Personally, if I did believe in the death penalty, I would exempt the mentally retarded, just do something to keep people safe. As in, I would have them put in a special place or something (and not a bad one like nursing or foster homes). [/color]

And stop trashing Bush. He isn't the best president ever, but you try running a country after 19 terrorists ram two Airliners into the worlds biggest trade center, and keep the country running. I don't listen to many of his speeches, and I know he makes tons of mistakes, and his writers suck sometimes...but the man is only human. He is running this country greatly, and in some other thread somewhere, someone talked about Bush, when he was governor of Texas, how it was a 72% increase of money, or something...I dunno, but the man is great, and he makes a lot of mistakes, so stop laying into him.
