[/B][/QUOTE] I saw Tokyo Babylon, and yes it is underrated, for I havn't seen anyone on this board mention it. I loved the OAV. It had a real creepy undertone and a "CSI"-esque plot of the way the medium girl figured out mysteries. I enjoyed it and I think others should see it. If you get it, watch the Action Channel on cable. It replays it quite often along with Akira, Bubblegum Crisis, Blue Seed, and Hellsing.

Yes, your right, but he did succeed in giving Vash the gun and in [spoiler]making Vash kill Legato, therefore causing him pain and "making him a murderer", as Vash put it.[/spoiler] But by saying the Adam and Eve story compares to Vash and Knives, is not me saying that I beleive completely in it. If you think of it hard, the early series makes it look like Brad, the mean crew member of SEEDS, is the Devil who corrputed Knives (Eve) and Vash was Adam who is inspired by God, or in this case, Rem. But in the end, both failed, and so both were corrupted.

Yeah, its kinda ironic to see so many christian medaphores coming from a japanese show. Like the case of Vash and Knives are like Adam and Eve as in Knives corrupted Vash as did Eve did Adam. Or the constant references to Eden. And the Angel Arms are obviously are a give away.

I live no were, perminately. I have lived in my past in Jackson and countless otehr towns of North Carolina, Dillon, South Carolina in about three or four different houses, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Germany, Kansas, and South Carolina again. I have visited Greece and France. So I consider my home, well, Earth. I don't really care either. In my short 13 year life I have visited and lived in more places than most people do in there entire lives. If your looking for a reason for this, its because my Dad is in the American Militairy. He was a Marine, then in the Army, and now a recuiuter for the National Guard. And my family went everywere went. Pretty adventrous life, I guess.

Yeah, it took me around 2 to 3 years to perfect my style, and its still not that good. So, be read yto invest some time in the learning process and draw in any instance you can.

[COLOR=darkred][SIZE=1] Well, as many of you know, my favorite anime are Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Gundam (U.C.), Tenchi Sereis, and FLCL. [B]Trigun:[/B] Has probably the best thought out story and character development I've ever seen in an anime and probably the coolest character design. The story alone makes up for the shows bad animation and sometimes corny exterior. [B]Cowboy Bebop:[/B] Single handedly one of the best anime PERIOD. The characters are smooth and suave. They aren't flamoboyant, but realistic. The future setting actaully makes since and is very possible. And the animation and attention to detail is a close second to FLCL's own. [B]Fooly Cooly:[/B] The best animated anime EVER! The funniest at that. I love the hidden story of a boy becoming a man and the wacky character design as well as having many insider jokes to the pre-set Otaku. [B]Tenchi Series:[/B] Tenchi is the only bishounen anime I have ever liked. Tenchi is single handedly the first and greatest anime intergalactic PIMP! He has five gourgeos women who love him and he treats it like an annouyance. This is also the only anime where I HATED the main character. But my favorite thing about hte anime threw all the seduction and violence is this...... Granpa. Yes, you heard me, Grandpa. Simply because he is the smoothest old guy ever! He is like the Hugh Hefner of anime. Always having to 'Introduce' the girls to earth everytime they come. Hehehehe. Naughty Grandpa.... [B]Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. Saga:[/B] Not Gundam Wing, but Mobile Suit Gundam. The orgininal and BEST Gundam saga. The more militairy and realistic Gundam (which I can relate too.), the gundam that I love. [COLOR=darkred][SIZE=1] Well, I draw pretty well and as soon as my scanner starts to work, I'll start posting pics. But I learned to draw anime by actaully tracing pictures of the internet. I did this for quite a while, mainly tracing Street Fighter and DBZ pics. So my drawings and style are like a blend of the two. After for quite a while of this, I began to draw on my own without tracing and for years I have been imrpoving my style threw shadowing, lighting, muscle tone, body figure, and facial expression. I suggest you might try this, I highly UN-SUGGEST you use a "How to draw manga." guide because they have one set style. You shouldn't force yourself to draw one style, but create your own style that comes easy and natural to you. That gives uniqueness instead of carbon-copy which eventually gets boring and old. Whist slowly got up, he was bleeding badly from his nose and mouth and the white of his eyes was a deafly pink and red. He was shaky and ran at Michael with his knife drawn. "Where the hell is he?!?!" Whist yelled, but he was suddenly met by a kick to the cheek. It was Michael, weaving his feet and taking stance. "Lets do this, Whist!" Whist looked up angrily and ran up low at Michael, drawing and knife and taking a cut at him. Michael dodged barely and was met again with a knife attack, which skimmed his cheek, making a small cut. Whist still had a low stance with his head down and came again, but was met with a knee to the chin and a combo stike of eight punches to the chest and face. They came quick as did the finishing kick to the knee cap. "Gahhh!" Whist yelled as he hit the ground and back rolled into a defensive stance. Michael advanced without fear. HE stared deep into Whist's eyes. "Your vengeance is worthy, Michael.... But I will not die SO EASILY!!!" Whist said, charging at Michael....[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Its good, but you should clear up the picture and add a border. Then it would be perfect. Thats the thing, avatar's without borders seem to loose there edge. so I suggest you add a border and clear up the pic. So, right now the grade is 6/10.

[SIZE=1][COLOR=darkred] I like Kikaider because of its Story, Diolauge, and the English Sieyuu. But I disliked it because of its old character design. If they made a modern day remake of the show. Using the same dialouge and everything, but having a much better and fresher character design, It would be a smash hit. The characters just looked ugly. Especially in robot form. And there attacks were worse. Like Benjider's attacks. Although strangely arousing. Wait, did I just say that? But anyways, the character and attack design could have been a thousand times better. There are several deaths threw out the show, mainly of characters you would think would stay threw out the episode, [spoiler](I.E. Keith and the Blue haired dude who's name excapes me.)[/spoiler] And threw otu the series several characters die. The reason they do not nuke the Blue is tha fact that the Blue nest in the worlds major cities, meaning, if they nuke them, NO MORE SOCIETY!
