[SIZE=1]Minna sat by one of the water gardens in the Sohma estate, staring at a lone cherry blossom floating on the surface.It reminded her of a teeny,pink ship.She was tempted to pick up a twig and push it around,but didn't want to "sink the ship".So she just watched it as it swirled in a light breeze.It was a poetic site in a sense.Dreamy thoughts filled her head... Until they were interruped by loud voices.She sighed as she identified them as those of Yukin and Kyo Sohma.And another that she did not recognize.She peeked around the side of the house to see a battered looking girl standing with Yukin,Kyo and Raze,whom she had not heard speak. "Uh...are you alright?" she asked,strolling lightly toward the group.Her question was directed at the "new girl" and she hoped she'd answer.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=1]Well...if I were to classify my grade,this is how it would work.I will also give an example of a female and male specimen of each group,if possible. Prep:Shes (and a few hes) that dress in Hollister,American Eagle,Abercrombie and Fitch,Pac-Sun and others.Girls often have the name of one of the many stores plastered all over their clothes.Guys are a little more subtle,but you can tell. The girls shirts are often tiny,tight and sometimes see-through.Their skirts are too short,and they often wear flip flops or (in my opinion) ugly kicks or slips,whatever you call them.Except for one exception in my school whom we call Miss Katie Sprang.She insists on wearing these horrible crocheted booties that even an 85 year old women in her right mind wouldn't wear. There are different breeds of prep.Hardcore preps are as discribed above.Wanna-be preps are also as above,but no one cares about them.Or they laugh at how they aren't as "preppy" as them.And there are the "comfy preps" that are infesting my school currently.Girls wear grey sweatpants over boxers,letting their boxers hang out in a masculine fashion.They also wear too-small shirts from old baseball teams and etc that they picked up from their local thrift store over a white t-shirt.Yeah.Preps make up the main population of out school. Hardcore Prep:Brittany Lauson and Mitch Jones Wanna-be Preps:Laura Westfall and no guys Comfy Preps: (Two girls this time) Carly Shaw and Katie Sprang Normal/Sporty:No one is my grade is a jock.Its sorta hard to be,since our sports teams suvk.So yeah.But people dress sporty with teams they are on outside of school t-shirts and Street Ball (a local basketball tournament) t-shirts. Examples:Matt "Ernie" Ernst and Emily Christopher Punk/Goth:I can count all the punk/goth people in the entire school on one hand,both tops.Seriously though,most of them are posers. Punks:Chelsea St.Peter and Ayla Klockzien Skaters:Mostly guys,except for a few girls.What else can I say?They always wear skate shoes and skate brand shirts etc.The girls are mostly going out with them and wear their shoes. Skaters: David Rudie and Evan Ramsey Girlfriends:Shelby Wollerman and Gabby Lauver Everyone else:This is me and other people.We don't really fit into a group. In my case,I love people.I want to be friends with everyone,or at least try to get along with them.[/SIZE]

My mom thought Invader Zim was to "violent" when it was on Nickelodeon,so she didn't let me watch it.But I borrowed the DVD from Blockbuster.So I have seen it. (No offence) Or you could be a devout Catholic and the other could be a devil worshipper. You just never know. [SIZE=1]It was pretty upsetting when my cat Tuff-Luck a.k.a Tuffy was put down.Before I left for school that morning,Tuffy had been acting very strange.She was running into walls and could not stand up for very long.I carried her downstairs and we layed her by the fireplace,her favorite spot.Me and my little sister covered her up with our 'baby blankets' and put a bunch of little stuffed animals and some food and water by her.We left for school hoping for the best.My parents had the day off,so they stayed with her. I practically ran home from school that day,fingers crossed.I ran in the door and looked to the spot where we left Tuffy,only to find the blankets folded and the animals sitting next to them.My mom informed me that they put her to sleep and pressed her collar and a tiny 'kitty angel' pin into my hand.I started bawling.But you would too if the cat you'd had all your life died.But she was old.Almost 19.She was ready. I have two other tragic deaths,but they aren't as sad.My moms rabbit Moosemichi (yeah...) died of heat stroke when we were playing with her one day,and my rat Benny got stuck under his wheel and died.I came into my room after a shower and found him dead.It was kinda scary.[/SIZE]

