1. I've officially been a member since 2004 April or March I think (Though I dissapeared in late 2005 and didn't post anything until early 2008). I don't I've matured much as far as the RPing goes, but I do utilize the Lounge much...much more. I do remember my first converstation with you Lunar, when I get a chance I'll go through my old posts and try to find out where it was.....I don't think it was really good though. Edit: Check out the thread Attack of the Supernerds!!!!!!!!!! Memories.....
2. The place I emerge in isn?t much better then the one I left. The milky, cloudy atmosphere is considered ?paradise? to some, but to me it?s nothing more then smoke and mirrors used to mask the truth behind this place. The truth being that you slave away your whole life to get here; when in reality you?re just doing the bidding of an ?omnipotent? being who gets his thrills out of denying many people who truly deserve to be here, a place. I look up and see the gates. They?re just what the media makes them out to be, immeasurably tall. So tall in fact they seem to disappear in the clouds above. I quickly cut to the head of the line; yes there is a line in heaven. It is also immeasurable in length. I would venture to say there are probably 200,000 people waiting here. All of which I either brought here personally, or were forced to come by means of a few spirit spells I?m capable of using. As usual blind old St. Peter tries to stop me from entering. If I came more often I would probably be a little irritated, but my visits are very few and far between. ?Who is this insolent fool who tries to hurry up his entrance into eternal paradise?? On the outside he is just a senile old fool who takes his job way to seriously; however, on the inside he is a senile old fool who has the capabilities to skip the judgment and send any soul that disobeys the rules straight to a fiery eternity. ?It is I St. Peter, the Reaper of souls? I dare not make a move, though I could probably best him and destroy him; god would not take kindly to me destroying one of his favorites. ?Ahh Reaper, it?s been some time. God told me to give you this and to wish you luck.? He pulls a mess of metal out from under his robes, it?s what I was here to get. I had thought I would have a little more trouble obtaining it. ?Does he not want to meet with me and tell me why he let me rot in that cell for so long before stepping in?? All of heaven grew dark before my eyes. The souls awaiting their final judgment dropped to their knees convinced it was the end for them. Suddenly a booming voice was heard, a voice I recognized, but a voice that actually destroyed two or three unlucky souls who ventured a look at him. ?Reaper! You above all others should know that I do nothing without purpose. You will understand when you are meant too and no sooner.? I start to raise protest, but it?s too late. The ground opens up beneath me. A dark crack turned black abyss in the white marble floors so fast I had no chance to move. I find myself tumbling, tumbling, down further and further into the blackness. I know where I?m going; it was my next stop anyways. This particular person I?m too deal with will meet me in person, and I already know what he?ll want. He?ll want me to diminish all rights to the souls I?ve taken for myself, and all his minions returned. I?ll have no choice but to oblige him, though it sickens me so. Even though I?m going to be losing my variable kingdom I have created over the years, I?ll begin restocking it after I deal with Isaac. In all honestly I?m keen on the idea of having an all paladin servant team. Though I?ll probably have to destroy most of them before getting another shot at Isaac. He?s not stupid after all; he knows I?ll be back and packing some serious heat. Speaking of which, I apparently am getting close to my destination. The all to familiar scent of brimstone fills my nose. Most would be gagging by now, but for me it is somehow?comforting.
3. Any orchestrated version of any christmas song tops my list, I've been a sucker for classical music since I joined the orchestra in 6th grade about a hundred years ago. I'm going to have to go with little drummer boy as my all time favorite. It's always the first christmas song me and my family listen to when we get together for the holidays. That or 12 redneck days of christmas...
4. Name:Gustave Malincroft A.K.A. Malice Code number: VSB-018 Age: 17 Weapons: Malice weilds twin scimitars when he is in humanoid form. When he goes werewolf he has them straped to his back. Appearance: Human Feral Personality: Malice does not interact very well with the other members of the group. He tends to be sarcastic and downright mean at times. He realizes he is this way and wants to change, but 11 years of pure torture have destroyed much of his human side. History: Alex was the son of a vampire. He spent his first 5 years of life underground being brought victims by his parents. At age 5 he was recruited by, at that time an unknown, Nazi scientists, kidnapped would be the better word. He was experimented on, tortured, brought to the edge of death countless times only to be brought back to repeat the process. The nazi were trying to learn how to interregate vampires that the "allies" would use in the upcoming war. Malice grew angry, hateful, he swore vengence on his Nazi captures. At age 16, after 11 years of torture Malice was given the opportunity to test his skills in combat. An allied intelligence team made up of werewolves; infiltrated the Nazi facility in which Malice was housed. A fierce battle insuded and many were lost, Alex escaped severe injury, he was however, bitten by one of the werewolves. Fearing he would be dead, they placed Malice in a comfortable bed to live out his last few hours of life. Instead, however, Malice's unique DNA and all the serums and other things they injected his with allowed his body to absorbe the virus and combined it with his curse. The result was a hybrid, capable of transforming into full werewolf or into a full vampire. A creature that possessed most of the strengths of the others, he does not have the mind control abilities of a vampire, or quite the strength of his werewolf brethren. He is able to tolerate some silver, and is able to travel in the sunlight, though it weakens him greatly.
