OOC: Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I didn't forget! [COLOR=DarkGreen][FONT=Trebuchet MS]Raven swifty dodged one shadow and twirled around another. Her blades were out, ready for some action. Her movements were rather sluggish due to the amount of alcohol she consumed earlier, but they were enough to dodge most attacks of these 'shadows'. [i]Damn..... why are you always like this woman?!? So damned stubborn! And you kissed him for God sakes. He should have got the message then.... I guess I'm a sucker for the ones who don't love back...[/i] Slashing with her blade, Raven uses her agility to her utmost ability, carving her way through the shadows. But more and more kept coming. " When will these things ever stop?!?!?" Raven yelled in frustration. The glimmer of her blades caught Rubedo's attention for a slight second. He noticed she was rather not herself in battle. Usually she was cocky and determined, but now she wasn't focused and her movements showed it. A shadow caught Raven by the cheek, sending her flying down to the beach. She rolled across the sand and stopped just where the water lapped the white sand. Getting up slowly, Raven spat the blood out of her mouth and looked up to see herself surrounded by the shadows. They were hard to see in the darkness now that Zane's house lights didn't aid her. Her eyes slowly adjusted to the dim light. Whooshing sounds were all around her. Raven felt the water lap against her boots. " Why won't you just go away!!!!" Raven screamed, letting out a huge surge of electricity. It conducted in the water and electrocuted the ones near her. But they kept coming... and coming. Raven dropped to her knees, breathing hard, exhausted. She hadn't recovered nowhere near enough to be fighting. She felt her heart beat racing. She clutched her chest in pain. The shadows just loomed over her ominiously. Feeling darkness take over, Raven collapsed into the shallows of the beach. Her last thought was .... [i]My piece of paradise is going to be ruined by the damned creatures if they continue. I have to stop them.[/i] He heard Camilla walk in behind him. Stuffing his things into a bag, Zane quickly turned around, that demon look in his eyes. " Lets go Camilla, before these shadows ruin my home." Camilla nodded, dumbfounded by the evil look in Zane's eyes. Tey walked quickly out of Zane's bedroom and to the others. The city was a little ways north of Tokyo. A few miles out of the city was a large beautiful lake. It was called Kagami Lake because the water?s reflection was said to be a mirror to the sky so that the dragon of the lake could think he was in Heaven with the other dragons. Kitakata was a clean, peaceful city. There wasn?t much crime, or little the public heard of. Most people were on good terms with their neighbours and friends. This air of happiness was mostly seen in the local high school. The students there were some of the best in the country. Kagami High School was highly regarded academically and athletically. Past students had become successful in what career path they have chosen. A nice-looking apartment building stood in one of the main streets. A slight wind rustled the leaves in the trees along either side of the street. The sun shone softly down through the eastern windows of the apartment building. On the third floor, you could see someone sit up in their bed. This person was Alex Kiyamoto. Alex sat up in his bed and rubbed his eyes. ? Mmmm?.. morning?.. school?.? He looked around his small room, his silvery blue hair swished around as he turned his head. His schoolbooks were all over his desk from studying last night. Getting out of his bed, Alex grabbed a towel and a pair of shorts and walked to the living room. He grabbed his MP3 player before leaving his room. In the living room, Alex put replaced his slacks for shorts and put his headphones on, starting his usual morning workout. The sun shone through the large glass doors that led out onto a small balcony. Half an hour of an intense workout, Alex gathered his towel and slacks and walked to the bathroom. Taking a nice refreshing shower, Alex came out of the bathroom, bumping into his flatmate, and best friend. ? Good morning Jace-chan!? Alex said brightly. He received a grunt in reply as Jace dragged his feet to the kitchen to make himself a coffee. Alex laughed at Jace. He went to his room and got changed into his school uniform before going out to the kitchen, seeing Jace sitting at the bench, sipping a cup of coffee. ? Not a morning person Jace-chan? I can?t have my 3D partner slacking off on me,? Alex said provokingly. Jace looked up and glared at Alex who just laughed at him. ? Ok princey-boy, your badboy partner