[COLOR=darkblue]Oi ve, more griping. Look all I can say is what I said in the previous thread about S.D. gundam. Think back to when G-Gundam aired and everyone was raising heck about it and then when it was over everyone was like "Oh happy joy joy its over and done with." Does everyone gripe about something new?! I'm sorry if it sounds like I'm flamming but this is just ridiculous, I challenge all of you who have griped about it to sit down and watch today's episode [b]all the way through till the end.[/b] Because the series has taken a decent stretch I mean look at this series and then if you do some research there were other S.D. Gundam series. Okay off my rant about that issue, I would personally say I find the show rather as a spoof of the gundam series and its rather entertaining. I mean look at Zero he looks a lot like Wing Gundam Zero from Endless Waltz and has an arrogant combination of Heero, Treize, and Zechs. More like the sophistication of Zechs and Treize. Bakunetsumaru is a total spoof of Domon Kasshu and God Gundam's attack and they sure captured the yelling style of Domon. And then we go to Captain Gundam, he is a real spoof of all of the UC gundams and then has the persona of Amuro Ray seeing as how he tends to act like he's always left out of the crowd etc. Anyways this show really is funny and deserves a little recognition.[/COLOR]

I hope this will get stickied or something. Basically the intent of this thread is to answer any questions a person may have about any of the gundam series, hopefully I can and any other members with decent knowledge about the gundam series can answer your questions. So start cracking. ~_^

Anyways I haven't seen any of SEED yet but it looks rather interesting, I'm sure it delivers what every good gundam series does: Plot development, character development, etc. Anyways like I said, I haven't seen SEED so therefore I really can't say that much about the series. Anyways I hate to burst your bubble about Zeta but it won't be coming out until next year in March with all 50 episodes and the price will run about $150 to $200. So I sugguest all of you major gundam fans save up your money and prepare to buy the box set when it comes out. Also the first episodes of Gundam SEED should hit the shores of the United States sometime in 2005, and another side note about next year, Gundam Formula 91; a movie will be released directly after the release of Zeta so you get to choose between two awesome gundam series.[/COLOR]

Yami Asura I think you should ditch the Crab Turtle for now seeing as how the deck really isn't focused on that specific card, I'd replace the Turtle Oath with a Pot of Greed and I'd replace Crab Turtle with something much better like maybe Legendary Fisherman seeing as how when you play Legendary Ocean it docks down the level of any Water attribute monsters by one level. Anyways that is my opinion.[/COLOR][/i][/SIZE]