5. Well you already know how I feel on the subject. Amaya is the one I like best, but like I told you it's only 1/3 your decision and in life majority rules :animesmil. Congrats again
6. It was back to training as always. As soon as Okaru showed his father his headband he was told to put it way. "You may be a gennin in those weakling's eyes. But until you are a chuunin you are nothing to me." His father drew Scar out of its sheath. Okaru couldn't hide his excitement as the blade whirled around, it brought a thrill as his father snapped his wrists causing the blade to unfold like a steal whip. His father noted the smiled on Okaru's face and addressed it. "You are not ready to receive Scar yet. Go take the blade I set out for you and bring it back, it's time for swordplay training." They hadn't spar'd with blades since that day. Okaru hesitantly ran to his room, grabbed the scimitar and made his was back to the family training grounds. "That blade is Scar's younger brother. Now that you are officially a gennin you may weild it, when you learn to use it you may name it. It is made for someone at your age. It will do great thngs when weilded properly, and I'm to make sure you use it right." His father charged slamming a foot deep into Okaru's abdomen, he was actually fighting. Okaru was sent reeling and onto his back, the fight was over. His father stood over top of him with the all too familiar sneer on his face. "Gennin means nothing, Chuunin means nothing, until you can stand in the ring with your father. You are nothing more than a worthless fly...." His father left Okaru, tears welling up not from the pain but from being alone as always.
7. Acolyte lept from concelment squaring himself infront of Vael. "This is not your fight. Listen to Maia and stand down." He reached back to feel for his halberd; revenge always made a person unstable, it was just the way it was. Vael gave him a look that, if Vael had been at full strength, would have made him step back. "Who are you to stand in my way?" Vael gripped his blade so tight that his knuckles began turning white. "I know you want revenge, but these aren't the same people who took your life so many years ago. Over a hundred years have past, and now that you're revived your life belongs to Maia." Acolyte noted how both their faces had the same look of surprise on them. "Yes, since it was you that brought Vael back I do not hold any power over him. But Maia can choose to end your life at any moment." Acolyte new she wouldn't want the responsibility, but she had no choice. "Don't worry, once this ordeal is over I will release you six that I brought back, and I will show you how to release Vael. But not before then, if something happens to me you will all perish." Vael's grip on his blade relinquished just enough to show he was not going to attack just yet, small victories first. Master...Master are you there? Tai-Goru's voice rang inside Acolyte's head. I'm a little busy, what is it you need? I wanted to inform you we reached the edge of the clearing in which the peach garden lies They had arrived ahead of schedule. The thought of them facing Ursula without Maia or Vael was very discontenting. She was a master of Illusion, and they would face her demonic minnions, themselves, and probably a multitude of other challenges before they could claim the eyes. "We must leave now." Acolyte motioned Maia and Vael in the direction of the chariot. "Wait one second, you awoke Vael. Why should we let you just leave?" A bold member of the wolf tribe steped forward. "Why shouldn't we just kill you now?" Acolyte did not turn to face the manwolf. "First I don't think your chief would take to kindly to you assaulting one of your owns neice; Secondally" Without another word Acolyte spun, waved his hand in an arcing motion from left to right and turned back around. As he walked away, a huge wall of flame sprang up as if from hell itself. A minute later they were on their way to the peach garden, hopefully there would still be 5 members of the Band of Seven still standing. If he was really lucky Ursula would be dead, and Izanami's eyes would be returned to her.
8. Maia told him everything, it seemed the wolves would be on their side for the battle. They would prove to be very valuable allies, however that was not the thing that intrigued him the most. Maia told him that supposedly there was a sword that belonged to one of the band of seven...could it be....it had to be. "Maia, I must ask one more thing of you." The girl had not taken her eyes off of the new sword she held in her hand. "I need you to take this jewel and place it in the tree above the blade. Then say these words "Brother of Seven, Return to us from the realm of the damned. Brother Return." Then throw some of this dust onto the tree. Don't worry about how much you cover, just a grain of this dust will bring your brother back. Acolyte watched as Maia re-entered the villiage. This was the moment of truth, if the villiage allowed to be returned to life they risked his retalliation. However, if they attack Maia they will fall victim to the acolyte. Hopefully they'll allow her to return him, and stand down while he leaves it will mean they will aid them. A feeling of apprehension grew as Maia placed the shard in the tree and bowed her head. It was obvious she was reciting the words, apparently with no problems. He was worried he would have to make an appearance and do them for her. The sky grew black as the dust made contact with the tree. Thunder rolled in, and everything went silent. Even the birds stoped chirping. Suddenly lightning streaked the sky, striking the tree with a magnificent explosion. Acolyte smiled as a form appeared in the smoke. It slowly gripped the blade that laid dormint in the tree for over a hundred years.
9. I've been bouncing around between games so much its unreal. I picked up dead space but beat it so fast I traded it for gears II. It took longer to beat gears since I was juggling between multiplayer and Campaign. I already traded that in and now I'm engrossed on Call of Duty: World at War which I'll probably keep playing like crazy until my fiancee starts back up in school the first of the year. Once she does I'll probably pick up last Remnant, but who knows?
10. OOC: Since we've all been away for awhile, if its okay I'm going to jump ahead a bit. Ashton finished wringing his shirt out, he was still dumbfounded he let that guy get the drop on him. "I guess turnabouts fairplay. But man, why did I have to be the one on the receiving end." More embarassed then anything else, Ashton decided to sit down for a nap. Just then an alarm went off on his PDA genuinly confused Ashton glanced down, it seemed today was going to be the day they would get their first assignment. "Boy they sure don't waste any time do they?" Ashton stood up, went to the closet and changed into his fresh clothes, and proceeded towards the command room.
11. Edit: Thanks for the update about the "last gasp" That's okay, before I went I brought the strategy that hopefully worked out. I'd look into Mr. Blonde if you haven't....cough cough....done...............sooooooooooo
12. I would think it would be okay, anybody opposed?
13. eww that does look nasty. As far as the headshots go I've found that you get a lot more in Hardcore mode. I THINK what they did was make it so you need to do a certain amount of damage with a head shot. That way the 10,000 noobs that go around and spray a barrage with their submachine guns and land a headshot die a horrible horrible death.
14. Maia stood upon the firey chariot next to Acolyte. He noted the chidlike way she waved to everyone, it was amazing to see such a powerful warrior be so innocent and childlike. "Do not fear Maia, you will be reunited with them soon. Hopefully with another ally." She looked at him, showing no emotion whatsoever. For the first time in his long life, Acolyte doubted himself. He thought a childs mind would be crushed by the demon's skill in illusionary tacticts, instead though, losing this girl could bring about the death of them. "Nonesense" He said allowed. "What's nonesense?" Maia's voice broke his concentration. "Sorry, I'm not used to having a traveling companion. Usually I'm alone." "When we get to this villiage it will be up to you. I'm going to sit outside while you find your uncle. Tell him of me, what I can do to you, and have him meet me outside the villiage gates. Oh and one more thing, ask him about the body of your last team member." "Last member? That would be crazy, we were all killed at the same time." "I said it was a rumor. It was hard for me to remember for sure when you were killed, I was too young however and can't recall....There is the wolf demon tribe there." Maia's eyes scanned the villiage as they flew over it, "I..I don't recognize any of it." The look of confusion turned into an honest look of fear, "You've been gone for over a hundred years Maia. Things have changed all over the world. Though he looks older, your uncle is still there. Just make sure not to draw too much attention to yourself, he's not the only one who remembers the band of seven. If you get in too much trouble, I'll be watching and will be there to help." It was odd, Maia brought out a side of him that he never new existed. Or maybe it was the fear of what Sasuki would do to him if something happened to Maia, it mattered not. He would shadow her, more than anything to keep her safe. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Acolyte never realized how much the world had changed in the past hundred years, at least not until Maia pointed it out. He knew then it was time for Tai-Goru to start earning his freedom. You see 20 years ago, Tai-Goru was maimed in a battle with the acolyte. His whole villiage of Frog demons was killed. Before the Acolyte dropped the killling blow, Tai-Goru offered up 100 years of service for sparing his life. Though Merciless, the thought of having a 'manservent' for a hundred years thrilled the Alcolyte. He granted the, now, one legged the priviledge of being his new servent. Though by the end, he was sure Tai-Goru would have rather been slain with his family. Tai-Goru, It is time. Take the chariot and meet the Band of Seven in the cave. Boss....Where are you I can't see you? For the last time stop calling me boss, and you know that I'm using telepathy you nit-wit. Now get moving, I want the band on the road east in the next half hour. Acolyte closed their mindlink, and his eyes as they landed. A lot rested on the shoulders of the youngest member of the Band of Seven, a lot more than any of the others new right now.