is just not a morning person!? Jace replied crossly. Jace and Alex were known as the 3D boys ? Duo Dude Death. This was a nickname given to them by their fan-girls at school. Alex was the prince every girl wanted to be swept off her feet by. Jace was the badboy every girl wanted to have protect her. And most guys at their school were envious of the two of them. The two boys had been best friends with each other since grade school. ? Well Jace-chan, you?d better get ready for school. Otherwise I?ll leave without you so you can get attacked by Kitoyama-san downstairs,? Alex said, watching for Jace?s reaction. Jace almost choked on his coffee. Kitoyama-san was an elderly lady that had taken a liking to Jace, and Alex was the only one who could pry her off of him. Jace slammed down his cup of coffee. ? [b]Short History:[/b] Alex was born in Kyoto before his parents moved up to Kitakata because of the reputation of the school and the city. He was raised diligently. His father hammered it into him that all women should be treated as royalty. His father was a true gentleman, business man and father all in one. Alex's mother was a kind and sweet woman. Thanks to them, Alex became who he is today. When Alex was in grade school, he met Jace who intrigued him. Alex had never encountered the badboy type before, so he stuck at Jace's side. As they grew up together, they always hung around each other. Some people said they were almost brothers. Alex was the counter for Jace, and therefore balanced him. The two of them had got in some pretty sticky situations but they always managed to pull through. In the year Alex turned 12, both of his parents died in a car accident. It was winter and they slide across a patch of ice on the road up in the mountains, crashing into the side rail and fell down the cliff at the side of the road. His father had written in his will that Alex was to take over the family business but Alex was too young. From the day his parents died, Alex lived with Jace. Alex strives to become like his father, the way he remembers him, although the scars of losing his parents remain buried underneath his content exterior. Yuna was over in a corner, seemingly fuming. Renee was still asleep on the table. Dave and Rayne looked up. ? ?Ow?d it go with Dimitri?? Dave asked. Lani shook her head. ? Don?t ask.? She told them how to get into the information centre and get into the computer systems, although they would need Rayne?s skills as a hacker to get into the top-security files. [i]Wait! That was my first kiss![/i] Her eyes widened and she giggled. " What's so funny?" Johnny asked, sounding a little hurt. Kefira brought her face up to him, smiling. " Nothing's funny. It's just that..... that my first kiss.... that's all." With that she moved out of Johnny's grip and followed Cassie out the door. Johnny was a little shocked but collected his things to and headed out. Alec, Kite and Sakura were in the lead, talking to one another, Kite the only one knowing where they were going. Kefira was close behind them with her backpack on her back and her litter of kittens in their box in her arms. Johnny was a little way back from them, looking at Kefira mainly. She noticed his gaze and blushed. [i]Damn.... why am I blushing.... Kite led them to a rundown army barracks on the outskirts of the city, in the general direction the NASA base was. Kite broke the padlock on the doors and he and Alec pushed them open. The group moved inside. It was quite nice considering it had been abandoned for a while. " Wow! It looks like that these weren't normal soldiers' quarters..." Kefira said in awe. Kite smiled. " Nope. The majors stayed here. It's a nice place once we fix it up a bit, I'm sure." Kefira ran to the bedrooms. All were separated to each other with walls. There was a small kitchen and living room where they had entered. Kefira looked at the bathroom, which looked fairly grubby and mucky. There was a door to the basement where the plumbing and circuit box was. " This one's mine!" Kefira proclaimed, finding a nice bedroom for herself. She set down her backpack and her kittens. They stayed in the box, wondering where they were. Kefira looked down at them. " Now you guys stay where you are. Have a sleep. Don't get out of the box!" The kittens understood and began playing with each other. Kefira sighed with relief and walked back out to the living room. She passed Cassie and Alec's rooms which were on the other side of the corridor. Kefira had chosen the one right down the end. Kite was in between her and Johnny. When she got to the living room, Johnny was giving out jobs to do. " Well we'd better get this place cleaned up a bit. Kite and Alec, you two can check the plumbing and electricity. Cassie and I will clean up the kitchen and Kefira, you can do the bathroom." " But we need cleaning products. I didn't bring any," Cassie said, pointing out an obvious problem. " Hang on. I'll go steal some," Kefira said. Before anyone could object, she was gone. In a matter of a few minutes, Kefira returned to the quarters with all the cleaning utensils and products they needed. " Wow! Where'd you get these?" Alec said. " I hope you didn't use your powers!" Cassie said. " Nope. I used my charm and wit," Kefira said, poking her tongue at Cassie. " Let's get to it!" Everyone dispersed, now having the utensils and products to do their jobs, and started cleaning up the place.[/COLOR][/FONT]

He gave him a letter describing that they had fallen ill and needed to have their luggage. Zane felt a little ill himself doing this, since it wasn't right. After the cabbie left, Zane returned to his house. This was his little piece of paradise. He entered inside to see Rubedo sitting there with Raven curled up next to him asleep. He had his arms crossed in front of him with his eyes closed. " Rubedo, you should take Raven outside. She looks like she needs some fresh air. She possibly might have alcohol poisoning. I'd like to keep an eye on her for a while. Take her outside, down to the water for a few minutes. It will help her overcome her hangover when she wakes again." Rubedo opened his eyes and gave a sideways glance at Zane before lifting Raven easily in his arms and taking her limp form outside into the night. Zane sighed. It was a struggle of wills when he asked Rubedo to do something - which will was stronger. His powers were near useless against the Guardian, but he had no need to use them against him, so it didn't matter. Zane sat down heavily in his chair, looking at Camilla over his purple lensed sunglasses. " Something wrong Miss Virgo?" Camilla looked up at him. There was an eerie silence between them as they looked over the ocean together. " Thank you..." Raven said suddenly, breaking the silence. Rubedo didn't move but he watched her out of the corner of his eye. " Thank you.... for coming to get me." " You're a Zodiac. You couldn't die when the world depends on you," Rubedo replied coolly. I'd watched DBZ, Beyblades, Zoids, etc before. I watched Transformers and Robotech when I was younger. And Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Some people classify that as anime. Don't ask me! [b]5. Do you think Anime influences you as a person?[/b] In some aspects, yeah. It makes me enjoy some things more like drawing, painting and writing. It gives me more inspiration for writing especially. How characters react to certain situations, settings, etc. [b]6. Research shows that anime is increasingly popular with the western world. Why do you think this is so?[/b] Because it is different than normal cartoons and reaches a wider target audience in general. The detail of the characters were amazing and how the animation was produced. There were all different styles of representing one character, how different artists draw the character differently. I've learned a lot about the culture from them, and it was really them who introduced me to anime. The first girl gave me a manga from Japan. " How did you know?" she asked, whispering. " My abilities as the Zodiac Pisces range from being able to read minds, predicting the future, and of course, my Evil Eye ability. But lets not talk about such trivial matters. What's your name, my fellow Zodiac, and which are you?" " I'm Camilla, and I'm Zodiac Virgo." " Ahhh... Miss Camilla is it? Pleased to meet you." Zane got up from the table, walked to Camilla's side and took her hand gently. He kissed the back of it very gentleman-like. Camilla blushed. Zane walked back to his seat and sat back down. " I'm Zane, Zodiac Pisces as you already know." " Um.... very nice to meet you Zane. Your ability, the Evil Eye, interests me. Why is it called that?" Zane looked at Camilla with his piercing blue eyes. " I don't wish to show you. It's far too harsh for me to do something like that to a beautiful lady such as yourself." Camilla blushed at his compliment. " But I'll show you when we leave. We have guests outside." Camilla looked out the windows of the restuarant to see a gang standing, waiting outside. " Why are they here?" she questioned. Zane took a sip of the rose champagne he had ordered for himself and Camilla. " I'm a doctor around here. I think they have personal issues with me. But lets enjoy our meal first. I've already ordered. I hope you don't mind trying some new things." Zane winked and Camilla blushed again. A taxi suddenly pulled up outside. Four people came out. Zane's attention was immediately drawn to their presences. He turned to Camilla and smiled at her. " It seems your friends have come after all." He ordered the waiter to gather more chairs and join another table onto theirs. Rubedo, Raven (who was now awake although a bit disorientated), Ima and Kariz walked inside the restuarant. Another waiter escorted the others over to their table. Kane stood and greeted each by name and Zodiac type, except for Rubedo who he greeted by Guardian. He kissed each lady on the back of the hand, and gave Rubedo a firm hand shake. " Please, come sit with Miss Camilla and I. We were just about to eat. What can I get you to drink?" Rubedo said no more alcohol for Raven, who really couldn't care because she had no idea where she was. Kariz and Ima ordered their drinks. They all sat down. Camilla, Rubedo and Raven on the right side; Zane, Ima and Kariz on the left. They started drinking, all talking happily except for Rubedo who was talking sparingly, and Raven, who was silent and leaning on Rubedo's right shoulder groggily. Zane's attention was firmly fixed on the conversation at hand, although those menacing figures outside started to annoy him. The meals were brought out. The wonderful smells of spices filled the air. Everyone's mouths started to water. First course was a delicious soup made with hot Spanish sausages and rich Spanish cheese. The smells of the food made everyone ravenous. Second course was a choice of spiced lamb or a vegetarian dish just in case. Everyone chose their preference and their meals were promptly given to them. The food was superb. Everyone was having a good time, even Rubedo was enjoyng himself, even though he wasn't showing it. He was more concerned over Raven, which was strange. She ate her food slowly and carefully, her head pounding. Zane watched the two with a grin on his face. [i]Interesting..... those two care about each other.... but are too stubborn to admit it to each other.... Raven has been hurt in the past. Her past romantic relationships have failed miserably... Poor woman... Rubedo has been hurt in the past too... those images are terrible. No one... not even a Guardian should have to live through such experiences...[/i] Dessert was a special type of chocolate mousse with white chocolate mousse in the centre, drizzled with brandy schnapps. It was scrumptious. Accompanied by the rose champagne, everything was so tasteful. By the end of the meal, all of the Zodiacs and Rubedo were feeling rather full and satisfied. They had gotten to know each other quite well over the course of dinner. Zane watched over everyone as most talked happily amongst themselves, although his attention was firmly fixed on Camilla. She was indeed a rare beauty. Her blue hair and blue eyes reminded him of the ocean he loved so much. Standing, Zane smiled down at them. " Well I must say that was an excellent meal. Compliments to the chef! Anyhow, I'd like to invite you all to my house. It's out of the city near the ocean. It would be better if we talked about more serious matters there. We can all have after dinner drinks if you wish. I have a fine collection." They all nodded, got up and left. Zane paid the bill as the others left. However the others ran straight into the burly group of men that had been waiting since Zane and Camilla had arrived. Zane stepped out and stood in front of the ladies, his hand pushing up his purple lensed glasses slightly. " How rude to interrupt someone when they are out with guests. I suppose though, that all of you don't have manners, so I'll pass the lecture," Zane said, a sly grin on his face. " YOU! Angel Doctor! You let our comrade die! We would have paid you to keep him alive, but you didn't want money!!! YOU LET HIM DIE!" the leader, who stepped forward, roared. All the Zodiacs and Rubedo looked at Zane, who had his rich brown hair covering his eyes. " There was nothing I could do for him. He had an advanced case of a severe illness. I let him pass to Heaven with a vision that he wished," Zane replied coolly. " YOU COULD DO SOMETHING FOR HIM!!! YOU'RE THE ANGEL DOCTOR!!" the leader said angrily. He charged at Zane. Rubedo went to move when he found he couldn't move. Zane's rich brown hair turned spikey and the pupils of his eyes turned to slits. All of the sudden the leader stopped dead in his tracks, a look of horror over his face. The whole gang's faces were looks of horror. " Don't..... don't look at me...." the leader stuttered as he dropped to his knees, holding his head, although he was unable to tear himself away from Zane's demon-looking eyes. A minute passed and the gang suddenly found they could move. The leader scurried away from Zane, whose hair returned to normal. " Did you have a nice dream?" Zane asked, pushing his glasses up his nose again. " One minute. For one minute, what you saw was an illusion. I hope you don't threaten myself or the others again." With that, Zane walked to the taxi zone to find some taxis for the others. He hailed two. Camilla came up to him, as the others did. " What was that?" she asked. Zane sighed. " That was my Evil Eye technique. For one minute, I can show them illusions. Everything feels real. These illusions are nightmares that you can see, feel, smell, taste for one whole minute. Now, on a happier note, lets go to my house!" [b]Half an hour later...