Instead of white, her outfit revolves around black and a darker shade of blue. Also, her blue collar is a bit bigger so that it sags around her neck from gravity. [B]Rank:[/B] Genin [B]Personality:[/B] As her appearance generates, Kaoru is very steady and easy- going, mostly clumsy at times. She tries really hard in her Kunoichi classes, practicing her techniques and spells every single day, getting ready for whatever mission her higher- ups give her. Even though she practices a lot, most people in her class make fun of her because of the way she messes everything up, even though she tries really hard. But, even when she is mostly known for being the class clown, Kaoru tries whatever she can do to help others, whether it be a small favor or even if it means risking her life, she'll do anything to help a friend out. Instead of taking charge of anything, she instead follows behind the leader, obeying every command that is given to her. She stands strongly for justice and helps the weak, so if anything evil is under her nose, she would get down to it and take care of whatever needs to be taken care of in order to protect her people. [B]Equipment:[/B] Kaoru has a kunai holster wrapped around her right thigh, holding ten kunai and eight shuriken. Hanging on the right side of her hip by a long dark- blue ribbon is a hand- made blue and black [URL=http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/436788/2/istockphoto_436788_origami_and_japanese_umbrella_2.jpg]umbrella,[/URL] which has the kanji, サファイアの死, written on it; she uses the umbrella in a lot of her techniques and also to shield herself from enemy attacks. Also hanging by her hips is a brown pack, which she holds first- aid and some smoke bombs. Lastly, hanging on her back are two[URL=http://www.toysnjoys.com/swords/shinobirunner.jpg]katanas[/URL], in which she uses most of the time in her spars. [B]Main Weapon/ Technique:[/B] Karou's techniques vary because of the fact that she is an equal fighter in both chakra and physical techniques. [B]* Biransei no Jutsu-[/B] This Ninjutsu technique creates a cloud of poisonous gas that erupts from the ninja's mouth in a stream. The cloud clears a distance between the ninja and their enemy, as not to capture the ninja himself within it's area of effect. [B] *Tsubasa no Ryu-[/B] A fighting technique in which only Kaoru knows of. Running towards the enemy and jumping while rolling upwards, Kaoru keeps one foot straight out while landing a kick on the opponents shoulder. Then, after landing while crouching, she grabs her umbrella and strikes it directly at their throat, then opening it in order to make the opponent fly upward. With the umbrella still open, Kaoru teleports towards her flying enemy and closes the umbrella, bashing it against their head like a baseball while gracefully landing downwards. [B]Writing Sample: " Huff... huff... Sensei, has my form gotten better at least by a little?" "Yes, Kaoru, but you must still keep practicing in order to gain your full potential."[/B] The young long brown- haired Kunoichi sighed, still breathing hard and sweat dripping from her forehead down towards her hot chin. This had been her tenth day in a row practicing her ninja techniques since her Sensei, Azumi, ordered her to become ready for any mission that was going to be handed to her. Ever since the three famed heros of Konoha had become legned, Kaoru wanted to become the best Shinobi she could ever be and maybe even show others that she wasn't just a huge klutz. Her parents had died awhile back from a mission that was ranked highest in all the books and she didn't want to be the only one in her clan that wasn't remembered for all the great things she would become. [B] "Kaoru, that's it for today,"[/B] Azumi sighed, realizing that her student was daydreaming about the past, [B]"you can go home now... but keep practicing your poison mist technique, okay?"[/B] Azumi then smiled and nodded, patting Kaoru lightly on the head as she teleported into the distance. Kaoru bowed slightly as she saw her Sensei teleport, then picking up her things and walking to her house. She usually always walked through the park when she walked home because it was a faster shortcut and it brought back a lot of memories from her childhood. Walking slowly, she looked up into the sky and wondered if she as ever going to become a great ninja such as her idols. It seemed like a far off dream, but she knew she was at least going to try to achieve it. [B] "Thinking about becoming the greatest Kunoichi again, huh?"[/B] Kaoru let out a light yelp, jumping back and grabbing a kunai from her holster before realizing that it was her best friend, Kuro, crossing his arms and letting out a small chuckle before walking towards her and patting her head. [B] "Guh.. Kuro..."