15. Just wanted to point out, if the civilians choose not to lynch anyone they're giving the werewolves a free ride. And unless whoever the priest is protects the right person we're just going to lose somebody.
16. Well I'm not sure about permission, but Takuuya's back (I hope he'll post in this RP) I'm sure Lonley is still, and I'd put money that as soon as KG gets time she'll be back, so I say go ahead. We'll get this puppy back up and running again.
17. They were so happy...Okaru watched as everyone applauded one another in the group. He smiled a bit when he saw Matsuda standing beside Hotaru, Guess nows as good a time as ever. Before he could get close, however, he was intercepted by a tearful Hoto. "Okaru, thank you so much. I...I couldn't have done this without you." Okaru placed a hand on Hoto's shoulder and led him down to the others, specifically to Hotaru and Matsuda. Okaru grabbed Matsuda's shoulder and turned him around so he was facing Okaru. His smile quickly faded into a look that could have killed lady Tsunade herself. "What do you want Okaru? Going to sucker punch me again?" It was expected, Okaru was actually thankfull Matsuda didn't break his nose again. "Actually Hoto wanted to say something to you guys." Hotaru stood waiting, while Matsuda looked like he'd just been hit with one of Hotaru's genjitsu techniques. "I just wanted to thank both of you, and I promise I'll work on more than just my taijitsu from now on. You'll see, come next exams maybe it'll be me helping you." Hoto turned and bowed in thanks to Okaru one last time and ran off, apparently he was in a hurry to get home and be showered with praise. "What was that all about Okaru?" Okaru's eyes darted from Matsuda to Hotaru and back to Matsuda. Realizing something was up, Matsuda looked to Hotaru "You had something to do with this?" a smile formed on Hotaru's face. She put her arm around both guys "We all did Matsuda. We all did."
18. I'm sort of surprised there is no thread for this show yet, I went back through and didn't see one. If there was and I missed it I apologize and ask that the mod just go ahead and merge my thread into theirs. I watched the first episode of this a month or so ago on Fox Tuesday nights after House (9:00 EST). I had an opportunity to sit down and watch last Tuesday's episode marking the second one I've seen and I'm really happy with the show. The premise seems to be an FBI agency who specializes in "abnormal" cases. When I say abnormal I mean borderline paranormal, its mostly centered around futuristic technology that seems to be supernatural. Has anyone else seen this show? Am I giving a good synopsis? What are your opinions on it? I'm still a little torn myself, I'm going to start watching it every Tuesday to get a feel for it.
19. I turned in gears yesterday and picked this up. I have to say I'm glad I did. Between the two sequels this one stayed completly true with its predecessor; though I do have to admit I'm a little distraught over the feeling that the game play is, I'm not sure how to put it....slower maybe? I haven't had an opportunity to play the multiplayer yet, and have only logged about 45 minutes because of obligations at work. Has anyone else been playing this? What can I expect from the multiplayer? I know it still has the ranking system and its rewards, which I love, and I know they changed the way they did the weapons. I've been told that your weapons at lower levels are actually lower level weapons.
20. I was victim of lust so many times I couldn't count (not sexual lust) but that's the label I have given to a lot of my past relationships. They are all fine, but then you realize that there was only one or two things (mostly looks). With my fiancee I realized that there were countless thigns that i love about her, and many things I don't. But what i think makes it love is the fact that those shortcomings can be overlooked without even trying. I'm not saying you ever get over them, they're still shortcomings and they still can aggrevate you, but you can overlook them. In my opinion that's when its love. Before you start noticing ANY shortcomings i think its still lust. Of course that's my opinion and I'm sure there are some people that disagree.
