[size=1][COLOR="Navy"]Ah routine. I feel like mine's been the same for many years. I jump straight to the bottom, sometimes checking who's online before clicking on Theater and checking out all three sections (ie. Auditions, Theater itself, and Backstage) to see if there's anything new or interesting going on. After that it's kinda free, I'll wander around and see if anything sticks out. Usually I'll look into the Lounge or S&F (Kiosk), and now and then I'll check out the Art Studio, which is mostly to see the progression of the Graphics Worm. That's pretty much it, but when I'm bored with nothing to do I just go into all the different forums to see if I can add any input.[/COLOR][/size]

[color=navy][size=1]Just wanted to drop in and say that this sounds like a very interesting concept. I haven't watched Space Odyssey except for that first scene, I think (the one with the apes and the bone?) but still with information I could probably get the gist of it, already understanding some with your post about it, James. So yeah, I'll definitely be keeping a watch on this to see the progression of ideas prior to sign ups.[/size][/color]

[COLOR="Navy"][SIZE="1"]I don't really have a set schedule. If I have to get up early the next day, I try to sleep a little earlier, maybe around 10-11 but depending on how tired I am because there's been times where I had to wake up early the next morning (around 6-7) and I slept at about 3-4. The other time is if I feel tired and can't keep my eyes open, I'll just go to sleep. If I don't feel particularly tired I won't sleep until I am, which may not be until the night of the next day. And probably the last thing would be if I have an assignment, which I haven't started or completed, due the next day. That usually requires an all-nighter even though my eyes would be drooping and my mind wandering and wishing for sleep. But I've never had a bedtime that I can remember, not even when I was young because my parents never really kept a close watch on me or my siblings, just suggesting we should go to sleep if it was getting late but not enforcing.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"][SIZE="1"]Wow, I randomly stumbled into the Lounge and found this thread... I definitely think we're a family in some way or another, especially with those who you've gotten to know very well through lots of chatting or just activity on the forums. For those that don't know I'm mostly (or was) an RPer, hanging around the Arena/Theatre so that's mostly how I got to know who I do. So let's see... I definitely miss BKstyles (Matt-chan~), I haven't heard from him forever and hope to talk to him again sometime. One of the closest friends I've ever had on OB ever. Haha, Stephen (Scorpio, Rocket, Lrb, White, 8bit) or any other names you've gone through that I've forgotten. We haven't talked in ages, and hope that we'll catch up. But yeah, my activity's gone down to stalking and poking my head in. We should create a big RP and call everyone back (I suggested this to someone else but I forgot who...). But I really know what you mean about having to talk to new members more =P Are you gonna redo The Elements? ^^;; BKstyles, Stephen along with people like JJ, Zen, Jokopoko(nocchio =P), Dragon Warrior, Engel, Sean, Gavin, Kayin, and others that I'm bound to have forgotten were very much like best friends, some of the closest guy friends I've ever or do have, pretty much like my older/younger brothers. Many of my female friends, practically sisters, have disappeared too. The following gals have become my good friends through various means, and I'm glad that I still see some of them around online; Tiana (KW, Riku), Redemption, Disenchanted, Delta, SunfallE, Revelation, Ezekiel, Kitty, Blanko, KKC, and others that again I've probably forgotten. I've RPed with them all and they're great, I miss the old times though. If I lived near any of them I would definitely make a visit, though the closest to me geographically are probably Redemption and Disenchanted (Go Australia!), but if I went for a trip around America I would love to make stops and visit OBers. I miss many of the people who have left, even classics that I didn't know very well but miss heaps like GinnyLyn. *massive hug/glomp* Miss you'z all. Bwah, I don't really know the word to describe OB, it can be considered a family, but maybe something like a....*scratches cheek* a homestay? Like for international students to stay together but eventually leave. When not morphed or lounging in her rooms she is usually seen wearing formal or at least semi-formal attire; either a button down top and some casual pants/varieties of jeans, or different types of female suits and button down tops beneath, with shoes changing according to the situation and what's appropriate with the outfit. [I]Masked Rider Nemesis -[/I] Arcadia's Rider suit resembles a Dragonfly notably recognised by the four wings situated on her back. The entire suit is a dark violet (several shades darker than the font colour) with patches of navy blue but they are hard to distinguish in low light. At times when the lights are dim the only visible part of her suit are the eyes which gleam silver. It's more of a form fitting suit than looking bulky and clunky, yet still having the plating, and is easy to maneuver in. The wings on the back of the suit, allow her flight with the aid of powerful boosters/engines packed slightly under them which flip out when required. The speed she can accumulate is fairly impressive, out-speeding a car and having good skill in maneuvering in air. She's able to hover but will prefer to find somewhere to land if she's waiting to put less stress on the engines. [B]Henshin Device:[/B] Arcadia's Henshin Device is a special silver coin that has the design of the dragonfly etched into its surface. To transform she flips the coin using her thumb and