OOC: Alrighty, here it is! --------------------------------- "Where have you been, Faye?" the man asked quietly. He smothered his cigarette, cutting all the light out of the room. He ruffled his dark mahogany hair and smiled. Faye flipped the light switch and threw some bullets on the man's lap. She then reached into her shoes and pulled out to I.D. tags. She threw them on top of the bullets. The man looked up at her in suprise. "You couldn't have gotten them both." he whispered unbelievingly. Her eyes were ruthless. "Try me. I want the woolongs. I want 'em now. So if you would be so kind as to hand them over, I'll be on my way." She replied dismissly. "I believe," he said with a hint of malice, "that we said 1,500 woolongs for each?" " WHAT? I just don't think so! It was 3,000!" The man toggled with his glasses teasingly. "I'm sorry, Ms. Valentine, but we just don't have the money." Faye pulled out a 9mm and smiled factiously. " Oh, but I think you do," she said, sitting down in a nearby chair, "so, if I don't get that money, I go broke. If I go broke, I'll do anything to get that money. Tell me, Johnathan, if I killed two men today, do you really think I would hesitate to kill a third?" The man gulped as sweat collected on his brow. He reached under the table and stealthly pulled out two black leather suitcases. "It's all there," he replied hoarsly, " All 6,000 woolongs." Faye smiled again as she picked up the two suit cases. She kissed him lightly on the cheek. "Nice doing buisness with ya'!" She exclaimed as she walked out of the door.

OOC: Sorry, but I had to visit some family and I haven't posted. My new ability is Wistqueria; Mara isn't able to use it very often because it leaves her mana level weak. When cast, a strange, dark green mist surrounds her, and floats from her to the opponent. The mist leaches a small amount strength from the opponent and Mara chooses who she gives the strength to. Phantom, I didn't understand your email; are you angry with me? -------------------------------------------------- Mara nudged Hunter gently. "So what was your reason for coming here?" she asked quietly. Hunter rolled his eyes with a grin. "I thought that was obvious." he replied. Mara nodded. "It was; I was just trying to make conversation." she countered, giggling. "I've never been to the Temple of Light," Mara stated, staring at her hands, " How long will it be until we arrive there?" Hunter shrugged. "As long as it will, I guess." Mara rolled her eyes. "That helps..." she muttered. Hunter just shrugged again. Suddenly, four Rust Monsters jumped from behind. "Hunter," Alriy shouted, " Fight!" Mara sighed and brought out her ellipisen, a weighted chain, with two sharp jade disks at each end. She ran to a Rust monster, soon finding that she was the only one who fought it, in full force. She slid under the creature's legs in a somersault, and brought one of her chain's disk to it's protruding backbone. Mara smiled in delight as the creature squeled. She jumped up on the vunerable creature and brought both ends of her chains to it's eyes, blinding it. Mara looked around for a person near. Although her ellipsien was storng, it did not have enough power to destroy a creature alone. "Eve, come here!" she shouted.

Mara shook her head, snapping out of her thoughts. She shuttered and polished off her water. "I think you're friend is in trouble." She said, staring into her empty galss. Alriy looked up. "Ilythiirtar?" he asked curiously. Mara nodded. "How would you know?" he inquired suspiciously, his eyes slitting. "I just do." Mara said, shrugging, "You might want to look for him on the path to his home. He has lost his weapon and is half dead. You might want to protect him for potential attacks." Alriy just shook his head. "What if I don't believe you?" he asked. "Would you risk your friends life on that?" she replied, her eye staring at him curiously.

I won both from the Chao races, but I don't know how to get them...

Mara shuttered and turned back around. "Please don't tell me you are all associated with that man." she said under her breath. Alriy laughed. "I'm sorry, Lady Mara, but I must say that we are." he replied. "Would you mind telling me why he is in love with me then?" she asked bluntly. Alriy shrugged. "You'll have to ask him that." he replied. Mara shrugged. "I don't even remember meeting him. I knew of him, but never met him," she said, "Wait, I think I have..." Mara remincised on their meeting earlier that day. "Oh!" She exclaimed.

Mara walked quietly admist the group as Hunter walked out with Eve. She smiled mysteriously and ordered herself a drink. "Let me guess," She said, taking a seat under the glares, "You all hate Nilothakir." Lacroix narrowed his eyes. "And why would you want to guess, stranger?" Mara shrugged. "Let's just say I know him personally." she replied as everyone in the groups hands flew to their weapons. Mara smiled and took a sip of her drink. "I meant I was in a position to help you," she said quietly, setting her glass down, "that is, if you want to bring him down." Alriy glared at her. "Why should we trust you?" he asked venomously. Mara shrugged again. "Why should you not?" she countered. "What's your name?" Lacroix asked. "Mara Wisteria Lockheart, noble of Ashrenia and holder of the ellipsien." she replied, staring staright into his eyes mysteriously.

OOC: Umm...okay. -------------------------------- Mara smiled as she landed in a safe spot on Coruscant. "Where are we?" Kei asked, looking curiously out of the nearest porthole. "Well," Mara replied, her tongue darting to the side of her mouth as the ship landed, "I said you need to get to a doctor, right? Well I know a friend of mine that's more than a doctor." Kei turned around, staring at Mara strangely. "That would mean?" Mara laughed. "He's one of my closest friends; I almost came to the point of marrying him. I'll leave you there; you'll be safe." Kei just laughed. "Hmm, this ought to be fun." She said. ------------ Three Hours Later ----------------------- Mara jumped back into her ship, knowing Kei was safe. She flipped a few switches with a sigh. "Hold on, Padme," she whispered, her fear now consuming her, "I'm coming."

