2. I like to visit otaku lounge and play it. I like talking about world issues in OL and helping people in PI. Which do you like?
 3. I know he doesn't. I've seen many presents in my basement that were supposedly from santa. Also, a few suggestions for your next posts. A topic like this with only 2 definite answers would be greatly enhanced by a poll. Also, It helps to get the topic rolling by actually posting YOUR opinion.
 4. Burnout 3, Star wars battlefront, ape escape 1+2, and all 3 Ratchet and clank games are in a pile on my ps2. I also seem to like a variety of games(Except sports...I HATE SPORTS GAMES!!!).
 5. I've been wondering where everyone that comes here lives. I know a few, such as that James lives in Australia, and Queen Asuka's in Georgia, but I'd like to know more. I live in the middle of Kentucky, USA, About 30 miles from Fort Knox. It's kinda funny. If anyone not used to being near a base came here they would think we are being bombed.
 6. A chainsaw to the throat lowers Leon's Health from Good to Fair.
 7.
When the war on Iraq started, Bush accused Iraq of being in defiance of 14 UN resolutions. Meanwhile, Israel is in defiance of over 60.
Let's look at the big picture here. If we invaded israel, OUR ALLIES, The entire muslim world would attack them, thus envoking what we call a WORLD WAR. Then everyone would revolt in every single country and start suicide bombing, just because it worked for the palestinians. If Israel gives in, we all suffer. Except for the pelestinians, who will sit in the west bank and see what they have caused. It won't be pretty. And the USA will be the only nation willing to help anyone.
maybe if you kept you're noses out of other country's business' you wouldn't have all these terrorist attacks coming at you.
Do you know what would happen if we retracted all of our troops to American soil? The world would go to HELL. Our troops made the yugoslavakian breakup mostly non-violent. Our troops freed the afghanis from oppressive taliban rule. And also, just to hit you close to home, what would happen if the palestinians hadn't revolted against israel? Then this stupid conflict of blowing up 5 people at a time wouldn't have happened
 8.
I'm a palestinian, but I was born in Saudi Arabia. When I came to Canada, my passport didn't say I was Saudi, it said I was palestinian. So where is my country? If I didn't have my Canadian citizenship, I wouldn't be allowed in Israel because I'm palestinian. So what am I? How can you say that palestine never exisited, if I'm clearly defined as a Palestinian?
How can you say that native america never existed, when some are clearly defined as native americans? You've got to look at this in the broader sense; Every single Religious/Cultural/Racial group is not going to get their own country. That's not how the world works. I'm a caucasian. Where's Caucasia? I'm not religious. Where's Athea? There are some things that don't happen. Israel is really small. Do you know what will happen if Israel breaks and gives palestinians there own country? Every other minority is going to go to the government and expect them to wipe their *** and give them a country, too. Israel will be in constant turmoil as everyone starts attacking more innocents with the logic, "Well, if it worked for them..." Do you see what kind of hell Israel would be in if they gave way? Do you understand what they are going through?
 9.
I think a perfect Athenian democracy that spanned the entire world would be impossible
We are not talking the entire world. We want to know if you would rather live under 1 or the other. I think in a wireless world perfect democracy is possible. If everyone has laptops, a bill to be voted on can be sent to everyone in seconds, and could give a week to decide. That would be faster than our current system.
 10. I try to come here every day because I get really involved in debate threads. I also like to post captions in the multiple caption games and to give helpful advice to others.
 11.
And after all of what you said, how do you justify even one innocent death? to me, it's like killing a million people because life is life and death is death; period.
And Taking over the world is like taking over half a square inch of land in remote siberia, cause mine is mine and yours is yours;period.
Saddam may have stolen someone's life but America took my ancestors' freedom and sense of pride;
Now you're asking why we didn't just kill your ancestors?
And pretty much, we have a history of bombing the living hell out of people. With D-Day alone we've pretty much accumulated one of the highest death tolls in world war history. On top of that, I've yet to see a country that has managed to completely and I mean COMPLETELY obliterate two whole cities with a single, powerful bomb; Hiroshima and Nagasaki. All those innocent people had to suffer because one harbor was attacked. Was it necessary? No it wasn't, just like a lot of the wars America has been involved in.
The bombs were to end the war; not to kill. We had to show hirohito we meant business. What else could we have done? Begged him? "Please, Mr. Hirohito, give up all 1 million square miles you spent the last 6 years acumulating and surrender. Please."
America has no room to talk about weapons of mass destruction; we've got the mother load of those so we all know it had nothing to do with weapons..
We were trying to take them away from a lunatic. Just because you have an assault rifle doesn't mean you will let a baby have a pistol.
I'd trust Saddam Hussein with those kinds of weapons before I'd ever trust America with them
America's had them for years... and haven't had to use them. And you'd trust someone whose military orders include, "burn all the oil wells!"
How about the KKK?
You're right. when have we ever tried to stop the KKK? We've never made a law...Oh, yes we did.
Again, I don't get why people even get on abortion
Okay, let's say you are a girl and you get raped. If you get pregnant and don't have the money to support a child, what do you do? Even if you have the child and give it away, you have a living reminder of when you were hurt.
Either you're pro life or pro death; you can't be both.
Or you're pro death for life.
innocent children shot at
Since when do they use a gun?
Until people start speaking out against this war that would have innocent children shot at every single day then I don't even want to hear about abortion.
Until you look at the big picture instead of taking everything by itself, I don't even want to hear your opinions.
 12. There's no place like home, There's no place like home, There's no place like home dammit!
 13. As stated, It is called merchandising. And it's not the producers fault. He doesn't say, "I want to make a ______ card game" Someone approaches him and says, "I'll give you ____ to let me make a card game based on that." The producer gets money, and the company makes the product. It's not to annoy you. It's called business.
 14. energy=mass times the speed of light squared
 15.
I don't think so either. Like altron said, humans would probably not survive in such speeds. Back before I learned what the E=mc^2 equation actually meant. I used to think if someone went at the speed of sound, or the speed of sound squared, their mass would be converted into energy. Yes I had a freaky imagination when I was younger :D. But when you think about it, there's really no point of trying to achieve the speed of light anyway, from an anstromic point of view. It won't get us anywhere. The nearest star to the Sun is over 2 million light years away. So unless you travelled at the speed of light for 2 million years, you'll never get there. Simply escaping our solar system in a small amount of time (less than 11 years!) seems like a huge goal as it is.True, but sound has much different properties than light does. Its waves actually need something material to travel through, while light and other forms of electromagnetic radiation do not. The speed of sound (355 m/s) is quite incomparable to that of light (300000000 m/s). The force needed to drive a spaceship at this speed would be massive!
What the heck are you talking about? Light from the sun reaches pluto in 4 hours, and the nearest star is prixima centauri, 4 light years away. Our entire galaxy is 100,000 LY across.
 16. ninja: shadow of darkness was horrible. 3-d, but you can only move 4 directions, Cheap deaths invisible traps. the disc is worth about a cent. the game: about -10 cents.
 17. Aliens! Or all but one group of people could die. Like if there was a horrible virus and only 1 group found the cure and used it on themselves.
 18. No. There will never be a world without violence. It's simply not human nature. Try as we might, there will always be radicals, always be terrorists, always people that try to conquer the world. This is about as peaceful as the world gets. Edit: You beat me to it.
 19.
Unless he's 21 or moved out of the house-in that case my parents can declare him an emancipated minor-they are legally responsible for his court costs.
There's your answer. They can, but they obviously don't want to. If they can't do that, then maybe they should kick his *** out of the house.
 20. Yeah, no one says the pledge at my high school anyway. I really don't see why this is an issue. Many religious groups persecuted people of other religions they conquered. you have to say it for the text to be accurate. the text for the foundation of american colonies would say, "_________ Missionaries _______ed natives that _______ed _______ to ________ because they thought believing in __________ and ________ was evil."
 21. Capitalism all the way. It is simply a matter of how communism works. There is no competition, so there is no incentive to make a better product or even a good one to begin with so goods become worthless. There is no profit, so there is no incentive to make more or keep costs low. The concept solves some problems, but makes everyone live in poverty. Not cool. Also, there is no more need for the former USSR or china to declare that they are communist than a serial killer to declare he is a serial killer. They still are.
 22. Do you know why the jews are in control? There are more of them. That's why there is a jewish prime minister. That doesn't mean that a minority can just attack the majority and demand their own country. There is about an 80% christian population in the US. That doesn't mean that the jews, the muslims, the atheists, so on will break away from us. Because we have harmony. no one cares If you're a chrisitian, a muslim, a jew, because we want good representation, not religious. While both sides have done horrible acts of violence, but arafat should have tried to become prime minister instead of trying to violently kill the jews. Who in history is he starting to sound like?
 23. Battery life depends on what game you're playing. In true sony style, the PSP's battery life was false, as a graphically intensive game may last as little as 2 hours, 3 tops.
 24. I personally will stick to burnout 3. It really does alter your perception. I played it and then Need for speed underground 2 and couldn't stand it. It felt like crawling.
