Hittokiri Zero

To be honest the series is just to horrendous for me. The poor voice cast, reused animations and predictable and episodic format of the series all adds up to diddly squat if you compare this to any other anime series... that includes DBZ =|. Really this is more of a childish anime and only [b]SUPER DIEHARD[/b] Sonic fans will enjoy this series for the first few episodes or so >_>''

To be honest I have no idea how long the series is, and for those of you interested I'm planning on compiling a kind of comparison list type object between the characters in Peace Maker Kurogane and The RK universe, in specefically the RK Tsukiohen OVA. It was kind of odd how I didn't pick up on this until yesterday after rewatching Tsukiohen that the same Okita in Peace Maker Kurogane is also in Tsukiohen, sure like Saitou he's portrayed a tad differently yet I just found that interesting and felt like noting that. Not only is Okita in the Tsukiohen but since the majority of PMK characters were real many of them are also in Tsukiohen =O. Another interesting thing I found is how in Tsukiohen your getting the view of the Chosou loyalists and they are somewhat portrated as the "good guys" while in PMK it's the opposite and the Shinsengumi are portrayed as "good" and the Chosou are portratyed as "bad". Okay once again i've gone kinda off but i'm really just typing what's on the top of my mind right now x___X.

Oy!!!! I loved Get Backers Mido Ban is so pimp =O!! I really enjoyed the entire series and although the comedy is sometimes sparatic and random I still enjoyed that aspect of the anime as well ^_^. The many fight scenes throughout the anime are also very entertaining and no matter how many times I saw Ban's Evil Eye technique it amazingly never got old, maybe it's because the technique was always used differently but all I know is that I loved it. Dr. Jackal is also an amazing character if you ask me he's right up there with Mido Ban in terms of a battle tactician. I was kind of dissapointed with the ending of Get Backers though =\. It was kinda open ended really...

Hmmm... I've never liked the band, I used to play the clarinet... oh no wait then I moved on to the drums in 5th grade XD. Then it was like a bolt of lightning and I quit the band FOREVER ^_______^'!!!. Well that was partilly because I "sucked" well not really I just never was into the entire band thing and wanted to spend more time on sports x___X. Anyway I have nothing against people being in the band and some of my good friends are but atleast at my school surprisingly enough these "band kids" can be really f00kin annoying dumb-oSSes at times. Like that time during the summer when we were doing our two mile run on the track at the same time the band was having their band practice off to the side... So a couple of band kid think it would be funny to walk on to the track and get in out way while running -_-... and you know it I run smack dab into the little pudgy kid and trip over him taking him down with me... oh "yey" what a memory to remember =|. Luckily the timing for the 2-mile run didn't matter that much for J.V. soccer x___X.

I guess I could have been a little to harsh on Naruto and not really watching more than the first episode but I guess right now while i'm in this phase of my anime watching i'm not looking for alot of Comedy and atleast from what I got from the first part of the first episode I saw it was just that a little too comedic -_O. Oh well as soon as I get friggen Bittorrent working again i'll download one of those episode packs >____>. Now my other question, do the fights in Naruto tend to drag on or what? -_o? That's another thing that kind of bothers me when fights drag on too much x____X. An Piro I hear ya =O 20 minutes is way too short ='|.

I've heard rumors of Gundam SEED hitting us this year in sometime during March or April they are only rumors at the moment but I can get back to you with more later =P. I'd have to agree with you though for the most part the few comedic scenes in FMA have been more or less pointless =\. The majority of them are making fun of Ed's height which may seem even more lame to you and I after watching PeaceMaker =O. As for the battles they've all been kind of short really and that's probably how most of them will play out but I kind of like them because they're a good blend between the unreal and real. They aren't like the fight scenes in Kenshin in that they aren't that "believable" but at the same time you don't have anyone with giant gold hair shooting giant energy blasts at someone else -_-. You might want to think about giving FMA a second chance sure i'm a little biased ^__^ but FMA definatly feels like it will pick up sometime soon, it's just one of those slow starting animes =O. On a side note there are some really freaky disturbing parts to FMA -_o. Such as the part with the transmuted fake bird thing, and in the meat factory with the crazy woman cross-dresser serial killer O_o. Oh yes also the part where the chimera gets blown inside out by that wacked dude... but i better not say anymore because i'd hate to give anything away. (Good thing incoherent babble ususally does not make sense =)!) Anyway as for SEED i'd definatly expect it around April mainly because that's when many of the SEED model kits and other assorted merchandise will be released (that includes Gundam SEED video games). *edit* well this one news post I read from Bandai is as follows: "Second- and third-quarter offerings will include the critically acclaimed Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and episodes of the Wolf?s Rain TV series, as well as Gundam SEED, which will spearhead a relaunch of the Gundam franchise. The titles will be strategically timed to coincide with the summer anime convention season, which often draws up to 16,000 consumers." Oh well take it as you will, but I do concur SEED will be a big hit in the U.S. just like Gundam Wing was, it's really a nice refreshing combo between the U.C. and Wing universes =).