I mean yes SD Gundam does look a little freaky and you all probably think it was a disgrace to the gundam name but gee, think back to when G-Gundam was released and over with a lot of you thought it was dumb etc. You should at least sit down today and watch an episode, I've been watching this rather closely and have come to the conclusion that this series isn't half bad I mean yes I too at first was freaking out because Zeta was passed over by this but now I realize that if Toonami had decided to release Zeta on TV they would heavily edit the whole series etc so basically I think its a good thing. Also if you think about it Bakunetsumaru is a spin off of Domon Kasshu and God Gundam I mean look at his name, [u]Bakunetsu[/u]maru and his attack Bakunetsu Tenkyoken. Zero is somewhat of a spin off of Heero but he definetly looks like Wing Zero Custom from Endless Waltz. Captain gundam reminds me of the RX-78-2 Gundam. This Angelus had some nerve, here she was cleaning her weapon and talking about what kind of weapon he used when 16 reploids had died! He couldn't believe this, he stood up and stepped out of the bar leaving the woman behind with a stunned look. As Ryan walked along the streets he noticed that this city had more of a hustle and bustle about it or it could just be that he was in the shopping center of the town now and everyone was buying something, as he was walking along the now brightly lit sidewalks Ryan heard a small meow it sounded like a little cat, he followed the sound into an ally and he saw a small kitten standing by something that was slumped over, Ryan knelt down and saw that it was the kitten's mother, it was dead. Feeling an extreme feeling of sorrow for the kitten he picked it up and rubbed its black head as it looked up at him with pleading blue eyes and let out another small yeow.[/i] "Its okay little one, I'll take you with me." [i]He turned and headed back for the base. As he entered his quarters he pulled off his gi and put it in the form of a bed and set the kitten down on it and it proceeded to curl up in a small black ball of fur and Ryan sat next to it slowly running his now bare hand across its back and scratching its head, after awhile he fell asleep while sitting there with the kitten.[/i][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][SIZE=1][i]Ryan could only breathe a sigh of relief seeing as how the training was now over, as if on cue though his arm started to scream in pain from both wounds. Still clutching his arm now Ryan walked over to Cyan just before he walked off.[/i] "Ummm.. Excuse me where might I get these wounds treated?" [i]He asked a little embarrassed but Cyan looked at him with a caring look.[/i] "There's a med bay a few doors down the hall so you should be able to get treated there for those wounds." [i]Ryan nodded thankfully and headed out of the simulation room and to the medical bay. As he entered he saw a rather dishelved doctor sitting at a desk that was overflowing with documents, charts, perscriptions, etc. She looked up at Ryan and rather stolidly said.[/i] "Can I help you with something?" "Yeah, I got my left arm torn up during the simulation." [i]He said as he showed his arm to her like a child would show a skinned knee to his/her mother. The doctor then led him over to a medical bed and Ryan propped himself against the foot of the bed and she pulled out a few tools and started to glance at the wounds.[/i] "Well at least you didn't damage any of your arm's circutry all I need is an epidermal regenerator and that'll be it, or would you like a lollipop and a kiss to make it all better?" [i]She asked satirically at Ryan who just gritted his teeth at her rudeness as she finished the job rather quickly and once she was done Ryan stormed out towards the millitary bar after strapping on another of his gi which flitted about his waist as a stronger breeze kicked up. As he opened the door he saw a few of the other reploids from today one of them was a woman and the other was a man, Ryan took up a booth away from them and sat staring out the window and then he took up to pulling his necklace off and fiddling around with it. This necklace had been a birthday present from his friend who'd been murdered. Ryan and this necklace had been through a lot, a lot of heartaches and a lot of joy too and yet this necklace hadn't broken from all the wear and tear maybe his friend was guarding it from breaking spiritually. While he was lost in thought of his old friend a young girl took up a seat across from him, she was one of the other reploids from this morning.[/i] "Hi, I'm Angelus and you would be???" "Ryan or Excalibur, whichever you feel like calling me." [i]He replied rather distantly and yet with some certainty of the fact that this was reality. Either or he didn't care and Angelus got the picture and left him to his thoughts. Ryan sat staring out the window at the sunset, his friend would have liked this but yet he was dead and Ryan lived what was the point of being a Reploid when your human friends would simply die before you? Ryan had always pondered this question yet it still nagged at him and really bugged him as he sat staring out the window at the sunset while fiddling around with his cross shaped necklace.[/i][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=darkblue][SIZE=1][i]Still sucking in deep breaths in spurts now Ryan was able to stand up and look around, the same drones were on his trail still, it appeared that they wouldn't give up. Reaching for his sword he came to a nauseating realization, he'd dropped it when he'd fallen and there it was point embedded in the ground right next to the spot. Ryan felt a little off without his sword but he still had the beam saber which he drew quickly and took up a fighting position as the drones circled even closer like a pack of hungry sharks closing in on a helpless seal, but this seal had a weapon but that didn't seem to affect the drones. Once they were in a tightly knit circle one of the drones unsheathed its own retractable blade but it was metal and would be sliced rather easily and it charged at Ryan, "Pitiful fool!" Ryan thought as he took his saber and proceeded to charge at the drone as well. The two were like two runaway trains on a collision course, yet Ryan had a feeling that this drone would fall and it did with a clean slice at the upper torso which resulted in the drone falling over with an assuring thud. The others were what appeared to be in shock at the termination of their comrade. The black-haired reploid then turned to the other drones with his saber humming the song of death as the other two charged towards him. Thankfully the drones had run out of ammo so he didn't have to worry about facing against another rocket or a volley of bullets. The first drone obviously wasn't too great with its retractable blade seeing as how Ryan simply leaped up onto the blade and used it as a springboard and quickly leapt over the drone and drove his saber into the drone's back and then the very tip pierced through the front of the armoring. "Two down and one to go." Ryan thought somewhat happily as the final drone charged towards him but it had been following Ryan's movements because when he merely tried to sidestep it the drone's blade still found his arm and bit into it; of course it wasn't anything major, just right above the bullet wound which really started blood flowing again so Ryan switched hands so that he could hold his beam saber with more ease. This time as the drone came at him Ryan quickly jumped to the right and then charged at the Drone from the side which worked to an extent seeing as how he managed to cut the blade off but was then hit from behind with one of the other hands of the drone. Woozily he stood up and saw that the drone was right on him, he took his saber up again and this time decapitated the drone. Ryan still a little pissed walked over to his sword and picked it up and re-sheathed it. It was time to find somone else. Clutching his arm he set off to find one of the other reploids.[/i][/COLOR][/SIZE]

