Mara shook her head, and focused her eyes on a small group of men who were trying to get past their guard. She tsked as she closed her eyes and started to mumble quietly to herself. The men suddednly stopped, looking around themselves in panic. The started to shout, but she knew that they could not hear themeselves. "Fools. I wish them to their childhood until this next dawn." she said, the group of men disappering before her very eyes. She dusted her hands off, and opened her eyes, seeing the others struggling. Mara smiled and focused her eyes on particular man, cutting his hearing. The man stood in panic, giving Auron to slice through him. Auron glanced at her and nodded gratefully. She smiled back and focused on another man. She whispered something and the air around the man crackled with a green spark, and he fell to the ground. "Nothing like a good fast-forward thread." she muttered, pulling out her ellpsien, a weighted chain of silver with two sharp disks of jade. She snuck up behind another guard, throwing her chain skillfully around his neck and pulling, snapping his neck, along with his life, in an instant. He fell to the ground with a thud

I'm surrounded by idiots...It's called a marathon, stupid. Cowboy Bebop will be on the next week after this one. You should just go check adult swim listings... Not to mention YYH is a great show. So, no, I don't think that is "messed up".

I know I sound like some old geezer who yells at you to get off the front lawn every morning, but this case of strict parenting shouldn't have been enough to deserve some of the blame. Maybe the kid was smart, and was just lazy. Would it be so wrong to push him? No, it wouldn't. Now, this kid goes and drinks his butt off and kills two family members. I can understand how this kids senses were screwed because of the alcolhol, but you can still be responsive to certain stimuli. Just because you were drunk isn't a good enough excuse (for me, anyway.) to not think/ see what you are doing. Therefore, I don't think being drunk is a good excuse. So, my blame goes to the son.

Anime Which anime would look best as a live action movie?
Mist replied to Juu's topic in Otaku Central
Well, other than Fatal Fury (Which seems to be an obvious favorite. ) I think that ( You knew I was gonna say it...) Cowboy Bebop would be good, if they could find the right actors for it. (Which I highly doubt...) -
Of course Spike/Julia were a good couple. But I'm stating the obvious, aren't I?

OOC: Heaven forbid! I'm playing as a Jedi... ------------------------------ Name: Mara Heartlock Age: 17 Species: Human Weapons: One bladed jade green light saber ( Double's are over-rated and over-used...) Vehicles: None Force Capabilties: Telekenises:Moving objects with mind Speed:Incresing speed for a limited amount time Mind Control: Erasing one's memory, planting false images and the simple mind trick. Bio: Mara's parents died many years ago on the planet of Coruscant, leaving Mara, who was at the time the age of five, alone to face the dangers or poverty for herself. Three weeks later, she found herself at the Jedi's Temple, and with great curiousity, sat down on the front steps. She remained there for several days, as Jedi walked in and out. After passing the girl several times, a certain Jedi Knight took great interest in the girl and her obvious force abilities. He befriended her and, in time, presented her to the Jedi council. When Mara had become fifteen, her master was killed in the war, and her training was suspended. She drifted from master to master, her quietness and capability of understanding winning favor of every master, but she was disatisfied, which in turn, has made her passive and a bit naive. Description: She has jade green eyes and fine, straight raven hair. She is very thin and has great dexeterity, which means she's more ample with her light saber styles and can be very flexible. Her skin is a pale white (Duh... ) and so are her jedi apprentice robes. Her hair is tied loosly behind her back, but often falls out. Personality: Mara is very quiet, naive, and passive. She is quick to befriend and learn. She has a temper, but gives in slow to anger. She may be slow to anger, but she is even slower to forgive. She basically holds grudges.

Mara's scream echoed through the chamber as Hunter passed out. He fell to the floor, Mara's eyes glued to him, silent and angry "You'll pay."she said quietly, turning to the other man in the chamber. Mara quickly grabbed her wisten, which was across a table from her. She smiled and brought the blade across her arm, drawing blood from her arm. She ran towards a still-dazed Daisan, slicing him across the face. He pulled his out his sword quickly, blocking a would-be devastating blow. Mara flipped over him, landing behind him, and brought her legs under his. Daisan fell to the floor, but quickly brought himself back up. Mara swung to bring her foot to his jaw, but he grabbed her foot and twisted it, proceeding to push her to the ground. Mara hit the stone floor hard, a sickening crunch following her fall. She stood up shakily, and threw her wisten, all blades open, towards Daisan's stomach. The curvy blades sliced through his lower belly thickly, blood flooding onto his fine tunic in a second. Mara quickly flipped to the other side of the room, grabbing her ellpsien deftly. Daisan's eyes lit up with anger, and he ran towards her. As she turned around to face him, he brought her fist to her face. She fell to the floor again, falling onto the sharp jade disk of her weapon. Daisan laughed. "You're pathetic," he said, leering over her, "You can't even fight decently!" Mara gritted her teeth. "Is that so?" she asked, hiding her chain behind her back. Daisan lughed again. "Who are you to ask?" he replied, bringing his blade to her throat. The touch of steel ignited Mara's anger, and she brought the chain around his neck deftly, pulling it and snapping the life off the Lord Daisan. "Who are you to judge?" she asked quietly as the body hit the floor. Mara rushed over to Hunter, and looked over him, checking for wounds. A great gash was in his rib area, bleeding profusely. She shook her head, her hands placed over the spot. "Haven't done it in ages...Hope it still works." she said, closing her eyes and muttering. A green mist erupted from her fingers, sparkling under his wound. The green mist soon seeped into Hunter's skin, the wound slowly closing up with it's own flesh. Mara gritted her teeth a she took the pain within herself, trying her hardest not to scream. A silent tear slipped down her face, and onto the now healed wound. As Hunter's eyes fluttered open, Mara smiled and fell onto the ground, her face written with pain. "Mara?" Hunter asked, sitting up and taking her into his arms. Mara smiled weakly. "At least you're safe." she mumbled, falling into a fitful sleep. --------------------------------------------------- OOC: 'Bout time I got to kick some butt. :D

OOC: I guess we'll just go by the FF money system... ---------------------------------------- Mara walked quietly into the village, the early dawn light dripping onto the horizon. "Hmmm," Mara said quietly to herself, "this place hasn't been burned down yet." She looked straight ahead, her feet padding softly on the ground. A little breeze picked up, causing her curly raven hair to fly up behind her. She sighed as she reached the middle of the town, and knocked on a small hut door. She waited for a few minutes, tapping her finger on her arm impatiently. Soon, a door opened, and she was let inside quietly. She sat across from Chief Nabard, the leader of the small town, smiling. He smiled back at her warmly, motioning for a servant to take her robe. "Ah, Mara," he exclaimed, both of them taking a seat across from each other, "such a long time it has been since you have visited us!" Mara smiled and nodded back gravely. "Yes, it is," She said, staring at her hands, "have they arrived?" The chief tilted his head in curiousity. "Have who arrived, my dear?" Mara glared at the cheif. "You know who I speak of. The ones who have the desire to find the stone." she replied. The chief shook his head. "You continue to amaze me, Mara. Let me guess, you forsaw this in a dream?" he asked. Mara shook her head. "A vision," she said, brushing off the thought, "You never answered my question, Chief. Have they or have they not?" The cheif shrugged. "There are two, but there may have been more. You know how my memory is, Mara." he replied primly. "Where are they?" "On the edge of town." Mara nodded and stood up. "Good day, Chief. I will stop by again before we go." The cheif stood up, suprised. "But you haven't asked thier names yet!" he exclaimed as she turned the door knob. Mara glanced over her shoulder, mildly annoyed. "I already know the names, Cheif. Good day." she replied, striding out of the room.

Faye smirked, catching a glimpse of Relee's arm. "I'll ask questions later," she said, grabbing some gauze, alcolhol, and tweezers out of a nearby container, "But for now, let's get that bullet out of your arm." Faye sat down next to the girl and yanked her arm. Relee whimpered. "I thought you were supposed to be helping me." she said meekly. Faye's eyes went ablaze. "I'll do as much as it takes to keep your sorry butt alive. I haven't forgotten you're trying to kill me." Relee shrugged. "Fair enough." she replied, bracing herself. Faye and Midora glanced at each other. "You sick of hearin' that?" Midora asked, mildly annoyed. Faye nodded, bringing the tweezers into Relee's wound. Relee moaned quietly. "Sing." Faye commanded. "Excuse me?" "Sing. It'll make the pain less...um, hurtful." Relee glared at Faye, and just hummed. Afetr a minute or two, Faye threw down the tweezers, swiped some alcolhol on Relee's arm, and wrapped on the thick gauze. "Be careful with that arm." Faye said, simply, getting off the couch. "Midora, I'm going to finish the job that was supposed to be done." Midora nodded, standing up after leaning on the wall. "I'll go too." Faye shook her head. "I'll take care of this myself." she replied, walking out of the door.

As for you, Angelus, I'll finally get the payback on you for making Faye look weak in the first rpg! :naughty: -------------------------------------------- Faye shot again and glanced over at Midora. "We can't hold out anymore!" she exclaimed, "We have to get here!" Midora nodded. "Hey, you!" Midora shouted to Relee, "We're leaving. Bye!" Faye smiled and ran out, quickly followed by Midora. Relee sighed, shot one last guy down, and ran out herself. Three hours later, Faye and Midora had gotten back to Faye's apartment. "Sheesh," Faye said, throwing her gun on the couch and hitting the light switch, "He was a li-" "Oh, hello." Relee said calmly, taking Faye's gun. Relee was sitting primly on the couch, an annoying smile on her face. Midora jumped in front of Faye, gun aimed. "Put the gun down" Midora demanded calmly. Rell stood up, the gun dangling taintilizingly on her finger. "And what if I don't?" Midora cocked her gun back and put her finger on the trigger. "Care to find out?"she asked. Relee coughed and slid the gun on the floor to Faye. "Now," Midra said, gun still in hand, " sit on the couch. But before that, slide over your other gun." Relee tilted her head to the side in curiousity. "Other gun?" "Don't play games with me," Midora said, "give me it." Relee shrugged and slid over another gun.