[/B] Kaoru wailed as she put her kunai back, sighing and putting her hands on her hips, [B]"you know I hate it when you do that..." "Well.. I'm sure your enemies will do much worse than I have right now." "Shut up... my Sensei already told me the same thing before practice was over,"[/B] Kaoru snorted. Kuro chuckled a bit before grabbing her hand, dragging her home with him. [B]"Come on, I promised to help you out with your Chakra training, didn't I?" "Y.. yeah,"[/B] a meek Kaoru quietly replied, slightly blushing. The two walked home hand in hand as they continued on about Shinobi training, the sun slowly setting into the distant sky. It had been awhile since Kuro was back in Konoha and they had been unseperable ever since, leaving her wondering if they would actually ever be together after all this time of "just being friends." Suddenly, Kuro stopped in his tracks, motioning Kaoru to do the same. They both looked around at the tree tops, the sunset's dim light slowly fading. It had been quiet for a few minutes until Kaoru quickly heard the small rustling of leaves in the tree tops, causing her to quickly glance to her right. [B]"There!"[/B] she yelled, swiftly grabbing a kunai from her right holster and throwing it at the leaves, causing two other Shinobi to teleport out in front of them. Both Kuro and Kaoru got in fighting stance, watching the other's back while also keeping an eye on the intruders. [B]"What the hell do you guys want?"[/B] Kuro mocked at a chuckling adversary. [B]"Nothing really,"[/B] one of them smirked, [B]"just wanting to have a bit of fun with a few small fry before we head onto our actual journey."[/B] Kaoru stood firm and brave, but sweat fell down her flushed cheeks, her body feeling small and scared. She tightened the grip on her kunai as her hands became more and more shaky. [B]"Aww... look at the poor little girl shaking scared,"[/B] the other one sneered, licking his lips, [B]"though, I have to admit, it is kind of cute."[/B] That was it for Kuro; he growled as he ran towards the enemy in front of him, jumping from a long rang and yelling, [B]"Shippuu Kagai no Jutsu! Hurricane Assault Technique!"[/B] He unleashed flurries of blows on the astonished enemy while the other ran towards Kaoru, throwing a shuriken in her direction. Without taking another thought, Kaoru quickly jumped up high and spun backwards, throwing a kunai towards the oncoming enemy. Though he teleported out of the way and out of sight, Kaoru knew exactly where he was. She quickly grabbed her blue umbrella by her hip and opened it, blocking his sword attack just in time. Without him even noticing her behind the umbrella, she quickly made signs and ending it in the sign of the tiger, her umbrella suddenly spinning. [B]"A Thousand Snakes Striking!"[/B] Kaoru yelled at the top of her lungs, surprising her enemy while she kicked backwards off of the umbrella. Coming out from the umbrella's shield came sharp senbon needles, all aimed at the enemy's chakra. Without having enough time, the stranger quickly blocked his face while needles stabbed his flesh in every direction, causing him to yelp in anguish and create a loud thud on the ground. Kaoru then landed on her feet gracefully, her hands in a final sign. She sighed as she soon realized that her opponent had been beaten, then turning around to find Kuro wounded on the ground with his enemy standing above him, ready to give the last blow. [B]"Kuro!"[/B] she yelled, running in his direction without even thinking. [B]"Kaoru... wait! Stop!"[/B] Kuro yelled a little too late. His enemy suddenly looked at an oncoming Kaoru and simply threw a kunai in her direction, aimed at her forehead. It landed a clean yet bloody blow, causing Kaoru to lean back while blood gushed from her head. Kuro's eyes grimly widened as he screamed in defeat and anguish while the enemy laughed at her demise. [B]"Silly man,"[/B] a giggle cam from behind him, [B]"don't you know all about the Art of the Doppleganger?"[/B] But before the opponent could unleash another attack, a loud thud from a tree log came from behind him, the opponent crumpling to the ground in defeat. Kaoru quickly looked up to see her Doppleganger winking and giving her a thumbs- up, causing her to do the same before it vanished into a thick cloud of dark- blue smoke and leaving behind a small origami crane. Kaoru quickly kneeled next to her wounded friend, quickly taking out all of the weapons sticking out of his body and carefully putting salve on his gashes as he whinced in pain. [B]"What happened back there?"