[/b] Zane paid the cabbies for their services and sent them on their way. The almost full moon shone over the ocean brightly. A cool ocean breeze calmed everyone as they walked towards Zane's house. It was a beach-house style - open and luxurious to most people - but the Zane, this was his little piece of paradise. He ushered them all inside and gave them all a drink of their preference. They all sat on his large sapphire blue sofas. He sat down in an armchair, facing them. The way his hair cascaded down into his face when he looked concerned, his sharp eyes that felt like they could look into her very soul, his smooth masculine voice that almost lulled her into a dream. The six kittens miaowed at their surrogate mother. She looked down at them and stroked each on the head. When she stroked each of them, they fell silent and dozed off to sleep. " So your power is turning into a giant panda bear?" Kefira asked, stroking each of the kittens so that they would feel comforted. Johnny nodded. " Kind of a weird power, don't you think?" He laughed at himself. Kefira joined in. " Well, I can't really say much because I could turn into a panda too. But then, I'm not a sword-wielding samurai panda!" Johnny chuckled at her joke. " Very true. So, what extent do you think your power is?" Kefira thought for a minute. " Well, in human form, I have the abilities of my favourite species of animal, any type of cat. That's probably why I turned into it as my first transformation. That, and I used to live in Africa, in Kenya on the savannah. I'm in America on exchange. When I transformed, one memory of home stood out amongst the rest." " A lioness was protecting her cubs from a new male lion. When a new male takes over the pride, he kills any cubs sired by the previous male, that he can, and chases the older males off. This lioness was protecting her young cubs so fiercely that the new male had to be tranquilised and taken to a nearby rehabilitation centre. It was the most awesome thing I have seen a lioness do." " Wow," Johnny said, " That's amazing. So what type of animals do you think you can turn into?" " I think I can turn into any creature that you can show me a picture of. Like an angel, or a demon, or a dragon. I think I have the ability to do that. Maybe even change into a different human. In a memory about the experiments on me, I turned into a vampire and devoured the doctor that was testing me." Kefira shivered. Her kittens miaowed again, sensing her unease. Johnny tentatively put an arm around her shoulders. " Since those experiments on us, I think that all of us has done things we regret," Johnny said comfortingly. Kefira nodded. " It was horrible watching those boys die. It was like I was a spectator to the whole thing. I couldn't control the cat's body. The cat's mind just took over. The whole alleyway was painted red with their blood..." Kefira trailed off. " Try not to worry about. All of us, I'm sure, have done things that we didn't mean. We just have to keep our powers in check now. Ok?" Kefira nodded. She looked up at him with a weak smile. Kefira's expression saddened as she heard the tone of voice Johnny used in the last sentence. She walked over to him and gave him a hug, which surprised him. She let him go and backed away a little. " Sorry. I just thought it was a nice gesture," Kefira said, a little hurt by his expression on his face. Johnny looked at her, puzzled but didn't say anything. " I know a place we can go," Kite spoke up. " There's an old army barracks that I know of. I'm sure no one will care if we stay there." " All right then. Meet everyone back here in an hour," Johnny said. Everyone went except Kefira, Johnny and Cassie, who disappeared into her room for a few moments. Johnny looked up at Kefira. " Are you going to go back home for a while Kefira?" he asked softly. " Umm.... yes... not before I want to talk to you about ... something." Her heart beat against her chest rather hard. [COLOR=Red][FONT=Trebuchet MS]Sunlight filtered through the thin curtains. Andy's eyes