My fav sport to play...(or do in my case) would be cheerleading. Yes, cheerleading. If you dont think its a sport, then talk to either me or BabyGirl, or any other cheerleader in this forum, though I do think we are outnumbered... I also love to watch football! Guys running around and squishing each other just makes me laugh, but I love it! :love2:

Don't forget the slap-bracelets, the huge hoop earrings, Flash Dance, She-ra (sp?) Rainbow Brite, the Smurfs, Strawberry Shortcake, My Buddy, jelly shoes, and Boy George! Just to name a few!

The Official Serious Injury's Disscussion Thread!
Baby Kiwi replied to Matt.D's topic in General Discussion
Well, the most serious injury I've had was internal bleeding due to a car accident I was in when I was about 6 years old. A deer ran out in front of my family's car and my dad swerved to miss the deer and then 1/2 of the car hit a barn and the other 1/2 hit a tree. I was on the side that hit the tree. The emergency people had to use the jaws of life to get my family and myself out of the totaled vehicle. I dont remember it much, but I do remember being scared. :( Oh, and another time I had a semi-serious injury was at cheerleading tryouts...(BabyGirl you may recall the incident quite well, seeing as how you witnessed the whole embarrassing ordeal) I happened to be going into the room where we were trying out. And there were cakepans on the floor (A girl from the cheerleading team had just passed away and the Varsity team made cakes for her funeral. My coach had just passed them out that day) Anyways, I was running into the room and tripped on one of the cakepans and sprained my ankle to the point where my doctor suggested that I have it X-rayed. Embarrassing, but true! :p ;) -
I have never joined a gym, though cheerleading (hard core...probably only BabyGirl gets what I'm saying) does feel like one. You lift lots, you are jumping around lots, flipping around lots, all while you are screaming at the top of your lungs. Some may think that that is nothing. I suggest you try it sometime... :wow:

Nice Poem! I like it alot! Heh-heh! BabyGirl...does this remind you of last year in French class...what you wrote in my notebook...'F*** VALENTINES DAY!!!' hehe! Sorry, the poem just reminded me of that! :p

I'm sorry if this topic has already been done. I haven't been keeping track. What are you guys/girls getting your significant other for Valentine's Day? I cannot think of a single thing to get my boyfriend. If you have some good ideas that you are using or have past ideas that worked really well let me know! (Kind of keep the ideas inexpensive...I don't exactly have a job...) ;)

Well, let's see...I'm different because I have turquoise cat eyes :tasty: (hehe, BabyGirl, what K-T said...The Aristocats!) Umm, I can do a bit of gymnastics (cartwheels, roundoffs, backwalkovers, backhandsprings, tumble) Oooh real interesting! J slash K! And I have curly hair, but I straighten it alot! Thats about it...Im just your average chica!

I have no clue what I'm doing for Valentine's Day. My b-f will prolly inform me of what we are doing. He usually does. I better get something good this year too...;) I got a dozen white roses last year from a guy other than my boyfriend, so he better top that! Heh-heh! :smooch:

Yay! I love cars! My fav cars would be the VW Jetta and the Chevy Monte Carlo! But I do love SUV's and very fast cars! "I love boys with fast cars and fast hands!" - spoken well by BabyGirl :love2:

Honestly, I don't know how I would react. I would definitely feel weird around them because I have lived such a sheltered life that I have never really been around homosexuals before. I know that I should treat them the same as everyone else, but I would feel really weird around them, like I dont know what to do or say in fear of hurting them. (Like making a remark that they might think was deragetory). I feel really bad for saying that, but I honestly would feel that way.

What are your thoughts on what happened?
Baby Kiwi replied to Darkness's topic in General Discussion
I do see this from your guys' points, but you do have to think of what kind of church group that has been burning those books. Not all churches are like that, so dont go thinking that if one church does that, all of them do. It was probably some extremist church that is very strict with their beliefs, kinda like the puritans back in the 1600s. My church, a Southern Baptist church has no say in what its members or other Christians do with their leisure reading; its all up to their own discretion. If they think it is secular, they just dont read it. They leave it up to the individual. I think thats what all churches should do, but most aren't as liberal as mine. -
MMMM! YES! I sat in that very car! And had my piccy taken in it! :p It's my dream car along with a black or navy blue VW Jetta. Thinking about nice cars puts a dreamy smile on my face! :love2:

I want to wish you good luck, and say congratulations! I hope you two have a great life together. My great-grandparents just celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. I hope that God grants you the patience, stability, and love to last you both more than 70 years! Congrats! :D

How old are you? Just out of curiosity. That looks like a senior picture almost, but you look too young to be a senior.:D

Don't ever tell a person you are dating about your past experiences with exes or flings. That's rude. And if you're dating a girl, dont ever tell her that you have her monthly cycle marked down on your calendar so you know to be 'extra nice' to her during that time. (yes, it's happened to me...its not nice).:cross:
