1. OOC: Your right Neil... I'll change it... It was a little harsh...
2. Use this Ginny- [ spoiler ] then [ /spoiler ]
3. A Supernova is the energy released when a star explodes. What three-word headline appeared on the April 13, 1945 edition of the Chicago Daily Tribune? A Cyber cookie to anyone that can figure this out. ;)
4. OOC: Still hooked on the Electro de Chocobo! -------------- IC: Ryan- "Go." The Zealots rushed past me. Straight forward into the battle. Some would die, but not half as many as the Angelics expected. They were equipped with Black Sapphire armour, much like the gauntlets I wore. All elemental attacks would be blocked from damaging them. I had been lucky that the Archangels beam had missed. He had caught me off gaurd. It wouldn't happen again. How good this would feel. The Holy City destroyed. A damaging blow this would be indeed. I smiled and took to the air. I was intent on teaching this Archangel a lesson. Ryan- "Where are you..." The slippery Archangel blended well with the chaos below. An arrow to my left, arching at me. I caught it and dropped it. There he was. I folded my wings and dove. I pulled up and grabbed the Angelic by his wings. I heard a snap from one of them as I hauled him upward. He screamed and tried to slash at me. I grabbed his weapon and threw it away. I flew for about three minutes, fending off his attacks as they came. Valen- "Put me down! Demon scum!" I dropped him from five-hundred feet in the air. He fell to the ground attempting to keep aloft with one wing. His impact was slowed but not stopped. I heard another crunch as he landed on his other wing. I drifted down and landed beside him. Ryan- "What is your name, angel?" Valen- "Why should I tell you?" Ryan- "Have it your way. I don't mind tourchering a nameless foe." I bent down and gripped one of his broken wings. I stepped on his neck with my foot. Slowly I drew my Loche Tao Blade, making sure he saw it and marked it. "This is you punishment for attempting to destroy me." I severed his wing from his body. He screamed, despite the foot on his throat. "Now I leave you. A one winged angel (;)). I know that sooner or later your wing will grow back, but not for a time. Now, if you make it back to your bretheren I hope that you have the sence to call them all off." I opened a portal and stepped in. I could still hear him sobbing as the portal closed behind me.
5. Perhaps she could be given something like this . Other than the gun thing, I really like it. :)
6. America Blows... I want to move to Europe...
7. OOC: Maybe it's just the Chocobo De Electro song I've been listening to for the past hour but this RPG seems to be growing by leaps and bounds! --------- IC: Ryan- "Ice Angels..." I started my slow decent back towards the earth. I had scanned the battle from the air outside of Jerusalem. It was turning in their favor. Deperate times call for desperate measures. I looked down upon the Zealots from my current altitude. We needed a distraction. I grabed one of the black vials from my pocket and looked at it. Satans blood had many powers. The first was to strengthen. The second to kill. The third to strip one of powers. The fifth and final was to create a direct exit from Hell. This is what had been done in the Atlantic. I looked down at the one vial. It would not be enough. I grabbed another two and hurled them toward the city. I tracked their decent from the air, poised with my black wings flapping. One-thousand feet. Five-hundred. Three-hundred. Two. One... They hit at the exact same time. A ripple rocked the area around the impact. The ground started tearing apart and falling down. The battle, both angelic and demonic forces, stopped and everyone stared. All of the earth in a six-hundred foot radius fell down into Hell. Screams issued from the fissure and demons started to pour out, intent on destroying the Angelics. I smiled and returned to the ground. The Zealots were getting restless. Ryan- "Soon... First I want you to distribute these to each soldier. They will ward off any elemental attack. This will prevent Medra from using his powers on us... Yes... The Ice Angels too... Then I will be able to teach them all a lesson... Yes... " I waved my hand and a mass of black breastplates appeared out of nowhere. The Zealot I had addressed placed one over his own armour and started fitting them on the others. Soon the siege of Jerusalem would occur. And the Siguls would be down another two.
8. Glenn- "I will always protect thee my Queen." The Queen smiled and gave me a small amount of money. Queen- "I know you will Glenn. Take this. I know you will not want it but take it anyway. This kingdom can afford to..." A large earthquake rocked the castle. From high above a chunk of the cathedral cieling broke off. Swiftly I jumped and grabbed the Queen just before it crushed her. The tremor stopped and I set the Queen down slowly. "What was that?" Glenn- "I do not know m'lady, but I will go and see." Quickly I hopped out of the castle and down the front stairs. I got to the entrance of the forest and a hum filled my ears. Slowly I turned my head to the left. Something blue glinted between the branches of the trees. "What foul thing is this?" I crept up to the blue glow slowly, hoping it was not an enemy. "Yaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!" I jumped into the air and arched my sword at it. Without warning it opened to reveal it's true nature, one of the portals me and my friends had fought to close so long ago. It closed and I was flying throught he strange time universe. ---------- I opened my eyes and found myslf staring up at the same trees I had been standing behind a little while ago. Everythign seemed more vibrant. I stood up and heard a bell in the distance. Glenn- "Lenne's bell... Chrono."
9. Well... I didn't go to this Pick 'N Save for a while and when Iw ent back it turned into a Sentry.
10. The laughter again. I sighed and walked throught he portal to the Oracles cave. Oracle- "Little Ryan, back so soon. You must have faired the Arctic quite well." Ryan- "Yes... It wasn't as hard as I had predicted. Now for the new Siguls location. I know you know." He laughed his cold laughter and walked about his small dwelling. Orcale- "Indeed I do. I know all, but the outcome of this battle is cloudy. Even more so than before the scales can be tipped in eithers favor. The powers of good are gaining forces. A new Sigul has emerged, binding Satan and increasing the weight on their side of the scale. For the new Sigul, who isn't quite as new as you think, is a powerful being indeed. It's location you have already been too. The place where Medra struck you down. The place that sapped you power and brought you to your knees. The place that hates evil." His last words echoed through the cave. I looked dead into his eyes. He wasn't lying. I would have to go back to that blasted place. Ryan- "Tell me how to prevent that place from hurting me! Tell me now Oracle for I know you know!" He looked at me and grinned. Oracle- "All in good time.." He dissapeared into a puff of smoke and a gale of fresh laughter.
11. I came here by hearing about it from one of my very good friends in the real world.
12. I suggest you work untill you can get "Break Damage Limit" for one of Aurons weapons. Either that or just get his ultimate weapon. Auron is a very good character to have during the Jecht fight. His high HP and high damage will make the battle easier. Also if you have the "Brak Damage Limit" on one of Aurons weapons (like previously stated) you'll be able to his over 9999 damage. I had Auron hitting 14000 normally and 26000 on his special hits.