fluttered open. She sat up slowly and looked around. M had disappeared from her side. She heard the shower going in the bathroom next door. Getting out of bed, Andy walked over to the door and just opened it. She could see M's misty figure behind the misty glass shower door. Slowly she crept in, not making a single sound. She shut the dor silently behind her. A wicked grin crossed her face. Andy carefully took off her clothes without making any sound. She walked over to the shower and carefully slid in behind M. He must have been deep in thought because he didn't notice any of what she had done already. Andy leant into M without touching him. He turned around under the water, facing her. His eyes were closed as he let the water run down his body. Softly, Andy leant in and kissed M on the lips. He kissed back, still in his deep thought. She ran her hands down over his shoulders and down his sides before M realised who joined him. He jumped a little. Andy had become marvelous at hiding her emotions when creeping up on him. " Andy.... you surprised me!" " That's what I was wanting to do fool." M chuckled. He liked this new, more playful Andy. " Heh. Come and attack me in the shower are you?" Andy put on an angelic thinking face. " Yup!" M laughed again and put his arms around her waist, bringing her closer to him. " Now now M, no frisky business here in the shower," Andy mocked playfully. M couldn't help himself but laugh. " You, Andy, have changed a lot." " I've learned to trust everyone a bit better. And I learned a lot more other things about life. And most of them are thanks to you M. You made me open up." " Indeed. It's a change for the better. Even your powers have benefitted from it." She gave a shifting sidewards glance towards Rubedo who sat as silent as a rock on the other side of the taxi seat. She looked back out of the window, stewing things over. There were other Zodiacs here. Both Raven and Rubedo could sense them. On their approach in the plane, both could feel the Zodiacs leaving the airport. Raven swore as she felt their presences depart. Stopping at a decent looking hotel, the sun began to set over the western horizon. Raven sighed. She looked at Rubedo then away quickly before he caught her glance. He infuriated her beyond belief, and yet she cared for him. She couldn't tell him because she knew he wouldn't feel the same way, just like every other time she felt something towards a male. She was now very certain that her love life was a lost case. " Rubedo?" she said, sounding completely and utterly exhausted. She couldn't be angry with him any longer. Rubedo turned a looked at her searchingly. " Can you take my things up to the rooms? I'm going to go....... do something. I won't be back for hours. If you want to go and find the other Zodiacs, don't let my lack of presence stop you. Don't wait up." She didn't wait for any response, whether physical or verbal. He felt their presences the moment they stepped off what plane they had arrived on. There was two people per taxi. Three of them were women, the other was a formidable looking man. He had watched them depart from a safe distance, somewhat hiding his power. It wasn't normal of Zane to be suspicious, but the power eminating from these four people were closely related to his powers. It was better to be safe, than sorry. The two taxis stopped at a nice hotel on the main tourist strip of the Moroccan captial, away from the urban filth and decay. The three woman and one man stepped out of the taxis with their luggage in hand and walked into the hotel. Zane followed them masterfully, making out he was a tourist, inspecting what the hotel had to offer. The group of four checked in and were escorted up to their rooms. Zane watched them out of the corner of his eye. After they left, he walked up to reception. " Excuse me, could you please tell me what room those four people are in? I'm an old friend of theirs. I'd like to send them in invitation to have lunch with them," Zane said, putting on a rich English accent to help his case. His eyes turned a sky blue. The receptionist saw not the real Zane, but a rather handsome Englishman standing there. " I'll send a message up to their room. If you'd like to write it for me, it shall be taken up there immediately sir," the female receptionist replied. Zane scribbled down his message and gave it to the receptionist. She thanked him and Zane walked away, his eyes returning to normal after he left the building. The message said: [i]Welcome fellow Zodiacs to Morocco. I bet you are wondering why I know who you are. I am a Zodiac myself, and I have deduced from your arrival here that you are searching for me. Consider me found. Meet me