Both men stared each other down, Aron's sword drawn, he contemplated his next move. But before he could attack, Luke was gone and all he saw was a white flash darting towards him. Aron leapt from the ground the very second a sword swiped through the air where he once stood. He stumbled back, off balance from the previous attack. Once again Luke burst into a run towards his opponent. However, Aron was ready this time, and quickly parried the attack. Swords clashed and both men gritted their teeth as sparks flew. Luke jumped back in an attempt to regain himself. Aron took advantage of this and within seconds he was behind Luke, executing his speed slash attack. His sword was almost invisible as it glided through the air slicing three times hastily. Aron jumped back and watched his opponent fall to the ground. Luke breathed heavily, the sword hadn't pierced his flesh but he was hit hard and the wind was knocked from him. "Had enough?" Aron asked with an accomplished voice. Luke slowly rose to his feet, wiping a drip of blood from his mouth "We're just beginning..." OOC: Everyone is doing well, Kairi had to resign so I'll be taking care of his character accordingly. Good job everyone.

Fallan sighed as he finished his glass and rose from the table. Smoke parted once again, leaving a path of clean air behind him as he walked from the bar. The door swung open and he noticed the cheering avatars as well as Katie, her weapons drawn. He sighed again and put his hand on Katie's shoulder "Its not worth it you know." he spoke calmly. Katie turned quickly, scowling at him "Quiet Fallan!" Fallan left her their, making his way to the side of the avatars "I am an avatar you know, and my ties to them are greater then my ties to you." Katie growled silently, placing her dagger back in it's sheath. "You'll pay for that..." she mumbled as she walked away. The rest of the avatars patted Fallan on the back, praising his choice in the situation. He sighed accepting their compliments, but wishing he wouldn't have to choose. He hated to choose...

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: Teaser Trailer Now Online!
Kamuro replied to EVA Unit 100's topic in Noosphere
I actually enjoyed this series a lot, the books were entertaining and so are the movies. Its hard not to become entralled in the story. The fourth book is by far the best, in my opinion (I've read them all). It's very exciting and full of action and adventure. Even if you havn't followed the series the whole time you'd probably enjoy this movie, it looks like a blast. -
I'd like a banner and avatar depicting Alucard from the Hellsing series. Hes probably one of my favorite characters and I'd like to have a vampire based banner/ava combination. I'd like it to have a dark look, red and black color based. I'd like the text to say "You'll need more then guns to stop me..." and then "Hellsing". I'd like Hellsing to be larger then the quote, since its the basis of the sig. Make it as big as you need so it'll be proportionate with all the txt. Most people know I like the fancy looking txt, you can use the original Hellsing txt if you'd like. I'll include a few pictures below you can use, but if you think you have better then feel free to use them. I like the badass Alucard pictures rather then the funny ones, if you couldn't tell from the ones below lol. Alucard Alucard2 Alucard3 Alucard4 There you go, anyone can give it a shot. Have fun with it.

I didn't really like Uchenna and Joyce, so I wasn't happy when they won. I like the other two teams about equally, so I would've liked one of them to win. However, I guess the best team won, and all of them deserved to win after such a hellish journey across europe. I doubt that they'll be so giving and such with their money, but its a nice image anyway.

I hated that god damned blitzball, probably the most horrible minigame in an FF series. The idea seemed fun and entertaining, but there was tons of math involved, for god sakes you needed a calculator just to be able to kick the ball *sighs angrily*

Dain stood there in the hollowed room of his mother's large castle. "Lucia, show yourself!" he shouted, the noise echoing throughout the rooms and long hallways of the castle. Instantly she appeared before them, beautiful as ever, she looked as though she hadn't aged a day since the last time he'd been there. "I don't appreciate people interr-" she immediately stopped speaking when she noticed her visitor was none other then her son, Dain. She gasped "What are you doing here? You left ages ago, and you've brought company no less? Who are they?" Dain sighed "Everything will be explained soon enough, however, I wish for privacy while we speak." Turning to Lauren "You, stay here, we'll be back." And with that Dain and Wyatt followed their mother through a large door closing loudly behind them. Dain sat at the table accompanied by Wyatt next to him. Their mother glaring angrily "Who is he? Shouldn't he have stayed with the girl?" Dain shook his head "This is Wyatt, you do remember don't you?" She gasped, it had been so long since she'd seen Dain, but even longer since she'd layed eyes upon her other son. Wyatt was kept away from his mother, in hopes he would not become tainted by her power over Hell. "He looks scrawny, he didn't get that from me you know." Wyatt watched on intently, burdened by questions he wanted to ask, but he felt it disrespectful to interrupt the conversation. Dain began to explain their situation, how they were exiled from Heaven and for what reasons. Their mother smiled banefully, enjoying the strife her sons had been through. OOC: On to you Kairi.

