He should've stayed black, skin condition or not.

But from what I've seen thoughout his time, he's gone farther and farther off the rocker. I wouldn't put it past him.

His skin condition has nothing to do with it, and as Cloricus said, he couldn't help it. It used to be that it was just small white blotches and they would just cover them up with body make-up, but eventually it got so bad that they just decided to cover his natural color completely. So I don't want to hear any more of that.

This entire issue about child malestion started back in 1993, right? Bringing it up now is kinda stupid. "That's like swatting a dog a week after its peed on the carpet."

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER HE'S BLACK OR WHITE!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they guy wants to bleach his skin, let him do what he wants. It doesn't make him crazy, it just makes him PRESSURED. He has issues that maybe you don't know about. He's lived a hard life in the spot light and maybe he just wants a little escape from all this media crap.

I wish you people would just leave skin color out of this and think on a mature level. To bring skin color in is pretty much implying racism, whether you believe it or not. And this is coming from some "I'm so HOLY" Christian. GEEZ.

It's really getting annoying how many lies are being thrown around too. First there was that whole love letter report, which was proven false. The Jackson going crazy in his plane, also false.

I don't even know what to believe. News on the subject seems questionable, even on respectable news stations, considering all the mess ups.

People are just reaching. Even if he did do this stuff, what the guy does to his skin or whatever else has nothing to do with it. All the bitching this forum does about people judging on appearances and what they are into, and it's just being turned on this guy. It's moronic.

I was watching the news this morning and they were talking to some boy who is 17 that stayed over at Nicheal Jackson`s place with the accuser.(SP?) Anyway he said that it was like a big party and they all didn`t go to sleep till 4am. He also said that the "victom" was always with his brother and sister and never left them, they were all together so their was no way that Micheal Jackson could molest him.

I guess that`s proof enough to see that the kid is lying.

Also why should it Micheal`s weird behavor have anything to do with his skin condition and his new skin color? That`s just stupid.

Reading through a few (not the majority) replies, I can see why the media makes such a big deal out of things like this:

Becuase a fair number of people are suckers for scandalous goings on.

Do you guys (talking specifically to those people here) have any idea how much the media distorts these things?

A local paper in Stoke once picked up on the fact that a doctor at the hospital had child porn tracked to his PC. Bear in mind, that nothing was known about where it came from- the amount of dodgy pop-ups that you see on the web these days (on some websites you actually get pop ups advertising "illegal child porn"- and the websites they pop up on aren't anything of the sort). As soon as the local paper caught onto it, the headline was:

"Doctor in Child Sex Scandal"

Which is a HUGE distortion on the truth. This is just a local paper, with only a small number of over-judgemental readers to actually cater for, and still they distorted the headline to create more interest. How much more so do you think the international media will distort the truth in order to fit what the people want to hear. It's never a complete lie, but they put un-neccesary emphasis on some of the things you can believe to be implied.

If Micheal didnt commit this crime and the parents made their child say such a thing I will feel bad Micheal because of all this negative press. Actually I would feel bad for him even if he did do it. To do something that horrible, you would most certainly need to have psychological problems. If he did do it I hope they give him help and not just throw him into Jail.

PS.
I mean, first he makes himself look like a girl, not to mention turned himself white
Last time I checked, your nose and skin colour didnt make you molest kids. The fact that you would blame him for that makes you a very shallow person.

Agreed.

I think MJ did it.
IMO, he has some mental problem.

I don't believe he did it and I'll tell you why.

The media has been just waiting for an opportunity to pounce on Jackson since the controversial interview in which he admitted to sleeping with children in his bed (which I don't think he should be doing regardless of his intentions). Furthermore, he's been a prime target for rumors and disturbing allegations since the early nineties. People love to speculate about Micheal Jackson's "bizarre" lifestyle and appearance. Probably to the point where they blow it out of proportion. For example, I've heard that his infamous interview was even edited to make him appear worse, which doesn't surprise me. It's quite a common practice. A legal one at that.

I won't sit here and claim that Jackson has never had inappropriate relations with children. There may indeed be a measure of truth to the rumors. But, the media frenzy he's been enveloped in for the last decade has distorted his image so much that it's difficult to seperate facts from truth. Celebrities are often the victim of elaborate lies spun to sate our society's appetite for the latest lowdown on pop culture. It's just the way things are. You'll find ridiculous pop culture references on magazine stands, the covers of newspapers, and on prime time television. Many famous people live in a state of hell because of the world?s thirst for gossip. People don?t seem to realize that when there is no gossip, the media will create gossip by whatever means necessary. Lives are violated.

In this particular case, I feel that there are too many coincidences. The child is having serious medical problems. So, there are financial issues. Factor in the fact that he's the one who requested to meet Jackson and that this whole mess surfaced upon the release of Jackson?s new album. What do all the signs point to? Dollar signs.

This is all about money. That's all there is to it. Who better to accuse than Michael Jackson? People will readily dismiss the possibility that he may genuinely care for children and believe that he would take advantage of a sick kid. They?ll look the other way when the guy?s house is overrun by seventy enforcement officials.

This is so reminiscent of the Kobe Bryant case, it?s not even funny.

By the way, someone in here suspected that this whole thing was just a conspiracy to album boost sales because of possible refrences to the supposed molestation. Well, did you know that the television special set to air for the purpose of promoting his album was cancelled because of this crap? Seriously, how would a whirlwind of negative allegations help him? Who wants to support a child rapist?

Give me a break.

I wish some of you could hear yourselves.

"He should have stayed black"

"He's a ***"

I fail to see how a nose shape or color affects anything. If he did it he did it. If he didn't, well he didn't. I don't question whether he did molest that kid or not. The real thing you should be asking is why parents continue to send their kids to him if they are so scared for their children.

It's all an elaborate trap for poor Michael. They send their kids so they get to hang out with a rich guy. These parents are greedy worms.

I just have to say when I saw that picture of Michael Jackson which Genkai was showing I practically gagged....eeeeeh...very bad picture indeed.

To the point though...looks aren't the issue, character is and he happens to like children. I on the other hand dislike children.

I think Vegeta Rocker has an interesting point about it being an elaborate trap. I wouldn't be surprised since the last time he was accused the parents were paid off quite easily.

But then, what do I know, I'm not exactly a kid at 16 and his face is scares me...how those kids can stand looking at him is beyond me.

"Bad" publicity often results in boosted sales, especially in the music industry. Although I agree with you on this matter, I'm just sayin'...

Anyway, I'm not saying he did it. I'm not saying he didn't do it. But regardless of that, the guy just plain needs to grow up. I could care less how rough his childhood was, or how much he wants to help others, you just can't sleep with various children in the same bed and expect noone to care. When you go around doing things like that, whether you think it is wrong or right (Personally, I belive it is wrong), any responsible adult should expect the media to go on a field day with that. Not to mention he is a celebrity, and should know that the media will be ten times worse for him.
But really, he then proceeds to work up the nerve to call the people who don't do that (AKA, the majority of the world), ignorant and wacky. The guy needs to realize the consequences for his actions, no matter his intentions. He also needs to realize that just because he thinks it's okay, doesn't mean everyone else should (or that it is okay). But like is said, he just needs to grow up...