for dinner at a wonderful Spanish restuarant called 'The Flaming Red Dress'. There were a few other occupants other than her. A group of about six men played pool, betting each other on who would win. A couple sat a few seats down the bar from Raven, the woman giggling happily. Raven took her last sip of her rum before asking the bar attendant for another. He grabbed the bottle of liquor and walked over to her, pouring her her drink. " Don't you think that's enough love?" the middle-aged man asked kindly. Raven took another sip, looking bleary-eyed at the wooden bar before her. She rolled the glass around by its bottom. " I don't think I've had entirely enough good sir. But you and I are strangers. Quite peculiar that you even have the slightest care for someone you do not know," Raven replied thickly. " Sounds like you're having romantic problems." Raven took a large sip from her glass, the alcohol sweeping through her body. " One could say that. Although if you knew, you wouldn't say that at all sir." " You speak in riddles love." " At least I speak. The one I care for.... well .... lets just say.... he doesn't know.... and I'm certain that he doesn't care." " How do you know if you haven't told him?" " He's silent, cold, distant... possibly bitter with what happened in his past. I don't think he has a caring bone in his body." Slamming down her glass, she shattered it, glass flying everywhere. Lightning could be seen crackling around her bloody hand that once held the glass. Her blood slowly dripped onto the wooden bar as she sat motionless. " Good lord love, your hand is bleeding!" the man said, reaching for a cloth. " There's no need to be worried. I've been worse than this, I assure you. It's a mild scratch, nothing more." The man looked at Raven, who looked at the bar sullenly. He then looked at her hand. What she said as a mere scratch was actually many deep gashes in her hand. They all bled profusely. " Look love, you're going to need to see a doctor. Your [i]scratch[/i] is going to need stitches." " I SAID I'M FINE!" Raven yelled, standing up abruptly. The whole bar went silent. Raven sat back down, her hand in her non-bleeding hand. " Excuse my outburst." She left enough money for the numerous drinks she had and a large tip before leaving the bar. Walking up the stairs to street-level, Raven looked out into the night. The street lights were blurry to say the best. Heaving her coat over her tightly, she began the walk back to the hotel she and Rubedo were staying at. Even though she was highly intoxicated, her sense of direction never managed to fail. Heavy footsteps came up quickly behind Raven and before she knew it, she was in an alley-way, against a wall. She could make out six figures in her blurry world her eyes portrayed. She could see glints of various weapons being pulled from their hiding places. Raven looked up to the man that had her pinned against the wall. " You were easy prey. Too drunk to notice us following you. Too drunk to even figure out what we plan to do to you," the man said, the one that pinned her against the wall. Raven let out an exapserated sigh. Her sarcasm would never be misplaced, even if she was completely and utterly off her face, drunk. " You are going to hurt me with your weapons, use me as your little pincushion with your pins you have as dicks and then, possibly, kill me." The men looked in shock at one another. However, the shock soon turned to rage. The man that pinned Raven against the wall speedily stuck a knife under her throat. She felt a small trickle of blood go down her neck and between her breasts. " You're a cocky one. I like those. They take more to break than the others who just scream for help. No one comes to rescue them, you know. They're all so sweet, so young, so fresh when we pick them off." He smelled her hair. " Mmmm.... you too have that scent.... that scent that all men desire.... the scent of a virgin." " And if I am one? What's it to you? I'm sure your little pin won't do anything to it," Raven replied sarcastically. With the force of Rubedo's hit, the man backhanded Raven across the right cheek. Her head jerked to the right. Blood dribbled out of her mouth and onto the ground. " That's for insulting me. You should learn some manners." " And you should learn not to mess with a person that's way out of your league." Raven brought her head up and glared the man in the eyes. " I'll give you one warning... all of you... Don't mess with me." All of the men starting howling with laughter. Then all of a sudden, they all attacked her. Within a few minutes, Raven's clothes were torn to bare shreds, her body had become a training device for the weaponary skills of the group