Well If you live in England Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance should be coming out in March time, but in America I think it may already be out. It will be really good game hopefully so you should definetely get it! Any other questions? :)

Yeah that poems coolies. I prefer poems that rhyme it makes sound better and you look more talented finding words that make sense and rhyme at the same time. Although there are loads that don't rhyme which are great too. :) The shell is a great idea. Well done *shakes Weh's hand and he squeezes it tightly* ouch .. the pain (usual school incident). :p

Woah that is a pretty awful game, but games like that I'm sure don't make much profit ... Don't see the point really what do they do it for publicity? I don't know how this Playboy game will end up it could be funny, but erotica is a bad way to advertise people into buying games. I must say I'm guilty (please don't hurt me), I bought BMX XXX, I mean it's not the worst game in the world and the videos were what attracted me to the game. It was just for a laugh (best to rent the game as if you want to watch videos you can use cheats, but its not great!). Anyone else thought of games that were plain stupid?
-
Well I personally think it should be a totally different console, but as for a name erm ... 'Xtra Soft'. :naughty:

Oops sorry I ment to say I didn't see the design myself, but whether there is a design or not it is definetely in the making. :)

I don't know if it's just me or if the gaming industry is getting out of control. They are seriously making games out of anything nowadays, which I suppose isn't always a bad thing. For instance listen to this article I read: Playboy Entertainment Inc has announced a plan to create, market and distrubute games worldwide across all formats. Planned for release in 2004, the first game planned is a sim, which sees players taking on the role of the company's founder Hugh Hefner, building the Playboy Empire and living the lifestyle. Hmmm? Could be interesting ;)... VERY interesting  They are picking on every movie coming out now and even older releases of films are getting turned into games now. What are your opinions on gaming industry going too far (even though it is good thing at times :) )? Do you know of any other incidences that are a bit crazy or which you think are stupid? I think bringing new consoles out so early is a bit stupid, but that's my opinion. Thanks ... Grant :naughty:

My sources are usually from my magazines. :P I don't know how many consoles that game will be on though, especially if Microsoft buy SEGA. It should be on show at SEGA's annual show, the Game Jam, which has been scheduled for March (if you want to check it out). Sounds fun though :naughty:

Yesh I think Virtua Fighter 4 is extremely fun. I also heard there could be another game which will most likely come out if the Microsoft buy SEGA, but it will still probably come out anyway if they don't succeed in buying the company. It's called Virtua Fighter Quest which is an RPG-style adventure game I have heard. It should feature all the characters from Virtua Fighter. Could be fun ... Anyway if you have Virtua Fighter 4, I don't think it will be worth getting Evolution unless your a big fan of the Virtua Fighter series. :)

Well he definetely said it's going to be released in 2005 sometime. I seen the design myself, but supposely there is a design already!?! I'd rather it weren't the same though, I want a totally different console, but hey you can't have everything. :)

The managing director of Microsoft Japan (Hirohisa Ohura) has told gamers to expect the X-Box 2 in 2005. Their current design for the X-Box 2 looks very simular to the present version. Lets hope they change that design before 2005! Japan are now getting tempted with a white X-Box, I want different colours! :(
-
Well I hope we all influenced you into getting one and I hope you enjoy it deeply! As for other games Halo is one heck of a good game and if you like FPS then this has got to be top of your list! If shooting/action is not what your looking for then tell me what genre your into. :)
-
I like to use www.cheatplanet.com, I don't know if it will be any use to you though. :)

I don't think your allowed to post things about ROMs as they're illegal, but I'm not a mod so I'll shut up! Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are the next two pokemon games being released for the GBA with 351 pokemon to catch. :) Should be great fun I can't wait until they're released in England. :excited:
-
Yeah I don't think WWE Raw 2: Ruthless Aggression will be that good by the looks of things, but there are loads more. If you are interested in the X-Box still then say what genre of games you are into and I will tell you what games you may like that are either out or being released this year. :)

Well Splinter Cell is still in developement, but it should be complete and released some time in 2003. You shouldn't let this put you off getting an X-Box though! 1. Splinter Cell will most likely be better on the X-Box due to special effects, lighting effects, graphics and so on. 2. It's not like Splinter Cell is the only good game on the console and by the time Splinter Cell hits PS2 there will be many other good games heading towards the X-Box. Halo which is one of my favourites will not be coming on any other consoles, same with it's sequel (Halo 2) which will be released this year. I can't wait :excited:, you should search around and look at the other good games before you decide not to get an X-Box, but it's up to you. Look on sites, magazines or simply some other threads on Microsoft forum. Hope I made your decision harder. :) Grant :demon:

Well, the sequel to MGS2 is MGS:Substance. There is no MGS2 Special Missions. Please, try and get it right before you correct me.