13. I climbed down the stairs for an entire hour. Another one of the many defences of this palace, the stairs were so long that an army would be tired by the time they got to the bottom. Not only that but they were only large enough to hold a single-file line. I sighed as I finnaly got to the entrace chamber. It was a large room, about as large as a medium house. I walked up to the pot and dipped my hand in. It came out covered in a dark liquid. Immediately the dark brown water seeped into my skin. I walked up and touched the large black steel door. It shuddered against my touch and pulled away in an organic movement. I waved to the Reapers standing gaurd and they untensed. Ther Grim Reapers were dedicated to their jobs, that's why they made good gaurds. I stepped into the Main Hall. From here, all parts of Hell could be accessed. To the left was a large shiny silver door, the soul refinery. It was a large machine made up of living people. You could hear the screams every time a sould was used to create a demon. That was the machines, the peoples, damnation. They were damned to capture and corrupt souls for eternity. Right after the refinery was a large set of stairs that went downwards even farther. Down there was the Pit. It is basically a mine. Down there they mine a green ore. The ore is nothing but concentraited malice. Down here we use it as an energy source. Everything down here is run by malice from the Pit. On the right is the tourture chamber. No one is exactly sure why they call it a chamber, for it is a completely different dimension. Your walk through a wall and you are in a expance of blackness. It's a dimension of pain and death. Yet you never die. You stay there for all eternity. And right after the tourture chamber is a large tunnel. From that tunnel people come in after travelling the circles of Hell. After that long long journey they are ready for a break. Hell is a welcome place, untill they get sent to the Pit or the chamber. And in the back of this large room, is Satan. He sits on his throne governing all of Hell. When I first got to Hell, Satan had nine chains binding his body. Now he only had two. He was beautiful. He wore a suit of black, tight fitting armour. When ever he breathed the armour flashed red. He eyes pulsed a dark red. His hair was completely white, but very thick. And his face was once the epitome of beauty, but he lost his wonderful looks in a battle a long time ago. Now a large verticle scar runs down the left side of his face. I walkd up and bowed very low. This was only the fourth time I had ever seen my lord. Ryan- "Why have you summoned me, o lord?" He set his gaze upon me. I felt it even though I diddn't look up at his face. Satan- "Ryan, something is happening. Someone is attempting to ressurect a Sigul. If that happens, the chain around my neck will reappear. We cannot let that happen Ryan. I trust you. We cannot afford to have another Sigul on our hands. The two remaining are in Jerusalem, the hardest place for demons to infiltrait." He sighed, "I will allow you access to my Zealots. They are excellent fighters, as strong as four or five demons combined. I have but five-hundred. Souls evil enough to make Zealots are hard to find. Now go, and take these. You will need them." I looked up to see Satan holding up five vials of black blood. I felt the vials in my pocket. Seven were still there. I would have twelve vials of satans blood. I would be unstoppable. Ryan- "Yes my master..." I looked directly into his eyes and smiled evily. He smiled back. Satan- "Now go." He waved his now free hand and I was inside of the Great Plains of the US, surrounded by a group of demons the likes of which I had never seen. Each was wielding an axe and each was fully armored. They must be the Zealots. Their eyes pusled blackly behind their helmets. Ryan- "Let's go..." Soon I would go to the Orcale for the location of the new Sigul.
14. My soldiers were now back at South America. It had been along journey but worth it, so much. Two Siguls remained. I had gotten a sudden summon from my lord just as we had reached mainland. Just now the remainder of our fleet had landed. I took out the stone, not bothering to bloody it for my power was steadily growing, and gripped it. Ryan- "My lord, I am coming." I ripped open a portal and felt immence heat flow out. It felt good. I stepped in and watched the landscape change from plainlands to the firery mountainranges of hell. And where else had I been transported but just outside of the Palace. It was a very large structure, not going up but burrowing under the ground. I walked out onto the curver surface of the top. There was a large pentogram on the floor of this place. I slit my palm and dribbled blood onto it. The evil in it made the pentagram glow. Slowly a set of stais folded down. I walked down slowly.