and her privates had become somewhat of a public affair. " Ok.... that's it." Eyes neon yellow, rage in her mind, Raven unleashed her powers directly to kill. Lightning came from her body and instantly turned each man into ash as he attacked her. Within a few moments, none were left alive. Staggering out of the alleyway, Raven made her way only a few more blocks down the streets before limping into an alleyway and collapsing against a wall. As she slid down it, she left a great blood smear. Luckily, she was far from the public's sight. She looked up from the ground and stared straight ahead. " Are you happy now Rubedo? Her body again shivered. She hadn't been touched like this for a long long time. Ever since.... Suddenly Karyan jerked away from kissing Kaine softly on the neck, her eyes full of fear and anger. " Karyan, what's wrong?" Kaine's smooth, reassuring masculine voice came to her. " N...nothing............. Kaine..." She looked up at him with watery eyes. " I don't want you to get punished for not doing your card." " What?" Standing, Karyan undressed herself, masterfully taking off her clothes to make Kaine as mad with passion as possible. She wanted him to do it, although she didn't want it to be at this moment. She wanted to develop their relationship a bit further before something major like this happened. Kaine watched as Karyan undressed herself, feeling passion and desire over-ride his rational mind. Naked, Karyan walked over to him and lay on top of his, her body against his. Sliding her hands down his sides, Karyan took off Kaine's shirt masterfully. Kaine wondered for a fleeting moment how easily she seemed to be naked in front of him, and how masterfully she was removing his clothes. Both of them now lay naked upon Karyan's bed. Kaine looked up into Karyan's eyes. They looked emotionless on the exterior but he could see past that, past into the turmoil that lay beneath. He watched her lower her lips to his. The kiss took his breath away. There was something about it that... wasn't entirely right... Closing his eyes, Kaine enjoyed the sensations that were given to him by the woman that layon top of him. Her soft feathery skin ran against his. His blood felt like it was boiling - boiling with passion. His desire for her over-rode his rational part of his brain as he began to ravage her. Kaine flipped Karyan over so that he was on top. Kissing, licking, biting her naked body, he realised that he had penetrated her. Feeling explosions of sensation run through his body, he kissed her breathlessly, not noticing tears in the woman's eyes. Rocking back and forward, the two were in union with each other. After for half an hour of making love to each other, Kaine fell back on th bed, completely and utterly exhausted. Karyan got up quickly off the bed and covered herself immediately with a robe. Her whole body was shaking, but she hid herself away in the bathroom so Kaine couldn't see her tear-streaked face. All she could hear was Kaine's hard breathing in her bedroom. Sitting up with the sheet wrapped around her, Andy looked around to see M pacing the room, a head-set on his head. He was talking quietly into it. " M?" Andy asked, looking at him with tired eyes. " Andy ..... shhh.... go back to sleep my love." " What are you doing?" " Shhh ... go back to sleep..." " You need it too." " I'll come and join you once I'm finished." Andy scowled at him. She hated it when he didn't tell her what she was doing. " M..." " Andy, it's ok. I'm just talking to Headquarters." " All right..." She lay in the bed, awake, waiting for M to join her. Taking another blanket and putting it over her, Andy listened to the soft coversation M was having over the head-set. It was about Jace's disappearance and Alex's new-coming. Something about information, but that was all Andy could make out. Lieing there in the darkness, Andy wondered what the hell was going on. Eric went absolutely spastic in their last fight. Taikaru changed her appearance somehow. Ivy was afraid to go ballastic. So many things had happened in such a short space of time. It was like old times. The rustle of clothes made Andy turn over and look at M undressing. " Are you coming to bed?" she asked hopefully. " Yes." Andy sighed, a smile spreading across her face. M walked around the bed and climbed into the other side. Andy again turned over to see M looking at her. They were face to face. She smiled. He smiled back. She moved herself to have herself snuggled at his side while he lay on his back. " I love you M...." Andy said as she fell asleep again. This time feeling more comforted by M's presence. " I love you too Andy," M whispered his reply before falling asleep.[/COLOR][/FONT]
