1. I am really thinking about getting a Nintendo DS, but I might wait out for the PSP. I would really like to get some older games that I haven't had a chance to play like Kill Zone or Demon stone, and if I don't buy Budokai 3 by then I think I want that too. But if I get the DS, I dunno. Possibly KOTOR II as well... oh man, the choices are endless...
2. Oh halo 2 is a great follow-up to Halo 1 so far. I guess if you didn't enjoy Halo very much or weren't involved with it, it may seem overrated. But so far I have found that the story is much more a piece of the game, happily. In addition, the graphics are great in the sense that small details to the environment were upgraded but also the visuals of outside (like through windows) are immense and beautiful. The gameplay hasn't been buggy at all (as far as I have seen). The weapons are hot and cold... I liked the earth weapons but in the 3rd level (I don't want to spoil), I was hard pressed to find a weapon I enjoyed. So to be honest, I enjoyt he SP, but the biggest press forward for Halo 2 is the online play just like bungie said in their development documentaries. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do that yet.
3.
But, I'm gettin' a serious flow of cash soon, so GTA, MGS3, Killzone, SOCOM II, POP2, and Budokai 3 are all on my list.
Thats awesome news, all those games are on my watch list too. I was thinking of trying to squeeze in the pre-order of Budokai 3, anyone else on top of that? The extras sound sweet. I am also curious about killzone but I am going to have to wait it out and probbaly play it used. I would also add Iron Phoenix...
4. Ouch...second story window. Pregnancy? Tha sounds pretty bad. My simple story begins on January 1, 2004 when I was fooling around in a tree just acting like a monkey. I decided it was time to come down so i grabbed a bracnh and chose to "swing" down from it. Well, it was a little cold and the tree bark was very smooth so I started swinging and then kept swinging when one of my hands slipped off and I feel to the ground. I got up and was like, "Wow kinda rough" with no pain at all/ But then the wooziness set in and I look down at my wrists. Both were broken. The palm of both my hands was pused up on the back of my wrists. The pain kept intensifying... pretty bad especially since it took an hou rto get to a hospital.
5. Of all the games that are coming out soon, I most want to play Demon Stone on Xbox. I played it on PS2 at a firends and liked it, so now I can't wait for the Xbox version. I want a whole load of games, but this one's at the top of my list right now.

Fable

I like Fable a lot...it has a certain something to it. It'll definitely keep me occupied for awhile, at least until Demon Stone comes out on the Xbox. That is gonna be a big day for me, but Fable is a great filler for awhile.
7.
I'm not really a big fan of the GBA Dragon Ball Z games, but I've heard that Buu's Fury seriously touches up on a lot of the things that The Legacy of Goku II missed out on.
I'm not a fan of the fighting ones per se (really hate the button mash syndrone on GBA) - however SSW was really good. But I do like the RPG set up for Buu's Fury - plus it does seem to have some additional stuff LOG II didn't (and believe me, I dragged it out a few weeks ago to play). Funny 'nuff though, that webfoot full game page you linked to keeps putting more stuff up - seems like they're the crazy info people now. Nice to get stuff from the developer!
8. Hope no one has posted this yet - but my friend show it to me and I thought it was way cool!! if you go to the Buu's Fury page at webfootgames.com you can click on the Dragon Ball and it takes you to a dev page - check it out: http://www.webfootgames.com/catalog/log3/devpage.htm
9. Id like to think Im a little like Vash from Trigun. I think sometimes threatening situations have come up, but Ive always restrained myself. JUst like him, he could kill people, but refuses to. Obviously I havent encountered things like that, but some words have been said and some fights tried to start, but Ive just been the bigger man and walked away. I take Tai Chi classed, so I am no sloutch, I just felt at that time that I didnt need to use it.
10. I like anime for what it is. Its jsut the same as any live action show, dont let anyone tell you different. Obviosuly it looks different ;), but it is still entertainment. I like the story, I like the characters or the action. Whatever it is, I like it. I like the Simpsons, just as I like anime. I like the charaters and the humor and the action. Just like your favortie movie. Anime is a form of entertainment, not some childish cartoon.
11. I liked clerks, I think it is one of Kevin Smith's better movies. However, it does not need a sequel, it is fine where it is, a cult classic. I dont like the idea, I will see the movie, and I dont doubt it will be funny, but the "series", which it now is, should be left alone.