[/B] she quietly teased, lightly slapping him on his arm, "I thought you were going to kick his *** before I did?" [B]"Well, I was, you see,"[/B] he replied, groaning as he used her shoulder to help him stand up, [B]"but... I didn't want to show you up. And what about that Doppleganger technique? Were you trying to give me a heart attack back there?"[/B] She quietly giggled as she helped him to her house, carefully walking slowly as he hopped steadily. [B]"Either way, thanks for helping me out... I really owe you my life." "It was nothing,"[/B] he bashfully replied, scratching his head with his right hand. Kaoru smiled brightly as they continued home in the sunset, happy that she could help Kuro in any way that she could. [CENTER]++++[/CENTER] [B]Extra Notes:[/B] * Best friend of Kuro (Omega). She, too, likes him a lot but doesn't know how to tell him. * Admirer of Ichiro (BK Styles) and stares at him a lot, but looks away before he can actually see her. Yet, even though she has feelings for Kuro, Kaoru is also torn between her small crush on Ichiro. * Is best known for being a class klutz, but also for her physical swiftness. * Truly adores and looks up to Uchiha Sasuke (Sakura), Haruno Sakura and Uzumaki Naruto (Revelation), hoping to be able to meet them one day when she becomes a true Kunoichi of Konohagakure Village. * The kanji, サファイアの死, means "Sapphire Death." * Best friend of Ijizawa Mai (Kitty). *Sometimes sees Risashi Mitsumi (Redemption) staring at her in admiration. Kaoru waves and smiles at her in a friendly like matter, but the shy girl just blushes and runs off. *Some of her friends like to call her "Kaoru Neko" because of the way she fights like a cat. Which is why I've wondered: what were their very first GFX pieces like? I mean, I'm sure not all of us were damn good at making beautiful banners and such; we had to grow and learn upon the many mistakes that we have crossed through life. So, in this thread, I'm wanting all you awesome artists out here in the OB to post some of your very first pieces of work (yes, even if they actually suck in your opinion) and some of your most recent and beautiful pieces so we can see how much you've grown all this time. I didn't really know about the saturation options of colours or stamps, really, and I also loved the fact that the banners could be really big. It is a bit boring, but I thought it was awesome way back when. Made about half a year ago. Couples who are married automatically know that when they have sex, it eventually leads them into having a baby, and that is basically what they want. Almost all abortions that happen often revolve around women who aren't married that had sex without realizing the consequences, or even actually realizing what they're doing, knowing that the abortion surgery is already there and can basically do whatever they want with the baby growing in them. That doesn't seem right to me: people having sex, knowing that they will probably have a baby and will probably just abort it later on. Having sex should be a good thing, something that should stay pure and innocent. Usually, women entirely depend on these, but they forget that having sex eventually leads into consequences, having a baby when they actually don't really want one. I'm not saying that no one should have sex because it's bad and that nothing actually works. You hardly ever hear of a condom not really working, or a birth control pill that didn't help; all I'm saying is that one should think rationally in case it does fall through instead of just becoming surprised and automatically want an abortion. Which is why society today is wrong; we should also involve the man into this situation as well, not leaving the woman to defend for herself. Women [B]should not[/B] be pressured into having abortions, but because some of the family members and husbands don't know how to deal with it, they just automatically choose abortion because they think it will be easier. It's the woman's body, it's her choice. Being pressured is a problem today, allowing poor decisions without any thought to it being made. Algebra II was her most least favorite class of the day, but at least she was smart in it.... and it was almost the end of class. She had just transfered into her new school a couple of days ago and didn't really know anyone. Everyone seemed friendly to her and asked her to join their groups so that she could become popular, but she eventually turned them all down. Aizen wasn't the type to like materialistic people too much, but instead, wanted friends who were actually honest with each other and didn't gossip for once. But, even if it would be possible to find people like that, she hadn't found any of them yet... still being friendless for the third day in a row. [B] "Don't forget tonight's homework, students!"[/B] the math teacher yelled as the bell rang, letting everyone know it was the end of the school day. The halls quickly flooded with rowdy students ready to go home, wanting to hang out with their friends. Aizen finally got to her locker as the hallway was almost empty, trash flittering everywhere. Chloe felt a sudden sensation running throughout her body. She didn't want him to kiss her, yet... she couldn't push him off. She then closed her eyes, allowing herself to become numb to his whim. Chloe could feel something awaken in her, a power surging in her small, meek body. Feeling weak from this new feeling, she lightly fell onto Trend, then looking up at his smiling face. Trend lightly brushed her brown hair away from her face, looking at her as if his mission was accomplished. Then, as he held her hand, he gently floated backward, a portal appearing behind him. [B]"W...wait! Were are you going?!"[/B] Chloe yelled, holding onto his hand. [B]"Don't worry, I'll come back,"[/B] he replied, smiling, [B]"I come from the group Omega Strain; we'll be watching you from afar."[/B] Then, suddenly, he vanished into thin air, leaving a confused Chloe in the middle of the sidewalk. Touching her lips lightly with her right hand, Chloe then realized that her palms were glowing with a blueish- white light. What could possibly be of importance now, Rease?"[/B] Her driver and helpful partner, Rease, looked at her with his coy smile, his long light blueish- purple bangs slightly covered his emerald- green eyes. [B]"Well... you've been looking out the window and staying quiet for some time now, and I had to know if you were dead or just drooling in your sleep."[/B] Brushing her long pink hair out of her eyes, Risa glared at him and returned to looking out the window, leaning her head on her hand. And besides,"[/B] she took a quick glance at the top of his head, [B]"if it weren't for me, I'm sure people would want to have you killed because of your horns and dragon- like wings."[/B] Rease chuckled a bit and flipped his bangs to the side, his eyes still on the road. [CENTER]++++[/CENTER] [B]"Oh thank God you're here!"[/B] Both Risa and Rease stepped out of the blue Jeep, looking upon a crowd of people staring inside a gas station that had a few broken windows and items thrown outside. Risa started towards the front of the crowd as Rease and the gas station owner followed closely beside her. She stared into the station, quickly eying the black creature that was trashing the inside. After watching it's actions for a bit, Risa crossed her arms and slightly turned her head towards the owner. [B]"How long has it been inside there?" "I... I don't know,"[/B] the owner stuttered, [B]"about an hour and a half."[/B] Rease wrote the owner's statement down onto his notebook and stepped toward Risa, leaning his head toward hers. [B]"It looks like a Jackal,"[/B] he whispered softly, making sure no one else heard. [B]"I remember you had a real tough time with these when we were on the boat harbor. Are you sure you can manage it?"[/B] [B]"I can manage it, okay, Rease? I'm not a paranormal bodyguard for n..."[/B] Suddenly, a loud howl was heard coming from the station, causing the crowd to scream and run for their lives. Rease and Risa readied themselves and watched as the Jackal jumped out of the building. It was fairly big, crouched down onto it's knees and it's hands on the ground, looking like a big, monstrous dog. It's big ears and brown fur stood up as the Jackal growled violently with it's fangs showing. Rease gently put his books down and readied his hands while his purple wings suddenly grew out at full length and his eyes shining a bright green. But, before he could do anything, Risa looked at him sternly while shaking her head side to side, causing him to return to his normal state. [B]"I don't need your help this time,"[/B] she said, turning her attention to the monstrous Jackal, [B]"besides, if you help me out, it'll seem like I can't do anything on my own."[/B] Rease disagreed for awhile, but without being able to say anything, the Jackal lunged forward towards them with it's mouth and fangs ready. Risa quickly pushed Rease to the side and lifted her hands up, a gust of wind emitting from her palms, pushing the Jackal backwards onto the ground. As it was slowly getting up, she ran over to where a broken fence was lying on the ground. Picking it up until it was wobbling but standing, Risa waited until the Jackal was back on it's feet and running towards her. When it was in arm length, she summoned another gust of strong wind from her palms, causing the fence to blow onto the jackal and pin it down onto the ground. Dusting her palms off, she slowly walked towards Rease as the onlookers were cheering crazily. She crossed her arms as she came closer to him, her face showing that she was proud of what she had done. [B]"See?," [/B]she finally replied, [B]"I told you I c-" "Risa! Watch out behind you!"