Jin attempted to meditate as Tsuke watched on curiously. He never really understood how just sitting there could help people evolve and hone their skills. The mother turned her attention to Tsuke, approaching him slowly. "Now it is your turn to master your shintais" she spoke calmly. Tsuke scratched his head "I don't even know what a shintai is, how am I suppose to master one? Who are you anyway? Why can't I leave here yet?" The mother sighed "You can start by closing your mouth." Tsuke stopped talking, mumbling irritably under his breath. "Now, I've searched your mind and found your shintais, I'm somewhat surprised. I wasn't aware we had such a Yin in our presence." Tsuke looked confused "A "Yin"? What do you mean?" The mother walked before him speaking slowly "You have a blatant darkness within you, it's powerful, but it is yet to be recognized. Although I wish for you to master Yang, it is important that realize your potential in every area. And we will explore that now." Tsuke watched on intrigued by what the woman was saying. He felt as though she was gazing into his mind, reading his thoughts effortlessly. He became almost frustrated at the fact that he could keep nothing to himself, and even his deepest thoughts were at the mercy of a woman he'd never even met before. "Now close your eyes, and I will show you what you've longed to see." Tsuke did as he was told, closing his eyes slightly. Immediately he was back in his old town, except, it was different. It was quiet, the streets usually busy and crowded with people, now abandoned and silent as he moved along slowly. He saw someone on the ground, the girl he once knew, once loved, lying there, lifeless. He dropped to his knees, inspecting the body, covered in blood he began to cry, opening his eyes. He was still in the cave, but everything was going blurry. He was so angry, overwhelmed with anger he pounded the floor with his fist. He was crying, but not his usual tears, red tears streamed down his cheek. He felt hair begin to flow down his back, long and light as it almost flapped in the wind. He rose to his feet, letting out a scream as it echoed through the cavern, startling Jin from his meditation. His claw began to grow longer, covered in crimson as was his face. A long scar formed across cheek, blood seeping from the gash and tainting the floor below him. He breathed heavily, feeling the power course through him. He began to regain himself, hearing a faint voice in the back of his head. As he became more aware the words were more distinct. Kill...Kill...You must kill the voice echoed through his mind. Tsuke closed his eyes tightly trying to ignore the noise bouncing around in his head, but he couldn't. His eyes opened in a glare towards Jin. He seemed to disappear as he burst into a run towards the helpless man. In one quick motion Jin's head fell to the ground, blood splashing as the lifeless body convulsed slightly. Mother jumped to Tsuke quickly, placing her hand on his head bringing him out of the trance. He fell to the ground, huffing and puffing wildly. Laying before him was Jin's head, the eyes rolling back slowly. Tsuke looked around franticly, searching for an enemy, but only finding himself soaked with blood. His weapon cluttered with shards of skin. He pounded the ground again, screaming in anger, finally coming to the realization that he was Jin's murderer. He felt as though a criminal, falling to the ground, wimpering silently. OOC: Who Am I? has resigned, so unfortunently I had to kill his character.

you have a guard...who was sleeping? maybe I'm wrong, but shouldn't he be...guarding? I don't even have a security system, let alone a guard to "watch" the house and/or sleep. Why didn't he catch the snakes? What kind of guard is he...I'm so disappointed...

This might seem a bit surprising but I thought "The Last Samurai" was an amazing movie, but it didn't really seemed to get picked up by many. I think it did alright in the theatre, mostly because of Tom Cruise. But it was quite the movie, lots of actions and its really indepth. If you havn't seen it you should give it a watch.

I'm about to ask the woman i love to marry me
Kamuro replied to Lightwing's topic in General Discussion
lol be nice Chibi, I'm part of the nation's youth as well, and I'm definitely not getting married anytime soon. He'll realize soon enough that being 15 doesn't really mean anything, you learn from life experiences and maybe he just needs to make this mistake to know not to do it again. Its great that you care so much, but your just going overboard. Praise the lord and pass the weed, umm, I mean...YEE HAW -
Anime Biggest "Holy $#%!" Moments in Anime (WARNING: Definate Spoilers)
Kamuro replied to EVA Unit 100's topic in Otaku Central
I found the ending of Cowboy Bebop particularly surprising, I won't really go in depth on this, since I don't really feel like fiddling with spoiler tags, but you all know what I mean. -
Anime Only one anime the rest of your life! CHOOSE!
Kamuro replied to geekinthecloset's topic in Otaku Central
I would choose Yu Yu Hakusho. Although I do believe there are much better anime's out there, I havn't really connected to one like I've done this one. I loved the characters and the series is incredibly long, offering plenty of diversity and lots of interest. Its sort of "common" I guess you might say, for people to like YYH, since it was pretty big on CN, but I find much more deep then most do. -
Final Fantasy X is by far the better game. Although X-2 wasn't terrible, it just wasn't as good as the original. I like to be able to play multiple characters and X-2 doesn't offer this. Sphere changes helps add to the variety, but its still not the same. I also believe the story was mediocre compared to the first. Although I enjoy discussing FF games, these two just aren't my favs, so I can't offer a long drawn out explanation.

