Hazing is completely wrong. Hazing is just another way for seniors who play a sport to have a party, get drunk, and do things that isn't legal. At Hazings that I have heard about on the news, liquor was given to minors and kids did things that they didn't want to do. A high school is being investigated right now to see if what happens at hazings is legal. At these hazings young kids get drunk, girls get raped, they do drugs and other stuff that if parents and the police found out about, they would all go to jail. You say that sexual abuse and rape that goes on at these parties isn't a big deal? Well, it is! Hazing tests mental and physical stength? Do you mean that kids who get drunk are physically and mentally tougher then normal football players? I don't think so. Also, I believe that you are a hypocrite(sp?). You asked "what did they make you do?" then in your next sentence you said "I'm not allowed to tell what they did but trust me it was hell" You want other people to himulate(sp?) themselves while you won't say? Is that right? Is that fair? Hazing is wrong, and all high schools should ban it. My high school has been champions for 3 years in a row, and they don't have hazing parties. To get ready for a game they do what all teams should do, they train there butts off.

I have never read a magna before. I haven't read a magna before because I didn't know where to get magnas until someone told me( Barnes and Nobes, thanks Miki! :love: ). I was wondering if anyone can recommend a magna for me. Could you please recommend a good magna for a beginner who has never picked up a magna in his life? What kinds of books do you like to read? I like to read mysterys, especially who-done-its and murder mysterys. My favorite detectives are Sherlock Holmes and Hercole Poirot. I think I have read almost every Sherlock Holmes and Hercole Poirot book that there is. I also like Science Fiction books. My favorites of Science Fiction are Animorphs, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. I have the entire Animorphs series and the 5 Harry Potter books. I have an entire book case filled with books!I can't wait until the 6th Harry Potter book comes out. I haven't read any mangas. That is because there isn't any stores around me that sell mangas. So, what kinds of books do you like to read?

I can't wait to see the two new animes coming to Cartoon Network, Gundam SEED and Rave Master. I have been a Gundam fan for years, and I hope the Gundam SEED will live up to its hype. Has anyone heard of Rave Master before? I have heard a little about it. Rave Master is supposed to be a little like Inuyasha, where the main charcter in Rave Master has to find crystals to save a village. These two animes sound pretty good to me. One more thing, does anyone know when Toonami will put more episodes of DragonBall GT on the air? DragonBall GT isn't the best of the Dragonball saga by a long shot, but I would like to finish the story.

Does anyone know of a good anime that hasn't been shown, or isn't well known, in America? I was wondering this because I have been looking at some posts on Otaku Boards and there has been some mention of anime that I have never heard before. I live in a small town in the small state of Connecticut on the east side of the USA. My town has to be the most boring in the country!The only things in my town is a libary, a Big Y(which is a supermarket), a middle school, and a high school. That's all.

You make very good points, but I disagree. I think that Goku is the most important character. There are many reasons why. First of all, the entire DB saga is based on Goku and the events surrounding him. Do you remember when Goku decided to stay in the other world because he said "Earth will be safer without me".? It was because of Goku that the Saiyans first came to earth. It was because of Goku that he met, and distroyed, Friza(sp?) It is because of Goku that Vegeta became a good guy. It is because of Goku that the entire Andriod saga happened. It is because of Goku that the earth, and the universe, is still intact. Dr. Gero is important, but he is not the most important character in the DB saga.

Mick Foley is the favorite to win. I hope Mick does win, but that will only happen if Evolution stays completly out of the match. I also hope that Edge wins, but it is very unlikely because of the pure power that Kane has. I seriously hope that Chris Jericho kicks Christians butt, and gives Trish a DDT :smirk: . I dont think that Shawn will win, so it will be a contest between HHH and Chris Benoit and I think that Chris will win again.

There has been many blockbuster movies the past year. Some of those movies are: The Lord of the Rings saga, The Matrix saga, and Pirates of the Caribbean. But have you noticed all the DC comics that have been redone into movies? There has been Spiderman, Daredevil, The Punisher(which comes to theaters soon), and Hellboy. So my question for you is: Has Hollywood lost all its creativity? Has Hollywood lost all new ideas for its movies? And after all these years, have they lost all the wonderful writers they used to have?

What do you think about censorship? I think that censorship is wrong. I don't like censorship because I believe that if you don't like something on TV or on the radio, all you have to do is not watch or listen to it. Also, I've been reading in my local newspaper that some parents are thinking about censoring books in librarys. I think that this is completely stupid! The librarys already don't allow books that might be harmful, but they don't censor books. A few years ago some people didn't want Harry Potter books in librarys because the magic spells could be "religious", which is dumb because Harry Potter is a childrens book. So, what do you think about censorship?

Astro Boy isnt new to Cartoon Network. It premered on The WB a month ago. The WB gave Cartoon Network Astro Boy and CN has been putting new episodes of it on Toonami.

I have been looking at alot of the posts on the boards and i have noticed that they talk about anime that i have never heard of before. The only networks that i have that show anime are The WB, Cartoon Network, and Adult Swim(which i know isnt a real network) I have seen alot of anime, from Cardcaptors to BigO. But, i know that there is more out there. Can you tell me how i can find more anime?

I LOVE batman! Have you heard of the new Batman coming to The WB? i love batman, but hasnt there been enough shows already? Also, If they make more batman cartoons like they are doing now, the makers have to really careful how they do the storys. The storys cant be out of sync with the other batman shows.

Here's some more simularites: both shows have Dueling Tournaments, both old men have shops that they own, both have Parents(or a parent figure) who were great Duelists, and even the two main characters look alike! Look at Yugi and the main character in Duel Masters! They both have spikey hair! Yu-gi-oh is famous for Yugi having spikey hair!!

have you seen this new anime called "Duel Masters"? Duel Masters is a cheap imitation of Yu-gi-oh! there are ALOT of similarities between Duel Masters and Yu-gi-oh. both are set around a card game. both have young kids who havent realized how good they can be. both have a older person who works at a card shop. both have magical forces. both have mysterious people in it. both shows has 3 friends that are on the sidelines during a duel. even the card games are almost the same!both card games have monster cards and magic cards. there are even more things the same with duel masters and Yu-gi-oh, but i think i said enough here. how could cartoon network think of putting such an obvious copy of Yu-gi-oh on TV????? :flaming:
