1. Sahanea sighed, looking out a nearby window at the dark road below as the shadowed horses the riders arrived upon disapeared in whisps of black smoke. "Those Riders...there will be more of them. And it will not always be this easy. There will be even stronger enemies to encounter." The girl was acually serious for once, a very rare sight. But before Kalysta could say anthing, she reverted back to her nomal posture. "Sorry for ruining the moment. I am just dead tired," she grinned, sitting down on one of the beds. "I am going to get some sleep. Maybe I will forget to ponder the idea of showing the boys up at their own game sometime." "That's a bit mean, and could seriously backfire on you," Kalysta said. "Yes, but you must admit the looks on their faces to be shown up by a couple of girls would be highly entertaining." The two laughed a little.
2. "There's no reason for you leave the group Emilio. I'm here for ya too." Chrys grinned as the boys looked up at her now perched on the wall. "Good morning everyone." "Morning." "Morning." "You knew I was here didn't you," Chrysanthema asked Sarin. "Yea," Sarin said. Chys' face fell a bit, and her new look caused the boys to to laugh. She shrugged it off and figured to just drop it. "What was that all about?" Emillio asked a tad confused. "I figured to pay Sarin back for last night, but failed miserably."
3. "I am not hungry. Thank you anyway," Sashanea said as she got off the brown steed in order to sit comfortably on the grass. So this was it. A group of four, and being led by a human. Oh well, she didn't care. He seemed able enough to know what he was doing. The elf looked around at the people she was traveling with, a semi blank look on her face as they all enjoyed their lunch. This was going to be a long journey...and not in the literal sense of time. "Is there any important information that I missed during that boring meeting? I have the general idea of our goal but that is about it." Sashanea caught Kalysta's look from the corner of her eye. Although not saying anything, she got the feeling the other elf was thinkng something stern.
4. About a full block away, Chrys stopped dead in her tracks. "I'm such an idiot?" She muttered to herself. She crossed her arms briefly with a small childish pout. 'I guess I should?no.' Stubbornness wins out again. Looking around first, the girl flew off to go find a nice rooftop with a good view of the city. Locating the perfect spot, Chrysanthema sat on the ledge with one foot hanging over the side. She leaned back on the tiles staring at the night sky. With a yawn the demon closed her eyes, content with a bit of sleep. At least then she wouldn't be worrying about the chill. A small shiver disturbed her just before dozing off, but Chrys paid it no notice.
5. Name: Sashanea Age: Looks about 19-20 Gender: Female Race: Elf Appearance: Sashanea Personality: She has absolutely no real respect or regard for authority in general. Sashanea is easily distracted on a normal basis, with what would seem to be a fairly short attention span. It may take a few moments with a wave in front of the face in order to gain the elf's attention, and an entirely different story to keep it. She rarely ever takes people seriously in general. Sashanea will laugh at anything really, even something she may have thought up but will not share with everyone else. Weapon: in pic. Seen to her as just a family heirloom, really nothing exceptionally special about it. Bio: Sashanea sat around with a group of others, aparently it was something important judging by all the faces and such. She tried her hardest to supress a small laugh, for reason unknown. Most likely the little critter she was watching trying to climb a nearby tree behind the current speaker. It was failing miserably. 'Why am I here again?' she thought, pondering why they would choose somebody like her to even come to this meeting, nevermind possibly go wherever it was they were talking about. 'Oh yes, I am being given a chance to 'redeam myself' for something or another like that...' "Sashanea, are you paying any attention?" The Elf blinked twice as she looked at the stares she was getting. Aparently the conversation had paused for her to get reprimanded like a small child. With a smile she lied, "Yes of course. I wouldn't dream of doing anything less respectful then give this my utmost attention." Ok, the lie was a little thick, but the speaker just sighed and continued regardless of her faint sarcasm. 'Aw, look at the little critter in the tree. It really did figure out how to get up there after all...'