15. OOC: So this was your plan, aye Neil. Cool. -------------- IC: Ryan- "The lot of them! Traitors! How dare they!" I paced back and forth through the snow. All that was beneath me was bare ground. I had melted the snow away. My hands fingered the vials in my pocket expectantly. Seven. Seven there were. We were close to the Sigul. There were only two others with him. One was very weak, but I could not tell who. Hopefully it would not be the Sigul, for if it died before I killed it it would be reincarnated in another. However, if the Sigul was not sick, it would be an easy kill. I slashed a portal into the air and walked in. A second later I reappeared outside of a small research facility. It was squat, no more than six feet high. I walked up to it and peered into a window. Two standing around a bed. The one lying there was the Sigul. My eyes widened. I had to work quickly. His time was growing short. I walked up to the door and ripped it off of it's hinges. The two twirled around to face me. One grabbed a sort of gun and fired it. The bulet entered my shoulder and exited the other side. The wound healed immediately. I grabbed the one that shot me by the wrist and snapped it off. I rammed my fist through his face. Blood dripped down my hand and I could feel his brain still pulsating beneath my fingers. The second screamed and tried to flee out the door. I plunged my hand into his back and ripped out his spine. He uttered a gutteral yell and collapsed. I turned my attention to the one on the bed. He looked at me with fearful eyes. Ryan- "In the name of Lucifer, lord of all that is unholy, I hereby sever this link in the chain." I took out my blade and decapitated the Sigul. A rush of power went throught he room and the ground gave a large shake. One more binding that held Satan had snapped. Two more remained, the two that held his legs. He would be more powerful now, with both of his arms free. Perhaps he could make me stronger. My eyes glazed over with a look of complete wonder. Perhaps he could make me strong enough to endure the lot of them... Maybe... I felt a prick of pain in my wings. I looked at the tattered things and saw a bone growing. How could this be? My wings had been destroyed in my decent from heaven. Perhaps this was Satans power. The pain flared large for a moment. I doubled over and vomited. When I looked again, there were a pair of black wings. They looked exactly like the wings of an angel, but obsidian. I smiled and marveled over my newest weapons. I walked out, back into the cold and took flight, back towards our camp.
16. My forces had made a fair structure out of snow. It was about the size of a football stadium, but it kept caving in. I felt the power of the Sigul. It was close. No more than twenty miles away. Tomarrow. Tomarrow I would destroy one of four remaining links in the chain that hold Satan in hell. But today... Today I would have a talk with Death Knight. Slowly, my mission had become more along the lines of a maniacle crusade. Little by little I had been losing my sanity. And now it was even becoming apparent to me. I walked out into the coldness of Antarctica. I still didn't understand how a Sigul could end up in a barren place like this. I held up my gauntlet an let the black stones catch the little sunlight there was inside. They lit up and ripped a tear in space. I stepped in a willed the void to open another portal in front of Death Knight. Slowly, a tear opened. Death Knight was sitting next to his daughter. He had his eyes closed in the universal symbol of deep thought. I grinned. This would be fun. Slowly I stepped out of the tear. The air hit me with a painful sting. This place certainly didn't like Evil being here. I would not be able to stay long. Ryan- "Death Knight! We must talk, old friend."
17. I'm assuming we are playing the game after the good ending, the one where you get everyone and bring peace to the land. And Magus lived in 12,000 B.C. Although it is interesting to wonder why they used BC and AD when there is no reference to Christ in the entire game. Name: Frog Weapon: umm... I think it's a sword. Element: Water Appearance: A talking Frog in a brown shawl. Bio: During the early times, he was the gaurdian to the pricess. He teamed up with Crono and help to defeat Magus and many other powerful enemies. He helped defeat Lavos and bring peace to the world.
18. OOC: Who are you? You didn't sign up. *Looks for Flash and hopes there is no smoke involved in the appearence of the Mod* And, grr to you Ken. I thought we talked about this ;). ----------------- IC: I hit the ice-cold water with a dull splash. It shocked my body, but not quite so much as what I had felt in my mind. Death Knight had left me. He now pledged allegiance to the forces of Light. I was lifted above the water by a winged demon. Demon- "Are you ok, sir?!" I nodded weakly, feeling the water start to freeze on my body. I had attempted to prevent all falls. And I had, except mine. The demont hat had picked me out of the water breathed a hot jet of air onto my body. It felt wonderful. For the past day we had been flying. The weather had been getting colder and colder. Early today one of my scouts had spotted land. We had just got in sight of it when I felt something in my mind snap. It had been like a vital thread in a garment that had suddenly become undone. Momentarily, I phased out of existance. The shock was too great. Then I hit the water and was shoved back. Ryan- "Land," I grunted, "How far is the land..." The demon pointed a finger and I saw. We were nomore than a mile away. "Take twenty demons and build a fort out of snow. Get it done fast.." I was set back onto the back of the dragon creature and soaked in it's body heat. Death Knight would have to be severely punished. Yes... Severely... "Severely..." My eyes blazed dispite my friged body. "Severely..."
19. Attempt to read something like "A Tale of Two Cities". That should put you right to sleep. If not, there is always just laying there. I enjoy nightmares. But I like to be scared so....
20. OOC: Chirst, Niel! I was just playing my character. If you didn't want your character to be known about, you should have said something like "Hasn't been seen for a long time," in you bio. You said that Medra was rumored to have been killed in an ambush of Heavens forces. Nowhere did you say that it was true, so I had no idea that Medra hadn't been there all along. Death Knight, not attempting to put the blame on you Ken, made a reference to you being there in the beggining. I played the RPG. Perhaps you should have enlightened us a little further, and posted before this RPG had 140 replies, before you start rambling. So why don't you take your own colorful advice and step off. ------------------------------- IC: Antarctica... Why? Why did it have to be somewhere so cold. In just under thrity-two hours I had made it to the tip of South America. A fresh army of demons was waiting behind me. One good thing about hell was that the resources were nearly were always renewable. I smiled and motioned for one of the larger demons to step forward. Ryan- "Jordan, I want you to take a message to Death Knight. Give him this," I handed Jordan a black dagger, "and this." I dropped a bag of small bones into his hands. "He will know what they mean." Jordan looked uncomforatble. Jordan- "I don't mean to be rude, Sir, but how will I find him? No demon can sence him." I waved my hand and a portal opened, you could smell clean air drifting through it. The demon hesitated and then jumped in. The portal closed just as fast as it had opened. I hoped Death Knight would understand. Ryan- "To the skies! Do not stop untill we reach the frozen land!" I was hoisted onto the back of a dragon-like creature and my entire army sped toward the southern region of this domed world. My thoughts turned to Death Knight. He was in the company of two powerful creatures. The details were not yet clear, but it did not seem that he was destroying them. His mana seemed content. His daughter, Zelfoh, was also with him. The dagger and bones I had sent were to carry a very specific message. The dagger was a Gornoth Blade. One single prick would render even Satan injured. It was to symbolize his execution if he were to defect to the other side. The bones were no ordinary bones. They were Tarament fragments. The Tarament were the refiners of souls. They crafted the lost spirits into demons. They sat next to Satans bound body and worked, tirelessly, to make servants for His empire. Death Knight would never be reborn if he was executed. A large grin spread across my face. I screamed a battle cry and raised my sword. The demons around me howled in approval. Perhaps the arctic would not be as bad as I had thought.
21. The Oracle. How I loathed this evil being. Why he should annoy us and not the opposing side I did not know. I stepped into the dankness of his cave and wrinkled my nose. The stench bothered me too. Oracle- "Welocme Ryan of Hell. What brings you to this chamber?" Ryan- "You know what I seek." He laughed, an oily sound like that of overly greasy gears grinding eachother. Oracle- "Of course I do. However, I will not divulge information so easily this time. The future of this world sits labourously on the tip of a pin. One small move could push it either way. I cannot see more than a few days into the future. I know you did not come to ask if you would win. I would not tell you anyway. What you come for, are locations, am I right?" I scoweled and looked into his deep eyes. They say he was once human, I don't see how. Ryan- "Yes, locations. Tell me Oracle. Where are the two Siguls outside of Jerusalem?" He held up his hands. Oracle- "So hastey. Only one I will tell at this time. You will not enjoy the information, though." I stared at him. "Antarctica, fallen one. The first of four is in Antarctica. How fun it will be to watch demons, so used to the heat of Hell, scuttle through the snow!" He laughed and dissapeared. I stepped back through the portal into a barren wasteland. The Nantuko had done their job, alright. I sighed and walked south.
