"Time to go to work." she muttered as she deftly threw on her clothes. After an hour, she was out of the door and walking down the street. She took in a sharp breath. "Wow, it got cold [i]quick[/i]" She shrugged and continued on, the vere present feeling of being watched, fixed in her head. She smiled at herself ironically, she, the toughie, should be afraid of a stare. Mara walked through the door of a restuarant and took off her coat. She smiled at the man, sitting at the counter. "Hi, Vinny." she said. "You're late." he replied, "The boss is gonna kill you." "I know." Mara stated simply, smiling.[/color][/size]

The Dragoon ran towards her, hs howling of rage echoing around her and the others. She ran towards it, her wisten sheathed, her ellipsien out. She swung the chain around his neck when he approached her and craked it within a second. The great creature fell to the ground with a dull [b]thud[/b]. "Just as well." She said quietly, running off for another monster, but she was tripped by something and dragged off from the fight, into the darkness.[/size][/color]

What I thought was freaky was when a married coupld found out that they were switched at birth, and one of their suppossed "in-laws", was really their parents! Man, it was pretty weird. Also the ever famous "Girl locked in a vault at a jewelry store. The police brought in a professional to crack the lock on the door because no one knew what the combination was. He talked to the girl, asking her for number one through one hundred and twenty, and left and right. He asked and she answered for about an hour, she running out of air, and when she had passed out, the combination she had given was right and the vault opened...[b]That[/b] was freaky...[/color][/size]