6. Kimi stormed into Koenma's office as calm as she could. She was small, but not stupid. "You...insolent...child..." She hissed, trying to keep a stern parental calm that made most souls shiver to their bones. The todler sucked more feverently on his pacifier, trying to look natural while shifting a bunch of papers around. "What is it that brings you to my office this time Kimi? A second threat on my life?" The smug ruler looked at her as if in completly control as two guards came up behind her threateningly. "Acually, I am here to talk with you. Peacefully, and, as confidentially as possible," Kimi said with a small smirk. "Besides. That wasn't a real blade I held to your neck. You really cannot observe anything if did not notice there was no cold feel of metal when it was pressed against your skin." Koenma looked like he wanted to gulp. The demon had got him on a technicality again. "Fine, a confrence it is." All but one other presence in the room left. The pink-clad ferry girl Botan stood ready, of course to at any moment get help or something. Not that it would be needed. Koenma popped over into his teenage form, trying to make himself look older and more intimidating. Kimi never did take him seriously. "Have a seat," he said. "I'll stand. Thanks," the girl replied. "As you know, I really dislike you right about now." "Why does Little Kimi all of a sudden care so much?" "Do not push me pacifier junkie, I am not one for stature jokes. Does being Demon mean I am not allowed a Heart?" "Well, no, but-" "You do realize you are paranoid. That girl that was here, the one with demon heritage. It is one thing to check out a story, but a completely other situation to just shove some one acually loyal to you in a cell. Then there's that Gavin guy. He if any seems to acually suport this cause of yours, this situation with this Kahu fellow. Truley wanted to save that Human girl and you say he cannot be trusted. If there is anyone here on this team that you cannot trust todler, that would be me." The two stared at each other in silence for a moment. "Then why are you here?" "I agreed to play your game for a while...wanted to arest me for something I didn't do. Yea, my actions were illegal, but by Human government laws, not your world's regulations. Felt the best path all around would be to play along and earn my freedom from this..." Kimi cut Koenma off as he moved to speak. "Do you not realize that you are making a huge mistake by spliting up the 'team' you have put together?" She placed a set of shadow figurines on the desk to ilistrate in graphical terms the point she was making. Boton looked over she shoulder, interested in this little display. Leaving Koenma sitting there, she walked back out, figuring to go visit the two at least. Anything to keeep herself busy and not ponder anythign to get her in tons of trouble. Kimi was on thin thin ice as it was. On the way out the huge doors, the ferry girl's voice could be heard floating her way. "Kimi does, have a point you know sir. If Kurama was standing here he would have said something-" Botaon's voice cut off as the door closed.
7. I used to watch it all the time in the earlier days, but now I've been watching it less and less. It just seemed to be getting very repetitive, and how some of the characters had changed. Rory and Paris are nothing like I remembered them being, and I miss all the jokes and comments when Luke and Loralai(sp?) were just friends. From what I have seen lately (which I admit is very little) their thalks have gotten a bit seriouser. I don't know, I miss the older episodes that were a little less soap opera-ish. Of course that's just my opinion.

She's very easy to get along with, but can get a bit confrontational sometimes depending on her mood and the situation. Coop (as only close friends are allowed to call her) really won't say much unless she feels like it, preferring to keep quiet and learn first before jumping into something head on. The girl doesn?t seem the type to do something bad. However, she really doesn't have qualms about it either. Some would say Cooper could be quite indifferent to most things in general. Attorney Weis: "Do you consent to the taping of this conversation?" Cooper: "Yup. Considering it means my accomplices and I get lighter sentences." There is a long pause, in which a quiet irritated drumming on the table can be heard. Agent Burris: "Is it true that on the night of October 31st of last year, you and the others decided to burn down the Oaksville Jr/Sr High School." Cooper: "Yea." Agent Burris: "Could you tell us in your own words, why?" Cooper: "I guess? The faculty were real pains. All tha teachers and junk practically hated us. Just the one in particular really. That night we were hanging and decided to do something about that witch." Agent Burris: "You burned down the entire school, for one teacher? Why not talk to the adults?" Attorney Weis: "Agent Burris, with all due respect. Your people wanted my clients to talk, please let Miss Autumn finish." A small, distant cough is heard. Cooper: "No one would listen. Anyway, Mrs. Bernstein was our only target. We knew she would be the only one in the vicinity of the school. I had things set up before the final meet. Judging by how long it took you peoples, we covered our tracks good." Agent Burris: "Who else was involved?" Cooper: "Me, Anthony, Maddie, and Joe." Agent Burris: "Maddie as in Alexia Madison and Joe as in Joseph Gummery?" Cooper: "Yea." 9. Chrys looked over at Achilles as he sat down. "Hey," she greeted casually. "Past come back to haunt you?" "What makes you say that?" He asked. The girl started to almost ramble a bit. "Well, I got the feeling that something might have been bothering you and since everyone's pasts seem to be coming back full speed lately-" she stopped short, taking a breath of air. "?Never mind." Chrys almost shivered slightly, the night had dropped below her normal comfort zone temperature wise. "Sarin mentioned earlier that he reserved rooms at an Inn," she stated on the off chance he was thinking about sleeping arrangements.
10. Kimi turned a corner, she was starting to suspect a case of walking in circles. To put it simply, the small demon had gotten herself lost. She would never admit it though. Looking at the girl Shia running in front of her she thought, 'So I am not the only one still here.' "Are you looking for everyone else?" Kimi asked nonchalently as Shia came almost skidding to a stop. "Yea, have you seen them?" She asked. "Besides those who went to go save some human girl, I believe Suki was the name, no. Personally, I was begining to think I was the only one who stayed behind. They should be back soon," Kimi replied.
11. "So sorry..." Chrys said quietly. "I assume it would be appropriate to say something along this lines of 'I understand what your going though, everything'll be fine' or something such." She looked the Kappa in the eyes before glancing across the street in an effort to bring out a memory she was searching through. "However, I can't. I wish I could, I really do. But to offer any words of comfort that I don't know to be true would be worse." Any story she could share tell about her life in return wouldn?t fit for the situation. It was quiet for a moment. Chrysanthema took a deep breath and swallowed. "Do you still care for her, this Kamilla?" She immediately looked at her feet. Maybe it was too personal a question.
12. "I'm gonna check on Achilles." Chrys decided to go sit outside the medical office until the nurse would at least let her visit or Achilles decided to walk out of the office. She had a bit of history with the medical profession that wasn't too pretty?apparently some of the stuff they were using on her last time was flammable. Oops. Glancing in the one direction, she spotted Emillio. She probably should just let him be, but then again?the girl scribbled on a piece of parchment paper using one of the buildings as a writing surface.
Just an idea, get that wound looked at. Would've taken you to the doctor myself, but didn't wanna wake ya and they don't really like me as it is. Should probably apologize for everyone, shouldn't have tried to help out like that without at least asking first. If ya wanna talk, you know where to find people.
~+~ Chrys

Careful not to make too much noise, she dropped the note next to the dozing Kappa before sitting on the bottom step of the medical place.
13. Edgar placed two fingers on her forehead and closed her eyes for a moment. "The one I saw...I'm pretty sure was alive. Others, I cannot speak for." She looked at the stares she was getting from everyone. "What? Am I suposed to know everything?" she asked a bit irritated.
14. 'Crap.' Chrysanthema gasped as she stood in the middle of a street, witness to the fight at hand. One hand covered her mouth; she just had to go see what was going in, didn't she. 'Dammit' She rushed over and seeing Achilles' wound reopened, decided she was getting him out of there to a doctor. Times like this she really wished for a little medical background. Standing a moment next to Emilio, she looked at the woman. Something inside her really wanted to jump in? "Girlfriend?" "Back off," the woman threatened everyone who had shown up. "This is between Emilio and I." Chrys ignored the woman but had no idea what Sarin would be thinking at the moment. "Come on Achilles, let's get you out of here." She brought him to the medical office down the street. Convenient. Leaving her friend in the capable hands of the doctors, she was ushered back out by a nurse who said he needed his rest. Chrys looked back at the three, then walked calmly closer.
15. "Aparently from what WAS told to me almost a century ago, these vulturish things where up and about like any other creature before the final fall of some dark power. They started to die out as a spiecies, than dissappeard completely. Hence the different tales of fate for the creatures. If they have awoken, that sugests the old power is back." her eyes darted to the sky breifly, worring about a second. Edgar had no idea just how many would be in existance. She hoped it would be few...very few.
16. Chyrs walked down a side street. She was partly a bit of a night owl, able to function very well on very little sleep. She passed a small shop, but a call from a figure next to the door caught her attention. "Hey Chrysanthema. I've been looking for you," they said stepping forward onto the street. An older woman, with golden orange wings to match Chrys' red ones. She was dressed in a long brown skirt with a green, long sleeved top and dark eyes. "Your father wants you home." "I told you Ma, I'm not coming back until either a) they realize that they are wrong, or b) I succeed in helping these people." "Stubborn as ever little one, is there no way to change your mind? Not only do we miss you, but also there's uproar. They want to declare you exiled for disobeying direct orders from the top," the woman explained, not wanting to see her child punished so. "I can't Ma, you know that. If that means not being able to return home, so be it. You now me better than that." "Very well, but I had to try at least. Good luck my little one." The two hugged, for what would probably be the last time. "G'bye?Mother," Chrys said. She looked like she was about to say something else, but the moment was ruined by a loud crash, sounding like part of a building was detached from the rest of it. "What the hell was that?" Chrysanthema spun around to look in the direction, and when she turned around her mother was gone with a wave and a burst of flames.
17. The calm before the storm?things were quiet as the place seemed to prepare for something. Edgar walked about, and a dark shape in the sky caught her attention. Very small, but there nonetheless. She half leaned over a rail, even her eyes straining to make out sufficient detail on the winged beast. Vulturish? It was very far away still, but that was weird. To her knowledge they hadn't been seen about in over a few millennia. Far too long ago for humans to know of them, but long enough even for elves and demons to start doubting their continuing presence in the world. "Ak-Baba?" she hissed. They were fairly few in number, these rather large birds of prey, and rumored to have been hibernating until a certain force would awake. Other, more recent tales had branched off because of increasing skeptics and claimed they were most likely dead. If one had awoken, then the others must be lying in wait. She watched the bird silently dip down and pick off some sort of animal off the ground before turning around and flying back in the direction it had come form. So the final attack was no to come yet, they had some time. She hadn't realized it, but one hand was reflexively on her bow in worry. One glance showed her that her future self had not seen it, she was too busy ushering a small child away to another area. The present Edgar met the young boy's eyes for the briefest moment. Shock and curiosity, as if seeing a ghost. Strange. Edgar mentally shrugged it off, not wanting to think too much about it. She needed to find at least one of her companions and tell them what she had seen. A darker force had awakened, one that had not been felt on the lands for quite some time. This was bad. Very bad. Coming upon the present Neiro and Loki, she forgot all about her mental promise to not call him a kid. "Hey kid, I have really bad news. The Ak-baba have apparently awoken. This is grave. You don't by any chance know where everyone else is, do you?"
18. Kimi watched Gavin leave, she didn't bother going also, there really wasn't any need. She had faith that those who were sent out could handle it. Faith? what a strange word to use...confidence maybe. The 'child' resoved to just with for them to come back with that human girl after that bastard Sachiel was killed. She figured that in a small way, she helped to seal his fate. That thought produced a small smirk through her normally grim expression while turning to walk down a long corridor. "Who's the little kid?" some loud voice asked from somewhere behind her. Kimi stopped short, back turned to the human. "You idiot, that's a demon. Don't tell me you didn't notice," another voice sccompanited the first. "Now that you mention it, yea...but I thought it must have been somebody else," the first replied. Kimi half turned to look coldly at the tall human with orange hair. The other person wasn't in her feild of vision. She didn't say anything, but instead resumed her walk. It would be nice to know her way around a bit incase she ran into anymore todler trouble in the future.
19. Eh, I stopped watching the show after the original Mighty Morphin. Just didn't find the later rangers as good. Considering we were all littler back then, that season was great. I remember my Elementary art teacher was 'Ms. Kimberly'... :animeswea
20. Kimi's form melded out of Koenma's shadow. As her features came into focus, her lips were twisted into a sly smirk as one hand faked a small blade of shadow held at the todler's throat as she took away the little remote. "This is a reason I hate Spirit World," she hissed. "Everyone looses their temper a bit, and your tantrums aren't any excuse. You had no right to do what you just did." Koenma gulped. "I knew I should have arrested you and been done with it...Guards!" There was no one to come running, all available were escorting Gavin. "Don't dare go back on your word, I will become less kind," she warned. "You're going to correct this mistake. Or must I handle this myself?" There was no answer, and Kimi just ushered him along the hallway a few steps until they came across George. "Koenma sir!" he called, but backed off scared. Kimi handed a paper to the todler with his stamp and inkpad. The blue ogre was there only as witnes that she didn't forge anything."A stamp of aproval would be nice, Thank you Sir. It's been a pleasure doing business with you." She mock bowed, and backed off consealing herself in the shadows. Reappearing from the ground shadow of an ogre escort next to Gavin, she held up the stamped paper proudly and said, "You were right, Koenma was wrong for the actions he took, no matter the reasons. I was able to persuade the brat to remedy the situation." She tossed him the remote. "A bonus. Couldn't help myself."
21. "Cowards! Just like always you disgraces!" Kimi yelled to the now empty air. The girl could really hold a grudge. 'damn.' She calmed the energy around her that she had let loose, rubbing her eyes a bit. They slowly turned back to normal. "I assume we have to go after the human girl now?" she stated, taking a step back from the encroaching glass. "Calm down."
22. "Nah, that's alright," Chrys said. "I have something else in mind. Old habbits die hard." She grinned. "Guess I'll see ya in the morning then, 'night." She gave a light wave over her shoulder while turning to walk down another street.
23. Kimi scowled finally recognizing the brothers. She stepped forward to fight also, even though she swayed slightly with the first step. Bright lights and such were bad for her health. She had a bone to pick with them. Her hair moved about with the energy she was building up. "Long time no see you two," she said calmly. "I believe at least one of you owes me an apology for ratting me out last time. I wasn't the one that squealed." "Well look at you Kimi. Had to strike a deal with Spirit World to keep from getting locked up too, eh? I missed you at first due to your small stature," the taller brother laughed. "My you look paler than we remember. To much time in the sun?" Kimi glared, content with the fact she only had to deal with them once before. She managed to get a small area around her grow a bit dimmer, her normally light eyes growing darker.
24. Name: Devlin Item: horn Gender: Male Age: 23 Personality: Devlin is very determined, especially when it comes to defending something or another of importance, at least to him. Even though ailing in health, he takes each day as it comes, sticking through whatever would come his way. Once he gives his word, he is extremely loyal and will do anything to keep that word. Even sacrifice his life. Appearance: Devlin Background: The young man walked through the dirt streets, on his way home from yet another tiring day. At the door of his simple home, his little brother and sister met him running. The two children were both talking at once, and Devlin couldn't understand what they were saying. "Woa, woa, one at a time you two," he said with a smile, then looked up at the woman following them at a slower pace. Devlin took care of his younger siblings after their father was called away on knightly business and their mother fell ill with a severe sickness. She still never left the bed, and almost always had a fever. It had been about 2 years. His fiancé, Mary, helped a lot. She stood in front of him with a half-hearted smile, trying not to hamper the children's joy. "You've been chosen, Devlin," She said sadly. "Yea!" the kids exclaimed at once. "A messenger came today!" Herthe beamed and her brother Ross finished with a grin, "They chose you for the horn!" "Really?" Devlin questioned, followed by a violent coughing fit. "Go in inside guys alright? I have to speak to Mary a moment." "Ok!" they cheered, and ran off. "Yes?But I don't want you to go. Your health-" "I'm afraid I don't have a choice Mary, it's my loyal duty. Don't fret love," he whispered. "Ross will soon be accepted as a knight, I know it. And Herthe will make a great seamstress. She has you to teach her." "Just be careful, alright? Don't over stress yourself," Marry worriedly said. "Don't worry. I'll do whatever it takes, you can be sure of that," Devlin replied.
25. Seeing everyone else walk off and leave her standing there, Edgar shrugged and searched for her self. There were things she needed to take care of. Looking around, she knew just where to go. After a bit of a walk, she came up from behind the Future Edgara, noting the different cloak. And a decorative border. The future her turned around. "I knew you would find me," she said motioning aside. The two talked as they walked along the battlements. "I presume there was no avoiding this?are those bastards still alive?" "No, they died in the invasion as you will be happy to hear." Edgar glanced about, looking at the combination of both kinds of elves working along side Humans and demons. "Amazing?Hey, does it ever get easier?" Future Edgara grinned a little. "If you mean trusting the group you hang around with, yes. You'll even learn to call them friends. There are other surprises, but I cannot say for risk reasons." "Of course. I see I've been promoted?" Edgar noted, seeing that there were no arrows accompanying the bow anymore. "Weapon change too?" "First, yes. First Commander of the Elite Shadow Squad? You turn down the militant advisor position for reasons I believe you already know. As for the weapon, no. Same old trusty bow." "Good, I don't know what I would do without it. I see somebody has taught me a little minor magic then, but I will not ask. By the way, I have that scroll we vowed to protect. I trust Grev arrived with the Diamond Eye like he promised?" "Yes. Believe it or not, it DID help greatly. Just wasn't enough to convince them." The two stood in silence, just looking at each other for a minute. She hadn't really changed all that much then. Age aside of course.