Despite all the good things i've heard about Naruto after watching the first few minutes of the first episode I just closed the window XD. So my question to all you is why should I give Naruto a second chance x___X... And is it more than a DBZ like action-packed extraveganza?

The biggest problem that i've had so far with the season at the start was that it was jumping from present-past and back again. Around episode 6-7 I believe that stops and the main focus of the story begins to come into play, some of the episodes are also a little episodic in nature, not in what occurs (atleast at the start of the series) just in every 2-3, 3-4 episodes it's a new problem/person our heros meet. I only watched up to episode 10 before my brother deleted all my episodes but episode 10 so far has been one of the highlight of the series Alchemist vs. Alchemist is pretty "schwiggy" to say the least ^__^. The only other anime which i'm watching at the current time (But also have to redownload all the episodes because of my brother -_-) is Shinsengumi PeaceMaker Kurogane =O. Oh wait then I am finishing up Gundam SEED as well >_>.

LOL i love this :box:. The subtle stuff in the background is nice and the faded picture actually doesn't look bad, the quote fit perfetcly as well plus chicken are my favorite animals... to eat :cross:.

Captain Planet he's a hero, he's gonna take pollution down to zero blah blah blah blah... I forget the rest ^_^''. Captain Planet is honestly 1337, he's 10x better than the infamous Captain Crunch! Now that is unbelievably cool. The only things i'm having problems with are the legs which look like they get a tad to skinny and that dark black outline just looks a little odd maybe if it was faded just a tad =o? The hair also needs a little more texture and what not. Other than that I couldn't have said it better than Baron.. Gooooooo Planet! :P~!

damn j00 all wait nevermind x___X I really have to get back into downloading anime i've kinda really stopped because I have finals coming up and my bro is always downloading stuff so my downloads go at like 5 kb per second -_-. But speaking of Saitou even though that one episode where he fights the "Zombie" is all i've seen of him, i'm really starting to like the way he's portrayed almost better than in RK... ALMOST ^_^. What's annoying me a little though is there hasn't really been that much of Tetsunosuke in any fight scenes =|. It gives the anime a sense of realism as he's not a great gifted swordsman or anything but at the same time watching him do "nothing" (not literally nothing but you know what I mean) has gotten a little boring on me, not that the series is boring but sometimes i'd just like a little more action in the series. Most likely as the series draws to a close i'll probably get what i'm asking for ^__^''.

That's probably true the outdated animation will really be a factor to contend with especially after Gundam Wing aired. Yet at the same time none of the other shows aired on CN have spectacular animation as it is, so there is always a possiblity that Z-Gundam could go over well... True the story is probably a tad to complex for the bulk of viewers out there but there is always that [i]one[/i] shot :P.

Hopefully no more delays happen to Zeta though, I really think that if this series airs in the U.S. and isn't too heavily edited it can really open up the eyes of many viewers and make them see what Gundam is all about. As for SEED while I enjoyed it it's much like GW in a way, and i'm really getting worried that the voice acting is going to be horrivle =|. For anyone who has seen the series subbed and stops to think about it it'll make sense -__-, Kira ends up crying alot blah blah I honestly didn't hate him because of that but anyway I can't really see an american voice actor really getting the voice acting for Gundam SEED Kira crying is just one of the many things I feel is going to be done horribly wrong -_-.

ay thanks x___X. Another reason why I/we kind of stopped is also because i'm trying to develop my own drawing style similar to penny arcades yet different at the same time =O. I'm also thinking about maybe starting something with an actualy story/plot instead of just one time laugh at things =O. I'm really unsure though x___X, as soon as finals blow over I should have time to think :P.

I'm not like the model number text you've got going or the text which reads "SEED". The image of Athrun also looks kind of odd because it looks very... "Cartoony" for lack of words while the Aegis Gundam just looks different in terms of style and feel. I'm also not liking those white dots along the right sinde =O. One suggestion to try is that if you replace the image of Athrun or even leave it as it is, try making the right side of the background more blue-ish and the left side more redish. The only reason I suggest this is because blues tend to look better while Athrun and reds tend to look better with the Aegis Gundam so combining the two could be tricky but *may* yeild pretty spiffy results =). Oh and thank you for the compliment XD. lol aside from the horribly low quality images and text I actually find the image quite entertaining. In this case if you were going for a comedic view then I actually think it's better that the avatar is not to technical and that the images don't fade out =O.

Eh this last banner of yours is really out of sinc and really wack in a not so good way =|. The yellows and green really aren't matching Naruto at all =\, not to mention the background is also very plain so the grid stands out too much and looks fugly in the shade of gay (is it?) that it is =O. Try fading the grid out some =O. Hmmm...i'm not a big fan of either of the stock images either and the typo definatly needs work as once again it does not match the rest of the sig at all. 1/10 on this last banner. *border is nice ^_^''*

This was just a quick project me and Kenji were actually going to start together it never really did get off the ground mainly because i've been bogged down with so much school work that it's not funny :rolleyes:, that also explains why I haven't been able to comment on anyone elses work for the past couple of days x___X... To be honest i've never had that problem most people who complain about this are usually younger viewers =|. There are some animes such as Lain and Boogiepop Phantom that can seriousley screw with your head, even Akira would fall into that category at times but for the most part i've always found the majority of anime easy to follow =O...

There is a new anime series entitled GunGrave (should sound familiar to anyone who's played the GunGrave video games for the PS2) where the character designs are created by Yasuhiro Nightow the same man who did the character designs in Trigun. I do believe Yosuke Kuroda did the scripts for both Trigun and Gungrave as well -_o. Although the GunGrave game wasn't well done (both story and gameplay wise) =\ this anime has gotten some nice reviews and many Trigun fans that I know are really liking this series. It seems like a Trigun-Hellsing Cross if you ask me, (atleast that's the way the video game felt =O) but i'll have to look into this anime... Although I do believe it's been licensed by Geneon Entertainment so if it hasn't already it should be hitting U.S. shelves sometime this year -____o. *i'm going to have to do more research into this anime to give you better information, but it doesn't look like it's being fansubbed, and it hasn't finished airing in Japan... So it is just kind of odd that it's already been licensed.*

To be honest i'm actually liking your grid effect it's nice and spaced out I wish I could say the same for the scanlines =\. The scanlines just seem kind of pointless if you ask me :rolleyes:. And possibly if you used a different font =O. I'm thinking something along the lines of Times New Roman, only not that exact font =O. Also just an idea but maybe if you made the two characters on the left and right grayscale and faded them a bit more... you might get a good effect like that =O. And one last thing before I go back to my history homework... although i'm not hating the border as it is I think a single pixel border would look better than what you have now. ;)

Hmmm... from what i've seen you should continue to do work with graphics but you need to change many things. First of all work on your text placement and what not don't just slab text on do your banners like that =\. For the most part you understand color schemes which is good... One thing to keep in mind though is that it's hard to make a good banner (in terms of technical skill) when using more than one image. So you might want to lay off the stocks a bit =O. Hmmm other than that keep working and experimenting with different textures after a while all the random filters run actually mean something and you'll develop a certain type of style you'll like. I really could and should say more but it's off to do my homework I go x___X... And on a side note... It's "GFX" not "GXF" :P.

Meaning the actual font + text and the design around the font, that is what typography really is. So when someone says something about your "typo" that's what they are reffering to not a misspelling =). Atleast when your talking about graphics that is x_X.

For some reason now just seems like the Gundam SEED time of year x___X, sure I finished viewing the series a couple months back but I never felt like making anything "Gundam".... But now it's kinda different =O, first I created my Gundam SEED wallpaper, then the magazine cover with gundam seed images and now I whipped up a Gundam SEED sig =O. It's in part due to the fact I stumbled upon a huge gallery of Gundam SEED fans but I think like .hack, Gundam SEED is just one of those anime series many people are anticipating this year =).

For those of you unaware the anime series Gundam SEED will be airing on CN later this year. but to fulfil your Gundam SEED needs tiz HZ to the rescue x___X. Here's a new sig I just recently made (well durr.. that's why it's new XD) it's a Gundam SEED sig and I think that it went quite well. The only thing i'm really fooling around with still is the text that reads "Blood.Stained" =O. Any questions/comments or more importantly criticism for me? . *Sighs* on a side note I just stumbled upon a "good" free host in the form of freepgs.com, unlimited bandwidth and no file size limits is quite good, only 20 megs but in terms of image hosting it's quite good =O. *I also made an avatar to match the sig (the border is white), but i'm remaking the av to better match the sig right now =O* EDIT: Due to the fact that the free sig hosting service I was using is dead at the moment, I reuploaded the signature as a attachment.