21. As Victoria pulled away blushing John followed suit. "You know V, I knew you'd end up falling for me." It was funny...they had come so far. Been forced to witness the death of enemies and friends, but yet they were right back where they started. Tetra relentlessly set on John and Victoria getting together, Victoria and John's love hate relationship budding. Suddenly John had a thought, "Hey Victoria, you know more about Capia and Ryo then me." Victoria gave him a playfull punch in the arm and added, "Correction, I know more about everything than you" John sat silently as Victoria and Tetra shared a laugh. "What I mean is did they ever get together before they died?" Victoria shuged and looked at John in a way he'd never seen. "I don't know John, they never really made it long enough. I guess we'll have to see how their story ends." John knew right then what the future had in store for them, even if Victoria would never admit it. "Umm, guys!?" Tetra interupted, and John was a little thankful. "How exactally do we get home?"
22. I look forward to seeing, make sure you let us know when you replace the old picture. After you all say goodbye to Maia its all in your hands. I'd like you all to begin making your way to the Peach garden after everyone makes their next post. As far as how long it takes to get there, its up to all of you. Tetra and I will be gone for about another 2-3 posts a piece. I won't be telling you when we're returning for sure, but I will be taking on a little role as the demon with the eyes when you get there. So far the story is exceeding my expectations as far as the way you are all portraying your characters, I'm a little concerned with the jumping around we did there, but I think that was my fault for not waiting for Lonley to come around before I threw you into a fight.
23. Screams?Screams of agony, screams of death, screams of the damned. I awake in what seems to be something resembling New York City. Well better yet, a combination of hell and New York City. I stand up, my head spinning like a Tilt-a-Whirl. How quickly I sober up when I see what?s around me. People fleeing the streets from what though? I begin a slow, limping trek in the opposite direction the people are running. They?re dirty, their clothes are torn, and some are bleeding so heavily they should not be able to stand. Something is scaring them they?re actually dying while running. I grab the first one to come near; it?s a young man who couldn?t be older than 16 years old. ?What is going on?? I ask, trying to instill fear. It?s futile I know, but in his state I doubt he?ll answer. Apparently the fear of being slowed down, allowing whatever?s coming this way a chance to catch up is just enough. ?The Paladins...They...They are going crazy. Killing everyone they see, saying it?s time for their total solution. Let me go man, I have to catch up to my family.? I drop the boy, he runs in the direction he was running in the first place. I?m not near strong enough to take Isaac out, but a few of his lackey?s won?t be a problem. ?Isaac you crazy son of a bitch; I knew this is what you were up to. I just never knew you could ever pull it off.? I walk around the corner of the building nearest me. I almost drop my jaw when I realize what it is. It?s the remnants of the Empire State building. Only a couple stories of rubble lie where the once tallest building in New York stood. As I walk, the crowd is still coming like a tsunami. Just like the waves they knock each other down, running from a fate they think they can escape. The smart ones, the ones who have accepted their fates take shelter in the rubble of the surrounding buildings. I?m starting to doubt I?ll be ready to face whatever can cause this type of destruction, but its time to find answers if anything. The crowd starts to thin; I?m getting close. The air itself smells like blood and burnt hair and flesh. Whatever it is, is right around the corner; what?s strange though, there is no noise other than the screaming and the pounding of feet. I round the corner and am frankly not surprised. I had prepared myself for just this scenario. A mechanical beast stands in the center of the street. Fifty to sixty feet tall the beast stood on six mechanical legs. It resembled, well I?m not sure what it resembled. Its body was a large cylinder; even I can tell it?s a holding tank of sorts. It?s ?head? was just a simple box type cockpit with the ?pilots? in plain sight. Beams of energy blasted from the antenna type attachments on the cockpit. I watch as one of the beams leap from the head and strike a person. I have to give Isaac credit for his efficiency. I can see the soul immediately being ripped from the person?s body. It enters the antenna which I can see now has some sort of tube, would you like to bet what its made out of? The soul travels down the tube into the holding tank where it probably goes to the same facility I was in just a few hours before. It?s not hard to see the antenna pointing in my direction. Away from the time constricting powers of Isaac?s facility it?s easy for me to dodge the beam. I sidestep and make my way towards the creature. I slowly draw my blade, making as big a show as I can. I want these bastards to know who I am and where they?re going. I must admit I should have known something was up when I didn?t see the fear of approaching doom. I