls it like a spear. "I don't know who you are" (she looked at Matt) "or you" (this time the black cloaked man) "but chunking rocks" (to dark cloaked man again) "is definitely RUDE!" So saying she drew an arrow. "HEY!" Ryu hollered. "You guys ain't fighting without ME!" "Ee too!" Ragear chimed. Ryu drew his sword and charged. Ragear roared and followed. Shiva and Tann screamed battle cries as Siren and Silva prepared to fight. "Not so fast!" sneered the man. "I have a life that I will snuff if you do not back away!" He held up...Riven! "Oh $@#$^..." Ryu muttered darkly. "Riven!" Silva cried. "Ah good, I see you all know her already," the man laughed evilly. "This makes her that much more of a valuable bargaining chip!" Riven simply glared at him, waiting for the invisible Kam to eat through the ropes that binded her. Siren flushed angrily, and the earth shook about her. Meanwhile, Matt rushed into combat against the man.

"No, no thank you, I think I should just wait here and take care of----Kam?" She looked down at her hands, but nothing was there. A weight jumped from her hands and the grass blew apart as if something had hit it. "Kam?" A click in reply. Shiva shook her head. "Leave the small one. Kam is looking for Riven." "So, you coming?" "Ryu!" Siren called, "hurry UP! They're getting away!" "C'mon Silva!" Silva furrowed her forehead. She didn't feel like going, but what else could she do? An explosion rocked the cliffside behind her and the girl quickly made up her mind. "Let's go Shiva!" "Yes, indeed, but watch [i]out![/i]" A large boulder slammed into the cliff, tumbling down. "Hey, what gives?" Ryu griped. "Boulders don't just suddenly tumble down on their own!" "Or do they?" cackled a hideous voice. The Dragonas and their Dragons turned back to the cliff where a figure dressed in black stood. "...is that a black mage...?"

Rumors abound that this creature is not as fierce as she looks, and is seeking something--possibly her lost past? So in an indirect way, Seph DID kill Aeris. I mean, why else would #2 (Seph look alike, or would he be #1, or no wait, Seph never had a tattoo, right...>_