forefinger of her right hand, snatches it in midair and presses it into the slot of her watch like device, saying 'Henshin'. The change starts from her wrist and spreads to the rest of the body. (The coin-in-watch thing is similar to [I]Medabots[/I] if you've ever seen it, with the coin clicking into the space in the surface of the watch) [B]Finisher:[/B] [I]Aerial Assault -[/I] Masked Rider Nemesis kicks her engines into overdrive, swooping upon her enemy and lifting them high into the sky, when she decides to stop, she releases the engines which sends the two of them plummeting toward the ground. She spins her body, forcing them into a death spiral and slams her enemy into the ground while jetting her engines to fly off and avoid damage. [B]Story:[/B] Arcadia was an orphan for the first few years of her life, but soon after (around 5 years old) she was taken in by the Shockers who raised her with the intent of turning her into a Masked Rider. She was skilled and a fast learner when it came to the different facets of fighting and combat, with her first transformation at 6. She has met practically all of the Riders who have passed through and remains loyal to the Shockers despite people attempting to change her mind, now at the age of 20, almost 21. She grew wary when there was word of rebellion and she kept her eyes open for those who would be causing trouble. A few left and the Shockers chose Vengeance as their first Anti-Rider, with her so-called 'foster father' allowing her to aid in the destruction of them after deeming her worthy at last. I kinda assumed that there were different types of Chimaera, as in fusioned creatures like the classic mythical type, so some could be feathered and bird-like, while others could be completely different. Rising from the warmth of her bed she stumbled to the bathroom and grabbed the edges of the sink, staring at her shadowed face in the mirror. Her mind buzzed remembering the events of the past week. So much ill-luck had befallen the Almagests, all in the period of approximately one single week. She showered and prepared herself, she would still have to go to the Chimaera Cup, even though some of her closest family members were in hospital. Eva sighed as stood in front of her closet full of clothes, looking at them but not really seeing. She shook her head to snap herself out of it; she pulled out a beautiful light dress along with a set of pants and top, setting them on the bed beside each other. She didn't know what to wear, obviously the dress would be good since it was more of a formal appearance for the occasion, but if she was going to be looking at the Chimaera as so on, the pants would be the better choice. Eva frowned and wished that Ella was there to give her open opinion as she usually did when it came to moments of indecision. Since it was an informal day of just visiting the races she decided on the breeches outfit. The top was a soft blue that brought out the colour of her eyes and was light and billowy, not clinging to her frame, with the breeches soft, dark brown leather looking stylish with a formal flair while being incredibly comfortable and durable. She kept an eye on the time as she fixed her hair and applied subtle make-up; a touch of colour to her lips, light blush and eye shadow, and some powder to conceal the dark rings under her eyes. Marie slipped on a pair of black comfy boots that wouldn?t get too messed up if she was to spend time with the chimaera, and deemed herself ready after a final check in the mirror. Eva began her descent of the stairs and was surprised to see Macey standing in the hallway with Harrison and Victoria Ann. She smiled brightly and rushed down to embrace her twin tightly. [b]?Omigosh, Ella! When did you get back? You didn?t sneak out without them knowing did you? How are Uncle Daedalus and Fonty? After the ceremony was over, Macey and Eva headed toward the transportation to take them back to Rosengard, with Gadget following behind them. When they heard a loud commotion they spun on their heels and headed back in time to hear the rest of Lady Bavaria?s speech against Dame Grimalkin and Henry. Macey dove in in time to intercept Alecia?s slap, though to be honest Eva wanted to do it herself. Dame Grimalkin was more of a mother to the Almagests than Bavaria, and to dishonour her publicly, at her father?s memorial no less, was unacceptable. Admittedly Evangeline had never really liked the matron of the household, but she and Henry were practically family. They all dispersed after the hostility of the situation, Eva took Macey by the arm and lead her back in the direction they had originally been headed. [b]?Wait! Where?s Gadget??[/b] Macey asked, seeking his face among the crowd. [b]?Don?t worry, Ella. I saw him leaving with Vincent.?[/b] she reassured. The younger of the two nodded and boarded an empty carriage, followed by her sister. The driver closed the door carefully and they set off toward Rosengard. There was silence between them, both caught up in their own thoughts. [b]?Will you be attending the wake??[/b] Eva questioned quietly. The look she received from Ella was all the answer she needed. [b]?I believe we need to scan father?s libraries for any books that could be of aid in our quest to cure Gadget.?[/b] Macey suggested. So far they had been using all of their own personal collection of tomes, but it wouldn?t hurt to look into what books their father possessed. Not like we really have other things to see to.?