The next X-Box game I'm most likely to get unless it's delayed for ages is probably Metal Gear Solid 2:Substance. Also if I find some cheap bargains on X-Box games then you never know, because I maybe be getting games for Live then if I'm able to get Broadband for it's release date in England around March time. I've given up on PC games now as I've got loads of consoles in me room and I'm always online.

OK you two save the handbags untill later, so back onto the actual subject. I hear this is yet another game you will be able to play online. X-Box Live really trying to make a name for itself. You get different power-ups from the originals like rocket roller-skates, spring shoes and a silly hat lol. Off the subject: 1. I would have to say Tommy I'm not sure if I really want it myself either just sending in some information. 2. Zidane your not really a mod yourself so you can't exactly warn him and I didn't see you write anything on the topic either! p.s Sorry for saying the same thing I posted this before I saw Break's post. :box:

I believe that is exactly what I said in a post from the other Minority Report thread below, but anyway if they are keeping this open I may as well give out my opinions again. First of all there is a whole extra disk on just extra features so yeah it's pretty cool. It does throw away the whole atmosphere in the film though and the tension. When you see how they are really making the film, it's so safe and simple when it looks so life like and amazing with heights and exciting fight scenes, but I suppose it's the same with any film. Seeing at the cinema was indeed spectacular I couldn't take my eyes of the screen. Corrupting the cinema was not an option! The weapons are SWEET! Futuristic stuff is the best and I must say with the tramp it is hilarious indeed.

Well Bill is supposely planning on an X-Box 2 which is kind of crazy as he is not profiting from this at all. He may do later on, but he had to drop the price of the console dramitically in the first month of release in England. He has enough money so whatever he wants to do. I want X-Box Live, but I'm hoping it's not going to cost too much long term. *Hints parents for broadband*! Mech Assault will be excellent on it. :excited:

I've only just got this game and already I can see it is very repetive, but usually most sports games our to some extent. I find it a fun game though .. wish it could be two player! Another thing is most sporty games like to put in some music. Same with JSRF, but I have to say most of it is rather annoying unlike say Tony Hawks series. I just heard Scapegoat Wax - 'Aisle 10' which is alrite though. JSRF has good animated graphics I think. At the moment I seem to be on 99th Street and that's after the Shiboya Terminal, but I've probably done something wrong knowing me as I've only played it for an hour. :D

Yeah I thought they were pretty good myself too, but Still Waiting reminds me of The Offspring for some reason. I mean I still like them and all, also I'm going to see them in consert next year so I hope they're good. I want to see loads of cool rock bands too!!! Hope they don't sell out here in England.

Woah I only just seen this film yesterday, it is spectacular. Pure genius, so much tension and action right from the start. The cliffhangers are so good making you want to see what happens in the next film! The only thing I could criticize is that it gave me a massive back cramp lol, but it was well worth it. :D Can't wait for the next film!!!

Well Toe Jam and Earl was a Sega Mega Drive hit some ten years ago now. I owned both the games and thought they were great now Toe Jam & Earl III: All Funked Up looks like another brilliant hit. Latisha looks like a funny character who has joined these wicked alien dudes on a travel to Earth. It's basically a platform game where I think the idea of the game is to gather 12 Sacred Albums. 2 player game maybe bit childish for me now, but I'm not bothered really. Time to 'funkify'the uncool earthlings and Save the X-Box!

Well yesterday I went to the shops and managed to find some bargains. I got three games for the X-Box Mech Assault, Silent Hill 2 and JSRF so I hope I have made some good choices!

How good does this game look? The Graphics are simply amazing, and the game is a mixture of action and stealth. I hear it's had an early series starting on the NES, but this definitely will top that. I think it's called The Driver and I believe he is racing in a Sabre Turbo, but still against a Sentinel is hard and you need a mixture of skill and luck to do it. Another hard one is probably The Final Mission, but I didn't struggle that much really.

Actually not true 61% were buying a PS2 for Christmas and 14% was buying an X-Box for the simple fact there are more games for the PS2 that appeal to people. I would of got a PS2 myself if I hadn't of got one, but long term X-Box will bring out more game I agree.

As I was saying I think the X-Box will be saved, but I'm not sure if Splinter Cell will help out for too long. The fact that PS2 owners know that Splinter Cell is coming on the PS2 soon, that won't make them go out and buy an X-Box. There are several other things about the X-Box that would though. In return for Splinter Cell I'm sure we will recieve loads of games the PS2 have. One I know for a fact is Metal Gear Solid 2:Substance :excited:.