dash at the closest leg, set on cutting the beast down to my level. I leap in the air, moving for what I assume would be the thing?s knee. My sword glows with power, I figure this thing is made out of something similar to what Isaac?s new body was, so I charge it up with everything I have. Unfortunately bad luck isn?t a one and done deal, god must?ve had something better to do because he?d left me high and dry more than once now. My blade bounces off sending me into a spin, just as I figured. ?Time for plan B I suppose? I can?t suppress the sigh that escapes my lips. I?m still tired from this whole day, and I just can?t bring myself to want to do this. I leap up, planting my foot on the ?ankle? of the thing. Next I leap to the knee I tried cutting through a moment ago; next up is the ball joint that connects the legs. One more big leap and I?m up to the top of the holding tank; even through the lead of the tank I can feel the souls moaning around. Though they are not made of traditional matter, they do feel cramped just like you do, and I?m sure they?re not happy right now. Halfway to the head one of the pilots bursts out of a hidden hatch, firing a laser that?s the same color as what comes out of the antenna. It hits me with of course no affect. It?s set to the wavelength of a typical soul, which of course I am not. I slowly make my way to him, considering for a moment letting him live. Of course that?s against my nature, and he?s not going to hell, he?s being destroyed. Just like they all will, the only one getting the gift of eternal life is Isaac. He of course will be juggled between Satan?s eternal torture, and my special brand of vengeance. I dash at the man; easily slicing threw the soft meat of his neck, and the thin vertebrae. After cleaning my blade, I?m sort of OCD when it comes to a clean blade, I make my way for the head. Of course the pilot has sealed himself in thinking that I can?t break through the lead composite of the head, and he?d be right of course. What he didn?t figure in is the fact that I?m not coming in through the head. I get a grip on the small notch where the glass meets the lead, swinging myself backwards I slam into the glass. Its shatter proof, but I?m a little stronger than the typical human. The glass easily shatters under my weight. Before he can move, I grab the man and put my blade to his throat. I can now see that fear in his eyes I?d been longing for, ?What is the final solution you are working on?? Of course he doesn?t readily answer; he?s going to ?heaven? thanks to Isaac?s teachings. I continue on, ?let me tell you something about your ?teacher?. You may think you?ll go to heaven dying for his sins, but if you?re killed by this blade you will be gone forever.? I throw him down and sever a finger, he watches as it instantly catches on fire. I wouldn?t have left that fact out with the first victim, but his body fell to the ground out of my sight. He watches his finger burn, too frightened by his new knowledge to continue. ?If I tell you, I?ll go to heaven?? I nod; hey I?m not all bad. ?Isaac wants us to kill every living person in the world. That way he?ll create a world in which he?ll rule.? It was so obvious, I pretty much figured as much; I just wanted to get some validation before I plan. His eyes grow large, and then burst into burning jelly as I thrust the blade into his heart. Hey I man not be all bad, but when I make a promise I stick too it and Isaac is the only one I kill who will be able to have life after death. As I feel the warmth of the burning body it gives me an idea, if my blade isn?t strong enough. I?ll have it re-forged; I am in a hurry now and have two stops. I look to the sky, close my eyes, and thrust my blade into the ground. There?s only one person with a material strong enough to upgrade my blade, and he doesn?t give favors out often. The cockpits starts to shake, becomes the constituency of water, and as it melts away so do I.
24. Well I suppose that I'm going to go ahead and cast a vote for Tetra. Probably playing into my own demise, but you have to start somewhere.
25. Acolyte nodded at Aderyn's remark, "I'm glad one of you gets this. There has been a change of plan however. Maia, you are coming with me." The band all stood up in unison, this had been expected. During their reign the band was as strong a family as any, that is where much of their strength came from, that is why they must be tested. "Maia will accompany me on a seperate mission. One that requires something only she can aid me in. The rest of you proceed to the peach garden whenever you're all feeling up to it." He didn't turn to see if he would be struck down by a vengeful Sasuki, the one who saw all womend and children as her lost daughter. Or possibly Natsu with his inability to contain the anger storm brewing within him. One thing was for sure, he found at least one person in this group that did care whether or not he lived again, and he would defend the Acolyte, whether the rest of the group new or not would matter not. Acolyte walked out of the cave, sniffed the air, and turned south. He waited for Maia to immerge so they could head to the south and the wolf demon tribe that waited. He closed his eyes and called for their transport, the flaming chariot called by the small flute he keeps in his robes. The same one he pried from his father's dying hand.