[/b] Marie thought about several nights ago when she had taken some tests from Gadget, also getting to know him a bit better. She did mandatory urine and blood samples, but did a regular check up of his bodily functions. Generally his pulse was steady, slightly elated but she had guessed it was fear since he didn?t know her well. His breathing had a slight hitch when he inhaled, she didn?t know the relevance of it, whether it was a genetic problem from birth, whether he had caught it from the environments he?d been in or if it was a result from the experiments. His temperature had also been higher than normal, and she suggested that it was a result from the testing as his repercussions were feverish and spasms. She had shared the information with Macey and together the two compared them to any notes Ella had made during the testing procedures. It was practically the same, though now it had progressed to become more serious. The door to the carriage opened, revealing that they were in front of Rosengard. Eva hadn?t realised that they had stopped and dismounted, waiting for her sister. The two entered the estate, heading straight to their rooms. She chose to change out of her dress if she was going to be climbing ladders to reach all of her father?s books, instead opting for a soft pair of fawn coloured breeches with a silky soft blue shirt and comfortable boots. She checked in on Ella to see if she was ready, or if she didn?t want to go yet.[/size][/color]

Sorry it took me so long, been busy, then all of today I was doing the reading of all the pages so I had a more detailed idea of what was going on so stuff didn't clash and all. I wrote the post twice, the first one was really bad so I replaced it with the one posted. Just a note, not a good idea to make a post at 2 in the morning after having 3 hours of sleep the night before >< I kinda made a hint that I want to talk to Macey eventually/soon/whatever.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

As she drifted off she had to repress the tears that threatened to fall on her pillow at the possible thought that her father was gone. Throughout the night she had tossed and turned in the bed, troubles plaguing her in her dreamless slumber. When she finally awoke the next morning she was disheveled and it was quite obvious that she didn't have a good rest to anyone that saw her. The curtains were open, allowing bright sunshine into the room. A wave of sorrow went through her body as she recalled the previous day's events and tears slid down her cheeks in remembrance of her missing father. After allowing herself a few minutes to physically mourn, she got out of bed and prepared herself for the day ahead. By the time Eva took a shower and did all that was needed a dress was set out on her neatly done bed. With a glance she judged it as an inappropriate choice by the servant, lifting it back into her closet and instead removing one that was a very formal style gown instead of the party dress prior. It was a dark shade of midnight, and as she stroked the silken fabric she fondly remembered that it had belonged to her mother. She descended the stairs for breakfast after deducing that all that needed to be done, was. She greeted Fauntleroy and Dawlish as she entered, taking a seat. Eva ate her breakfast as they all conversed lightly, until Dawlish's comment. [B]"...Maybe I wouldn't have to live my life as a cripple. It doesn't seem fair."[/B] Evangeline uncharacteristically lost her temper, thinking of the missing patriarch. She made some hasty comments and left the room. [B][I]'Nothing that happened yesterday was fair...'[/I][/B] she thought sadly. She walked around the estate quietly, hearing about someone new staying in the house who went by the name, [I]'Gadget'[/I] brought in by Ella. Her brows creased, she probably hadn't met him due to everything that happened the night prior, and wondered if he was an experiment from the labs since she'd never heard his name mentioned from Macey's lips and he [I]did[/I] make an entrance after Macey's successful escape from Prometheo Labs. Eva made a mental note to find out more on the subject at a later point in time. After more wandering she heard that Lady Bavaria was coming in the evening and all the servants were a-twitter at the news, rushing to make everything perfect. Deciding to get out of their way she retreated to the large steps at the back of the estate which lead to a large open field. The sky was clear and a small flock of birds winged their way across the great expanse. Thinking about this 'Gadget' person made her give thought to her own experiments that she had herself in Prometheo Laboratories. She felt a wave of sorrow as she realised her creations would have been trapped in cages during the time when the building was destroyed, the poor animals that she had made and cared for, helpless, left to die. She did wonder about the possibility of some escaping if parts of their cages were crushed, allowing them to leave, but would they be able to survive on their own anyway? Would people kill them as soon as they saw them? Eva sighed deeply. At least she had her notebook records on her work so she didn't lose everything. Eventually her thoughts drifted back to her father. [B]"Father...I pray you're still alive and I will keep a hope in my heart until there is solid proof."[/B] she swore softly, eyes shining with determination, her strong will and belief evident in her blue irises. The sunset beautifully and the moon and stars began to come out of hiding. The entire day had flown by her without really having conscious thought about it. She heard the incessant chatter of the servants cease and got up, brushing the dirt from her skirt as she headed inside. [I]They[/I] had arrived so it seemed. As she walked through the doors from the outside, her gaze locked with Lady Bavaria's. Her eyes took in what the woman was wearing and her lips pressed into a tight line. [B]"Lady Bavaria, Lord Deacon."[/B] she greeted cordially, tilting her head but eyes cold. [B]"Hello, Marie Evangeline. Good to see you again,"[/B] was the reply. Eva nodded and excused herself, leaving the room to perhaps see what her twin sister was up to at the moment and maybe to question her about Gadget.[/SIZE][/COLOR]