Yeah I agree PS2 is the best console it's been out longer and produced more games in that period of time which appeal most people, but I think when the other consoles get their act together and produce some more decent games it will soon change around. Most of PS2's good games will probably eventually go to X-Box anyway maybe even Vice City, so it's a swap for Splinter Cell. I know for sure it's getting Metal Gear Solid 2:substance. You say you don't like X-Box taking a mockery out of PS2, because it's childish, but if you think about it N64 mags always used to do the same for the PSX by calling it greystation and stuff (I'm sure I saw a mag saying the PSpoo as well). X-Box does have right to do it too as they have software to show off and strut about even though PS2 is winning on the sales. Abilities are better, but most people at the moment are interested in the games (me too), so that's why I think most people are prefering to get a PS2 at the moment as it has such a wide selection of games to deliver. Sorry to all you PS2 fans I want the other consoles to do better or at least equal the sales of PS2s. I think this 'war' would thrive with tension then and it will be no holds bar between the 3 companies. They will throw anythink to boost above the over consoles in the sales, so maybe cheaper deals or just more and more decent games hopefully :D. The 'War' Continues into a new and exciting year for gamers ....

Yeah everyone I know who has it is saying it's hard at first, but you soon get used to it as I have only 3 more missions to do, but Im giving the game a rest and trying some of the other new ones.

I also enjoy playing as Eddie, but he's one of the most annoying characters to play against. How can you be so good, because anyone I've played good when they are charging up to do a big combo I just interupt it. I only know some of the basic moves as the game is my mates, but I can still easily pull off a lucky victory.

I don't think just X-Box Live alone can save the X-Box, because not everyone is going to get broadband, but hopefully it won't be a failure. I think Live, all the games from X02 and these new deals will keep the X-Box alive at least till they bring out their second console. If good old Bill Gates keeps buying companies to help him out with games then no problem!

Hooray someone who agrees with me. :D I think I would make a great hooligan for the game too you know. Yeah it is a good game and it should be based somewhere different I don't really want it based in San Andreas. Put a grunger radio station with new songs on (Well all te good ones!)

Yeah Smackdown 4 has definetely improved in vital areas and I agree 2-player season mode would be good fun. I find it funny how the wrestlers just roll of the hell in the cell and bounce everywhere (not very well done though). Now it only takes one move to get you through the top as well which aint great. They need to do what Wrestlemania X8 has done and make 4 cage parts you can fall through. Each time you slam them onto it you see the depth of dent it the cage part till you are finally through. Also a thing that annoys me is when you counter someones special you loose yours which is pointless you should gain one like Wrestlemania X8, because its more funny when you counter your mates stunner then give him your special and laugh alot at your mate if you win. Another funny thing, on Smackdown which takes away the realism a bit is when in like a hardcore match you go back stage and fly off a car lol or a gas pipe and then bounce wrecklessly probably breaking every bone in your body. Still haven't created anyone sorry been playing other games I've basically mastered Smackdown now. There are still a few flaws in the game where your standing in mid-air and so on, but most games have flaws now so there's not much to do about it. Good graphics and can't wait for the next one in this sequel!

Which magazine is this then, because I suppose it would be quite cool to have another colour, but florescent green may be a bit blinding and it will look sick lol. I haven't heard anything on this as yet when is it set for release?

Who said anything about Ghost Recon? JSRF does look fun, but at the moment I'm just looking for something else spectacular as everyone seems to be getting that with the deal of the X-Box, so I could borrow that of anyone. I will just search around the shops then if I find nothing I will save up.

Yeah I hope my parents allow me to get broadband in my room. This better not be a failure though, because I'm all hyped up about this, so anyone who has X-Box Live can you tell me if you've had any technical flaws yet? I want to challenge the World hahaha eeevil :devil:

Well the X-Box hasn't been going for all that long so there isn't much of a choice really as yet, but at the moment for me I must say Halo is a pretty amazing game and I can't wait for the follow up next year its look superb! Also loads more fantastic games next year as shown at X02 so I can't wait. :excited: Best X-Box game of all time .. lol you make it sound like it has been around for years, but next year there will be alot better competition for the best game.

Ok well my birthday was a week before Christmas and I got alot of money and vouchers definetely over a £100. I also got a well nice BMX which I was greatful for. 4 games which where Mario Party 4, The Getaway, BMX XXX ;) and James Bond: Nightfire. They were my main pressys along with clothes, sweets, Minority Report on DVD and top up cards for my mobile. Hmmmm I think thats it :D.

The best example would be XBOX official X-Box complete guide to 2003 magazine which compares the consoles software. Well I don't know what to say it should be higher quality with the higher standard machinery to create games with. I'm not sure what is going to be the better console next year, but as I have all the four competing consoles, so I'm not really bothered. Microsoft itself is probably doing the worse out of all this, but Bill Gates has enough money I'm sure. I'm just excited to see all the good games they bring out! :excited:
