This is from a guys point of view. I think that you need to tell as many people as you can that this boy is annoying you. The top three people that you need to tell are: 1) Your parents 2) Your Best Friends 3) Your Boy Friend The reason i put your BoyFriend last is because your BoyFriend could take things too far. If your Boyfriend is over protective, or gets jelious easly, then telling him would be a bad idea. You should tell him when he isn't in a bad mood or anything like that. You also need to explain to your friends that you don't like the kid. If they are your friends, they will be willing to help you get rid of him. Another thing you should try to do is talk to the kid at lunch or something. Tell him that you got a Boy Friend and that you just like him as a friend, and nothing more. I hope that i've helped.

This thread is here to decuss and debate the Presidental Election 2004. There has been a major announcment today. John Kerry said today that he picks Senitor John Edwards of North Carolina to be his running mate. I think that in this thread, we should talk about 10 things: 1) John Kerrys announcement today 2) How the race is shaping up 3) The big topics that the race will focuss on: Economy, War in Iraq, ect. 4) Ralph Nader 5) The ad wars and the medias role in politics. 6) Controversies in the Race: Halliburton, ect 7) Who do you think will win the race? 8) Who do you want to win the Race? 9) Will you vote? 10) anything and everything not listed here. I think that Kerrys decision today was the best thing that he could have done. John Edwards was a big hit in the south. He also has a connection to the normal people that Kerry doesn't have. I think it's that southeren attitude he has. John Edwards was a great pick to be VP. The race is shaping up to be a very close one. I think that it will be like the last election where a few votes will determine who is elected. The big topics that each canidate has to answer is the War in Iraq and the economy. John Kerry has to do a better job at explaining his postitions. John Kerry hasn't done a great job doing that. I think that Ralph Nader is a joke. Isn't this his 4th time he has run for the White House? He only gets about 3 percent of the vote. But, he could be the deciding factor in the race. That 3 or 4 precent is enough to swing the win to Bush. That is because, like i said before, this will be a close race. The ad wars are becoming nasty. The attacks by both sides seem endless. One side attacks there voting record, and another attacks his past. The media has a little too much influence in my opinion. The huge coverage that the media gives to subject sometimes turns the attention away from the bigger issues. I think that there should be an investagation into these reports of wrongdoings in things like Halliburton. If the VP has done things to warrent these allegations, then something is wrong. I am not too sure who i think will win the race. It is a little too close to call now. I want John Kerry to win. It is not that i like his postition on issues or anything like that. It is just a question of who is the lesser of the two evils. And i think that Kerry is the lesser of the two evils. I won't vote because i'm 2 years too young. You have to be 18, right? I'm from a small town in Connecticut, USA. I am hopefully going to be a Junior in High School next year. I don't do much outside of the internet. I read alot of books. I play video games. I go on the internet and post on message boards like this one and Adult Swim. And i try to pass school, which i'm not doing so well on. I am horriable at math. I tired to get a job this year, but it didn't work out. I will try again next summer. In the future i hope to go to a Tech collage like ITT. I want to learn how to be a Video Game designer. Happy 4th of July everyone! This thread is here to celebrate and discuss our nations holiday. This holiday is called "independence day". It is when we gain our independence from Great Britian and became a nation. My parents are planning on celebrating this holiday like any other family. We are going to grill outside. We are going to grill Hot Dogs, homemade hamburgers, and chicken. They all will be grilled with my special BBQ sauce that i made myself.^_^ My mom is also planning to make potato salad, coleslaw, and my favorite, pasta salad. On every 4th of july, we have a tradition of roasting mushmellows after all the grilling is done. Oh, and we will be freezing the grilled stuff that we don't eat. Lets just say that my family won't be going hungry for a while, lol. Then we plan on watching the fireworks on TV. It is going to be great. So, what do you plan to do to celebrate the 4th of July? Connecticut Governer John Rowland is going to Resign. Governer Rowland admitted that he lied about getting gifts and favors from friends, state contractors and state employees. But, he said that he did nothing wrong. Rowland came into a scandal in December when he admitted accepting renovations at his lakeside cottage, including a hot tub and new heating system, and lying about it. Rowland also received cigars, champagne, a vintage Ford Mustang convertible, a canoe and free or discounted vacations from employees and friends, including some with state contracts. Federal and state authorities were investigating if the gifts were illegal. A special House commitiee was holding hearings to decide if Rowland should be impeached. Well, now it seems that Rowland is going to resign. Does anyone know any mystery magnas? I love mystery stories, and if you can recommend any magnas that have a mystery story in it, that would be great. Also, i have a few questions. I don't know alot about magnas, so please bare with me. I like inuyasha, but are the stories the same as the anime? i saw some Inuyasha books at a book store, and they looked the same as the anime. Another thing, why would i read a magna that i could easily see the anime on TV? If its the same as the anime, why should i buy a magna like Inuyasha? The reason i'm asking is because of of two things. One, i don't know alot about magnas. And two, i don't have alot of money. Thank you.

I LOVE Case Closed! I think it is the best anime Adult Swim has gotten to this day. I am a HUGE Sherlock Holmes fan and a HUGE mystery fan. So this show has 2 things that i really love in it that is a main part of the story. The mysterys are just tough enough that you can't solve them until the end. And Conan has a very Sherlock Holmes type of mind. He solves the mysterys very much like Sherlock Holmes would. I really like that. It is so interasting to see how Conan puts together the clues and solves the mystery. Let me say this again, I LOVE Case Closed. :love:

Can we all get back onto the topic!!!! A president has died. A former president and leader of the free world who was a very well liked president at the time has died. We all have our opinion about him. Love him or hate him, he was still a president. Please get back on topic and stop the bickering. I think that a president deserves some respect, especially after his death. After all, he is running a country. He has alot of responsibility on his shoulders. He has to decide what is right for the country. He has to balance his beliefs, with political issues, and what is right for the country. Please post all your comments about the President. What anime magazine to you subscribe to? Why do you like the magazine? What features of the magazine attracted you to it? I subscribe to Beckett Anime Collector. I like it because it has all my favorite anime in one magazine. It regulary has Yu-gi-oh, Pokemon, Inuyasha, and Duel Masters. Beckett anime collector has episode guides, Yu-gi-oh and Pokemon TCG card reviews and card combos, and contests that you can enter. It also has anime news, and news about anime that is popular in japan that might come to the US. I guess i like it because of the many things in it. This was the first anime magazine i found. I found it in a supermarket magazine section, and i thought that it looked cool. If i find a better magazine than Beckett, than i will get it. But for now, i will look forward to next month when i get a new magazine. So, what anime magazine do you subscribe to and why do you like it?

Welcome to Otaku boards! The first that you have to do is read the board rules and FAQ. There is a link to them under "general" on the left side of the screen. Also if you want to talk to friends, you should do two things. You first need to turn on Private Messaging. People from the boards will be able to send you PMs if you turn it on. There is a small giltch in the backroom of myotaku. Sometimes, the top of the page where the ads are drops down and there is a large space between the ad and the rest of the page. This happens kinda randomly. That is the best i can explain it. I hope that i have helped.

If you want a simular anime, then I would suggest Trigun. It doesn't have the great music that Cowboy Bebop has, but it is a great anime. It also has a slightly simular story. I would recommend Trigun for anyone who likes Cowboy Bebop. Also, I'm going to give you a little piece of advice. Do not just watch a anime because it is simular to another anime. If you like anime, watch all the anime that you can get your hands on. That is my piece of advice to you.

Well, i have some really embarassing CDs. A few years ago i bought the Limp Bisket(i think that is how you spell it) CD. The first one that was popular. I forgot the name of it. The thing i didn't relize about the CD was that there was alot of swareing and things that shouldn't be repeated in public on it. I also have a Coolio tape. I know what you are thinking right now, but at the time Coolio was cool. And there are my sisters collection. My sister owns every CD of the Spice Girls. I never liked them. But, i guess that my sister did. The thing that really makes me mad is that after a year, my sister stopped listening to it. The CD and the tapes are sitting in a drawer and collecting dust. That is all the embarassing CDs that i can think of.

I have been a gundam fan for a while. The first episode introduced the charcters and the story. The only problem i have with Gundam SEED is that it seems too much like the other gundams. Almost all the other gundam serris had a episode called: "It is called gundam" or something close to that. It seems a little too simular to Gundam Wing in my opinion.