[/B] Quickly turning around, Risa caught the yellow glowing eyes of the Jackal already out of the fence trap and lunging toward her. She was caught so off guard that it tackled and pinned her down, it's hot steamy breath blowing onto her face and it's claws digging deep into her flesh that the wounds were already bleeding. [B]"Crap..."[/B] Risa cried under her clenched teeth, one eye closed from the pain coming from the wounds. She forgot that Jackals weren't so easy to get rid of and that their claws could practically cut through anything. As she thought harshly about herself, the Jackal vaguely yet surely sneered at her, already claiming his victory. Suddenly, without warning, Risa also sneered annoyingly, causing the Jackal to look at her confusingly. [B]"I wouldn't claim victory just yet..."[/B] Suddenly, her pink hair and clothes started to wave around from the sudden burst of wind, her palms lifted upwards. Hearing Rease telling everyone to hang onto something, the Jackal jumped back from her and started to run away. But as soon as Risa stood up and lifted her right hand towards the Jackal, a medium dust tornado blew in from the right out of nowhere, ensnaring the dog into it's lethal wind. Being able to mildly control her wind magic, no one else was sucked into the tornado, but felt the wind's power. After a few seconds, Risa then waved right hand towards the station wall. The dust tornado then vanished after throwing the Jackal violently towards the wall, causing it to hit it and fall down to the ground knocked out. The crowd that was left cheered from the background. Seeing Rease sighing with relief made her smile a bit, causing her to turn around and give him a thumbs- up. [B]"See? Wade over issues encompassing a woman's right to privacy, the right to life of a fetus (including when a fetus should be called a human), and the government's right and ability to control the issue. When a woman is pregnant and has a living fetus growing inside of her womb, it is, rather, her choice to decide whether she wants to give birth to it or get it surgically or medically removed from her body. No matter what arguments the political government is saying, it is still the mother?s choice in her own matter, even if it is one of the biggest topics talked about most today. But, because of what a grueling choice the mother must make, we also have to think about what kind of aftermath comes with getting an abortion. First, what happens to the fetus if it gets aborted? There are many ways for this to happen: medically, surgically, etc. Basically, the most common way for removing the fetus in the first few weeks surgically is Electric Vacuum Aspiration, or EVA, which involves using an electric pump and inserting it into the mother. After starting it up, it continuously sucks out the unborn baby, body and all, until the womb is clean, then literally dumping the fetus into the trash and cleaning up the rest of the mess. So, without even having another thought, the growing baby has now been aborted, not having a say in anything or not even being able to see the outside world. Basically, if one has guilt- free sex or is just having fun, and having a baby just doesn?t quite suit them, all they have to do is go to their nearby hospital and ask to have their baby removed because they don?t have the time to deal with the choice that they made. Lastly, not only does it affect the baby, it also deeply affects the health of the mother. After one has an abortion, many things can go wrong with their body which causes them to have problems in the future. Some effects abortion can give is breast cancer, if the abortion happens too early in the fetus? birth time; fetal pain, which actually means that the fetus can feel pain during the first trimester; and mental health, causing some to have gruesome images, high stress and anxiety levels, and intense feelings of guilt. Abortion doesn?t only remove and destroy the baby, it also involves the mother in many other ways. We [B]have[/B] come a long way into this era in order to establish and confirm to make our own choices, but we also take advantage of what we want. The fetus lives, grows inside of the womb, already potentially adapting to human life, but because that isn?t the choice that some want, we destroy it all by doing something society is okay with by killing one small life that doesn?t necessarily matter or doesn?t have a choice in the making.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]