My favourite Slipknot song would have to be either Spit it Out or My Plague. I like loads more from their albums and still think they are a very good talented band. The fact that members are going off doing their own thing with other bands and still being apart of slipknot shows they have a bit of class. I think the masks are cool! I would give them a 9. :demon: Stone Sour is a brilliant band too.

Oh God that is crazy lol. If I was that dumb I would want to get shot myself. Can I ask how do the parents know that she was searching for Spungebob if she just jumped in a drowned. Did she like shout out that she is searching for him or what? Soooooooo funny ... :naughty:

Gaming What X-Box game are you anticipating for the most in 2003 and why?
BigCajones replied to BigCajones's topic in Noosphere
Fable looks quite an interesting RPG with whatever you do in your childhood has consequences in the game which should be good. Other games that seem to be growing on me everytime I read reviews are True Crime: The Streets Of LA (cross between Vice City and Dead to Rights :excited: ), Enter The Matrix (will be fun to do their tricks, but no characters from the films, there is two new ones) and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Raven Shield is growing on me too (graphics are amazing and I like warfare :) hope it's as good as Splinter Cell, but a smidge easier). Any games growing on you when you look at reviews on X-Box games coming out ...? :naughty: -
Oh thanks I didn't know that, but also I keep posting and still sometimes my post count doesn't go up, but I'm sure there is a logical reason behind it. :) Three forums I never used to post in I've realised don't make your post count go up. I don't know if I have just been oblivious to this or whether it's a new thing for 2003. Can some one also tell me what other forums does this please. Confused chappy :freak:

Yeah I agree. Hype spoils games big time! Well it's just on VC there are loads of glitches, and there is cheats that can totally mess up the game, so I don't know why they make cheats for the game. Mine won't load up so that's why I'm so annoyed with it, but its still an excellent game no doubt about it!

I had been adviced by several people to get this game, but they warned me it's rather hard and puzzling. I've only just started playing it for an hour and already I can tell it's a good game. I like a challenge in a game so I decided to buy this. It does remind me of Resident Evil which is also a brilliant game. Who here has Silent Hill 2 and what do you all think of it? How do you compare it to Resident Evil? I have SH2 on the X-Box, but I'm sure most of you have it on the PS2 so I put this thread in here. X-Box version has some extras, but that's not too interesting. So tell me what you think please

I suppose if Nintendo and Sony bring out the next version of the consoles then it will give microsoft a reason to so they can compete, but I must admit no point what so ever. I can't say I want an X-Box 2 though I would prefer something totally different and called something else because it's more exciting. Microsoft can still make the console, but I can't see why good old Bill Gates would want to as he has lost so much money with the X-Box right now and I doubt he will make profit in the long run either. It's his money though, so if wants to make another console that's up to him. :excited: If he does decide to do another console then he should make sure he gets it on the market before the other consoles as the PS2 had such a big advantage, because there was such a variety of good games out already for everyone to play so more people were interested in that and it was alot cheaper. DO NOT bring it out so early that it kills the X-Box though as that's just plain ingnorance. Buy more companies like you did Rareware and you should have a great selection of games in no time Bill. Grant :demon:

I used to give my pokemon names on the earlier versions which was usually quite ignorant of me as it had something to do with the pokemon's state of evolvement at the present time, so when it evolved it looked stupid. Sometimes silly old me clicked on choose a name when I didn't want to so it brought up the menu, I clicked OK or enter (it stays with that Pokemon name through the whole game which is really annoying especially when searching for pokemon in Bill's PC and for example it says Abra when it's really an Alakasam  ) Now I just can't be bothered to give my pokemon names it's just easier as I don't play it too often so I'm most likely to forget what I named it lol. :worried: Grant :naughty: p.s I always name trainer, rival trainer and so on though.

'No one knows' equals a very addictive song! I've heard some of their old tracks which I thought were well good as well. I may get their album now people are saying it's great. I need to go to a concert and I would definetely want to see QotSA, but they absolutely dislike touring England for some reason ... well I can't blame them really. How many bands does Dave Grohl want to be apart of ? :therock:
