Anime AAKK!!! Hasn't ANYONE wanted to talk about VHD an' Bloodlust!?!?
spike speigel replied to Sarasan's topic in Otaku Central
I love VHD. It's one of my favorite anime movies of all time. I havn't seen Bloodlust yet, though. I hear it was really good. I watched VHD when it was on the sci-fi channel at around 12:00 at night. That really wasn't a good idea. Has anyone here done something like that? It's pretty scary. -
Vash's coat is really cool. His glasses are pretty awesome, too. I found a replica of his glasses at some online store, but I forget the name of the website. Oh well............. Knive's clothing is pretty cool, too. And The suit that wolfwood wears is awesome! Don't ask me why I like it so much, I just do.

The music is pretty good, but not as good as the Legend of Legaia's soundtrack, in my opinion.

The Matrix was an amazing movie, and the sequels look just as good, if not better. I can't wait for them to come out. I've got to sse them. I have to agree that it makes Episode 2 look kinda bad. The special effects ar amazing. Does anyone know when these movies will be coming out? I gotta know!

"I don't know how much longer it will be." James answered. "And I wouldn't be surprised if there was over 1000 agents there." "Well, I'll be ready for 'em." Alex said. "You better be." Franz pipped in. Raccoon turned to Saraneth. "What is it you want?" he asked. "Yeah, what do you want in exchange for your help?" James asked.

Yes, people from suikoden three are allowed, and you will be able to get runes as we start the game. Just post anymore questions you have and I'll answer 'em.

Nice poem. I like it. As stated before, it seems to hold some anger in it. Is that the case? Wether(sp?) or not, it's still really good.

"How strong is this demon, Shiro?" Kurama asked. "Pretty strong, but you guys could probably handle him." Shiro answered. Kurama looked at the Keiko's mother, laying silently on the hospital bed. He shifted his gaze to Yusuke. He was staring at Keiko's mother. "Maybe you should find the deomn Shiro is talking about." Botan advised. "I can't leave Keiko here." Yusuke said. "Yeah." Kuwabara agreed. "You've got to decide soon. I'm leaving in a few minutes." Shiro informed then, walking out the door. Kurama looked out the window above the bed. "What should we do?"

My favorite character would have to be Spike. He's got such an awesome personality. He's calm and collected most of the time, but he can change in a second. His mysterious past really added to him as a character. His outlook on life was another thing I really liked about him. He was sort of philisophical some times. He was a great character.

I got Legaia 2: Duel Saga for Christmas and it's really good. It's an rpg, but the battle system is pretty weird. Instead of turn based or real time combat, it uses the Tactical Arts System (T.A.S.). Instead of selecting your moves from a list, you enter directions using the d-pad and depending on which combinations you enter, you can use special, super, and hyper arts. It may sound strange, but it's really good. If anyone here has played this game, what do you think of it and the combat system?
Originally posted by Axel--Ignition On the same account, in older games, like 1 and 5, you can see that the mages are human.
Well of course their humans. What else would they be? Sure, there's a few other things then humans they could be, but none of them are really that good. Here's a few examples of human black mages:

In FF5, one of the jobs on the job system is black mage. How would a human transform from a person to some other race just to use black magic?
In FF 10, Lulu is a black mage, and she just looks like a normal human. No hat or cloak, either.
In FF2, the black mage is just a regular human who can use magic
See, they're humans.

The world Is in upheavel. Chaos spreads like a cancer, infectong everything. The people have all lost hope. Darkness had over come, they had lost. The world was slowly beoming property of the Army of Orion, an army of knights fighting for 'justice', though their dfinenition is a little different. To them, justice is complete control over the world. No one believes their masquarade as warriors fighting to unite the world. They have but one goal, to take control and kill anyone who opposes them. However, all people are not living in fear of them. 6 warriors have risen to bring an end to The Army of Orion. These 6 warriors have the task of finding fellow rebels to join them, for The Army of Orion is strong and, to defeat them, another army will be needed. Now, the rebels have begun their search, and the 6 most worthy warriors have been chosen. But the question still remains: Will they be able to recruit an army strong ehough to take on The Army of Orion? In this game, you will play as one of the 6 warriors chosen to recruit and lead the army to victory for the rebels. I'm STuck in Final Fantsay 10, and I need help. I can't beat the Spectral Keeper in the Dome in Zanarkand. I keep dying whenever I fight him. Any tips or strategies would be greatly appreciated. -
I gotta agree with Rick on this one. That movie was just really bad. It was way to cheesey for me. It was so corny it made me want to throw up.

I like 3 Eye Blind. In Fact, I really like them. They've got a few really good songs. And some of them are just amazing. My favorite would probably be.....oh crud, I forget the name. If I remember it, I'll post later.

Antiflag is absolutely great. They're a political punk band and most likely the best I've heard. They aren't very well known, so I don't think many people will post here, but I gotta try. So, If you've heard them, what to you think?
-
I really don't like them. I think they're horrible. I just never could get into music like that. I'm more of a punk. It's just not that great, in my opinion. If I were to rate them, I'd give them a 1.

"A demon?" Yusuke Asked, surprised. "Isn't that what he just said?" Hiei asked. "Is it the presence we felt?" Kurama asked the newcomer. "Could be." the man answered. "Wait a minute....who the hell are you?" Yusuke asked, snapping out of his daze. "Shiro's the name." the man replied. "Now let me check something...." SHiro trailed off and began to concentrate on something.

Yes, they do go into depth about the huge bounty on his head. They basically tell his life story. And to your first question, Vash has a strange personality. He can be goofy a lot, but, when he needs to, he can be very serious at times. SOmetimes he just swings randomly in and out of his sillyness. You never know with him.
-
"It's worth a friend." Alex snapped. "Now yes or no?" James shook his head. "He'll never answer if you try like that." "Then how?" Alex asked. "You've got to offer him something." Raccoon answered for James.

The group stood around the hospital bed, all of them straing at Keiko's mom. Keiko sat, crying. Yuskue sat at her side staring unbelievingly at Keiko's mother, laying on the bed. Kurama bent over to whisper in Botan's ear. He didn't wan't to talk about the presence with evryone at a time like this. "It's stronger in here, for some reason." he said quitely. Botan leaned over to reply. "I'm starting to feel a faint presence in here, too." Kurama stared out the window. 'I hope it doesn't get worse." he thought to himself.