12. They are often very involved though. The Jedi are among (if not the) greatest warriors in the republic. It makes sense to have them used for very hig stress combat or for secret missions or for commanding troops. Echu Shen Jon is a perfect example. He was a great leader for the Republic (for awhile), same thing with Yoda as he arrived with the clone army in AOTC.
13. I also liked the KOTOR soundtrack, it was alittle dry on actaul star wars music I thought, but it had some very good tracks that were worthy of being in star wars themselves.
14.
To tell the truth I want to watch it again before they take it off!!!
I would like to see it once! I like Yu-Gi-Oh, Im not an avid watcher, but whenever I catch it on, I am pleased to see it. I have seen up to the episode before the battle city duels, so I guess Id need to see that before the movie, but still. Show it once more, do it for me! :(
15. See, I always thought style was teh tell tale factor. I thought that the style of the art identified something as anime. Is there not a classification of "Japanimation"? This is the style of Japanese art, art that is used in anime, thus artistic works using this style are anime. Just as darker more cerebral artworks may be called surreal. In the same way as classic art styles, anime is an artistic style as well. This is what I beleive, keep in mind, and is not a fact.
16.
The game of choice for most animes are either fighting games or RPG games, with the occasional puzzler. I really would prefer instead of Rpgs and one on one fighters. is an anime games made in the style of dynasty warriors or Samurai Warriors, made by koei. I would even play an inuyasha game with that engine.
I like that idea actually, I liked being able to run around and fight however, to some extent. I think it did a good job of presenting action and you still got some character upgrades and you progress through the story from battle to battle. Good idea!
17. Is there any news of a sequel? I thought about asking this in the "Which animes need sequels" thread, but since this is aboutr Wolf's Rain specifically, I decided to ask it here, I would like to see a sequel to this, I really liked this series!
18.
Dolore O'Riordan w/the Cranberries. You can't go wrong with her. She's got the type of voice that can be very soft and sad, and rise magically into a burst of strength. And it's not even as hokey as I described it. It's actually much, much better than I described it. I don't know what's wrong with me. And an Irish accent. That's just neato. lol
Yes great singe, good pick oshi. :) Also Stevie Nicks from Fleetwood Mac is quite good.
19. I think the Jedi were, at one time a crutch. When trouble arose you could always depend on Jedi. I think in the movies, however, the case is different. The numbers of Jedi left have begun to dwindle and the threats to the republic are growing more numerous and powerful. It adds up to be too much than a few Jedi can handle, no matter how powerful they are.
20. I also think Cowboy Bebop did a great job with that. They script/story really does a great job to get you into the mood. Thats what makes it so sad
when Spike dies.
They really did a great job in that movie and the whoel series to really make you care about the characters and outcome of the story. Great movie!
21. I think they would need to make a beter light gun before a Trigun game is created. I have the existing one for playstation and it is very glitchy and it doesnt always work. There are just a few minor issues, but they do have an impact on gameplay. Another thing is the durability, that needs to be greatly improved.
22. I recently started playing Doom3, let me say, this is the end to me importing music to games. There is no way I could do it with this game. The sound totally sets the mood, and kind of music would just ruin the game.
23. I really like Johnny Yong Bosch. He did a great job with Vash, I am looking forwars to good results with this.
24.
Yes I pity 2 the 1st would have to be Vash from Trigun I hate the way people treat him.Its so sad he is so nice and caring and they don't take the time to see that.He hates death so much but yet it always follows him every where he goes but, yet he keeps on trying to do his best to bring love and peace to that world. The next would have to be Inuyasha even if he doesn't show it you know he is really hurt about what happened 50years ago.But I guess if it didn't happen then he would of never made the friends he has now. I only worship one anime character and that is Sesshomaru and for others who love Sesshomaru then you know why!!!!! I don't really fear any anime character well I take that back I do one Naraku he is so tricky I know I would walk right in one of his traps and not think any thing about it.
You make a good point about Vash. Not only does he hate death, but he tries as hard as he can to avoid it, and given his line of work, that is very difficult. I think Vash is a great choice. However, you dont so much pity him as feel bad for him. I think pity is more of a degrading word.
25. Very true, I dont think thats a good analogy either. You cant stop a freind from swimming in the ocean, just because he runs the risk of a shark attack. The thing is, its his choice, you can try, but its his choice and with something so personal as chosing whether or not to smoke, I dont think you can rightly try to change his life.