If you want something more on Maria, she's the grandaughter of Robotnik (sp?), and was beautiful and mysterous. You can find the info in the guide that came along with the case/ box. I also have a question. When I buy seeds from the black market and give the seeds to my Chao to plant, they don't. The booklet/guide says to do that, but I'm not getting any results. Anyone want to explain? Sorry, but I don't know anything about the melodies.

Mara threw the covers and rolled her eyes at her sarcastic statement. She streched stiffly; her jade eyes shining. Her long, slender arms reached at the ceiling, her pale skin glowing. She swung over the side of the bed, smiling and grabbing a brush off her vanity. She ran it through her wavy and coarse raven hair, quietly humming to herself. [i]Lord Byis has my ellipsien,[/i] Mara thought,[i] I must retrieve it.[/i]. After she had dressed, she quickly laid the brush down on the vanity and scurried out of the room, throwing a light coat on. She walked stately to her carriage, and requested the coachmen to take her to Lord Byis' residence. After she had arrived, she had a breif discussion with the man and retrieved her ellipsien, a weighted chain of silver, with sharp, jade disks. OOC: Sorry for a short post.

Well, I personally favored it. It was pretty funny and different from the CB march. It was different, SS, you know; what shows should be like.

Favorite songs from CB...gosh I'd have to say that Tank is the best, followed by Blue, than Green Bird. Ava Maria and the Real Folk Blues are really good, and would probably tie for fourth.

Alright, guys, here it is; the sequel: A year after the escape of Seto, the current Red Dragon Clan leader, and the death of Setsuna, Spike's brother and Anima's son, the group has grown apart, yet stayed in touch. Spike is bent on revenge for his brother, who was once only a friend. He makes many appearances at the Red Dragon's hotspots, bidding his time to kill Seto for good. He still resides on the Bebop. Anima is on Jupiter, back to her old ways. She is still working for herself, and looks as young as ever. Her unquenched youth is the result of an experiment gone wrong. She makes a bad deal with a small crime sydicate on Earth and finds herself in the grimy Jupiter barstrip. Faye is back on Venus, hitting all the casinos, and is still and assassin. She is working for many men, and also doublecrossing them. She eventually gets tangled up in the wrong web. James and Jet still remain on the Bebop, and over the time, have grown closer. James,a boy who worked for his father's company, is now a hacker and an asset to the Bebop. Ed left long ago with her real father and will not be in the story. Seto has a plan for all of the characters above (except Ed) for humiliating him; one that the crew might not be able to survive. "I think so."Mara replied, flipping a swtich that brought up a map of the current galaxy they were in. "So what is it?" Kei asked anxiously. "I know you are familiar with Padme, so you must be able to sense her. I'm going to go into hyperspace to Coruscant and slowly circle around the planet. I need you to sense a rough approximation of Padme's location, and I'll land there. I'll try to find some weapon's on the ship and I guess we'll just have to wing it from there." Mara replied, flipping a few more switches. Kei nodded. 'So when does this plan take effect?" Kei inquired. "Now." Mara replied, sending the ship into hyperspace, it's coordinates set for Coruscant.

Just use regular hand or dish washing soap. Just make sure it's the liquid kind. Apply that while you have the water running over it and that baby should and will come off! Always works for me! :D

They appear in broken dreams, most times cruel, which feed to Mara's hate of sleep. She is very quick and agile, which makes up for her average strength. Weakness: Sword holding and niceties. Mara is very weak physically, and as I said above, she makes that up with speed. She is only nice to her friends. She is weak to see suffering, so she is frightened of dying. Strong against: Phisycal damage and men's charm. In the character intro, you will need them to issue their equipment, their future mystical weapon, and the way Nilothakir disturbed their life. Why don't I just do that now? Equipment:A ellpisein, a weighted chain with two sharp disk at the end. The chain is made of silver and the disks are of real jade. She also carries an handkercheif. (You never know when you'll need those!) Mara's future weapon will be a an wisten; it looks like a sheath of wavy daggers bunched together as a fan. She will posses two of these and use them together. They are plated on the edges with emerald. Nilothakir disturbed her life by taking the thron and throwing the noble class into chaos among others. He has hurt her people and she is in a position to hurt him right back.

Mara said, patting the boy's head. "Why not?" Karu asked curiously. "Because your mother wishes you not to know of it. Please help me respect her wishes." she replied. Karu nodded, knowing in his mind he wasn't going to listen. "Now," Mara said, pulling a list out, "I'm going to find some supplies that we need for our journey. Please stay here." Mara walked down the corridor and left quietly. Karu smiled and waited, before leaving to see what the protest was about. [/size][/color]

The pruning of members... I've thought about that before, and it's a good idea, except this reason that keeps nagging me. I can't really say it the way I want to; it'd come out wrong. It has something to do with accidents. Any help here?

I have no life, so I'm an avid poster. :D I just registered a month ago and lookie, I'm already a member! Anyway, I don't really think the number of members matter. I think that the "Quality is better than Quantity" phrase kicks in right about...now. :blush:
