Get Inside is wicked! I think it's really addictive and so is Monolith. I haven't heard Bother as yet. Also I think Omega is funny even though it's not really a song more of an outro. Stone Sour are pretty good then yeah, so keep up the good work Corey, but stay with Slipknot too as I they're well good too!

I think everyone would vote for Vice City, but it's still a good game for your Christmas list. It's funny how you can recover just by leaning on a wall lol. I like being able to roll, strangle people and hide behind walls, which I think the next GTA should do maybe and add like some sort of autosave, so when your in a rush you don't have to leave it on all night. Also STOP those glitches!!!

Well I don't think the cars are that sketchy really they look pretty realistic and london like with the bonus factor of their accents. It's a bit hard navigating though it has indicators, but they aint a great help it should have a map allthough I should know london pretty well. Supposely you can get tourist mode when you finish the game, which is something to do (I know Vice City has more to do as extras). I guess if you got used to The Getaway you could complete it in like a week of renting it, but I find it harder than Vice City!

There are loads of good games, but some of them are really short though and I hate that! Games I finish in say a days worth of playing annoy me alot :mad:, but as for worst game the one that pops into my head is F-1 World Grand Prix (N64). The reason for this is that I simply don't like racing games with no fun added to it like Mario Kart 64 does.

I agree with you there, but it's with any hard game really! If I do really well then muck up at last second or can't find something (which equals annoying) then I kick then wall or chuck the controller lol. If I have a mate round i like to take my stress from games out on them :devil:. Adding to the games I must put Resident Evil for Gamecube as it's pure genius and The Getaway which I am just managing to get the hang of Woohoo :D.

I think the demo is slightly different supposely, not sure. It's really frustrating being that hard I mean I've had James Bond: Nightfire a day and completed it, but The Getaway is well hard! To get that mode you were talking about I believe you have to complete the game, whether my sources are wrong i don't know!?! I just run around anyway it's fun. I admit that Vice City is amazing, but it really really annoyed me as it won't let me load my game (which i had finished :mad:) it just comes up as a pitch black screen. Ahhhhh so many games i want, why do they all come out for Christmas?

Well i couldn't get through this door for ages then the whole room went black, so i was rolling around (which i love to do) and then i was floating on thin air above stairs lol it was crazy!

Yeah the weapons is a bit of a bummer and the cars being quite slow can get annoying (but very realistic). The Londoner accent is great and very well done. It's quite funny the way they swear alot! Another thing that disapointed me is that like GTA games i found a glitch on The Getaway the other day :mad:. Oh well it's still a great game so yeah you shoud get it!

I think that it will be X-Box in early 2004 and then PS2 soon after (waiting for the PS3) and then finally Gamecube. The Gamecube may have some childish games as you put it, but it has games like Resident Evil (can't wait until Res Evil 0 comes out), Eternal Darkness, Turok Evolution, James Bond Nightfire (playing it now), and Metroid Prime looks good as well! It's not just shooting games though there is a variety of sports game which arent 'childish'. Hey I could be wrong but unless the Gamecube shoot themselves in the foot somehow it ought to do good.

Well I must say I like fun racing games such as mario kart, but gran turismo hmm maybe it's the simple fact that I'm not that good at those sort. Games like Tekken I rather like, but do get boring after constant play. Shooting games are really good, but seem to be shorter like say the James Bond games. GTA is excellent though, but if you have ever played The Bouncer I like those sorts of games they need to make more but alot longer as I rented The Bouncer out for the weekend once and completed 5 times and got bored. I find the MGS games cool, but number 2 is well short and well I couldn't be bothered to get all the dog tags. Finally I really like Onimushu 2 (finished as well :D)if you have played that, but I should stop complaining it's probably not the games being to short, I think it's me being simply too good!!! *jokes*

Anything with violence and gore will do me fine, but games I like least are racing ones and sorry for all you fans out there I get bored on RPGs. Actually i think the graphics are really good and the crowd are 3D whoch is an improvement! The gameplay is better and the characters look superb! Also hardcore matches are alot funner ... I'm sure i will post again in this thread later, maybe compare it to Wrestlemania X8 which I find fun too.

I Still think the PS2 is great I mean I've asked for loads of PS2's games for both Christmas and birthday. The X-Box on the other hand I feel has been more of a failure. My reasons for this being they had to drop down so much in price compared to the other consoles and do loads of Christmas deals so close to when it was released just to get a chance with both the PS2's and the Gamecube's competition. Bill Gates just wants to show off his Microsoft company and show that they can do so much which is true, but it's not up to scratch as of yet in my eyes. I love the Gamecube though i think it's going to be a great success! Ah I'm sooooo bored! It's my last day of school today, so I'm being a rebel and going on OB lol :devil: Anyone else ... I think this is another great game, but why do they have to be mean and bring out loads of good games before Christmas? [COLOR=red]The question is what is The Getaway squared off against Vice City? [/COLOR] [COLOR=indigo]Which game do you prefer and in what areas?[/COLOR] I enjoy playing The Getaway even though I've only just got it I can tell its a fab game! I like the idea of being based in London as it's only a 20 minute train ride from where i live so close to home. Also i think it's way more realistic to Vice City with the deaths and characters. I must say also i find The Getaway more challenging than Vice City which is a good and bad thing as i get infuriated with games when i can't do them and good as it will take me longer to get the hang of missions. A bad thing is that you are always in a mission, but you can wonder around but there aren't many of mission things to do like Vice City really. The cut scenes are decent, but you can't skip them so when you have already seen it, it gets rather :sleep:. I recommend it to be down on your Christmas list, so if you get it or have it please tell me what you think of it and compare the two games. :devil: Grant :demon:

I have been also short for cash this year, but luckily as my birthday is a week before Christmas i have managed to get sum :devil: I'm getting my mum some compilation hits album I'm sure she will like it lol. My dad the new blue album as he likes them. CRAZY! For Secret Santa I got Nirvana's best hits album for my mate and for my girlfriend i got her some jewellery and other little things ;). Others, well Christmas cards if there lucky lol. For me, well I've just had my birthday so I've got most things i want! I wouldn't mind a digital camera, I'm not fond of the X-box really (my opinion), some more games definetely and money will do me fine :). For secret santa and girlfriends pressy either a CD, DVD or the GBA cable which links to the GCN *hopes to get everything* Have a jolly good Christmas everyone and a happy new year! :demon:

I liked Limp Bizkit too untill 'New Old Songs'! I thought they were a great band as you can see in my email address i have dalimpbizkitboy. Limp Bizkit even without Wes seem to be working on a new album scheduled for release on the 31st of March. It's called 'Less is More' and they're releasing it through Interscope. I hear that Korn guitarist Brian 'Head' Welch, Weezer's Rivers Cuomo, Ministry's Al Jourgensen and former Helmet frontman Page Hamilton have contributed guitar parts to the album. Although i critizise Limp Bizkit now, I will still probably buy it for the sake of it and if it's good then hooray for me! :D:demon:

I've watched wrestling for years ... Smackdown 4 is a real good wrestling game in my eyes. Wrestlemania X8 is a fun game but lacks options of gameplay unlike Smackdown 4 I think. WWE is no different to a soap really. It has its funny and intense storylines which really get me involved. Also there are some heck of good matches. Hell in cell, anything hardcore does me good lol. The divas are well hot which is an extra for advertising! I had a childhood dream of being a wrestler when I'm older, but now I've realised that there are serious injuries even though it is all fake. People do get hurt, but i would do it all for the fame, but i couldn't spend that much time away from my family *hopes to get one*. Lately i think Brock Lesnar is looking real good and Scott Steiner's return could be mad. I hate it when the main events are PPVs. I have seen Inserrection (or however you spell it) and i must say it wasn't great compared to American events, but hey they never are lol. The atmosphere was amazing i loved it, what an experience. I also saw WCW when that was on T.V in Las Vegas woohoo! Still enjoying the storylines keep up the good work WWE Grant :demon:

There are loads of cheats i know! Some are a pain and if you save with some of them on it will totally ruin your game which i did on GTA3 when saving pedestrian riot lol, but i still managed to finish. I wish i had a gameshark as it would be easier than trying to memorise all the codes! Enjoy the cheats, i did!!!

I admit it looks well good and so does the game coming out! If it's a follow up of the first one it should be super, although the first one was rather long the action was amazing and didnt bore me one bit. I hopefully will be seeing it at the weekend, but its also special as it's cumin out on my birthday hooray! :D

Ye that would be KOOL choosing your own gangs to join, but the nxt GTA needs more gangs compared to what Vice City had. I would like also to buy more buildings and rob banks. The police need to look different, i know they were spose to be based on the 80s, but they look like normal civilians and i get confused :S. I miss being able to beat up the old grandmas like on GTA3. I think you should be able to have more basic forms of transport i.e. skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, etc. More tunes on the radio, i like the idea of real songs - Billy Jean rocks! :D Children and pets to kill :devil: What do you think?

Yeah i probably will do that, but Rockstar should definetely do something about this as it's not much good having one of the best games under your name if it doesn't even work! I had finished it, but there is so much you can do and i can't be bothered to start it all again with Christmas and birthday round the corner I will get new games hopefully without GLITCHES!