[COLOR=darkblue][i][SIZE=1]The synthetic blood had finally stopped flowing and Ryan was able to move his left arm around without a major pang in his arm but there were small dried blood trails leading down his arm like roadways but that was not worth worrying about now, he'd accepted the pain and would deal with it. A small breeze kicked up and a small dust storm blew in front of Ryan as he took cover inside a building; it was a bad idea seeing as how he saw at least three drones coming towards him. "Heh, more fun for me." He thought mentally as he smirked and took to the stairs with the drones sending off a large volley of bullets that were gaining on him like a swarm of bees attacking an intruder that dare tamper with their hive these bullets then were tearing into his gi so he unbuckled it which in turn gave Ryan more of a speed boost. As he arrived at the top of the stairs he saw that the door was wide open and just at that moment a drone fired off a missle, but the aim was very poor and the rocket instead hit the wall about two feet behind Ryan who soon found himself literally flying fowards out the door and into a skidding manuver which landed him on his right side of his body. The drones moving in to confirm the termination of their targe moved in on their treads which made Ryan come to, the grinding of the treads against the concrete roof. "Play posum and they might just ignore you." He barked at himself mentally but he didn't care, he stood dazed a little but still ready to kill these jerks, he unsheathed his beam saber and flicked it into his right hand. A soft beep could be heard from what appeared to be the lead drone and the others took up positions on Ryan's left and right.[/i] "Heheh, you guys actually think that will work? HA!" [i]With that he sheathed his beam saber and unsheathed his regular sword and stepped backwards and off the building roof. "Time for some fun and hope this works." He then took his sword and drove it into the building as he descended he could feel himself slowing to an extent but still it was fast. Unfortunately he wasn't prepared for his sword to come loose at about 56 feet up and fall face first down to the ground. WHOOOMMMPPPPFFF!!!!! Was all that Ryan knew when he hit the ground with his body. Rising shakily and rubbing his head and face with his hand he staggered over to another pile of steel beams and slumped down and started breathing inwardly so that he could gain his second wind. While he was regaining himself those three drones were closing in on his position again this time they wouldn't let their target get away.[/i][/COLOR][/SIZE]

This had happened what seemed like an eternity ago seeing as how Ryan was now crouched behind a large pile of steel beams. Then the shooting stopped and Ryan knew that the drone was still over there but it was waiting for him like a hungry dog for the bone its about to recieve from its owner except this bone was still attached to the animal it had come from and it wasn't going down without a fight. Quickly drawing his sword and beam saber Ryan gripped his regular sword like a javelin and hurled it blindly and he didn't even notice that his sword had cleanly cut the drone's left arm weapon which still meant it had its close range weapon. He jumped over the beams and went for a mad run at the drone with his saber humming as he ran and then he saw the sparks flying and for a brief second Ryan had thought he'd won but then at that very second the drone brought its weapon down on Ryan he didn't even see it coming until it was too late,"Gotta duck gotta duck!!!" was all the boy could think as the beam sword bit into his arm as he slid/ducked away from the attack. This reckless manuver took him under the drone and at least a few feet away from it, as he stood up he could feel the wound and he looked at the synthetic blood oozing from the slash.[/i] "Heh, I bet you think this hurts, well I can't say you aren't right, it does hurt to an extent but I honestly don't care much about this pain seeing as how I'm going to destroy you and laugh at your pitiful attempts to still fight." [i]The reploid said while laughing at the drone, and with that he dropped into a fighting stance and charged into the melee again but this time he was ready and blocked the attack of the drone; the blue blade of his saber crackled and sparked as it fought with the other energy of the attacking saber. It seemed like this struggle between weapons was taking forever and Ryan was sick of it, he did the cheapest thing he could think of, he brought his foot up and kicked/pushed the drone a good 10 feet away. Then his sword caught his attention and an idea hit him. Walking towards the drone he sheathed up his beam saber and brought up his arms as if surrenduring but the drone didn't seem to care as it came closer as if to deliever judgement over the poor reploid but he wasn't afraid in fact he was grinning like a child as the drone was about to strike it meet its fate with Ryan's sword as it had been right between Ryan and the drone and in a split second Ryan had yanked the sword out of the ground and driven it right into the drone's legs, crippled the drone was open for a perfect decapitating which Ryan was happy to deliever. Clutching his arm in pain Ryan sheathed his sword back up and kicked the pitiful drone head away like a child would a discarded can.[/i][/COLOR][/SIZE]

Battle Island will take place on the main island of Hawaii or Ohau. Now as we all know the people that were the finalists in Battle Cruise were re-invited back to participate in this tournament. But of course there is a new evil watching this tournament with ever growing interest and malice. Okay here is what I want. Name: Age: Deck Theme Description Rarest card: Note on this, I will only allow maybe myself and one other person with Blue Eyes. Okay here are a few basic things: You will follow current english restrictions, lifepoints will be 4000, and I do not want people using Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra. I will be using one god card from the previous rpg but that will be used as a last resort in a duel etc so basically don't worry about me depending on him. I found out from a friend who already got ahold of a Magician's Force box and one of the Secret Rares is Black Paladin, and I'm guessing the other Secret Rare will be Dark Magician Girl seeing as how she'll be highly sought after in the first place which will make her even more popular and therefore she'll become a secret rare.

[COLOR=darkblue][i][SIZE=1]A private plane was landing at Novus Concordia's defense facility's airstrip. Inside the plane was a young man with full length black hair and dark brown eyes that seemed to speak of tales of sorrow and joy. But this young man wasn't human, he may have looked like a human but he wasn't, he was a Reploid. As the plane came to a slow on the landing strip he stood and his hair fell down his back and his gi drooped down over his large black boots and slender legs. In the seat next to him was a mid-length black sword that had an elegant handle and on the very end of the handle was a single string attached that had two what appeared to be throwing daggers but they were for decoration only. His top was accompionied by a large fancy designed cross and he had a large gauntlet on his left hand that was hollow on the top because it housed a beam saber which allowed for a quick draw. As soon as the plane came to a halt the hatch opened and a stairwell appeared and the man stepped off, slowly but surely he stepped off the last step and stood looking at the impressive facility. A light breeze blew past him and he breathed in deeply and he remembered back to that day he was abandoned and he felt a tear welling up in his eyes but he shook it off and headed for the main office. In the simple office there were several other reploids and behind a desk sat a rather stately woman who seemed to be attempting to multitask three things and she was having zero success and him coming in obviously added to more of her stress which led to her snippy attitude.[/i] "Yes, what is it?" "I'm here for the Sygnosis X briefing. I'm Ryan" [i]The secretary then started to sift through some papers and then spun 180 degrees to her computer and pulled up Ryan's profile and nodded.[/i] "Okay he should be here in a minute please take a seat." Well we never know if MoBC will be in the set or not I mean some of the previous sets like PGD, LOD, and LON are several sets clumped together and some cards were put in and some were left out but like I said, one never knows. Although I must say, its about time we get Dark Magician Girl!!!!! I've been waiting for her for a long time! I also think a few other cards might be the Dark Magic Curtain, Thousand Knives, and Mystic Boxes.

Van was hoping that peace would remain but it hasn't seeing as how some rebel Zaibach soldiers have gotten to the Mystic Moon in search of Hitomi. Of course Merle wanted to tag along but Van said he needed her to stay behind and help with finish with the reconstruction. Van's only problem was getting to the Mystic Moon and then it hit him, Escaflowne and its energist along with Hitomi's pendant he would be able to get there in no time. So he grabbed the energist from his room and took it to the royal graveyard where Escaflowne stood kneeling as if it were an eternal knight watching over all. Van slid the energist back into the jewl Escaflowne was once again active he took the white dragon and is now on earth searching for Hitomi. Biography: When Ryan was born he was greatly accepted by his family as a blessing because they couldn't have a real son and the family was happy but on Ryan's 15th birthday his parents took him to a theme park and they got seperated and this was deliberate on the parent's part because they had come to resent Ryan as a symbol that they would never have a "real" child and they didn't want to be anywhere near him anymore. It didn't matter if he acted and looked human he wasn't and he would never be. After coming to the realization that his parents had abandoned him Ryan left the park crying and managed to find his way home but his parents had thought this out and had the locks changed while they were at the park and Ryan's key didn't work and his supposed parents threatened him with the police if he didn't leave right away. Still crying Ryan wandered from his suburban home into the city where he met a human boy his age that was living on his own too and they became close friends, they even called each other brothers and remained that way. The two boys found jobs and had money to get food, clothes, pay the rent etc. But this happiness ended abruptly too for Ryan. It happened in late December, the two were walking home from work and they were taking their usual route down the main sidewalk chatting and they were about to head into a local coffee shop when a group of thugs came out of nowhere and jumped them. Ryan and his friend managed to fight back but one of them had a gun and shot Ryan's brother through the chest and he died instantly Ryan then went into a rage and snapped the man's arm enough that it couldn't function, as soon as the thugs fled a group of passerby ran over and one called the police and an ambulance but the boy had died there on the snow covered sidewalk. It wasn't a white Christmas that year, he had to bury his only friend. A week later the police called Ryan who was in a deep depressional slump and said they'd captured his friend's murderers and would he come down and identify them. As he walked into the lineup room and watched the men line up along the wall Ryan could feel his anger swelling like a torrential rain storm gathering over a calm land. The officer asked if they looked familiar and Ryan nodded the men were arrested and senteced to life in prision for 1st degree murder. After moping around a little more Ryan was watching the news one day and heard about at least 10 outbursts of Reploids attacking humans unexpectadely and that a virus had been the cause of it and that the Virus was now called Sygnosis 40, the news blip then went on to say that the defense department was taking new recurits for a new branch that would deal with this threat. Ryan feeling like he had a duty to protect people decided to sign up. So the next day Ryan headed for the recuritment office for Sygnosis X so he could help in any way, almost as soon as he signed up was he allowed into the organization.