Gaming What is the best Final Fantasy couple?
Kamuro replied to Sea Of Chaos666's topic in Noosphere
My decision is divided between Cloud and Aeris, and Yuna and Tidus. Cloud and Aeris had that unspoken love, it was a bond you could see and feel, but no one really talked about it. Yuna and Tidus seemed to mesh together well, the opposites attract thing. They transcended time as well as two connected FF games, the first ever. -
Tsuke awoke from a solemn sleep to find himself in a cold dark cave. He sprung to his feet searching the room franticly for the women who they had encountered earlier. He saw no signs of her, only Jin and Kojiro, sleeping silently. Tsuke walked over to Jin and knelt next to him, checking for wounds he assumed to be fresh from earlier that day. Instead, he found only blood soaked clothes, not even a scar burdened Jin's body. He pondered to himself and walked to Kojiro examining him just the same, and finding nothing. Hmm, wheres that girl we saw earlier? Tsuke thought to himself. She was quite the looker he laughed a bit and stood up, leaving the room. Water dripped all around him, seeping through cracks and small holes in he ceiling. Where am I? he asked himself, continuing to inspect the area around him. He heard the faint noise of the waterfall and walked to it, noticing that he was indeed behind the waterfall. He sighed intently "Guess I should wait here..."

I've heard many, many, many crappy songs in my day, a few them created by your's truly lol. But some of I've been hearing lately are the definitely the worst I've ever heard, EVER. Here are mine, at least for now anyway. Gwen Stefani - Hollaback: My god, is this not the most retarded repetative song you've ever heard? Saying the same thing over and over again with basically the same beats...you guessed it, over and over again. I really don't think she can sing personally, although No Doubt wasn't bad. But as for her solo career, take a seat, and stfu please :animesmil Any Song By the Black Eyed Peas: As mentioned above, I'm tired of these completely repetative songs. Some, emphasis on some, of the beats are ok, but the lyrics are stupid and meaningless. "Where is the love?" is not a meaningful song, as I know half of you will mention in defense to them. The idea is nothing you havn't heard before, they just included Justin Timberlake to add some musical talent to the group. The Milkshake Song: I don't even remember who sings this song and personally, I don't care. I remember her voice, and its not a good thing, cause well, she couldn't sing. I've heard much better people and much better bands that will probably never be on TV, but she got played over and over again because of a semi-catchy beat and a retarded song phrase. c'mon people.
-
Christmas With the Cranks: This is a more recent horrible movie. I actually saw this in theatres and raised the arm rests so I could lay across the seats and sleep. It was completely bland and not even close to as funny as the commercials were making it to seem. Considering there was one on everytime a show was in transition, you'd think it'd be better. Spice World: I hadn't even remembered this until someone else mentioned it. My god, horrible singers and horrible actresses. Quite the deadly combination. Anyone who likes this movie is a hardcore Spice Girls fan, and thats a problem in itself. Any Movie Featuring a Disney Actor/Actress: Just because your on TV, or have a part in some lame show on the disney channel, does not mean you have talent. For god sakes, every single person on that channel thinks they can sing. Evidently they have some sort of acting talent, but as far as movies go, they're terrible, 5 mins on a kids show is a lot different then an hour on a serious movie. Just do your job and stfu please, thanks :animesmil

yes yes, it's not fair to the child, I'm not sure I would bring it the legal extent, but it is definitely morally wrong. However, people are able to make their own decisions and as Baron previously pointed out, the risks involving cousins are much lower then previously identified. And there is a difference between two cousins and a mother and son or father and daughter. There is certain extents to incest and theres lots more to be considered then "its wrong" concerning the creation of a law against it.

