I can see two main effects, and if it's not that exact effect, it does the same thing basically: Add noise (Not Mono), and the tile technique. Not too spectacular. The color clash hurts my eyes. I'm used to dark colors, mixing fluidly together.

Mr. Mosquito, or [i]Ka[/i] (Japanese for mosquito).... Heh. EGM said there was no chance in Hell Sony would fly that bug over to the US. Guess they were wrong. Anyway, Mr. Mosquito, while oddly entertaining, is certainly buggy (No pun intended). The music is horrible, the controls are lose, and it's nearly impossible to beat. But the controls, as far as layout-wise, a definatly inovative. Almost on par with Ape Escape (Heh... Good times). But rent this one, folks. If you feel a need to pick this up, get it at a garage sale or something. Or just save your money up for GTA4... :tasty:

And some simple hints would be like anything while you fly. 1) Roll to the sides a lot. 2) When turning, increase your speed. 3) When a missile is locked on, go straight up at full speed, then pull up to the point where you're facing down, and the missile should've lost you during the loop. 4) Use accelerations and decelerations as needed. Accelerate and dodge during dogfights, decelerate during temporary Zulu times. 5) Most importantly, shoot them before they shoot you.

The first game I beat and enjoyed at the same time wasssssssss.... Hmm, that's tough. I think the first Mario was the first one I beat, but no other game can even hold a candle to MGS's gameplay/endings. That game will go down in history forever.

While messing around after making the shadowness realistic fire thing, I smudged a bit, darkened, burnt, changed some effects here, changed some there. Eventually, I came out with something I originally thought of when I heard of the Fire Caverns in FFVIII... So enjoy my boredom, eh?

That's nice, but you should mix things up. Change the background to the other one. The blue is whacked. But the Spike pick is nice. And you have PLENTY of room for that quote. You'd just need to not make it on one single line. :) 7/10