Incident: When Miharu was 15 she started seeing a 17 year old named Kuroda.Her mother and father dissapproved of him because he was older than her,but she continued to see him.At first he treated her like a princess.He was charming and a perfect gentleman.Most of the time.When Miharu talked with other guys,Kuroda would come over and take her by the arm and sterr her away.But she kept talking to the other guys.They were her friends.But Kuroda didn't care.He would hit her and tell her that she was a "bad girlfriend" and she should stop.He threatened to kill her and then himself if she broke up with him.She was scared for herself and him aswell.She loved him,despite his faults. But one night changed everything.The most popular boy at school,Yumi,asked Miharu on a date,and lo and behold,Kuroda was there.She said no,but Kuroda was still angry.He took her outside into an alley-way and began to hit her,calling her worthless and a stupid b**** et.cetera.He demanded she apologize for all she put him through,but she couldn't.He pulled a knife from his pocket and slashed her throat.He said that their relationship was a waste of his time and left her in the alley,bleeding heavily from her wound.Luckily,Yumi found her and was able to get her to the hospital.But not in time.Her vocal cords were so damaged that the doctors said she would never speak again. Sorry it's not so good.I was rushed by my mum. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=1]I really like a guy who can understand me.And put up with my constant ditzyness.I like guys that can take a joke,aswell as make one.I also like guys with a personality,not one of those extremely beautiful but extremely dumb types.I also like guys who can cry and not care. I don't care if this said "ideal guy" has blonde,black,brown,red or any color inbetween.As long as it is not green.There is something about green hair that makes me sick.Sorry if any of you have green hair,but it bothers me. I'd be scared if an "ideal guy" for me has tatoos.Its erm...illegal right now.And major piercings aren't that great.I would be afraid to be with them in a lightning storm. As for dress,I am picky.I love a guy who can wear anything he thinks will look good on him.I love little boy t-shirts,man-jewelry (not major though) and ties.I myself like wearing ties.I wish I knew a guy with courage like Momiji or Haru from Furuba,because I love their sense of dress.It's lovely. [SIZE=1]I am picked on on a daily basis for reading "those backward books".The only other people in my school who actually read and watch them are my friends.I can count the number of people who actually read them on one hand,maybe both.Yep.Me,Ayla,Micheal and Andrew.Liz and Lauren don't count because they just read the preview books released by Tokyo Pop. And I'm in this bad habit of now carrying around these Pokemon pencils because they sharpen really well and have nice erasers.But everyone makes fun of me. Now I am not "fat".My friends are constantly reminding me when I complain about being cold that it's because I don't have enough body fat to keep myself warm.But most of them haven't seen me in a bathing suit.My tummeh is a bit pudgey. XP -slaps self for hypocrit-ness- But thats beside the point.I am in absolute horrible shape.I hate running and much strenuos (sp?) activity.A few people have told me I'm built to run or play tennis,but I have no strength what-so-ever.Just for an idea,I sometimes have to use a butter knife to open a can of soda. -Bad example- But its mainly in the spring and summer when everyone participates in all the "GO GO GO!" activity when I can't breathe from all the pollen,dust and mold.So yeah.I can run just fine in the winter and late fall.Which is inconvieniet. I love eating.I could eat all day if I wanted to.Most people say they really can't tell by looking at me,but its true.But that would be sorta disgusting.So yeah.My favorite foods are fruits and vegables.I love them to death.I just had a peach and two cereal-sized bowls of plain lettuce.But I also love Dairy Queen and any form of ice cream... :animeswea So I gotta eat right when I get older.Its going to be a hard habit to break,going to Dairy Queen or eating ice cream at least once a week. And now relating to something some-one said about their friend being asked by and junior or something of that nature.But yeah,we had this guy from the Christine Anne Center come in and talk about dating violence and abuse and stuff,and he said something about the upperclassmen asking freshmen girls out [B]A LOT[/B].This he says is because of that old cliche type-deal where the guy should be older than the girl. (I for one don't believe that...unless its like 10 or 15 more years difference then...) So its not that uncommon.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=1]Manga takes a few forms of importance in my life.Its something that made me closer to two of my now great friends.We found out quite by accident that we both loved manga.Now ever since we have been swapping books back and forth,him and him from their extensive collections and me giving them a few Furuba as I buy and finsh them. :catgirl: It also is a creative outlet for me.I love to draw my favorite panels,even though I'm not such a good drawer.I also make up things that I think should have happened and sometimes get in the mood to start up a fan-fic,even though I write a few paragraphs and give up and/or loose the notebook I was writing in! They are also a lovely addition to my family of things. :animeswea Sounds sorta selfish,but I love my stuff.I am sorta disgustingly clean and neat about my Furuba's,since they are the only ones I own.I hate to bend the cover too much and I don't like folding pages.I even avoid holding onto the book while I cry at sad parts so my tears/(yeah its yucky but) occasional snot drip onto the page and have it dry all crinkly.[/SIZE]

All throughout highschool Tru played cello.Her orchestra teacher though she should try the violin,but she preferred the cellos sound.Her parents pulled the information for Vibe from their filing cabinet and asked Tru if she was interested.At first she was skeptical,not wanting to go to a school full of snobs.But after a visit to the school,she found the environment enjoyable and reasonable.She signed up.After a few weeks of finger crossing and eagerly awaiting the post-man, the acceptance letter showed up.[/SIZE]

If you couldn't already tell (username and sub-title) I absolutly love Momiji Sohma from Fruits Basket! I haven't seen the anime,but I have read all the manga released in the US.He is so much like me,and he's a little bishounen to boot! In my opinion anyways... So yeah! I like all the guys from Fruits Basket and Syaoran from Tsubasa.He would be the perfect best guy friend,besides my Michael. ^+^

[SIZE=1]As IceRose said,Fruits Basket is definatly a manga with some romantic themes. It mostly(romance-wise) about Kyo and Yuki Sohma semi-competing for the heart of Tohru Honda,an orphaned girl who comes to live in Shigure Sohma's house with Yuki and Kyo. There are other relationships amongst the series,including the attraction between Hiro and Kisa,two of the youngest members of the Zodiac,and Kagura's -cough-obsession -cough- with Kyo. Tsubasha is pretty good so far.A quest for the princess whom he loves memory.I just started reading it so I don't know much.[/SIZE]