22. Death Knight was still under evils command. He had worried me so. I smiled and walked thourgh the streets of the derrilict town. I thought that he would leave me. He may still, but not before the Siguls were destroyed. Five were dead. Four more remained. There were none in the entirety of Mexico. I had stepped into the Altar Dimension again, and searched. Two were in Jerusalem. I felt them. The others were known only to the Oracle. I was too weak to destroy Mexico now. I shook my head and touched the hilt of my blade. A low hum filled the air. A portal, much like the one Death Knight uses, opened in front of me. Two glowing red eyes opened in the void and a strangely human figure stepped out. I narrowed my eyes. Ryan- "Who are you?" I said quietly. The thing unfolded four large leathery wings and laughed. My eyes went wide. ??- "Do you not know Ryan?" I stood up slowly. Ryan- "I do now. Does our Master think I cannot do this by myself? Why does he have to send one of you?" The thing smiled. ??- "He feels you are going too slowly. If we give them," he pointed upward, "enough time, they will make a comeback. I'm here to speed up your conquest." I glared at the Nantuko. Nantuko were demonic bombs. Twenty of them alone could only wipe out New York. I hated having to submit to one, or many. "There are many of us spread throughout Mexico. You can contiue now Ryan. Hurry before we accidently destroy you too." I bloodied the stone in my pocket and signaled all of the demons in Mexico to evacuate. I couldn't afford anymore losses. Ryan- "Ten minutes. Then you can decimate this place." I took out a small crystal nd smashed it against the ground. A black hole stood there, and faintly you could make out arrogant laughter.
23. Do those wierd trees that look like strings of lights twirled into a cone count?
24. Laughs at Raiha. ------------------ I felt slightly better. Nowhere near healthy enough to destroy Mexico, but better none the less. If I didn't feel 100% by the time the siege was complete, I would drink one of the vials. That would certainly put a spring in my step. I stood from the bed and walked to the window. Mexico was almost completely taken. Another few hundred square miles and we would have it. There was a sudden comotion out in the square. I opened the window and looked out. There was a human being pushed throught the crowd. It, she I saw, was bound and bloodied, but not killed. There was a mark on her left arm that had remained untouched. I stopped breathing. Ryan- "Zelfoh!" The Succubi came bounding up the stairs with fearful eyes. "Help me down to the square NOW!" She quickly slung an arm under mine and helped me down the stairs. My feet wouldn't move as fast as I wanted. "Faster you accursed thing!" She lept down the last five and held me up. I straitened my posture as best I could. I couldn't look weak now. I opened the door and stepped out into the hazy light. Demon- "Sir... Sir Ryan!" Demon 2- "You are alright!" I shook his hand and walked over to where the woman stood. The tatoo began pulsing a white light as I stepped closer. Ryan- "Well look what we have here. A human. I thought my minions had killed you all. Tell me, why are you here?" The woman spat into my eyes and glared at me. Woman- "I don't know why your things don't just kill me. They have done everything else. I've been beaten, raped, ravaged, and mutilated. Why don't you just kill me?" I wiped the blood-filled saliva from my face and walked up to her. Ryan- "I will tell you, my dear. Break, Osult, you may go." The two demons that were holding the woman down exchanged a look of pure glee and let the woman go. "Tell me, what is your name?" She looked at me, and then at the circle of demons that had formed around us. Jenny- "My name's Jenny... What do you want with me?" I walked, diligently up to her. Ryan- "Jenny, do you know what you are? I can tell from the look on your face you do not. Let me explain. At the beggining of time there were nine wizards. They served God. For thousands upon thousands of years they fought Satan and finaly enclosed him in Hell. They were called the Sigulalas. Their decendants are called the Sigul. You, my dear woman, are a Sigul. That is their mark, on your shoulder." She looked at me dumbfounded. I sighed, and took out the stone. "Death Knight, here, now. My dear friend will help you on your way."
25. ... *Left arm begins to recive shooting pains. Heart beats too fast. Heart explodes. Falls down dead.*