I'm about to ask the woman i love to marry me
Kamuro replied to Lightwing's topic in General Discussion
I agree with ChibiHorsewoman. You're going WAY too fast. I'm engaged to be married on my 21st. birthday. I'm 19, and my life will be in order by 21. Even then, It's still too early. Anyway... You shouldn't try to plan something life this at so young an age. Trust me, You may love this person now... but temptations are everywhere. For the both of you. If you both are serious, then give it WAY more time. But don't rush. Love and marrige is like a house. If you rush, it'll hold for a week or two, but when it tumbles, "That's your *** Mr. Postman!!!" (quote from the movie, Firday) Give it time.
spoken by a man who well...thinks you deliver mail? lol ;) but hes right and so is chibi, and gelg, even though he never gives me high-fives, cause he doesn't like me, anyway, your moving to fast, especially at such a young age. It takes a long time for older men and women to choose a mate for the rest of their life, so I can only imagine its twice as rushed and unsure for you. If she feels overwhelmed she'll push you away, which ruins your chances at having anything with her, let alone marriage. -
Well, I went through a stage of beimng terrified of burglars. I had a specific 'weapon' in every room of the house. I've grown past that stage, but believe it or not, I check under my bed almost every night before going to sleep. I don't think I'm genuinely worried about someone being there, but...it's just a compulsive thing. Whatever, lol.
lol Baron's house is like a game of clue *ponders where the burglar was killed* hmmm well, I was never really scared of burglars, or someone sneaking into my house. Theres always so many people coming in and out anyway, I doubt I could tell the difference friend or foe. However, I do have a baseball bat in my room, so don't try anything ;)

Name - Vince Yuric Age - 215 (Looks to be around 25) Alliance - Vampire Appearance - Vince Yuric Weapons - Vince uses two main weapons. His first being a shotgun kept hidden underneath his cloak. The second being a long katana kept at his left side. Extra - Vince carries small bombs that can be lit with the twitch of his finger as well as particular bullets for specific purposes. His familiar is that of a wolf named Frost. Frost is rather large with a lavish white coat. Usually travels with Vince in secret. Personality - Vince is a usually outspoken person with much to say. However, his years of seclusion away from those of his own kind have made him cautious and a bit eccentric. He enjoys killing things, watching them suffer, and feasting in triumph along with Frost. He seems like any other person most of the time, however on the battlefield, or when hunting, he changes. Becoming infuriated, he is merciless, and sometimes loses his head in the heat of battle. He often longs to find more of his own kind, a never-ending search for the affection of those close to him. Fighting Style - Vince uses a combination of brute force and speed in the execution of his attacks. He uses his shotgun for ranged attacks and his sword for melee. Sometimes he likes to combine the use of his weapons in an onslaught of attacks against the enemy. He knows only the spell of "Fading," aiding him in the manipulation of the shadows. Character Snippet - A young man walked alone down an alleyway late at night. The moon shined bright and it's reflection gleamed from the puddles blanketing the cold ground. He looked around cautiously; he'd heard the tales of what happens to those who stay out late at night, and how vampires brutally devoured their souls from the veins coursing throughout their neck. He began to walk faster, the darkness seeming to chasing him through the night. Your minds playing tricks on you, theres nothing there, vampires...hah, yeah right he reassured himself. Nearing his home, he sighed in relief. Almost there he thought, slowing his walk, sensing his victory, he was so close. However, before his feet reached the stoop of his house a wolf leapt from the shadows, wrenching it's fangs deep in the boy's arm. He fell to the ground, shouting in pain. Quickly rising to his feet, he ran in the opposite direction. But before long, a man stepped seemingly from nowhere, stopping the boy in his tracks. He pleaded anxiously "Please!" he shouted "Don't hurt me," clutching his blood drentched arm. The man just smiled and laughed, his noise echoing throughout the discord of nearby alleyways. The boy stepped forward, swinging his fist in a futile attempt to down the man. However, he found his once capable hand soon severed from his body and thrown to the side by the mercy of the man's long sword. Another cry of agony left the boy's mouth. Blood now erupting from his uncovered nubs he fell to the ground, tears streaming from his face. The man licked the sanguine fluid from his sword, enjoying the salty taste of blood overcoming his lips. He let out another laugh, entranced by the situation and the crimson that dripped from his open mouth. And with that, the boy's eyes closed tightly, feeling the precise edge of the man's teeth upon his neck. Burrowing into his skin in search of the blood he longed to consume. The next few minutes consisted only of Vince, feasting on his victim's soft flesh. When the moment subsided he allowed Frost to finish his meat and turned from the lifeless body, his cape whipping behind him. He walked away slowly, blood dripping from his lips and hands staining the hard ground on which the boy lay. Frost following close behind. OOC: I'm thinking there will be a lot of people signing up to be vampires, so if theres an excess I can post an alternate eliminator sign-up.
